FEBRUARY 23 2026

I was up at 4AM. Could not sleep in bed. Had to potty.

I slept on the sofa. I was cold. Riley got up at 5AM. I opened the door for her to go out, but she just came back inside. 

I went back to sleep on the sofa.

Everybody got up at 6AM. Let dogs outside. Hubby went potty. I went potty. Then we brought all the dogs back inside.

I made the bed. Got dressed. Put on makeup. Fixed my shorter hair with steamer. 

Hubby fed the dogs eggs for breakfast. He gave the cats tuna & shredded cheese. 

Hubby got dressed. He wore shorts starting again today because the cold snap is over? Supposed to be in 70s today by 3PM.

I made a hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby. Made hot tea, plain latte, and Nanogreens for myself.

I cleaned the kitchen. I put dirty dishes in dishwasher and started it. Hubby got dressed and sat on the sofa to watch YouTube.

Hubby cleaned cat litter. 

Hubby left for work at 8:30AM in the white Jeep. 

I went outside to pick up do poo. I put garbage and more cat poo in the cannister outside. I cleaned up garbage in the garage and organized donation stuff. 

I did bookwork. I ran Payroll. 

I called Hubby to find the clicker for Tater's collar. But he did not remember where it was. I finally found it under a bunch of crap on the table. Tater had been barking at neighbors walking on the sidewalk.

I put away clean clothes. I put away clean dishes. I accidentally broke a bowl on the countertop and had to vacuum it up. 

I tried on a grey wig. It looks ok. I think it will be better to just let my own hair grow out.

PBJR slept in the sun for over 2 hours, she finally came inside and was panting. I gave the dogs some rotisserie chicken from Walmart.
