OCTOBER 24 2026

Up at 4AM. PBJR was crowding me out and stole my blankets. I was cold.

I went to the sofa to sleep. 

Stuart slept on my head, then he scratched me. I was awake for the next 2 hours.

Hubby was up by 5AM. He put out shredded cheese and tuna for the cats. 

Hubby & PBJR left for the shop in the FMF at 8:30AM. He was supposed to meet a customer at 9AM. 

Hubby has still not returned home at 11:15AM. 

I did bookwork. 

I put laundry in washer and started it. I put dirty dishes in dishwasher and started it.

I played BALL with Riley outside. Tater napped on a dog bed.

Hubby and PBJR got home at NOON. Hubby vacuumed out the FMF.

Covered Tater up with his favorite dog blanket and he was nestled beside me, I was really warm. I fell asleep immediately. 

I was up and out of bed by MIDNIGHT because Hubby started snoring. 

I went out to the sofa to sleep. It was quite cold in the house as it got down to about 65F-55F overnight. I covered up with my favorite red blanket. Stuart settled on my feet to keep me warm. I reached down to rest my hand on him. I fell asleep.

I was awake 2 hours later, soaking in sweat. It was awful. I was in a pool of water. 

I got up and turned the A/C down to 72F. I went back to sleep. Stuart curled up on my head. 

I was up again at 4AM to take a hot bath as EVERYTHING in my body hurt. When I got into the hot water, IT HURT MY SKIN. So I had to get out of the tub quickly.

I dried off and went back to the sofa to sleep. 

Awake at 5:30AM when I heard Hubby and the dogs making noise in the bedroom. I got up and let the dogs out the sliding glass door.

Hubby went to make himself a hot latte. I made the bed. Hubby filled the syringe with his testosterone shot and I gave it to him in his butt.

I went to shower and wash my hair. I dried off and got dressed. I picked up everything on the floor as Hubby was vacuuming. There was dander, dust, cat & dog hair everywhere. Hair on the counters, the cat boxes, the air. 

I took the cat boxes outside and knocked the hair out of them. 

I did bookwork. Hubby cleaned the cat litter. I put dirty laundry in the washer. I cleaned off the counter and put dirty dishes in dishwasher. I cleaned all the dog & cat bowls. Gave them all fresh water and food. Gave the left over tuna to Riley & a little bit to PBJR.

We loaded all the donation goods into the FMF. Hubby took several phone calls. 

I made more hot tea. 

We drove to St George in the FMF. Stopped to wash the FMF at the Falcon Ridge car wash first.

Got to St George and walked the dogs at the Dixie Convention Center. Some idiot in a white SUV drove the wrong way down the drive and drove past the person they were picking up. The guy in a pink shirt was saving frantically, finally had to walk half way around the building to get to the SUV. We watched the whole stupidity.

I threw BALL for Riley. She got tired and had to rest in the wet grass under the shade of the trees. PBJR and Tater walked around wiith Hubby.

We drove to get a Calzone at Bella Marie's Pizzeria on the Bluff across from the park but they DID NOT HAVE CALZONES. The pizza was paper thin and tasted greasy. Hubby loved it. I hated it. We paid and left with 2 slices in a box. 

Drove to drop off donations at Deseret. All the guys there loved on the dogs. Especially PBJR. They kept petting her. 

Had to drive BACK downtown area of St George to pick up some plastic for a UTV visor from a Company there. I don't remember the name.

Hubby drove to Lowes to make a return of the stainless steel pipe that they FORCED us to buy to install on the new dryer. But they ended up NOT using. 

Then we drove to Beans & Brews on Riverside Drive because Hubby ABSOLUTELY HAD TO HAVE A LATTE again. He parked and walked in to use the potty while I waited in the car with the dogs. He got a latte and got me a green tea. It was hotter than the sun.

We drove to a LDS church to walk the dogs. I threw BALL for Riley. She pooped on the sidewalk. I did NOT pick it up.

Then we drove to the OTHER SIDE OF TOWN via I-15 thru bad directions by MapQuest. 

Hubby had to return part to SSV Works by the Airport. We drove to the bypass, but they were having some HUGE bicycle convention riding. Thousands of cars were parked everywhere and the road was blocked. We made a u-turn to get out of there and people honked at us. Assholes. 

Then we drove back to St George and got donuts at PinkBox donuts. 

We drove back to Mesquite on I-15. Stopped to get fuel and Hubby got lottery tickets at Beaver Dam at TA Express. 

We got back to Mesquite and stopped at the shop. I was exhausted. Hubby had to drop off the plastic he picked up for the UTV visor.

We drove home at unloaded dogs. They went potty. They had water. They napped for the rest of the night.

We watched TV. 

I put out bowls and tuna cat for the cats in the morning.

Hot tub was ice cold because it had not been turned on today, I really wanted to soak in the hot tub.

I went to bed at 9PM. Dogs came with me. Stuart came in the room. Riley growled at him, lunged at him. Stuart started scatching at the mini blinds. I had Hubby come get him and lock the door. Hubby finally came to bed later and woke me up again.

THURSDAY / OCT 22 / SLEPT LATE / RAIN STORM & HAIL

OCTOBER 22 2026

I took 2 Benadryl last night because I really needed sleep. But it wired me again. 

I was wide awake and could not sleep. 

I got up at MIDNIGHT and went potty. I slept on the sofa. I was waking up every so often. Hot, Uncomfortable, Sweaty. At 4AM, I got up and turned the A/C down from 75F degrees to 72F degrees.

I was GULPING air to breathe. It was awful.

I had nightmares all night long. 

Hubby got up at 5AM with the dogs and let them out. They were quiet and did not bark. I heard Hubby got potty. Then he had to let them back inside. He gave tuna and shredded cheese to the cats with the bowls & spoon that I had left out last night.

Hubby had made the bed, put away the blankets, he had re-filled the ice maker. While I was sleeping on the sofa, I had to remind him to put the hose panels back as the water would go all over unless he did. He cleaned the cat litter and took it out to the garbage. 

Hubby made a burrito for himself. He kept turning on lights and I had to tell him to turn them off as I needed more sleep. 

I finally got up at 7:30AM. I made myself hot tea. Hubby sat down on the sofa for a few minutes before he had to leave for the shop. He watched YouTube automotive shows.

We looked around outside at all the damage done from the HAIL STORM last night. There were many plants damaged, plants were shredded, lots of leaves on the ground. The neighbor's sand had gotten onto our property. There was a sink hole by our foundation. Sand in the street had drained to the neighbor's. The end caps of our patio cover were blown off last night and Hubby picked them up out of the yard.

Hubby left for the shop at 8:30AM in the FMF. I was in the backyard picking up dog poop. He hugged & kissed me goodbye.

Then I went inside and put dishes in dishwasher. 

I did bookwork all morning. I warmed up my egg bites in the new air fryer. I made more hot tea. 

I put the comforter in the washer and started it.

By NOON, the sky had clouded up and the mountains could not be seen. It started raining. Fortunately, I had NOT put the dog beds out again.

Hubby got home with Tater at 5PM. 

Hubby made dinner for himself. We shared "story time" on my iPhone. We watched TV. 

Waited for the hot tub to warm. I had turned it on at 11AM and it was STILL NOT OVER 95 DEGREES BY 8PM. 

Then it started raining. It got REALLY cold outside. About 65F degrees. The temperature dropped fast. 

We could not sit in the hot tub. So Hubby turned off the heater. 

I took some Oxycodone before bed so that I could sleep. 

We watched TV. I had a hot bath, Went to bed at 10PM.

OCTOBER 20 2026

My alarm rang at 4:30AM, but I heard thunder and rain. Hubby asked if I wanted to get up and I answered that I needed another 30 minutes sleep.

He got up to potty. The dogs also got up. 

Everybody went out to the living room.

I slept until 6:30AM. I got up and dressed. I made the bed.

Hubby was in the kitchen making burritos. he had already made himself an eggnog latte. He had put out shredded cheese and tuna for the cats. He had fed the dogs. (I had gotten the dog kibble ready last night).

I made hot tea for myself. It was already starting to rain outside. Tater was sleeping in the cool air on his dog bed outside. 

Tater came inside. I threw a BALL for Riley while I picked up dog poop.

I pulled all the dog beds under the patio. It started raining. 

I opened the Costco box that had been delivered yesterday. All of the chicken cans were packed in an overly large box with no packing material. They had rolled around, struck each other. The cans were all dented, out of their packaging, and leaking. So I got online to Costco and filled out paperwork to return them. We have to take them back to a Costco within 30 days.

Hubby cleaned cat litter. He sat down to eat. 

Tater & Hubby left for the shop at 8:30AM in the FMF. 

I did bookwork. I put clean laundry away. I started washing the dirty laundry.

I made myself a crepe. 

I vacuumed the cat litter in and around the armoire. I cleaned out the & vacuumed the dryer lint.

I cleaned the counter and put dishes in dishwasher and started it. I later put away clean dishes. 

Then at NOON, Riley barked that the FedEx guy was here to deliver my diet meds. I put the stuff in the fridge. 

I put away more clean clothes.

I watched TV, FRINGE tv show. 

I took the dogs outside. PBJR slept on her bed and I threw BALLS for Riley.

Hubby & Tater got home at 5PM. They came in and surprised us by coming out to the back patio. I did not hear them come home. 

Riley hung out in the recliner which is very unusual for her. That is Tater's spot.

We stepped out on the back patio, the side patio, and the front entryway to see the hail. The hail made its way all the way to the front door as it bounced.

Hubby had left the FMF outside as usual and it rained down on it. We would later find that plastic has been broken off the vehicle, it is full of dents. Hubby is sad.

At 8:30PM, I took 2 Benadryl tonight to sleep. Then I helped Hubby wash Tater in the shower. I dried him off. 

We went to bed at 10PM. Hubby locked Stuart outside of the bedroom.

I was WIRED all night long. The Trazodone that I had tried the night before made me sleepy, but TONIGHT, I was awake for a long time. Just WIRED. My eyes were moving, I could feel air on my skin. It was AWFUL. 

Hubby snored and woke me up several times. 

Awake at 4:30AM when Hubby was restless. He got up to potty, then all the dogs got up. PBJR needed help. I tried to go back to sleep, but could not. 

I went out to the sofa where Hubby was already on his iPad. I covered up and went to sleep. Dogs kept going in and out all morning. 

Hubby gave tuna & shredded cheese to cats. He gave kibble to dogs. He made the bed. He took the garbage in the house and the garbage can out to the curb.

I got up at 7:30AM. I dressed. I picked up dog poo and put it out in the garbage can. 

I made myself tea. Hubby had already made himself a latte. 

I did bookwork. PBJR SKIPPED and RAN out to the FMF to get loaded. She LOVES going to the shop. Hubby & PBJR left in the FMF for the shop. 

I put dirty dishes in dishwasher and started it. I put dirty clothes in washer and started it. The new Washer & Dryer are STILL SO QUIET. 

I did more bookwork.

I brought the garbage can inside the fence. Our neighbor, Gary, had bought himself a new truck. A GMC Denali. 

I did more bookwork. I put clothes in dryer.

I got up at 7AM. I slept late. 

Hubby had already been up and put dogs out for potty. He had put shredded cheese and tuna out for dogs. He made himself an eggnog latte.

I dressed and made the bed. I still feel tired and doped up.

I paid bills. 

Hubby cleaned cat litter and raked rocks outside.

Hubby left for the shop at 8:45AM in the Jeep. 

I put clothes in washer and started it. 

I put dirty dishes in washer and started it. 

I put clothes in dryer and started it.

I went outside to put the dog beds out again. It was cloudy today. I threw BALL for Riley.

I did bookwork. 

I put away clean clothes. I put away clean dishes. I made myself a crepe. I ate 1/2 of it.

I watched FRINGE for a while. 

The Landscape crew for Kokopelli was out back of the house on the main road doing trimming and blowing ALL MORNING. 4 hours of it. I got a headache.

I did more bookwork. 

Hubby got home at 4PM. 

We soaked in the tub for 30 minutes from 5:0PM to 6PM. Riley swam with us.

SUNDAY

I had nightmares all night. Animals being torn apart. It was awful.

I got up at 7AM and slept on the sofa. Hubby made himself a latte. He put out kibble for dogs. He put out shredded cheese and tuna for the cats.

I was finally awake at 8AM. I had not taken any painkillers, but I felt very drugged. All my muscles were hurting. Got dressed. Made hot tea for myself. 

I picked up dog poo outside. Riley & PBJR came outside and walked around with me. PBJR pooped.

Hubby had all our towels ready to get into the hot tub. I changed into my bathing suit. 

We got in the hot tub. Riley jumped in just as we did. She swam with us. Then she got out when the dogs barked outside.

Hubby made himself breakfast. I started laundry with the dirty clothes. Hubby had already made the bed.

Awake at 7AM. Dogs woke us up. Riley kept wiggling, jumping off bed. PBJR rolled on her back and snorted. 

I made a hot eggnog latte for Hubby, hot tea for myself. I made myself a crepe. Hubby had a burrito he made himself.

Changed the sheets on our bed.

Hubby took a shower. 

Took dirty clothes to new washer. It smells better. Is MUCH QUIETER. 

I put away clean clothes from last night.

We pulled pumpkins out of the closet and put them on the kitchen shelves. 

KITCHEN WITH PUMPKINS

I went over to visit Dawn & Gary neighbors because they were out having a garage sale in the Neighborhood Garage Sale today from 7AM to NOON.

I talked with them for a while. 

Did bookwork. Cleaned out the closet and put away some more totes. 

Worked on new truss design from 1PM to 2:30PM. Then I had Hubby get a Nitro for me as I had a pain in the chest. I laid down on the sofa for 5 minutes.

Then I got up and played BALL with Riley outside. Then stupid Landscaper started blowing again which upset me. I came inside. 

We finished the updated truss design and I emailed it to the truss guy.

Hubby left at 2:30PM in the Jeep to meet a guy at the shop to pick up a UTV.

It got cloudy. I played BALL outside with Riley.

I pulled clean laundry out and put it away. 

Hubby returned at 4:30PM and made himself dinner. White rice, shrimp.

Kept bedroom door shut all night to keep Stuart out. I got up at 2AM to potty. 

I went potty in the front room, then had to give Rattler some cheese because he was screaming. I had to open the outside blinds on the patio because there was massive window blowing.

Then I went to the sofa to sleep. 

I got up at 5AM and got back into bed. Hubby got up to potty. the wind was whistling through our windows in the bedroom. Hubby checked them and found that the stupid window cleaner had LEFT THE WINDOWS UNLOCKED when he cleaned last. I then slept until 7AM. 

I got up and dressed. Made a hot eggnog latte for Hubby, hot tea for myself. 

I made crepes for both of us.

I steam cleaned the laundry room. Hubby vacuumed and cleaned cat litter. I picked up dog poop.

Then we loaded the dogs into the FMF and left.

Drove to UPS and dropped off returns. 

Took dogs to Bunkerville to walk. We put the brawlers on the leashes. I threw BALL for Riley.

I had heart pains and my left arm hurt, so I had Hubby give me a Nitro during the walk. 

We got done and gave water to dogs. Riley laid down on the ground to drink hers with the ball in the water. It made the water dirty. All the dogs were panting at the end of the walk. It was only 76F degrees outside.

Hubby had to go potty, so he loaded the dogs in the FMF, I gave them water in the back. Then I drove over to pick up Hubby across the street.

Drove to Bank and deposited checks. Oscar called. Said there was a customer at the shop wanting to buy a battery. We drove there. I waited in the car while Hubby went inside. 

We got back home. I ate the other 1/2 of my crepe. I did bookwork. I paid bills.

The guys from Lowes came at 1:30PM to bring the new Electrolus Washer & Dryer. They are both SO MUCH QUIETER. I can't believe the others were so loud.

I played BALL with Riley outside while the guys installed the appliances. Tater and PBJR were outside with us. Put cats in the bedrooms. Put Stuart in his kennel.

Hubby installed the new heater and turned it on.

Hubby left at 2:30PM to take the FMF down to the shop so a customer could come in and pick up their UTV.

Hubby came back at 4:30PM. 

I took a nap when he got home. He covered me up with another blanket because I was too cold. Dogs napped. 

I got up at 6:30PM.

FedEx delivered a package. Hubby brought it inside. He opened it up. It was the new air-fryer/countertop oven. We put it on the left side of the cooktop. 

I ordered some new single mini blinds for the bedroom as the Stuart cat had destroyed the blinds in our room.

I took a hot bath at 9:30PM because I was hurting so much. 

We watched TV for a while.

White cat escaped the house last night. Hubby was up at Midnight to let him inside. Then back to bed.

He woke me up while telling me the cat was back home. 

Awake at whatever hour because I heard Stuart banging at the mini blinds. I was totally confused because I thought he was still outside. Hubby put him out and locked our bedroom door.

I was up AGAIN at whatever hour. I heard Stuart banging at the mini blinds. AGAIN, I thought he was outside and was confused. I turned on the lights. Opened the bedroom door. RILEY came running inside the room. I picked up Stuart and put him out. Then I went potty.

I went back to bed.

Awake at 6:20AM when Hubby was talking. 

I got up and took a shower. 

Hubby went to give shredded cheese and tuna to cats. 

I helped Hubby make the bed. 

I made hot eggnog latte for Hubby, hot tea for myself.

I went outside to pick up dog poop. Lots of perfect Tootsie Rolls! I put it with the other garbage int he bag that Hubby had gathered inside the house. Then Hubby cleaned cat litter and vacuumed. He took all the garbage outside to the can. 

I did bookwork. Hubby worked on the electrical outlet. 

Steve from National Auto Care insurance called to discuss the claim from a customer. 

I boxed up the Air-Fryer we got from Amazon last night. It is not big enough. 

Instead, I ordered a counter top one. Kitchen Elite from Amazon.

I cleaned up the kitchen. Put dishes in dishwasher and started it.

I put dirty clothes in washer and started it. I put laundry in dryer. It squealed but is still drying.

I did bookwork from 9AM to NOON.

Then I made lunch - crepe with chicken & bacon & mozarella. 

Geo & Oscar came again at 4:10PM to get the Washer & Dryer moved so we can get the new ones tomorrow.

Hubby was creepily standing by the windows in our bedroom when I woke up and asked him what he was doing. He said he was trying to balance himself to go potty.

I was up at 2:30AM to potty, then I went to sleep on the sofa. 

I woke up at 5AM and went to the bedroom then slid into bed. The dogs made room for me. Hubby said he had not slept since he got up to potty. Then he promptly started snoring.

Hubby was up at 7AM and it woke me up. 

I got up and dressed. Hubby helped make the bed.

Hubby had already given shredded cheese and tuna to the cats. 

I made hot eggnog latte for Hubby. I made hot tea for myself.

I made crepes for both of us. I had to warm the chicken/bacon and wrap the crepes that I had made yesterday. I gave one to Hubby. 

Then I went out to move the dog beds out on the dried rocks. I picked up dog poop.

I re-filled the water bowls for the dogs and cats. I cleaned up the mess that the dogs made on the floor from spilled water.

Hubby ate his crepe. Then he cleaned cat litter. 

We did Amazon returns for the parts we did not use for repairing the dryer.

Hubby left for the shop at 8:45AM. I helped him take everything out to the car. I got the truck keys from the armoire. Hubby left in the FMF. Tater stayed home today because it is going to stay cold today. I high of 70F degrees. But it is REALLY SUNNY.

Dogs and I sat on the patio for a while.

I put away dishes. I put more clothes in the dryer. IT WAS MAKING HORRIBLE NOISE.

I got a couple loads of laundry done. I picked up more dog poop. 

I gave Tater another Tramadol. He is still limping on his left back leg.

Hubby got home at 4:30PM. After he stopped at TSC to buy an electrical outlet. 

He had forgotten to bring in the new hot tub heater. It was still out in the car. He repaired the dead electrical outlet in the kitchen. The one that uses the coffeemaker and weather station. Pulte hired wired it WRONG and Hubby says that it is lucky the house does not burn down.

Dogs were barking at front door which still just had the screen door open. Amazon delivery order at 6PM- new air fryer. I was too tired to open the box. Will do it in the morning.

Hubby ate some dinner and fell asleep on the sofa. 

Watched an episode of Fringe. Hubby watched some Automotive shows on YouTube. 

I took some painkillers. 

I took a hot bath at 10PM. Hubby put the dogs out. 

We went to bed at 10:30PM.

Clouds and rain all night long.

I was up at 2:30AM. Went potty. Then went to the living room to sleep on the sofa. Robert was sleeping on the recliner.

I slept until Hubby was up at 6AM. I got up and turned on the A/C as it was too hot. 

Hubby opened the front door. He gave shredded cheese and tuna to the cats. 

I put the dogs out for potty.

I got dressed and made the bed. 

Clouds. Started raining at 7AM. 

I put the cushions & pillows out as it did not look like wind today.

Hubby vacuumed the house. He cleaned the cat litter. 

I picked up dog poo. Then I took it to the garbage can at the side of the house and dragged the can out to the road. Hubby had already gotten all the garbage together in a bag inside the house. I took that out with a couple Amazon boxes that were in the garage. 

Hubby & PBJR dodged all the raindrops and ran out to the car. They were both soaked. PBJR shook off in the back seat.

Hubby had forgotten his latte on the sofa. He had forgotten the burritos he made. They were still in the air-fryer.

I cleaned up the kitchen counter and the dining room table. Gave leftover tuna to dogs - Tater & Riley. Gave Tater 2 Tramadols. I put dishes in dishwasher and started it.

I put on makeup. 

I did bookwork.

I put away clean dishes. I loaded more dishes in the dishwasher.

Hubby called to say the guys were coming over to work on the dryer, so I pulled the armorie out of the entryway, put the boxes that were in the laundry room into the office. 

Geo & Oscar came at 3:45PM to work on the Dryer with the belt, idler pulley, and rollers that were delivered yesterday late in the afternoon.

The guys pulled the dryer into the entry way to work on the back of the machine. I got out a cat bucket for drainage, plastic storage box for screws. 

I did bookwork.

Walmart delivered cat litter at the front door. The dogs barked.

Oscar vacuumed out the laundry room.

Hubby got home with PBJR at 5:15PM. Geo & Oscar finished up. Hubby paid them. They left.

Hubby warmed up dinner for himself.

I started laundry again. The dryer is still squealing when it starts up Changing belt did not help. Plus, it now squeals when it is shut off.

I immediately went to order a new Electrolux Washer and Dryer from Lowes to be delivered on Friday October 16. 

We watched a couple TV shows - including the first episode of the new season of LUDWIG on Britbox (Amazon) and went to bed at 10PM.

Stuart was bothering me after I fell asleep. About 30 minutes after we got into bed. He was scratching at the mini blinds. 

I got up and lured him out of the bedroom then shut the door and locked it.

I got up at 3AM and went potty, then slept on the sofa. I was SO VERY TIRED. I had nightmares. 

Up at 7AM. 

Hubby made the bed. He let the dogs outside. Then he sat outside for a while. I got dressed and joined them. 

HUBBY'S BAD FOOT BRUISE

I went inside to make hot lattes for us both. Hubby got an eggnog latte, I made a maple hot latte for Hubby, hot tea for myself.

Then I came back out to the patio.

I threw BALL for Riley.

We came inside after it started raining again. Hubby made FRITTATA.

I am not doing laundry until tomorrow when Oscar comes to fix the dryer. 

I decorated my Fall stuff in the entryway. Riley helped me. So did Stuart.

Hubby painted my wood shim trees grey and red out in the garage. PBJR and Riley went out to help. Rattler ran out the door. I had the side door open and had to quickly close it before he got loose. He finally came  back inside. 

Hubby cleaned the cat litter at 11AM. 

Put PBJR and Riley on the Treadmill. They both did 7 minutes each. PBJR was panting pretty good. She had some water afterwards.

At 11:30PM, I ordered groceries online from Walmart so we can pick them up tomorrow.

Watched a couple movies on TV. 

HURRICANE RACHEL INVADES NEVADA

My headache was getting worse. Feels like a vice keeps tightening on it. 

By 3PM, I took a hot bath because I could not nap. I took aspirin and 1 painkiller.

We went outside to sit for a while at 6PM. It smelled like a farm odor outside. I threw BALL for Riley. PBJR rolled around on her back while on the dog beds. She grunted a lot. Tater chewed on his football. Hubby came outside and sat with us.

At 7PM, we put PBJR on the Treadmill again and ran her for another 7 minutes. She is quite getting the hang of it now. 

I changed batteries out in the tea-lights and put them in the wooden jack-o-lanterns. I wrapped my wreath with mini lights. 

By 9PM, we made the bed ready for night time. 

I was really tired. I had taken another painkiller.
