Awake at 6AM, I made the bed and dressed.

 

Hubby said he was up at 5AM with the dogs.

 

Hubby fed the dogs egg breakfast.

 

I was up at 6:00AM when I heard the dogs barking outside. Riley was squeaking a toy.

 

My right arm hurts severely again. The inside elbow. I can barely move it.

Hubby helped me make the bed.

I got dressed. Went to the kitchen to make a latte for Hubby, tea & Nanogreens for myself.

I went outside to pick up dog poo.

 

Hubby cleaned cat litter. I vacuumed up the cat litter on the floor.

 

I really felt awful today. 

 

Washed my hair today and it came out stringy, not curly. Still working on bunching curls.

 

 

STRINGY CURLS

 

 

We left early to go get groceries at Walmart. They did not have a kiddie pool, so we drove to Ace Hardware. As we drove past, they had no pools outside. So we drove to Family Dollar and saw pools outside. I sat in the car with the groceries and the A/C, Hubby went inside to buy the pool.

 

We drove home and unloaded groceries. Let the dogs outside for potty. They did not want to be outside long as IT IS SO HOT.

Hubby watched Automotive shows all day today.

I had expended all my energy to go grocery shopping. I felt awful. My arm was hurting again.

I took a nap from 2-4PM.

At 5PM, we left the dogs at home and went swimming at the Pool at the Community Center. There were too many people inside, so we went outside.

Dave & Carmen & Angela were there, talked about the Fireworks.

I went to sit in the hot tub for a while. 

Then we left at 6:15PM. I got changed inside the women's changing rooms and spun out my bathing suit. 

We drove home in the FMF. No geese tonight. 

At home, we watched TV for a while. 

I went to bed early at 9PM.
