Matt's boo-boo

Yesterday Kelsey called and told us that Matt had broken his jaw while playing football. With the way he was unconcious and had fallen, Kelsey feared the worst. Fortunately, the injury was slight and NO MORE FOOTBALL, Matt! He underwent surgery to repair it and to wire his jaw for healing. A liquid diet will be all that the kid will have for a while...

I scrapped a page of those two crazy kids.

Greg and I attended the Spokey-Jo Fair last night. Saw the Smith's Racing Pigs; my blue color won twice! And we laughed while the little kids answered questions in the "College of Pig-ology Knowledge". I REALLY laughed when the hubby turned to me and said..."That would be COPN, then..." and I paused...turned to him with raised eyebrows and said..."No, honey. That would be COPK!" We looked at tractors at the fair, saw the animals in the barns, watched dogs compete in a water jump; looked through the art exhibits; and ate corndogs, hawaiian snow, elephant ear, and mini donuts.

After 3 hours, we were exhausted, hurting and still had to stop at Wal-Mart to pick up necessities for the kids.
When we got home, we both fell asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillow.
