MORE PUYALLUP WEEKEND.

SUNDAY

Got up at 8AM.

Pushed all the clocks forward 1 hour for Daylight Savings Time.

Made eggs for the dogs. Wilson was more willing to eat his fair share of the eggs when I put it on a plate and cut it up into little pieces for him. Ben was nice enough to sit and eat his when I fed him with a fork.

I did laundry & dishes.

Drank green tea all day long to day to make my stomach feel better. I think I need to cut out the coffee.

Watched movies on TV.

Very Warm Today

Washed the cat beds.

Hubby got home about 11PM. I was surprised that he made such good time from Puyallup.

The dogs were overwhelmed that he was back. They barked & whined.

We talked on the sofa for a while.

Went to bed at Midnight.

MARCH 10 2018


Closed the doggy door before bed because of Coyotes howling outside.

Up at 4AM to make a latte for hubby before he left FOR PUYALLUP.

I went back to bed until 6AM when Wilson and Ben got into bed with me.

Wilson was up at 8AM barking at things outside.

Made eggs for dogs.

Started laundry & dishes.

I made latte.

Watched TV.

Wilson did not want to eat eggs, he ran outside and stayed outside most of the day. Acting odd.

Wilson jumped up on the sofa with me. He threw up.

Cleaned up Wilson's vomit on the sofa.

Did bookwork.

Put away laundry & dishes.

Really warm out today; around 50 degrees.

I went to bed at 11PM.

FRIDAY
3-9-2018

Got up and made lattes. Hubby made eggs for dogs.

The sun was partially shining. Turned on heat to get it warm in the house.

Hubby left in the Dodge to go down to the Post Falls shop. I called him and told him that I would take him in the Jeep so that he would not have to leave a vehicle in the shop down there.

He returned to pick me up.

Drove Hubby to the Post Falls shop. We stopped at Jitterz in Rathdrum to get latte.

Dropped hubby off and he worked on trucks down at the shop today. Also got Dually ready to go for Puyallup Swap Meet Trip tomorrow.

I did bookwork.

Started laundry and dishes.

Worked outside to break up snow on the driveway for quite a while. The sun was shining and it was quite warm. Zim helped me clean up snow.

Hubby got home at 4PM and we drove to Rathdrum with the Dogs in the Dodge. Walked the Dogs at the High School there. Lots of students petted Ben.

We picked up groceries at Super One then drove home.

Unloaded groceries at home.

Made dinner and watched Silicon Valley.

Heard coyotes yelling outside, Ben was barking at something outside.

One of the striped cats was outside and when I went outside to check on him, I saw a cat running down the driveway that looked like Koda. I left food & water out for it.

Closed doggy door so the kitties would stay inside tonight.

Zim was outside so I had to find him at 10PM.

We went to bed. Hubby has to get up early tomorrow.

Stopped at Post Falls DMV and picked up the registration in both of our names for the Harley, also

Went down to Driver's License in Post Falls and hubby took his Driver's License test for his motorcycle permit again.

Up at 5AM because the new RING Chime Pro was talking. Have to call about that; it is irritating.

Hubby made breakfast. I made lattes.

He met a guy at the Blue Shop to look at purchasing Ford Parts. Took Ben down with him to run around.

Then he came back and left about 9:30AM to go down to Post Falls shop and work.

I did laundry, started dishwasher.

Cleaned up cat litter.

Zim was equally sleepy.

Got ready to go for appointment.

Went to get hair done at 1PM.

Got up at 7AM. Hubby made breakfast. I made lattes.

He left by 8AM to work at Post Falls shop all day.

I did laundry and dishes.

Left at 12:45 so I could make my 1:30PM Nail Appointment.

Got caught in Athol with a train. Slow cattle semi truck in front of me.

Drove to Hayden.

Did nails with Karin. Talked to Rachelle when she came in later.

Drove to Arby's to get burgers for dogs. I got a chicken sandwich. Then I stopped at Walgreens to get Baby Binks easter chocolate.

Stopped at Jitterz to get latte.

Drove home.

Ate chicken sandwich. It was dry. Gave Beef sandwiches to dogs.

Watched TV.

Hubby got home at 8PM.

ANOTHER DOOMY & GLOOMY SUNDAY

Got up at 8AM and put away clean dishes.

Started more laundry.

Made lattes.

Cleaned up cat & dog water & food.

Hubby made eggs for dogs.

We started Dodge to warm it up. Hubby had to shovel out snow from front of garage.

Joe H has been on vacation all week and nobody has been around to plow. Joe's guy refuses to plow.

We loaded the dogs and drove to Post Falls.

Picked up KR. She had made bacon, but burnt some. It smelled like burnt bacon in her home.

Drove to Starbucks, but the line was too long as usual.

Drove to CDA via Seltice.

Stopped at Lake City High School and walked dogs. Some creepy car was following us. Kid learning to drive. Lots of people were cutting thru the parking lot to avoid the lights.

Drove to Costco to cash in our rebate check. Picked up chicken bake for me, hot dog for KR, pizza for hubby. Some stupid rude woman was yelling at her squealing kids.

We drove to Starbucks and got latte for hubby & KR.

Then drove to Post Falls Walmart and picked up some stuff for KR.

Drove back to KR's where she taught hubby to braid my hair. KR had a UPS box at her door.

We talked to her for quite a while there. Then dogs were nervous and whiney, so we left at 2:30PM.

Drove to Rathdrum and picked up cat food; popcorn for hubby at Ace Hardware.

Stopped at Jitterz for latte for me.

Drove home.

I worked on ice outside on deck with a shovel. I put away dishes. I put away laundry.

Took a nap while we watched Kingpin.

Hubby watched his automotive shows.

MORE SNOW ALL NIGHT

MARCH 3 2018

More snow all night long.

Woke up early and went potty.

Then Ben, Wilson, and Zim came up on the bed to sleep with us.

We got up at 9AM.

Hubby made eggs.

I made lattes.

I did laundry and dishes.

Temps got up to 32 degrees and the sun was out this morning! The snow started to fall off the trees; the decks melted the snow. It was pretty, but there is still TOO MUCH SNOW out there.

Hubby watched Auto shows until 2PM.

I cleaned the refrigerator out.

Hubby left to go to Post Falls shop and work.

He picked up Beebo and took him to the shop.

KR started her new job at the Community Pint.

Then she went out with her friend to a movie, and met her other friend for drinks.

Hubby got home at 6PM.

We watched shows on TV and went to bed early.

PLEASE, NO MORE SNOW!

FRIDAY
3-2-2018

I got up at 5AM to potty, then slept on the sofa for a while because I was too tired to go upstairs to bed.

Then up at 6AM because it was cold. I snuggled with hubby and Wilson.

At 7:30AM, we got up. Hubby made breakfast. I made lattes.

It was lightly snowing outside.

I did laundry and put clothes away.

I did dishes and put them away.

Hubby was still making his bean soup.

We watched Shaun The Sheep, Train Travel, and Vintage Toy Ads on Amazon Prime.

Hubby stayed home all day.

We shoveled snow.

Hubby watched Automotive shows. Hubby elevated his foot as it was hurting today.

Hubby went down to the shop to get mail.

Vacuumed the basement. Cleaned out cat litter.

I made lasagne.

We watched the whole movie of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, then we watched the new show of Alienist, and finally a few episodes of Schitt's Creek.

Went to bed at 10PM.

SNOWING AGAIN

THURSDAY
MARCH 1 2018

Woke up at 2AM with bad tummy.

Then woke up at 7AM when the cats chased a mouse under our bed.

I got up to potty.

Fell asleep on the couch after having bad tummy attack. Maybe stomach flu?

Woke up at 10AM and made latte for hubby. I refused to eat or drink because my stomach is feeling bad.

Zim was still sitting upstairs and watching for the mouse in the spare bedroom closet.

We started the Jeep to warm it up.

Drove to Sandpoint to pick up parts at Tom's Differentials.

Dropped off RMOR deposit at the Columbia Bank in Ponderay, ID.

Stopped at North 40 to get bolts for jobs. Then went to Starbucks to find espresso pods, but they did not have any there.

Then drove to Yoke's to get groceries. Hubby got beans & ham to make soup.

Drove back to Starbucks to get lattes. We were cold.

Drove back home.

Hubby unloaded groceries.

He started baking his ham and set it on timer. Then he soaked his beans. He left at 2PM to work at the Post Falls store.

I did bookwork.

Did dishes. Did laundry.

Lane came over to pick up some springs. He got them out of the Dodge in the garage.

Hubby got home shortly after that, around 7:30PM.

We watched This Is Us. Then went to bed at 11PM.

ANOTHER GREY DAY

I got up at 4AM to potty and fell asleep on the sofa downstairs as I was too tired to go back upstairs.

Hubby woke me up at 8AM. He came down and dressed.

Had to shovel the snow outside. Then he got the crappy tuna from the Jeep and brought it in for the dogs.

Fed eggs to the dogs.

Read the online local news and found out that the 2 police cars (sheriff's office) that drove by last night were responding to a shooting in CDA. Wow.

I made lattes.

Watched Shaun the Sheep while hubby elevated his leg.

Hubby shoveled front deck.

Electricity flickered out just briefly. Had to reset oven & microwave.

Called RING service and talked with Morgan that will be sending out a replacement for the RING CHIME PRO. In news report, Amazon bought RING. OMG. They will control everything.

Hubby went down to the shop at 1PM and stayed working on trucks until 4:15PM. Then he came up to the house to collect a check for deposit. Then he drove down to Post Falls shop to work & bank to deposit check.

I did bookwork.

Put away clothes. Put away dishes.

BEEBO & BEN TO GROOMERS

FEBRUARY 27 2018

I got out of bed to potty at 2AM. Slept on the sofa until 6AM when I was cold and went back upstairs to get into bed to warm up. Wilson cuddled with me and I put my legs over by hubby because he was overly warm.

Only 20 degrees this morning.

Woke up to light snow falling outside. Hubby thought it was pretty. I am thoroughly sick of snow.

I got up at 7:30AM after hubby had made eggs for dogs; I made lattes.

Hubby watched a little tv this morning before he left with Ben.

He took Ben & picked up Beebo. Took them to Apryl's for grooming.

Wilson was depressed without Ben.

I worked on bookwork.

Did laundry. Did dishes. Put away dishes.

Wilson was devastated and watched out the window for his friend all day.

Katrina with UPS brought pack of gloves for hubby, new socks, and new iphone charge adapters.

Hubby called at 1PM and said that he was going to pick up the dogs.

Beebo was dropped off at his home.

Hubby got home at 3PM with Ben. Hubby and I watched a few episodes of Imposters then he went down to work on a vehicle at the Blue Shop.

At 6PM, we took the Dodge and drove to Rathdrum to drop off some parts at a shop there.

Drove back home in the drifting snow & slick ice. Saw 2 police cars going at a high rate of speed towards Athol. Maybe an accident?

BORING MONDAY

Up at 5AM to potty. Had pain in my tummy.

Got up at 8:15AM.

Wilson was humping me in bed. He has never done that before.

I made lattes.

Hubby made eggs for dogs. He fed tuna to the cats.

Hubby watched automotive shows. Kept his foot elevated.

No snow, but cold & sunshine.
 
Hubby left at 11:30AM to go to the shop in Post Falls to meet customers & work. He quoted a early Bronco job.

I did bookwork, laundry, dishes.

Washed pillows.

Cleaned up cat litter.

Dumped garbage.

Hubby got home at 7:30PM.

We watched TV Show A Fistful of Dynamite.

Went to bed early at 11PM.

All it does is snow. And more snow.

Seems endless. This winter has been endless...

Woke up at 8:15AM. Wilson slept with us all night. Cats were up at dawn to try and open my closet.

All the kitchen cabinet doors were open. Cats were up to no good last night.

Hubby made eggs for dogs & himself.

I made lattes.

We listened to oldies music on the iPhone.

It snowed all day today.

We had to shovel again.

There was sleet snow & hail snow.

Played with the dogs.

Hubby watched automotive shows on tv.

Watched NHRA Racing.

Went to get milk at Lil Town Market at 3PM in Jeep.

Drove to Spirit Lake because hubby wanted to look at truck to buy. But people were not there.

Drove home. Made more lattes.

Watched Westworld for the rest of the night.

Went to bed at 11PM.

WOKE UP TO SNOW

2-24-2018

I woke up at 3AM to pee, then had Endo cramps at 4AM. Slept on the couch for a couple hours, then woke up cold. Went upstairs to sleep again. Beebo on the bed, Wilson between us.

Awake at 9AM.

Hubby's foot was purple. We took a picture of it.

Hubby took Beebo with him to the shop because KR was out running errands. Hubby left at 2PM. He met a guy down at the shop for a work bid on his vehicle.

When hubby came home at 6PM, he brought Casey with him. They went down to Bayview to pick up a truck that Casey bought.

Then they came back around 8PM.

Hubby's foot was red and swollen again. I took a picture of it.

It was still snowing.

We watched TV, I read to hubby about information I found on Reddit, and then went to bed at midnight.

KR did not answer texts. We were worried about her when we went to bed.

FEBRUARY 23 2018

Got up late; 9:30AM.

Hubby made eggs for dogs. I made lattes.

We drove to Post Falls in the Dodge.

Picked up Beebo. He brought his toy with him. Met us at the door. We left the soap for KRL from Bath & Bodyworks that I ordered. The store was having a $2.50 sale on all soaps.

So we went over to Starbucks and got egg bites for me & chorizo sandwich for Hubby. Also picked up a $5 gift certificate for the Liberty Tax guy that was out throwing his sign around. Told him to get something warm when he was done.

We drove to Frank's Automotive to pick up check. Had to take Frank over to Post Falls shop to pick up truck. I rode in the back with Beebo.

Turns out the truck was not finished, so we had to take Frank back to his shop.

We drove over to the DMV to get hubby a new Driver's License, but there were 50 people waiting, so we decided to leave. Beebo had to pee & poop there.

We drove to Columbia Bank and deposited a check in Post Falls. Opened a Money Market account. Got cookies for Beebo.

Drove over to Walmart to pick up some supplies & groceries.

After stopping to wash the truck twice at Metro Express in CDA because the snow & ice were not removed from the bottom of the vehicle, we made our way back to Post Falls.

Stopped at Columbia bank to make deposit and at the drive-thru we picked up a cookie for Beebo.

Went to Golden Glo to pick up protein shakes. Beebo got a cookie.

On the way home, Beebo was getting nervous. We knew that he had to pee really bad, so hubby turned off at Silverwood and drove to the Fire Department just behind the parking lot. Beebo got out and peed a long, long time.

At home, we unloaded groceries. Rested for a while. Hubby shoveled off the decks. Then he went back into town late to meet a customer at the Post Falls shop.

Hubby took Beebo down to the shop with him.

Hubby took Beebo home and left him there. KR was out.

WHERE DID THE WEEK GO?

At 6AM, hubby got up and fed tuna to cats. Then he came back to bed.

We slept until 8:30AM

15 degrees when we got up.

I made lattes. I warmed up quiche in the microwave. Too lazy to make it, I purchased some at the grocery store yesterday.

He got dressed. I cleaned out hubby's ears,

Then he left at 10:30AM to go work at the Post Falls shop.

I did bookwork.

Started dishes & laundry.

While I was doing bookwork, I heard a trickling from the kitchen. Got up to investigate, and there is a waterfall pouring out of the front of the refrigerator! I had to grab towels, try to sop up the water on the floor, pull the fridge out from the space, turn off the electricity so as not to get electrocuted, and keep Zim the cat from walking in the water. He tried to get behind the fridge many times & I swatted him to get out of the way.

Tried to turn the knob off for the water supply, but it was stuck with hard water build up. Had to get a pliers from the laundry room drawer and the drawer dropped on my foot.

Dashed back to turn off water.

Finished cleaning up floor of water. Used all the towels that we had. Cleaned up around fridge. Took all the food out of freezer, the stupid fridge had started to make ice again and it was jammed everywhere! Took food to the basement fridge & put freezer stuff in there.

Finally pushed fridge back into space and got it all cleaned up. I was exhausted.

Sat down and had coffee. I was sweating from all the effort.

Hubby got home later & looked at Fridge. Fridge was still putting out water thru the dispenser in the front so Hubby pulled fridge out and adjusted the water knob again.

Hope it does not break down again. Have to call Repair on Monday.

YET EVEN MORE COLD

FEBRUARY 21 2018

Got up and hubby made breakfast. Still cold. Only 10 degrees.

I made lattes.

I started the Dodge to warm it up while hubby dressed.

Cleaned up breakfast; loaded dogs in Dodge.

We drove to Sandpoint to pick up parts at Tom's Differentials.

We also stopped at Starbucks to get more coffee pods. Then stopped at North 40 to pick up supplies and let the dogs walk thru the store. Hubby looked for work gloves, but I had to end up ordering some online from Amazon.

Dogs were petted by everyone in the store. They got to pick out Pig Ears. Yum.

Stopped at Yoke's to pick up milk.

Drove home.

Hubby unloaded groceries and then went to the Post Falls shop to work.

I did bookwork. Took a nap. Cleaned house.

He got home at 6PM.

Hubby's foot turned purple. We took a picture of it. Hubby was complaining about it feeling cold.

Watched Kingsman; The Golden Circle. Rented it from Amazon Prime Video.

Went to bed at 11PM.

MORE COLD. 

Overnight temperatures of -5F degrees. We kept the heat on all night.

Wilson and Zim slept with us.

Bad kitties Joey & Rattler kept opening my closet door all night. We could not sleep.

Got up at 9:30AM. Hubby had already been up and made eggs for dogs & fed kitties.

I made lattes.

Hubby got dressed & left to work at Post Falls shop today.

I did laundry and dishes.

Watched Gosford Park.

Did bookwork.

Fed Ex delivered Bath & Bodyworks order. Soap & Spray & Oil.

Hubby got home at 8PM. He forgot the ice melt that I asked him to bring for the slippery back deck. He forgot to bring the mail.

He turned off the fireplace. The upstairs smells like burnt plastic.
