SUNDAY

Up at 5AM with the dogs. Hubby took them out for potty. He sat outside on the patio with them for over an hour.
The wind started blowing violently at 6AM.
I got up at 6:30AM. I got dressed. Went to the kitchen to make a latte for Hubby, tea/Nanogreens for myself.
At 7AM, I went for a bike ride. The wind was blowing about 20 mph. It was tough. But the sun was shining. I got about 15 minutes done and was tired, but at least I tried biking again. It felt good.
I came back and Hubby was watching Automotive shows. He made the bed, then he started laundry in the washer. He cleaned up the dishes and put them in the dishwasher.
We washed Riley (as we had forgotten to do it last night) in the kitchen sink. I took her in the bathroom and blew her dry after toweling her down thoroughly. She and Tater ran thru the house with zoomies.
I washed my hair and conditioned it.
RILEY IS ALMOST TOO BIG FOR THE DOG BED
I found pee on the floor & poop on the dining room rug from Riley and Hubby had to put her out again and we cleaned it up.
Then I got changed for our massage at 12:30PM. We left the house at 11:15AM and the dogs stayed home.
It was overcast, windy, and cold. We valeted the FMF. Noticed that the Casablanca had their huge American flag at half-mast. Inside, there were lots of drunk idiots were walking 3&4 side by side. Hubby walked into them.
We walked to the spa. The heated pool was cold and dirty. I used the cleaning stick to scoop up some of the tree debris, but the bottom was covered in sand. Some maintenance man finally came in and cleaned some of it.
We went to the Steam room and sat for a while. The floor was kinda dirty - Hubby said it looked like somebody had pooped on it? We stayed for a while to warm up. I went to sit in the waiting room, Hubby went to take a shower to clean off the sweat/steam.
Rayven & Kim came to get us in the waiting room. We had an 80 minute massage this time. Rayven worked on my upper right arm extensively. Hubby fell asleep on his stomach. He snored. We laughed.
Then we left after it was done. I went to take a hot shower. LOTS OF WATER PRESSURE! I got soap in my eye. I got dressed and left. Hubby paid at the desk and left tips.
We walked up to have turkey dinner at the Casablanca cafe as Hubby wanted to eat something, but after we were seated, nobody came to take our order. We left after 10 minutes. Walked around to get hot lattes as it was QUITE COLD OUTSIDE.
I waited to get the lattes. Hubby ordered us hotdogs for $1.50 each.

We sat down at the food court and ate. Then we left. Got our car from the Valet.
Drove home. Let the dogs outside for potty. No accidents after 3 hours? Weird that she pees & poops after going outside and coming back inside yesterday...
Hubby grilled chicken outside on the grille. Then he sat down to watch Automotive shows on TV.
Riley & Tater played. Riley had zoomies.

At 6PM, the wind had died down. It was sunny outside. I decided to go for another bike ride. So Hubby took the dogs in the Golf Cart. I shut the garage door. Hubby had to stop and talk to neighbor, Dave and neighbor Steve that was walking by.
We rode to the grassy area and played with the dogs. Hubby got the leashes tangled and was getting frustrated, so I had to help untangle them by unclipping them from the collars.
I continued my ride. I AM OUT OF SHAPE. I used to do 10-15 miles in just 30 minutes. I did 3 miles. It was exhausting.

We rode back home and I opened the garage door.
Stan & Betty were having a loud party with Frank Sinatra music.
We watched TV for a while.
Went to bed at 10PM.
