WEEKEND IN SEATTLE

SATURDAY

Got up and KRN was still sleeping from her night out Friday night.

So hubby and I gave the dogs pieces of ham. Then we put their harnesses on and put them in the Excursion. Hubby picked up a latte. We drove to the Water tower and walked them around it.

When we arrived home, KRN was on the deck and Beebo BARKED at her. KRN had the Grey Dodge parked in front of the house and had already packed all her things.

So hubby and I packed some last minute things and we took off. Drove to Rathdrum to get KRN a latte. Then we drove to the Open House in CDA to show KRN our new home, but the new home was CLOSED! Boo. Idiots.

Drove to Post Falls and got a latte for me at KoKoPelli. Then got burritos at Sonic. Got on the Interstate finally.

AICM called and said there were no appointments for Monday morning, so I did not have to come in. I talked to Christine about Client that had requested me, but she said that was not until Friday. Hubby interrupted my phone call to honk & wave at people that he THOUGHT were Lesley&Kevin Reese, but they were not. He waved at total strangers!

Stopped off in Spokane to get the truck washed with KRN's "magic - never ending" wash card, but the card did not work. She went to talk to the employees, but they were rude and would not help her.

I walked Beebo around and he pooped & peed. Then we got going on the Interstate again.

Stopped at Moses Lake to get cherries & lattes.

Stopped the Gorge to get gas & pee. Had to wait in line at grungy gas station to pee in horrible bathrooms outside. I finally went into the men's room. It stank like urine. Gross.

Finally arrived at the SeaTac Holiday Inn Express hotel around 3:45PM. Checked into the room. #317. KRN said it cost $300 for the night. No military discounts. People were smoking just outside the only entrance door. It was disgusting. Took Bravo for potty.

We left Bravo in the room in his kennel while we went to downtown Seattle & found a parking spot ($21) to go to the Crab Pot. KRN wanted to have her portrait done by a Caricacture Artist, but he was gone by the time we got out of dinner. We rode on the Ferris Wheel; it was fun & high. Got to see everything. Mt. Rainier & The Space Needle. I wanted fudge, so we walked over to the Pike Place Market, had to go thru several elevators & walk for quite a while. I had to poo REALLY BAD! Finally got there, but the whole place was closed up! I went potty, and when I came out, KRN was pushing some guy in a wheelchair. Then hubby took over & gave him some $. Panhandler.

We went back to the truck. Drove back to SeaTac to the Ghetto. KRN wanted Oreo Blizzard at DQ. We had to get more lattes at Starbucks (got cold ones instead of hot ones. We are dumb) Then hubby & KRN went into Walgreens to get a stuffed shark dog toy for Bravo's flight.

Drove back to the hotel, but KRN was giving wrong directions and I got upset, called her a bitch for saying wrong way -left/right. But I apologized. She was upset the rest of the night.

At the hotel, we walked Bravo again. Then went to bed. KRN's phone kept ringing all night long.

SUNDAY
6-14-2015

Got up and hurriedly dressed. I took Bravo out to potty. Bravo had been waiting very patiently for us to get dressed. He sat in the corner watching all of us & did NOT MOVE.

Hubby was dawdling and made us miss the elevator down. Had to take another elevator and he pressed Mezzanine instead of Lobby. Bravo had to go potty REALLY BADLY, so we raced down the stairs from the Mezzanine. He lifted his leg immediately as soon as we got outside.

Bravo saw a bunny & then hubby caught up with us. We walked around some government buildings and Bravo saw LOTS of bunnies!

We walked back to the hotel. I took Bravo upstairs. Hubby stayed downstairs to poop & then eat breakfast with KRN because she was already down there.

Went down to breakfast. I only had OJ. Walked up to the room and got packed. Put everything in the truck & we had one last potty with Bravo. KRN complained about people smoking outside the building next to the main entrance, but employee at the hotel just said that it was "designated" smoking area. Which is supposed to be 25 feet from any main entrance by law. It was not.

I filed a complaint about the smoking online.

Drove KRN to the airport. Hubby dropped us off. KRN forgot her backpack in the truck. We got the cart loaded & went inside. Employees directed us to "Special Services" for animals & handicapped people. We got KRN checked in. Hubby joined us with her papers in her backpack. Then we took Bravo in his kennel over a special area to load him. As the Greek man took him away, he barked & growled at the man because the man had put his fingers in Bravo's kennel to fasten the zip-ties. We heard Bravo barking over the entire airport.

I had to go potty, no paper towels in there. I remarked to a woman that they were getting a bad grade from me as we had to rate them upon exiting the bathroom.

Walked down to Starbucks because hubby and KRN wanted drinks again.

KRN had to go thru TSA Security, but they directed us to 3 different areas because each area was filling up. Finally got her down to Security & watched her check in. We waved goodbye and finally left. I went potty again. They had finally changed the paper towels.

Hubby and I left. He had gotten lost in the parking lot. We finally found the area he parked in because he had taken a picture of it! Thank Goodness or we would still be there now!

Drove out of Seattle. Got gas in Ellensburg. Pottied in the gross gas station. Got AWFUL lattes at a place there. Drove the back way thru town to get to the interstate.

On the road again. We finally stopped off in Cheney to wash off windshield and go see KRN's old house. Nothing had changed. Trees were huge in back yard.

Took Trent way home off Argonne. We were very tired.

At home, Dogs were excited to see us. Bud had torn up a bed on the deck. We had to clean it up. Hubby made dinner - Brats that he left on the grille for an hour!

We watched a horrible pay-per-view movie = Jupiter Ascending. Awful. Both of us fell asleep during the movie.

I got up to take a bath.

Hubby slept.

Went to bed at 10:00PM.
