TUESDAY / MARCH 11 / DARK IN THE MORNING /

MARCH 11 2025

I was up at 6AM with the alarm on my phone. It has been rough getting up after Daylight Savings Time change. 

Hubby slept in bed with the dogs until 6:30AM. 

I got up and made hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby, hot tea for myself.

I made breakfast egg breakfast for the dogs with rice & turkey bacon. Then I put out tuna for the cats, I put out milk & cheese for the cats. 

I let the dogs outside when they got up. Then Hubby put the plates down on the floor for the dogs to eat their breakfast.

I cleaned out cat litter and Hubby took it out to the garbage can for me. 

Hubby warmed up turkey bacon, but it was too tough to eat after he made it. Will have to feed to dogs.

Hubby sat and watched YouTube while I did bookwork.

Then I cleaned up the kitchen and put dishes in dishwasher. Hubby started the washing machine and then I put clothes in dryer. 

I picked up dog poo outside and put it in garbage can out front. 

Hubby left at 8:30AM after putting his shoes on his feet. Then I took the dogs outside again for potty.

I brought the garbage can inside after it was dumped. I ran into Dawn, our neighbor next door and said Hi. Gary came out of the house and I greeted him.

Dogs and I sat on the patio for 30 minutes.

I called Virgin Valley Vet to arrange appointment for Riley in April to get her vaccinations. Then I made an appontment for Peanut Butter Jelly Roll to have a wellness dog check up March 19. 

I was hungry and warmed up bacon stuffing roll-ups. And some left over crab rangoons. That was my breakfast.

I left the front door open today as it was nice. 

Hubby got home about 3:45PM. The dogs were all excited and greeted him at the door.

DADDY COMES HOME

About 5PM, the wind started to blow. Closed the front door, rolled up the screen on the side patio.

We watched TV. I shared news "story time" with Hubby.

We went to bed at 11PM. Daylight Savings Time is still killing us.
