LAKE CITY HIGH SCHOOL FALL PLAY

SATURDAY
10-18-2014

I woke up at 1AM and could not fall back to sleep. Went into Ben's room to sleep with him. Lil Bit joined us later. I think I fell back to sleep for 1 hour around 6AM. We got up shortly after that.

I made cheese eggs for the dogs; made hubby an egg sandwich.

We went to get hubby a latte in town. Drove thru town to let the dogs bark at neighborhood dogs. Then we drove down to Farragut Park. Walked the dogs thru the Sunrise/Willow Day Use Area. Took them down the trail past the cabins. Passed some bikers while on the trail.

Farragut Park morning

Came home and hubby dropped us off then unloaded dog food & deer food. He went down to the shop to work.

I took a hot roast beef sandwich down to him later. Mark the Mumbler was down there. Out of jail again... He had his little black dog named Jack with him. Jack is a cute dog. I took a couple RMOR t-shirts down to him.

Came back home and continued to crochet on my blanket.

Hubby is supposed to be done with work at 6PM so we can go to the Lake City High School play tonight at 7PM.

Hubby got done at 3:45 and came home to take a shower. I took care of his ear hair, he got dressed in nice clothes. We watched RED on tv for a while, then left for the play at 6:00.

On the way, hubby decided he needed a latte so we stopped at the stand on Prairie & Ramsey called Daybreak Espresso. He ordered an Eggnog latte.

Arrived at the high school and saw lots of buses & cars. They were there for something else. We purchased our tickets. Hubby had to potty before we went inside to the auditorium.

Watched the play, Epic Proportions. It was OK. Not greatly entertaining. But the kids acted well. Finally ended at 9PM and we stopped to get gasoline for $3.07/gallon at Maverick station. Drove thru Rathdrum to pick up dog burgers at McDs.

The dogs were happy to see us when we got home. Bud came out thru the garage & greeted us. They were fed dog burgers. I went to bed early after taking an allergy pill with warm milk to help me sleep.
