Up at 4:00AM when the alarm rang. I was still in bed. Tater really needs the exercise. PBJR likes to walk off-leash.
I got up and dressed. Let the dogs out for potty. Hubby got up and went potty. Then he made the bed. I let the dogs back inside the house.
I put out shredded cheese and tuna for the cats.
I made hot latte for Hubby with the new flavoring from Pax & Beneficia - cherry/vanilla/honey, hot tea for myself.
We put harness on Riley, collars on Tater & PBJR, then loaded them into the Dually. I put a green light on PBJR's collar.
It is 92F degrees outside.
We drove to Bunkerville. Drove around to make sure the gates were closed. The big gates were slightly openmowing had been done. Odd. WHY do they keep leaving the gates open?
It was 92F degrees at the park.
Walked the dogs in the soccer park. I threw BALL for Riley. PBJR was struggling to walk, so we took off her harness and she did much better.
Could REALLY see the stars this morning, just a few white fluffy clouds.
We gave the dogs water and then loaded them into the truck. I threw away the empty water bottles.
We drove home.
I unloaded dogs. Hubby had to unload PBJR because she had no harness. Took off harnesses. I put out ice for the dogs.
Then I fell asleep on the sofa until 9:30AM. Riley had been sleeping on me the entire time. Tater had been snoring LIKE A COW. MOOO. Mooo. MOOoo.
Hubby had been nepping, too. He got up and shut the front door. He cleaned cat litter. Made sure there was water in the ice machine. I got up and EVERYTHING HURT. I had to potty.
I put out fresh water for dogs. I went outside and picked up dog poop. It was already 102F. I threw the BALL a couple times for Riley but did not want her to get tired out.
Hubby vacuumed after we picked up the dog water and food.
I gave supplements to the dogs.
We got into the hot tub at 1PM to 1:30PM. It was hot out, too hot to stay in longer. Riley swam with us. The other dogs were out sitting in the sun on the back patio. Riley got out of the hot tub, then got back in again. She finally quit swimming back and forth between us then rested her head on the side of the tub. She got out and I let all the dogs inside. Tater slipped on the wet floor that Riley had shook out on,. Tater fell on his hip, but got up again.
I got back in the hot tub and massaged Hubby's shoulders.
We finally got out, Hubby covered up the hot tub. I put my wet clothes in the dryer. The dryer is making a weird noise, so I told Hubby to have Oscar come look at it.
I dried Riley off with a towel.
Hubby watched YouTube Automotive shows.
