APRIL 25 2024 

 

 

 

 

 

Riley slept until 6AM!!! Sage got up on the bed and started miaowing. She woke us up.

 

Nice and cool this morning- in the 70s. It is only supposed to be 80 today. We had the front door open all day. Cats looked outside.

 

Hubby put the dogs outside and then came back to help me make the bed.

 

Hubby fed the dogs.

 

I got dressed and went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby (we are out of milk and I used some chocolate milk for his latte), and tea/Nanogreens for myself.

 

I did bookwork and paid payroll. 

 

Hubby made turkey bacon in the air-fryer for me.

 

Hubby ordered hot tub heater, pump, and robo-cleaner from Amazon.

 

Hubby left at 8:45AM.  

I put away clean dishes, put another load of dishes in dishwasher. I put away clean clothes. 

Riley woke up from her nap and I did not get to the door in time. She peed right by the sliding glass door. I had to clean it up.

Neighbor left at 10:30AM with her sister in the car pulling the camper. I put the sunshade up because the wind was blowing again.

I watched TV.

At 11:30AM, Hubby called to ask me to order Dominos for him & the guys at the shop.

 

I watched TV. Tried to take a nap.

 

At NOON, Justin came to increase the heat control on the hot water heater. He was only here a few minutes. He turned it up from 120F degrees to 135F degrees. 

I did not feel well. Sat on the sofa, trying to take a nap. 

Riley had an accident pee by the sliding glass door because I did not see her there; she did not bark.

At 4PM, Hubby said he was coming home after dropping shipping off at Mesquite Business Center and talking to Pat. 

Hubby stopped to wash his truck and get groceries (milk) at Walmart. 

He brought groceries home and unloaded them. Put them away. 

We took the dogs for a Golf cart ride to the grass at 6PM. The sun went down behind the mesa. 

Dogs were happy running around. Tater pooped. Riley peed lots of times. We gave them water. 

Drove back home. I went to get mail. Hubby put golf cart in garage. Hubby forgot to let dogs out and Riley peed in the house again. 

Hubby watched TV automotive shows while I did bookwork.

Hubby fell asleep watching TV.

We watched Not Yet Dead tv show episodes and then went to bed at 10PM.

WEDNESDAY / APRIL 24 /TATER TO SHOP / GOLF CART RIDE /VERY WINDY

Tater was crowding me out on the bed in the middle of the night. Hubby came to bed late. I had to have him turn the ceiling fan on high as I was hot. 

Riley slept thru the night until 4AM. 

Hubby took the dogs out at 4AM, then came back to bed for 1 hour. Then the dogs were awake again and Hubby got up. I got up to potty and was dizzy and everything hurt. I had Hubby get me some Prednisone. I fell back to sleep until 6:30AM.

 

I was still not feeling very good at all when I got up. 

I made the bed, then got dressed. Went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby, tea/Nanogreens for myself.

Hubby made dog breakfast. 

Hubby cleaned cat litter. I picked up dog poo outside.

 

I did bookwork.

 

We watched TV for a while.

Hubby & Tater left for the shop. 

Hubby left his dead phone (he did not plug it in to charge last night) at home and had to turn around. I ran the phone out to him in the Dually.

 

Riley was depressed after they left. 

 

We watched TV. Riley played. Then she napped most of the day.

 

Hubby & Tater got home at 3:30PM. 

 

Hubby brought home the lipstick I ordered that was mistakenly sent to the USPS box at the shop. 

 

Hubby and I watched some TV, Animal Control new episode.

 

At 5:30PM, we took the dogs for a ride on the golf cart. Stopped at the grassy areas to let the dogs run & poop. I picked up all the poop at both the areas.

We arrived back home and I did bookwork. Hubby sat down to watch Automotive shows.

 

At 10PM, the dogs went to bed. I went to take a hot bath. THE HOT WATER HEATER IS NOT HEATING UP THE WATER VERY WELL. 

I went to bed. Hubby came to bed at 11:30PM.

TUESDAY / APRIL 23 / HUBBY TO ST GEORGE / CLEANING / RILEY VET APPT

TUESDAY

APRIL 23 2024 

 

 

 

Up at 5AM when the dogs got up. Hubby took the dogs outside for potty.

I got up and dressed. Made the bed.

Hubby fed the dogs. I went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby, tea/Nanogreens for myself.

I cleaned the kitchen and stsrted dishwasher. 

I was really not feeling very well. Took some Tylenol.

Picked up dog poo outside. 

Hubby left at 6AM to drive trailer with customer's UTV to Moto Zoo in St George, UT.

I cleaned up everything for the cleaners to come. Put everything away on the counters. 

At 11:30AM, I put dog toys outside and put dogs outside.

Waited for cleaners to get here at Noon. 

We sat outside on the back patio. I watched dogs play.

They cleaned and were gone by 1:10PM.

Took the dogs back inside. 

At 3:30PM, Hubby said he was coming home, so instead of driving by myself to Riley's Vet appointment at 4PM, Hubby came home and picked us up. Tater came with us so he was not alone. Hubby waited in the A/C Dually with Tater while I took Riley inside for her shots, Bordatella, Puppy check up. Weight, Temperature, Eyes, Heart checked. Then I paid with the Dr and got her rabies vaccine paperwork. 

Drove back home. 

We took the dogs for a Golf Cart ride and they stopped at the grassy area to play. Tater pooped at the 2nd grassy area, but I did not have poop bags in the golf cart. I will pick it up tomorrow.

We came back home and the puppies were tired. 

At 9PM, the puppies were exhausted and ready for bed. 

 

I took a hot bath. The HOT WATER IS NOT HOT ENOUGH. 

 

Hubby put the puppies in bed and I went to bed shortly afterwards. 

 

Hubby stayed up to watch TV.

MONDAY / APRIL 22 / NEW HOT WATER HEATER

APRIL 22 2024

 

 

Awake at 5AM when Riley was getting restless. Hubby got up and let the dogs outside. 

I slept until 6:30AM. Sage kept walking all over me. 

I got up and dressed. Went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby, tea/Nanogreens for myself.

Hubby made breakfast for the dogs. He made turkey bacon for me in the air fryer.

Hubby helped me make the bed. 

I vacuumed the house. 

Hubby watched Automotive shows for a while. I cleaned the kitchen and put dishes in dishwasher. 

Hubby put the liquor that Mike brought over from his house into the FMF and took it to the shop.

I drove down to Enliven to get my diet shot.

 

Came back home and let the dogs outside. 

 

Justin, the plumber, came at Noon when he said he would be here by 1PM. 

 

He drained the hot water tank and could not get it out by himself, so he drove down to get supplies and ask Hubby for Marcel to come help.

 

Justin & Marcel got back by 1:30PM. They installed the hot water heater. Marcel left. 

 

Justin was finally done by 1PM. I paid him $200 more than he quoted us. What an asshole.

 

When Hubby got home at 4PM, he found that there was salt spilled all over the driveway. Hubby was really upset. The hot water overflow tray had been busted & Justin did not replace it. Justin had installed the hot water heater backwards. The straps were not tied down to it. Just a fucking hack job. 

 

Hubby was really mad & upset all night.

 

We took the dogs for a Golf Cart ride to the grassy areas. They played.

 

Hubby got back and made chicken on the grille. 

 

It was windy tonight.

 

I went to bed at 10PM. I was not feeling very well.

Up at 6AM with dogs. 

 

Hubby let the dogs outside and fed the dogs.

Hubby made grilled chicken on the grille at the side patio.

Hubby  made turkey bacon for me in the air-fryer. 

I made the bed. I put dirty clothes in washer. I cleaned kitchen and put dishes in dishwasher.

I did bookwork.

Hubby was on the phone with Angie from Tank & Barrel. He ordered the bank for our hot tub.

Hubby & Tater left at 8:30AM.

I put away clean clothes. I put away clean dishes.

I watched TV. Soaked my feet and then put Tea Tree Oil and Cream on them.

Justin from DrainMan came at Noon. He looked at the hot water heater.

I ordered Pizza for the guys from Dominos at 12:30PM.

 

I walked down to get the mail at 1:15PM. When I got back, Riley had gone thru the baby gate and was barking at the front door. When I opened the door, she ran outside. I dropped everything and got her at the front of the garage door. 

 

I opened all the mail. 

 

Then I let Riley outside again. 

I watched TV. Took a nap when Riley took a nap.

Hubby & Tater got home at 5PM. It was very late. 

We watched TV. Fallout. Completed the series. 

Went to bed at 10PM.

 

 

THURSDAY / APRIL 18 / PARTLY CLOUDY

Up at Midnight, Tater pushed me out of the bed. I went to sleep on the sofa with my pillow. I was hot & sweaty. Feverish. 

 

At 3AM, I got up and went to bed in the front room. Still hot and feverish. Stupid LUPUS Flare.

 

Hubby got up at 6AM and let the dogs out for potty. He fed the dogs. 

 

Riley was barking a lot this morning.

 

I finally got up at 6:40AM. I had wanted to sleep until 7AM, but I had little time to get chores done. Got up and dressed. Jeans & shirt out of dryer. Went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby, tea/Nanogreens for myself.

Hubby FINALLY called to check on hot tub plastic tub from manufacturers this morning. It has only been 6 months.

Put dogs out several times. I picked up dog poo. I made the bed in the front room.

Hubby left at 8:30AM after watching the Olympus Rally show on TV. 

I vacuumed cat litter. 

I put away clean clothes. I started dishwasher. 

I am sweating again. 

I watched TV. Let the dogs out for potty several times. NO ACCIDENTS IN THE HOUSE.

 

I soaked my feet in hot water and then put Tea Tree Oil & Cream on them.

I did bookwork. 

Hubby got homne at 4PM. 

We took the dogs on a ride in the golf cart. Drove to the new subdivision.

 

Hubby and I left the dogs at home drove to Walmart in the Dually. We got groceries. Saw Justin (DrainMan) there and talked to him.

We took groceries home and unloaded them. Put the groceries away.

Hubby made dinner for himself. 

We watched TV. I had a very old marijuana gummy with some Melatonin and went to bed at 10PM.

 Up at 6AM. I was exhausted. So tired to just be awake.

Hubby was up at 5:30AM with the dogs. He woke me up from a dream where I was having surgery. The Dr in my dream told me to go back to sleep and put the oxygen mask over my face. I was having surgery because of pain in my right shoulder which happened to be Sage sitting on my shoulder while she was sleeping!

I got up at 6AM and made the bed. Got dressed.

Went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby and tea/Nanogreens for myself.

We need to get a new Keurig. It is not working. 

Hubby was watching Automotive shows. I let the dogs out for potty.

The garbage man came by at exactly 7:30AM. 

I did bookwork.

MONDAY / APRIL 15 / ENLIVEN FOR SHOTS

Warm and sunny. In the 50s.

Up at 6AM. Riley slept thru the night.

Hubby took the dogs out for potty. Hubby fed the dogs.

I went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby, tea/Nanogreens for myself.

I made the bed.

Hubby started the laundry; washed the comforter and then put clean laundry in the dryer.

I cleaned up the kitchen and put dishes into dishwasher.

I picked up dog poop outside. 

I had to take Hubby to the shop, so we left early this morning. I dropped him off at the shop and then I went to Enliven to get Diet shot & Biotin shot.Kelly was there this morning.

I drove back home, let the dogs outside for potty.

I did some bookwork. 

Put the laundry in the dryer. Put away clean clothes. 

Tater & Riley & I were sitting outside for quite a while. Then Riley came inside and pooped on the rug while I was making more tea. 

I had to clean up the poop.

We watched TV for a while. Riley & Tater took naps. 

 

Hubby called upset about the flashlight orders from Amazon that still were not cancelled. I told him not to worry. Then he called to have a recommendation letter for Johnathan. 

Then I put away more clean clothes. Put away clean dishes. 

Hubby got home at 4PM. He warmed up and ate his Panda Express that they had gotten today at the shop. 

We watched Ghosts and got caught up on all the seasons. 

Hubby made the bed at 10PM and put the dogs to bed. 

We went to bed at 11PM.

 

SUNDAY / APRIL 14 / BREAKFAST AT CASABLANCA / TAKE OUT DOG DOOR / BATHE RILEY / WRAP TATER'S LEG

APRIL 14 2024 

Warm and sunny. In the 60s.

Up at 5AM. Riley slept thru the night. I got up and slept on the sofa. Tater was crowding me out with his leg in my hip, I was sweating hot, Hubby was snoring all night long. I got no sleep at all.

Hubby took the dogs out for potty. Hubby fed the dogs.

I went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby, tea for myself.

I made the bed.

Hubby started the laundry and then put clean laundry in the dryer.

I cleaned up the kitchen and put dishes into dishwasher.

I picked up dog poop outside. 

We left the dogs at home. I drove the Jeep to the Casablanca where we had it valet parked. We had breakfast at the Casa Cafe. Both of us had the Deuces Special. Hubby had eggs easy over, I had scrambled. It was good. Gave $5 to our bus boy Robert, $20 to waitress on the table. Robert disappeared, so I handed his tip to Silva, our waitress.

Hubby paid and we left. Lots of people walking 3 across in the slots aisles. Some idiot meth looking woman smoking cigarette and put it out as we were exiting. Smoke everywhere. 

Picked up our Jeep. Drove home.

Saw Mike driving down Falcon Ridge towards Walmart. 

At home, we let the dogs out for potty. I picked up 4 dog poops. 

 

We replaced the dog door with the regular sliding glass door. Kept the cats inside. Riley peed on the tile right by the door. Cleaned up the door sash, window, railing. 

 

We wrapped Tater's leg with a bandage and velcro, but it came off. Tater did not seem to like it very much. He is still limping.

 

Hubby gave Riley a bath in the kitchen sink and she did not wiggle around too much. I helped dry her. She dried off quite quickly outside in the sunshine and I did not have to blow her dry! She still needs her toenails clipped.

 

We sat on the patio for a while until it became too windy. 

 

Hubby watched Automotive shows. 

 

Hubby got my bike out of storage in the garage and aired up the tires. 

We were going to take the golf cart for a ride, but the battery was dead.

Hubby made chicken on the grille.

We watched TV and then went to bed at 10PM.

SATURDAY / APRIL 13 / 4X4 CLUB MEETING

Up at 6AM. Riley slept thru the night. 

Hubby took the dogs out for potty. Hubby fed the dogs.

I went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby, tea/Nanogreens for myself.

Hubby watched Automotive shows for while. Then he helped make the bed. 

Started the laundry and then put clean laundry in the dryer.

I cleaned up the kitchen and put dishes into dishwasher.

I picked up dog poop outside. 

Hubby left at 9:45AM to attend the 4x4 Club Meeting at the Sun City Rec Center. 

He returned by 11AM. Then he made lunch.

We let the dogs outside. I put away clean clothes. I vacuumed house while Hubby cleaned cat litter. 

We left the dogs at home with the A/C on; stopped at Walmart to get a money order to pay Hubby's Revere Health medical bill. Washed the FMF. 

 

We stopped at the shop to leave the Dually in Casey's bay and Hubby found the iPhone that I was going to give Andy. We drove over to Andy's shop to drop it off. Saw his brother leaving. I said hello.

We stopped at Lee's Liquors to get Hard Mt Dew for the delivery driver for the shop.

Mike and his youngest twin son came over to borrow the FMF. Mike talked about losing Donna. He is going to cremate her. 

Sat on the back patio for an hour until the wind started at exactly 7:18PM.

Came inside and Hubby was having leg cramps. We set up the pressure boots for him. Riley POOPED in our room. I had to clean it up. Hubby put Riley outside again.

 

 

FRIDAY / APRIL 12 / WARM AND SUNNY /

FRIDAY

Warm and sunny. In the 80s.

Up at 6AM. Riley slept thru the night. 

Hubby took the dogs out for potty. I made the bed. 

I went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby, tea/Nanogreens for myself.

Started the laundry and then put clean laundry in the dryer.

I cleaned up the kitchen and put dishes into dishwasher.

I picked up dog poop outside. 

Hubby fed the dogs. 

 

Hubby left at 8:30AM. 

 

I did payroll. I paid bills. 

I watched TV. 

I put away clean dishes. I put away clean clothes. 

Took naps with the dogs. Let the dogs out for potty.

No potty problems for Riley in the house today.

Hubby got home at 5PM. 

Then Hubby complained about Landlord making mess at shop. Ruined Byron's car project. Landlord put up no trespassing signs that make it look awful.

I drove the Jeep. So we took fabric down to the shop for Marcel's girlfriend. Hubby was going to give money $ to Byron to replace his materials because dust/dirt from swampcoolers had landed on his project car for a customer. 

At the shop, the idiot Landlord was there with his girlfriend. Byron & his girlfriend were there and Marcel was there. Byron has painted one wall in his space entirely black and it looks great. I complimented him on the car wrap project. 

Hubby gave Byron some money. Then Landlord said he was going to give Byron some money to make up for the mess that the Swamp cooler repairs guys had done. 

I gave Marcel the fabric. Then Hubby and I left to go back home.

At home, we watched TV. I did bookwork while Hubby watched the dogs.

We went to bed at 10PM. I was tired.
