RETIRE SOON

THURSDAY

Got up at 6AM. Made a latte & egg sandwich for hubby. Gave them to him while he was sitting on the sofa watching Raising Hope. Gave him a plate with eggs to feed the dogs.

Gave some turkey slices to the dogs; Bud got his painkillers.

Hubby left with my Jeep all his trucks need to be repaired. Brakes in the White Dually, Need Fuel in Dodge, Need Diesel Overhaul in Tan Dually.

So I am stranded today. Cannot meet KR tonight as planned. I texted to let her know.

Cleaned up cat litter in the basement and took it to the garage dumpster.

Went outside and filled the deer food bowls.

Started laundry and dishes.

Put away laundry.

Hubby called and said that he was in a meeting this morning. More stupid stuff. No overtime, Don't buy anything to help the customers! This company is a pathetic joke. Hubby cannot wait to retire soon as upper management at this company is ridiculous.

Then he called and wanted the sizes for his clothes because he said they were allowing them to purchase new clothes for work.

Koda surprised me by just waltzing in the house and miaowing at me in the hallway! She has been gone for 3 days now!

Went down to get the mail at 1PM. Got my 3 rings from Etsy that I ordered.

Hubby got home at 5PM. We got in the Jeep and ran down to the Vet to pick up the Meds for Bud & Ben. The girls there just keep getting dumber all the time. HOW many times do I have to tell you my name and spell it out???

We ran to Lil Town Market and picked up milk. Hubby also bought an Everything Pizza. We took the pizza home and put it in the oven.

Then we relaxed for a while until 7PM. Called KR and talked to her about moving from the old office to the new office on Government Way. She was tired.

Hubby and I went biking in Farragut Park at 7PM around the Brig and the Primitive Camping. Then we came back, loaded the dogs and took them to the park before dark. Bud was having problems walking and huffing a lot. He is not well. But Hubby really does not want to put him down yet.

We came home and watched a little TV, then went to bed at 11PM.
