JUNE 15 2025

Up at 5AM. Hubby went back to sleep in the bedroom. I was sleeping on the sofa and got up. I let the dogs outside for potty. Then they came back inside.

I got dressed. 

Made a hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby, tea & Nanogreens for myself.

I fed the dogs with dog grog and put more chicken with eggs in it, fed cats tuna. Gave a can of tuna to Riley.

I picked up the dog poo outside. I cleaned the cat litter and put the bag in the garbage can outside.

Hubby slept late until 8AM. 

Then he got dressed. We both made the bed. Took the dog blankets to the washer to wash as they stank from dog spit & suck.

I gave Hubby his Father's Day cards and his new t-shirt.

We left the dogs at home and went to GS Nails to get our Pedicures from Andy. Hubby got his fingernail done again with glue. 

Drove home. I was exhausted. Heart was racing. I had to take a Nitro pill. 

At home, I made more hot tea. Sat on the sofa, then took a nap. 

I heard Hubby take the dogs out for potty, he cooked some beans and carrots in the oven. It was overwhelmingly hot outside. 116 degrees. 

I woke up at 2:30PM. Hubby had set an alarm on the Google Home.

I changed clothes, put on makeup. Got my bag ready for Massage. We closed up the house, closed doors, and put away things so dogs would not destroy stuff. 

I played ball with Riley for 10 minutes. She was tired. 

We left for Massage at 3:30PM, drove the FMF to Casablanca Spa. Parked in the back. Walked in and got our robes, keys. Gave $5 to Chelsea. She gave me a hug. 

We got changed and waited in the quiet room. A stupid boomer woman came in and opened the door - shouted "DID I LEAVE MY PURSE IN HERE?" I should have told her, WTF Do I work here? What rude, stupid people. But I kept my mouth shut. 

Raven & Kim came to get us. We got our massages. I was HURTING REALLY BADLY TODAY. ACHES & PAINS EVERYWHERE. Raven & Kim used the CBD oil/cream. I kept having to put my feet out from under the blanket as I was too hot. 

We got done and took showers. 

Drove to Walmart and picked up another couple salads for me, some cucumbers to put in dog water, a whole chicken for my salad, chicken bites for dogs, potatoes, onions, nectaries, bananas, and some more ice for dogs.

We drove home. Dogs & Cats were OK.

I had my salad. Sat on the sofa and was a zombie. Still hot & in pain. 

We watched a couple movies. Deep Cover with Bryce Dallas Howard and Orlando Bloom.

I went to bed at 9PM. Hubby stayed up longer. Dogs came to bed with me.
