THURSDAY / NOV 6 / CUT FINGER / TATER STAYS HOME / OSCAR & JERRILYN'S 60TH ANNIVERSARY / DINNER / RAW FILET

THURSDAY

NOVEMBER 6 2025

Up at 6AM when I heard Hubby get up with the dogs. 

I was putting things away in the bedroom closet and picked up some shattered porcelain from a ghost - but I did not know what it was. It impaled my right index finger. 

I went to clean it and put a band-aid on it. But it would not stop bleeding. I tried gluing it, but that did not help. It JUST KEPT BLEEDING.

I bound the wound in small white wound tape. 

I made a hot eggnog latte for Hubby. I made hot tea & Nanogreens for myself. Hubby warmed up egg bites in the air-fryer for me. 

Hubby left at 8:30AM in the FMF (no trailer). He left Tater at home because it was going to be busy today and Tater barks at everybody. 

I put comforter in washer. 

I cleaned the counter and put dishes in the dishwasher.

I sat outside with the dogs for a while. Played BALL with Riley.

DOVE ON THE FENCE

I sat inside on the heating pad. Everything hurts. I took Ibuprofen (no autism yet).

I did bookwork. Paid bills. 

Hubby got home at 3:10PM. He took a shower. 

Then he got dressed. I put on my ugly brown sweater with leggings. I look awful. Fat. 

We closed up the house. Left the dogs at home. 

Drove to Wolf Creek Lodge. Got there at 4:30PM. Hubby got Bloody Mary and paid for the first round himself. We had to go in search of our drink coupons since there was nobody at the front table when we got there. 

DINNER

FILET  (EXTREMELY RAW) WITH POTATOES, CARROTS, SQUASH, ONIONS, MUSHROOMS

Hubby got 2 more drinks during dinner. I drank water. Jerrilyn & Oscar got there at 5PM and everybody yelled SURPRISE!

They hugged everybody. About 45 people were there. Seats for 60. Some people did not come. It was all pre-paid for dinner & 1drink each & dessert. Hubby and I got Filet. But they were raw. 

Hubby felt sick afterwards but wanted to stay for dessert. He got carrot cake and had ordered chocolate cake for me. It was the driest cake I had ever eaten. 

We left right afterwards because I had the beginnings of endometriosis cramps. I was in agony on the way home. Took LOTS of aspirin that were in the glove compartment (THAT DOES NOT HAVE LIGHTS IN IT FOR A $100,000 VEHICLE) OMG. 

At home, I let the dogs out for potty. I got into a hot bath. Hubby took care of everything else. Opened the house up. Put away stuff, let cats out of our room .

I got out of the bath, still in lots of pain. Hubby had made the bed for me. He sat down on the sofa and fell asleep. This was at 5PM. We went to bed at 8PM.
