THURSDAY
JANUARY 8 2026
I was up at 5AM because my feet were cold, PBJR was pushing me out of the bed, and Hubby was snoring. I barely had any blankets over me as the dogs were sleeping on top of them.
I went to the front potty, then slept on the sofa for the rest of the time.
At 6AM, Hubby got up with the dogs and let them out. I had an intense headache that radiated into my body.
Hubby made egg breakfast for the dogs. He put out shredded cheese and tuna for the cats.
I went to the bedroom and made the bed. I got dressed.
I went to the kitchen and made hot cinnamon/honey latte for hubby, a plain latte and hot tea for myself. I made Nanogreens for myself.
I cleaned up the kitchen and put dishes in dishwasher. I started dishwasher.
The dark clouds moved in fast and the wind started blowing hard. The rain came down hard. It was flooding in the street.
When Hubby opened the door, felt like an ice cold breeze flow thru the house!
DARK CLOUDS CAME IN FAST - HARD RAIN & COLD
Hubby put dirty clothes in washer and started it. I was going to transfer to dryer, but the clothes smelled like urine, so we washed them again and added Mr. Clean and more rinse.
Hubby cleaned the cat litter.
Hubby left for the shop in the FMF at 8:30AM. He left Tater at home because it was raining, cloudy, and cold.
I washed and conditioned my hair with California Naturals Deep Repair Mask.
I did bookwork until NOON. I was too tired to do anymore. My eyes were hurting.
I watched TV for a while.
I put away dishes. I went outside between rain to pick up dog poo. I threw BALL for Riley.
For snacktime, I gave the dogs some cheese slices, sliced deli turkey, peanut butter, and some sausages in the fridge.
I walked down to the mail box to get our USPS mail.
I conditioned my hair with the Curl Keeper Silk Conditioner that I received today. I put my hair up in a bun with silk holder to dry.
Hubby got home at 3:30PM. He brought small raisin oatmeal cookies from a customer's wife. He got paid for Jim Lopez's Jeep. Have to turn the money over to Jim when he returns from Oregon.
Hubby put Stuart into his kennel and drove to the Vet in the FMF. Stuart has to get follow up shots & rabies vaccine.
It rained really hard again.
Hubby & Stuart were back by 4:30PM.
I had Hubby put together the reindeer that I got from Wayfair. It is missing the LED lights in it and the screws were painted down and almost impossible to put it together.
Hubby sat down to watch TV.
I took a 1 hour nap. Up at 8PM. Took dogs outside. Threw BALL for Riley.
Ordered pillows from Walmart and Amazon. Ordered new comforter from Costco.
Went to bed at 10PM.
