TUESDAY

8-31-2021

 

 

 

Up at 6:30AM. I made the bed. Dressed.

Went to the kitchen and Hubby had already fed dogs. I made lattes.

 

We loaded dogs into FMF and drove to St George.

Dropped dogs off at Doggy Day Care. 

 

We drove to Moto Zoo. I met Matt. Then we purchased parts. I had Hubby buy me a electic motorcycle. The Segway Dirtbike X160

We drove to Humphries and Hubby went to get a filled bottle of gas. 

 

We drove to Costco and went shopping. Returned the pots/pans and Shark vacuum cleaner that would not work.

 

We bought down comforter, Shark vacuum, pots/pans, cinnamon, vanilla, fleece thrown, display basket for store showroom, beef jerky, down comforter, down pillows, Forever stamps.

We left there and loaded stuff into car. 

We drove to 5 Guys for burgers. I waited while Hubby went inside at 11AM when they opened. 

We ate our burgers, then stopped to get Fruit Smoothies at Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

Picked up dog dogs. Gave them water. Both were panting A LOT. 

Drove back to Mesquite.

Dropped off parts at shop.

Hubby drove me and dogs home. He unloaded all the stuff. I put the stuff away.

Hubby brought the garbage can inside.

I had to take Wilson outside and wash his butt off with the hose. 

Started dryer. Started dishwasher. 

Hubby returned to the shop in the FMF.

 

I did some bookwork.

 

Hubby got home at 5:30PM after stopping to have a drink with Oscar & his cousin Bud at the Stateline Casino bar. He had a "bloody beer". 

I went to take a nap because I had been tired. I got up 1 hour later. 

We watched a new show on Netflix? Only Murders In The Building. 

Still no financing in MACU even though it was supposed to close today.

 

Sent an email to MACU to find out what happened.

 

I figured out Casey's balance of payroll for the month and paid him the Bonus $.

I took marijuana and went to bed at 10PM.

Lots of cramping in the night. My hip hurt badly. I got up and took a couple hot baths.

When I tried to pick up my heating pad on the floor, I hit my left eye on the corner of the side table. It hurt badly. I crawled into bed and passed out.

8-30-2021

 

 

 

Up at 6:45AM.  I heard hubby in the kitchen making breakfast eggs for the dogs. 

I got up and made the bed. Got dressed.

In the kitchen, I made lattes & Nanogreens.

Then I put water in the bird bath. Picked up dog poo.

Mail Lady brought packages to the front door. She was wearing a purple shirt and purple shoes that I commented on. They were pretty. Box for Todd's Hornblasters part was in part of the boxes she brought.

Fed Ex guy brought Rough Country order.

It was very cold in the house, so I put on a sweater. Lots of cold chills. 

Hubby did the cat litter. He started laundry.

I cleaned up breakfast dishes and started dishwasher.

Hubby left for work in the Can-AM.

 

I walked down to the mailbox and mailed a letter for Joe Holman. Hubby sent his helmet safety tags to him.

I could not find the cake from last night in the fridge. Did Hubby eat it all last night?

 

I started Roomba in the master bedroom.

 

Sinaloa Lawn Care was here at NOON.

 

I watched TV and crocheted.

 

Put clean clothes away. 

 

Put dishes away. 

 

Dogs barked at Garry next door. I yelled at them and brought them inside.

 

I walked down and got mail. Just junk mail.

 

Hubby got home at 4PM driving the Can AM, but forgot the View On Magazine that had our ad inside it. 

 

UPS delivered a couple boxes just as we were leaving.

 

So I got in the FMF with him and we drove to the shop. Casey & Chris were still there. We unloaded the UPS boxes from Amazon. We picked up Hubby's coffee cup and the magazines. Then we drove home again.

At home, Hubby had leftovers for dinner. 

 

I did bookwork.

 

Storm over the mountains with a weird rainbow at 7PM.

We will find out later that Casey had nearly 2 feet of water in the area where they live in downtown Mesquite. He drove his huge black truck thru it several times. 

I took marijuana at 9PM and went to bed.

 

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY 40 YEARS / DINNER AT KATHARINE'S

40TH ANNIVERSARY

 

 

At 2PM today, we will have been married 40 years. OMG. 

 

I woke up at 6AM, but went back to sleep. Hubby woke me up at 7:30AM with a candle and cupcake signing "Happy Aniversary".

 

I got up and blew out the candle.

 

Hubby covered my eyes for my Anniversary Surprise - a Pink Propane Pig!

 

 

 

Hubby had made breakfast for dogs and me. He had fed eggs to the dogs. I got french toast. I only ate a bit because I was not hungry

 

I put away dishes and started dishwasher.

 

I made lattes & Nanogreens.

 

I picked up dog poo. I put water out for the birds in the bird bath. I put out more bird seed. 

 

Gave Hubby his anniversary presents, a copy of his Blue Dually, a Nevada cutting board, a Ford Tool Chit, an Anniversary penny.

Hubby watched a stupid movie. 

 

I dyed my eyebrows.

 

Tried to dress in nice clothes, but I am too fat to fit into a lot of things. I wear my blue jeans, high heeled sandals, and a black striped shirt. 

 

We leave at 3:45PM for dinner. 

 

Our reservation is for 4PM.

 

Arrive at Casa Blanca early. Katharine's doesn't open until 4PM. We wander around to the machine but our cards don't work.

We go back to Katharine's and get seated in the far back booth. Reuben waits on us. We got lots of food. Spinach salad for Hubby at tableside, French onion soup for me. Warm bread.

Then we get entrees Steak & Lobster with onion straws for me side of creamed corn. 

Hubby got the special Prime Rib & shrimp. Our steaks were perfect.

I had ordered a Grand Mariner Souffle, but Reuben brought out a chocolate cake & ice cream for dessert instead. We had him cancel the souffle.

 

There were two tables that had "Happy Birthday" sung to them. One older lady that had her daughter with her. We clapped. Older lady thanked everybody.

Reuben talked to use for a while. His pre-mature baby son, Jaxon is doing great. The baby had surgery for hernia and Reuben has to get up every hour to feed the baby. Poor little guy.

We left at 6PM after we paid.

Both of us were exhausted. Almost too tired to get to the car. Then we drove home. 

At home, I gave the dogs a piece of ham, then let them outside for potty.

We sat down to watch TV.

 

I went to bed at 9PM after taking marijuana. Hubby came to bed at 11PM.

SATURDAY / HUBBY GOT MILK

8-28-2021

 

 

 

 

 

Up at 7AM. I got to sleep late.

 

Made the bed and dressed.

 

In the kitchen, Hubby was finished making breakfast eggs for dogs. He fed them.

 

I made lattes. 

 

Then we left dogs at home and drove in the UTV to Wendy's for breakfast sandwiches. 

We drove back home. Saw Carmen & Dave in their golf cart on the way to pool.

I started doing bookwork.

Tater was passed out on the sofa most of the day, still drooling. Coming out of his anesthesia. Still not normal. Dopey.

We went down to the shop around Noon and met with Suzy & Pat to pick up their Jeep Cherokee. Casey was there working on the lift. He was trying to wire it.

We left after a while and went to get lottery tickets in Scenic. Stopped to get M&M Blizzard for me and a Dilly bar & strawberry Smoothie (we are out of bananas) for Hubby.

Drove home. 

Watched TV.

Casey called around 3PM that he had electrocuted himself and needed Hubby to come check on him. The arc did not touch him and it had popped a breaker. Need to call the Overton Elect Company on Monday to re-set it.

Hubby came home with Halloween candy and more milk.

We watched TV for the rest of the night.

Went to bed at 11PM after taking marijuana gummies. Hubby took a shower and came to bed.

FRIDAY / TATER SURGERY / SIGN CLOSING

FRIDAY

8-27-2021 

Up at 4AM to potty. Then back to bed. Hubby's phone started dining at 5:30AM. I slept until 6AM. 

Hubby was up. He could not make dog breakfast as Tater is not supposed to eat anything prior to surgery.

I put water out for the bird bath. Gave the birds more bird seed. 

I made lattes & Nanogreens for breakfast. 

Hubby vacuumed and cleaned cat litter. I started laundry. Put away clean dishes. I washed the windows from dog & cat prints.

Hubby and I sat on the side patio because it was only 78 degrees F outside. Such nice weather. 

 

We took Tater at 7:30AM to the Vet. Hubby went inside to sign the paperwork. Then he got frustrated and I went inside to finish "4 pages of paperwork" when it was just a signature that was required. 

 

I got tangled up in a little baby female blue pitbull named Ivy. She was all excited. She wrapped her leash around my legs. I was giggling the whole time.

 

I went outside and Hubby brought Tater inside. 

 

Then we drove back home. Loaded parts delivered yesterday into the FMF. Hubby helped Garry next door install something in his truck. 

 

I took pictures of the HOA Compliance bitches that were driving around on a Golf Cart and trespassing on Dave's property, pointing at his yard and garbage can fence - they got out and walked around the property.

 

I texted Carmen that they were there. Carmen did not answer. 

 

Tried to fill out SEMA, but their website was not working correctly.

 

I worked on Velvet Pumpkins. Made quite a few. I am running out of stems.

Went back later and filled out info for SEMA again. Paid for registration. 

 

Wilson hung out with me as the only dog today. He was lonely.

 Then Hubby called and needed me to come get him so he could go to Polaris Dealership for keys. I dropped everything and closed up the house. 

 

There were boxes delivered and tires, so I loaded them in the car. Left Wilson home and drove the FMF to the shop.  

Backed into the shop so the guys could unload the tires & boxes. 

 

NEW DRIVE-ON HOIST IN NEW PART OF SHOP

 

Then I took Hubby to Polaris. Then I drove him back to the shop. 

I drove to Virgin Valley Vet to pick up Tater. The nurse came out briefly, but did not discuss anything with me. I used their leash to take him home. I accidentally dropped my VISA card at the door, but did not notice it.

I got Tater in the FMF and drove home. On the way, the Vet's office called and said they found my card. 

So I got Tater home and settled. Then I raced back down to get my credit card from the Vet. Then I drove to the shop to pick up Hubby. He was just closing up, but I did an invoice for a customer buying tires. 

Hubby and I left. Drove over to Fidelity Title to do the notarized signing for the Re-Finance with MACU. 

Woman was really nice at Fidelity, but the door was locked when we first approached. Hubby reached for it and did not anticipate it being locked. Almost ripped his arm off. Then some young girl came and opened the door.

We got done signing quite quickly. They had a big map in the room of an older time in Mesquite before Pulte had built. 

After signing and getting a copy of everything, we left.

Drove home. 

Watched TV. Had to monitor Tater for the rest of the night. He was still majorly out of it after his surgery. Drooling.

I had a Kahlua and cream liqueur. We watched TV. 

I took Tater's collar off and watched him so he would not pull out the stitches.

Tater was pretty much out of it all night long. Poor dog was drooling and had red eyes. 

 

We went to bed at 10PM.

 

Wilson started choking at 1AM. Hubby got up with him and let him outside.

 

THURSDAY / EARLY SHOPPING AT WALMART / CLOSING DOCUMENTS REVIEWED

8-26-2021

 

 

 

Woke up at 4AM and checked my clock. Went potty. Back to bed.

Up at 6AM.  

I made the bed. 

Hubby let the dogs out and started making breakfast eggs. 

I made lattes & Nanogreens.

We left at 7AM to go get groceries at Walmart. Left the dogs at home.

Saw Dee & John at Walmart. Dee was still obviously uncomfortable with me. She looks like she lost weight and is healthier.

We dropped stuff off at the shop. The stupid Landlord has his Motorhome and Jeep parked in the parking lot right in front of the shop. No place for customers to park.

We unloaded parts and used shipping boxes into the Excursion (Pat's) that is supposed to hauled away by the insurance company.

Locked up shop and drove back home.

At home, we unloaded groceries. 

Hubby & Tater took the Can Am to the shop at 8:45AM.

I vacuumed. I took garbage out to the trash. 

I started working on Velvet pumpkins again. Cut out one of each color, so I can take pictures.

Ordered more pumpkins stems.

Paid bills online.

Reviewed more closing documents from MACU.

 

Fed Ex brought parts from Rough Country - 5 heavy boxes.  

Mail Lady brought a box from Amazon.

 

I walked down to get mail at 11:50AM.

 

I ordered a customer Xmas ornament made of metal with our names on it from Etsy.

 

I cleaned the floors from 3PM to 4PM. I sweated A LOT.

Finally collapsed on the sofa. 

 

Hubby and Tater got home at 4:30PM.

 

Hubby gave Tater a bath outside.

 

I deposited checks from the shop.

 

We watched TV and went to bed at 10PM.

STILL SICK / MAKING PUMPKINS

WEDNESDAY

8-25-2021

 

 

 

Almost the end of August. Another month just racing past. 

 

I am still sick when waking up this morning at 4AM to potty. Then I went to sleep in the living room as it was too hot in our bed. I covered up with a blanket. 

 

Hubby got up and let the dogs outside. He made breakfast eggs for them.

 

I took a hot bath to relieve the body aches and pains. I took a Tylenol Extra Strength. It seemed to help.

 

I picked up dog poo and put water in the bird bath. Lots less poo to pick up today.

 

Then I made lattes & Nanogreens. 

 

Hubby vacuumed, helped me make the bed, and he cleaned cat litter. 

 

We watched Denver News on TV for a while.

 

Hubby and Tater took the Polaris to work at 8:35AM. I had to lead Tater out because he did not want to get in the Polaris.

 

I put away laundry, put in another load.  

 

Wilson went outside and rolled around on his dog bed.

Robert hung out on top of the armoire. He likes high places.

I walked down to get mail. The hot sauce came, but one of the jars had exploded.

Hubby and Tater came home at 4PM. 

Hubby gave Tater & Wilson a bath in the back yard. I helped wash Wilson.

I filled out information for the State Contractors Board to complain about the back yard foundation problems. 

We watched TV for a while. I finished doing some pumpkins.

We went to bed at 9PM.

 

 

SICK / GARBAGE DAY / BELLA GOES HOME

TUESDAY

8-25-2021

 

 

 

 

 

I was sick today. Woke up with headache, chills, fever, sore throat. Felt awful. Tried taking aspirin. I got nauseated and had to take pepto bismol.

 

I took a hot bath. 

 

Then I made lattes & Nanogreens. 

 

I picked up dog poo 12 loads! Then I put water in the bird bath.

 

Hubby cleaned up cat litter in our bedroom. Cats are still locked away from Bella. Bella hates the cats and the cats are scared of Bella.

 

Hubby brought the garbage can inside. 

 

Hubby left for the shop. Tater stayed home today.

 

I did not feel well at all today. I was mostly just watching TV and trying to keep from vomiting. Body aches, pains, difficult to concentrate or think.

 

I took several hot baths for the pain. 

 

I did laundry and dishes. Put away clean laundry. Put away clean dishes. 

UPS & FedEx delivered. Bella barked at the front doorbell.

Hubby got home at 3:30PM. He brought Tater. 

 

Brandi & Casey with Addison got here about 6PM. They picked up Bella. I did not want to go out and see them as I was sick.

 

I took another hot bath. 

 

Then I took some marijuana and went to bed early.

 

Tater came to bed with me.

 

Matt M from MotoZoo came and sold Hubby a Polaris GPS system. 

 

Hubby came to bed later.

Up at 5:30AM. Wilson was whining and wanted out of the bedroom. I let him out and went back to bed. 

 

Hubby made eggs for the dogs & let them outside for potty. 

 

I got up at 6:30AM, made the bed. Went to the kitchen to make lattes & Nanogreens.

Hubby said the Mail lady had already been there and left boxes. One was my velvet fabric I ordered from Amazon, the other was another mug for Hubby that I ordered from eBay because he loses them so often.

We watched News on TV.

I picked up dog poo, talked to Dave O- our neighbor while he was walking Petey on the sidewalk, and filled the bird bath with water.

 

Hubby loaded stuff in the UTV, he took Tater to work in the Polaris with him.

Chris is back from his funeral leave for his Grandfather.

 

Walked down to get the mail at Noon.

 

Wilson was whining when I got back. I am not feeding him people food anymore. 

 

I watched Silent Witness on Amazon Prime and crocheted pumpkins.

 

Signed Closing Disclosure Documents from MACU.

Hubby got home at 4PM.

Gave Tater a bath outside.

I picked up more dog poo. Bella POOPS a lot.

Watched TV. Crocheted 3 pumpkins.

 

Took some marijuana gummies and we went to bed at 10PM.

Up at 5AM. Heard Hubby get out of bed. 

 

Tater barked outside. Hubby brought him inside.

 

Hubby let the dogs out.

 

I slept until 6:30AM. Wish I could have slept later. I was really still exhausted. I made the bed and gave fresh water to the kitties. 

 

Hubby made breakfast egg for dogs & fed them.

 

I made lattes & Nanogreens. Then I loaded dishwasher and started it. I started the laundry. 

 

Hubby vacuumed dog hair. He cleaned the cat litter in our shower. 

Then we went for a UTV ride to Wendys with all the dogs. We got breakfast sandwiches for me.

Hubby watched his automotive shows.

I did bookwork.

We looked at property for sale in Montana.

Then I took a hot bath. Everything in my body was hurting.

I joined Hubby and watched Jeremy Clarkson's Farm on TV. I crocheted more pumpkins.

I went outside and picked up more dog poo.

Hubby left at 6PM to go get milk and pepto bismol from Walmart and air/hose from the shop. I want to ride my bike tonight. 

Hubby returned at 8PM with the Polaris. He was out talking with Dave O for over 30 minutes. 

 

I walked down to get mail. The moon was very pretty.

I heard noises at 4AM. Hubby was already up. He asked Google what time it was. 

 

Up at 5AM to make a latte for Hubby.  

Mike F was already here waiting for him at 5:45AM. They took off to Logandale for a Hump-N-Bump meeting. 

I did laundry and put it away. I put out clean water and food for dogs.

I put water in bird bath. I picked up dog poo.

I made latte & Nanogreens for myself. I watched Silent Witness BBC UK on TV. I crocheted pumpkins.

Hubby got back at 2PM. He left his coffee cup in Mike's Jeep.

Hubby baked BBQ ribs. 

Then we both took a nap until 5PM. I slept in our room, he slept on the sofa after I put a blanket on him.

He watched his Automotive Shows.

I walked down to get mail at 7PM. 

 

STUPID FUCKING NEIGHBORS ARE BACK. Great. 

We sat outside and watched the full white moon rise in the sky. No sightings of airplanes. 

We listened to music on my iPhone and Hubby almost fell asleep.

Came inside at 9:30PM. I was sweating.

FRIDAY / END OF WEEK / NAILS / PEDICURES

FRIDAY

8-20-2021 

 

 

Finally up at 6:45AM. I was so very tired. Had a gouge taken out of my left leg at the calf. Hurts really bad. Don't remember hitting anything with my leg!

I got dressed. Made the bed. Took the comforter cover and put it in the washing machine to get clean.

Hubby made breakfast for dogs. Bella had a little bite of egg. 

We put the cat litter in our shower and shut the bedroom door. Poor cats. 

I made lattes & Nanogreens. 

I took water to the bird bath. 

Took Tater and Wilson with us to get breakfast sandwiches at Wendys. Wilson rode on my lap. Tater was in back seat.

Talked to a guy named Jeff Meyers, really nice and friendly. He had a early Bronco at the gas station. Hubby gave him a card. He actually bought Chris Howard's bronco! OMG.

Got back home at 8:45AM. Hubby left with Tater for the shop.

Hubby stopped at the Garage Door store to see Eric & Dean, but they were already gone. Hubby gave burritos to Reuben, Oscar, and Jose.

I cleaned up house. Sat down and watched TV. Ate my breakfast sandwich.

Picked up dog poo. Put water out for bird bath.

 

Broke my finger on the milk jug while watering.

Watered plant at side of house. 

Started laundry/dryer. Started dishwasher.

I did bookwork. 

Vacuumed cat litter. 

I applied for an Account with Primitive Racing and sent info via email.

At 2:45PM, I left for GS Nails to get my nails done. Had 3 broken nails that Andy had to fix. 

I was out of there by 3:40PM. Paid $ in advance for next time.

Drove home in FMF. Picked up Hubby.

I drove to Chrome Nail Bar. We walked inside. Very nice day. Still cool. 

I forgot my nail polish and sent Hubby out to get it. He came back and I was already seated in the Pedicure chair. 

The girls did our pedicures. Hubby paid. I put my sandals on, but got the polish nicked. The girls fixed it for me. 

We drove home. Let the dogs out for potty. I put the car in the garage.

Hubby had dinner. 

We watched TV. 

I did some more bookwork.

I went to bed at 10PM.

Hubby came to bed at 11PM.

THURSDAY / ROBERT POOPS ON BED

THURSDAY

8-19-2021

Talked to KR for quite a while. She was driving to/from getting Beebo picked up after Chemotherapy.

I went to bed at 10PM. By 11PM, Robert was restless. No dogs were in the bedroom yet.

In bed, Robert was digging at everything. He finally ended up peeing on the dog bed. I had to yell for Hubby to come clean it up. We need to throw out the dog bed. 

Robert jumped up on the bed, dug a little. I yelled at him to get off. He proceeded to POOP on our bed!

I cleaned off the area on the comforter with Clorox wipes. Hubby put the poop in a bag and threw it away. 

I went to sleep.
