I had a very bad night sleeping. Sweating, nausea, bad dreams. So I got up at 5AM and took a shower/washed my hair. Let the dogs outside. Put away clean dishes, put dirty clothes in the washing machine.
I blew dry my hair on the patio. Dogs pooped. I cleaned up cat litter and took it with the dog poo out to the dumpster.
Started to make eggs. Forgot that I had the butter on the stove, Hubby got up and Tater had come to get him in bed to let him know that the butter was burning.
Hubby made the 2 eggs that were left for the dogs.
Cleaned Hubby's ears and flat ironed his beard.
Hubby got dressed and I started laundry. We packed everything into the camper. Hubby happened to catch my grey sweater on the side of the trailer and got grease on it. I had to pack a different sweater.
Got dogs loaded in truck to leave only to discover that the truck batteries were drained & dead.
Went back inside with the dogs while the truck batteries charged on the Huge Charger
Left at 9AM.
Stopped at NAPA to purchase 2 batteries. Dogs and I waited in the truck while Hubby made the purchase.
Stopped at Starbucks to purchase breakfast sandwich because Jack In The Box had a line.
Walked dogs in the park because Wilson was already whining.
A semi-truck ran us off the road in Hurricane exit as there was road construction and he was not paying attention to the road. We got off the road and turned around to get back on the interstate.
It takes us 2 HOURS to drive thru Salt Lake City, UT. This is insane. I hate driving this way.
Love's Travel Stop at 12:30PM for gas & walk dogs.
1PM we noticed a huge fire on the mountain east of Beaver, UT. There were signs everywhere indicating that the fire had "already been reported".

Woke up in camper at 4:15AM, but we did not know it was that early until I opened the window blinds and it was still dark outside. So we got dressed, took the dogs for a potty walk and got on the road.
We stopped at the Fort Hall Casino to get diesel fuel and poop.
We continued on to Idaho Falls where we stopped to get Starbucks drinks and go into the Walmart so that I could purchase handcream for my severely dry cuticles and feet. I also purchased white socks to go over the cream and wear boots. It was getting very cold as we continued north.
Saw Elk near the interstate at 7:45AM.
Crossed the Continental Divide at 8AM.

Cherry Hill Park, CDA
Drove to the house to unload the trailer.
Stopped at Athol Post Office to see if they had any mail for us. The postal person there was very rude to Hubby.
Saw Deralee going inside the Post Office and said Hi to her. Then saw Burt & Rosie leaving the Post Office. Burt had to come talk to us.
Then we drove back to Super 1 Foods at 2PM to get keys made for Gary at the Marina. Saw Deralee in the parking lot and said Hi to her again. Hubby saw Burt & Rosie at the Pharmacy inside the store!
Drove BACK to the house to get water in the camper from the hose there. Saw Cindy. She was just picking her kid up from school at the driveway. Her mom was there and we met her.
Drove to Farragut Campground to get a spot. The first place they assigned us was down in the park with no Wi-Fi available. So we drove around the edge of the park at Waldron Campground to find internet available. Parked in spot #194.
Sweet Camping Spot #194 Waldron Campground
It was very cold, so we started a fire with paper towels, small branches, and used firewood from other people's old campfires.
Making Fire
Dogs First Campfire!
The park had already turned off the water, but we had electricity and put it on "high" so the camper would be warm.
We sat watching the fire from 5PM to 7PM. Walked dogs several times and then finally went to bed at 8PM.

Some idiot guy at the park had both of his dogs off-leash, so we had to wait for him to pass by while he was calling for one of his stupid dogs.
Stopped to get lattes at Lean Bean in downtown CDA. Drink was ok. not great.
Hubby bought lottery tickets at the Liquor Store and picked up free bags from Crown Royal liquor.
Went to North 40 and took the dogs inside with us. We bought a new harness for Wilson then picked up Pig Ears for the dogs to chew upon. Also got new retractable leashes.
By 3PM, we were hungry and ate at Mod Pizza. Left the dogs to wait in the truck.
Drove back to campground and made another fire. Saw a couple deer in park, but not too many.
Driving Back to Farragut
Walked dogs for potty. Started another fire. We sat outside for only 45 minutes before it was too cold. I had to put the dog blanket on the picnic table so the cold of the metal did not sink through our jeans! We had to go inside for warmth.
Wednesday Night Fire
Went to bed at 8PM. All of us were very tired.
THURSDAY

We got dressed and walked the dogs thru the park area again.
Drove to Spokane Valley Mall. Had the girl at Silver Safari take out my earring. She did it with no pain to me. Said my ear skin was growing around the earring. Gross.
Found some nice shirts at American Eagle, but they only had XS. All the clothes there looked like they could fit 8 year olds!
Hubby picked up cinnamon stix at Cinnabon. I resisted the urge to get anything sweet.
Drove to Camping World at 11AM to see if they had any replacement microwave turntable for the camper.
Drove to NAPA in Rathdrum to pick up tie-rods for Casey to install on the Dually.

We had to leave at 4PM to start a fire in the shop and meet John Renning, the subdivider at the blue Shop.
At 6PM, Casey & Mike came to the shop to help put the air bags on the Dually.
I went down to sit with Cindy and her Mom at the house. I was down there until 10PM, when I walked back down to the shop. It was very eerie walking that driveway again in the dark and cold. I don't ever want to do it again!
I walked the dogs and then jumped in the back of the camper. Dogs and I slept for a while. Hubby and the guys got done at Midnight. While we were in the camper, Hubby drove back to Farragut and hooked up the camper. We went to bed at 12:30PM.

Wilson Takes An After-Breakfast Nap on Hubby's Shoulder
We go to Super One to potty at 9AM. The fresh fruit & vegetables Super One look so delicious and fresh compared to the shopping we have in Nevada. Apples and Oranges are the size of my hand.
Fruit Section at Super One
Stop at George's, the next door neighbor, and leave a message. George is not at home.
Picked up our Laundry Room cabinets at 10AM. They are quickly wrapped in plastic, blankets, and loaded on the trailer. We leave and take parts back to O'Reillys at 11AM.
Stop at Jitterz in Rathdrum, but my drink is awful.
Both of us are hungry by now, so we head over to Pita Pit at 1PM where we meet Brandi after we have picked up our Pitas. Pita Pit no longer has the Chicken Crave and I have to order as a "Build Your Own".
After eating the pitas in the truck, we drive to Goodwill where we walk the dogs again.
Tater at Goodwill
We then drive to the House again where we meet Aaron the Scrapper at 4PM so he and Hubby can walk thru the back of the shop where Aaron is going to sell the parts on eBay and scrap the rest for money.

We head up to the house to have dinner with Cindy, her mom, the 2 girls Kaleigh & Kenzie, & Mike. They have scalloped potatoes, beans, homemade rolls, and steak. It was very delicious. I went downstairs to see Kenzie's Corn snake. It was cute.
We finally leave at 9PM so that we can get an early start in the morning.
SATURDAY

Up at 7AM, no milk to make lattes. No more breakfast egg bake. So Hubby got us going and we went to Super One and Hubby went inside to pick up scrambled eggs and sausage for the dogs.
Loaded more stuff on the trailer at the shop at 8:30AM, then we started to leave town.
Then we drive to Post Falls at Stateline by 9AM and purchase a good drink for me at Jitterz. The line is too long, so we go to get fuel at Love's Travel Stop on the corner. I walk dogs for potty.
We try to wash the truck at the Classic Truck Wash, but there is a long line. So we go back to Jitterz to get lattes.
Finally, at 9:30AM we are heading on the Interstate and leaving the Northwest.
Drive, Drive, Drive. Interstate 90 to Tri-Cities. Lots of development there since Hubby was last there, locating years ago!
Tater & Wilson Take Nap on the Road
In Pasco, WA at 12:30 we walk the dogs in front of the Truck Wash. The dogs end up getting stickers in their feet from bushes. I had to pick Wilson's out of his feet, while Hubby took Tater's out of his pads. Tater was bleeding. Thereafter on the trip, he refuses to step into bushes to potty. I was SO upset to have them hurt, I did not know they were sticker bushes.
We wash the truck. Middle Easterners washing the truck with turbans on their heads. They all look at me weirdly. Creeps me out.
Pasco Truck Wash
Eat at Burger King across the street. Hubby talks to some Les Schwab guys in a utility truck, but they said to take his truck into the local dealer to get his tires swapped.
Drive more. Interstate 82 to Interstate 84. Then drive to Ontario, OR where we stop for gas at Love's Travel Stop. I get candy inside.
We call an RV Park in Caldwell, ID. We pay for it over the phone. The lady says to get there quickly as they close at 7PM. We forgot about the time change on the border of ID/OR. So we are 30 minutes from there and drive quickly.
The Ambassador RV Park is WONDERFUL. Clean, quiet, nice pull-thru. We get parked, then go drive for food.
Ambassador RV Park
Find an Albertsons and get a quiche for me, hot wings, & mac-n-cheese for Hubby. We go back to the RV Park and get hooked up to Electricity. It is a nice night with a beautiful full, yellow moon.
After walking dogs, having dinner. Hubby goes to the showers and takes all our clothes to wash.
Albertsons Dinner In The Camper
Hubby gets back and I go take a shower. I put the clothes in the dryer after my shower. By this time, it is 10PM. Hubby goes back in 1 hour at 11PM and folds the clothes. He brings them back. It is nice to feel clean and have clean clothes.
Sleep is safe & comforting. Nice and warm.
SUNDAY
10-13-2019
We had purchased milk at Albertsons last night, so I got up and made lattes, warmed up the leftover quiche for the dogs.
Hubby and the puppies went for a dog potty walk while I made everything. I vacuumed while they were gone.
By 8:30AM, we were on the road again.
Got Jack In The Box breakfast sandwiches in Caldwell on the next exit. Then we got on the road after another dog potty walk.
Drove thru Boise and it was not bad at all on a Sunday morning. 6 lanes of Interstate!
At 10AM, we stop at a rest stop to potty the dogs. Tater refuses to walk on the rocks/bushes, no grass anywhere except by the potties and dogs are not allowed to go there!
Drive to Twin Falls where we take Hwy 93 south.
Cross the Nevada State line at Jackpot and stop to fuel (some dumb bitch was smoking at the gas pumps) and potty the dogs next door at a big grassy area in front of some weird Casino.
Drive, Drive, Drive Stop at Love's Travel Stop in Ely at 3:15PM and walk dogs. Hubby fills the truck with fuel. We both potty in the camper.
By my figures, we should make it home by 6PM.
In Lund, NV, we see LOTS of deer in the middle of a town of 100 people.
Deer in Lund, NV
Nevada Mountains
At 4PM, a tire on the passenger side front tears the rubber. Hubby limps the vehicle along at 55mph. We had been going about 75mph.
We stop at Hiko to potty, get water, walk dogs in the pavilion. LOTS of kitties everywhere!
Hubby calls Oscar's Tire shop, but they are closed. Oscar is not home. We drive on.
We limp into Alamo, NV as there are nothing in any of the other towns. We stop for fuel and call AAA. Hubby does not have the wrench to change the tire even though he has a spare. He even goes into the grocery store in town to see, but they have nothing. There is a tire store outside - Pro Towing. A nice guys comes to meet us in 10 minutes. We turned the trailer around and Hubby helps change tire. Then we continue on our way.
It is now completely dark.
Got home late by 10PM. Hubby unloaded some things we need for the night.
I put stuff away. Then Hubby made a drink for himself and sat on the sofa watching an automotive show for 30 minutes.
I got ready for bed. Hubby came in with the dogs & Robert, the cat.
