MARCH ON MESQUITE

THURSDAY
JUNE 4 2020

Up at 6AM. I was too tired and my shoulder hurt too much to go biking.

I got up and made the bed. Then I made latte for Hubby and Nanogreens for me.

We sat on the sofa and watched Vegas news. All Casinos open today.

At 7:45AM, we put the dogs in the kennel and took the Dually to pick up groceries from Walmart. Hubby wants to do pick-up from now and not go inside.

The Doorbell rang-USPS delivered packages.

We then went over to Starbucks where I pre-ordered and got Egg Bites. 10 cars in line.

Afterward, we drove down Mesquite Blvd towards home.

At home, I gave ham to the dogs for treats.

Put dogs outside for potty. Hubby back the truck into the side of the garage.

Hubby brought in groceries. I put groceries away.

Hubby worked on his Doggy Door prototype.

Then we put dogs in kennel and went swimming at NOON to 1:45PM. I got really sunburnt. Everybody was talking about the Protesters that were coming to Mesquite tonight.

We came home. I had a leftover piece of pizza. Then I took a nap. Very tired.

Hubby left at 4:30PM in the UTV to go down to the shop so that the 5 Companies can work on a counter-offer for the building. The offer must be submitted by tomorrow.

Hubby was home by 6PM. He said that the protesters were a bunch of teenagers and they walked down Mesquite Blvd, laid down in front of the city building for 9 minutes, then left. It was too hot to do anything else.

At 9:13PM, the alarm went off and we ran outside in the front to see the International Space Station go flying past. It was only visible for about 3 minutes. Very bright and very fast.

Hubby and I watched the rest of the series Band Of Brothers. Then we went to bed at 10PM.

No bike ride for me tonight at it is still 95° this late at night. I can't even breathe the air is so hot.

Slathered ourselves in Aloe Vera. Both of us are SO BURNT.
