SATURDAY / SMITHS / BIKE RIDE

SATURDAY
6-10-2023

Up at 3AM. I went to sleep on the sofa because Hubby was snoring.

Hubby got up with the dogs and let them out. He was sitting outside on the patio when Wilson was whining and wanting to be let outside. I yelled at him to let Wilson out.

My blanket kept getting twisted and the sun was coming up. I did not want to get up.

Hubby kept telling me several times to go sleep in the bedroom, but I "ordered" him to stop talking to me and let me sleep. LOL.

I got up at 7:45AM. I dressed.

Hubby was sitting on the sofa with Wilson next to him. Hubby had already fed the dogs, made the bed, and put dirty clothes in washer.

I made lattes.

Hubby made himself breakfast. Another perfectly folded burrito that he learned from the internet GIF that I had found.

Hubby is waiting for a delivery from XPO Logistics truck for a rollcage. It was supposed to be delivered to the shop at 8AM. He kept leaving messages on the dispatch, but nobody was answering.

We left the dogs at home and took the Dually to Smiths'. Got milk, groceries, donuts. Hubby asked the fruit stocker at the store about

Drove home. Unloaded groceries. Gary next door was leaving in his truck. We heard a high-pitched noise like a vacuum coming from Nancy's house...very irritating.

At 2PM, we walked down to LeAnn & Steve's house to look at their stucco wall. We got the mail on the way back home. Then I walked by down by myself to take a picture of their wall/screens.

I came back home and sent the picture of the wall to HOA so they can approve our Hot Tub in the patio.

We sat on the sofa for a while watching TV.

It got cooler in the afternoon, so we sat on the patio for while.

We rode our bikes around just before dark. Up to the Sun City hill. Looked at various new houses up there. Then we rode home.

At home, we watched TV.

CATS SITTING TOGETHER

Went to bed at 10PM. I took a couple Benadryl.

FRIDAY / PROPERLY FOLDING BURRITOS / TATER STAYS HOME /MOBILE CLEANER ON JEEP

 FRIDAY
6-9-2023

At 5AM Sage decided to wake us up and crawl on us. She was miaowing loudly in the hallway. Hubby got up to potty and then let the dogs outside.

I stayed in bed until 6AM and woke up again. Hubby was making breakfast eggs for dogs. I got up at 6:45AM.

I dressed and made lattes. Then I went to deposit $ in bank, but there was no funds to transfer in Quickbooks.

The cats were all at the front door, looking out so I captured a picture of them. So cute.

I helped Hubby make the bed. Sage came running when I called her to play RED DOT on the bed.

I had to take a PREDNISONE because I was still not feeling well.

Headache in the back of my head. Pressure/pain behind my eyes. My vision is worse again. I can't think well.

Hubby was sitting down on the sofa watching Automotive shows. He had made himself a burrito and I had to find the video showing how to properly fold burritos.

Hubby left at 8:45AM for the shop. Tater stayed home.

Hubby put the garbage can outside again as the HOA people are not coming to do a site inspection.

I couldn't let Hubby hug me today because I was in so much pain.

I cleaned up kitchen counter and started dishwasher.

I started the washer for the clothes.

I started working on bookwork.

The Mobile Cleaner guy came at 8:45AM, I turned on the fan for him in the garage as it stank of garbage. I plugged the extension cord inside the garage door. He was done by 10AM and left.

I did more bookwork.

I put away clean clothes at 12:06PM.

I ordered more Cargo Shorts from Old Navy for Hubby.

Hubby got home at 2:30PM. He was early.

We watched TV shows. I did bookwork.

We went to bed at 11PM.

WEDNESDAY / BANK PROBLEMS / QUICKBOOKS PROBLEMS / SINALOA LAWN CARE

JUNE 7 2023
WEDNESDAY

Awake at 6AM. Hubby still in bed sleeping with me.

We got up at 6:30AM to dress. I let the dogs out for potty. Hubby went to feed the dogs.

I made lattes.

Hubby sat down to watch TV. I went to transfer $ from Quickbooks to Bank. But they had shut down overnight for "maintenance" and did not have any $ to transfer.

Hubby made the bed and got dressed.

I put dishes away and started dishwasher.

Hubby put comforter in washer because Tater made a mess of it.

I found that one of the credit cards had not gone thru yesterday even though it was showing as paid in Quickbooks. So Hubby had to try calling the Customer. Hubby was very upset. He said this is too much stress and we have to transfer our credit card merchant services locally.

Hubby cleaned cat litter.

I put Tater's collar on him at 8:30AM and they left in the Dually.

Hubby got hold of the Customer when he was at the shop and had his wife come in to pay for the missing credit card.

Then I had to call MACU because they incorrectly attempted to withdraw our payment from Savings instead of checking. They had given us an NSF fee. So Pam reversed the charges.

I had to recreate the payment again to SBA. Fucking idiots. Can't key in correct info.

Sinaloa came at 11:30PM. They are now charging $50 for yard work. So I gave them a $50 tip because I thought they had been charging $45 each time.

They still owe us 2 more yard maintenance for their billing.

I did bookwork. Tried to CHAT with Quickbooks about unknown charges. They were no help.

Chris came to pick up garabage at 1PM. Wilson barked at him. Chris took boxes and broken TV.

TUESDAY / GARBAGE DAY / HOUSE CLEANING /

TUESDAY
6-6-2023

Awake at 6AM. Up ta 6:15AM.

Got dressed and went to make lattes in kitchen.

Hubby was already making breakfast eggs for the dogs. He had already let them out for potty at 5:45AM. He was on the sofa already this morning.

The dogs ate and then we cleaned up the plates.

Hubby made the bed and dressed. He watched Automotive shows on TV.

I did bookwork. Transferred $ from Quickbooks to Bank. Paid some bills & credit card payments.

Hubby took some more garbage out to the garbage can.

Hubby got dressed. I started putting things away for the Cleaners.

We put the t-shirt boxes in the back of the Dually. Loaded Tater in the truck. Hubby left. We kissed goodbye.

I took the garbage can inside the fence. I cleaned it out with water.

I vacuumed outside on the front porch area because there were lots of leaves & plant debris.

Then I vacuumed the cat litter & behind the armoire. Found cat toys. I put out more Glade fresheners.

I did bookwork.

MONDAY / PEST CONTROL / TIRED / WASH TRUCK / WALMART / SMITHSMONDAY

MONDAY
6-5-2023

Woke up tired. Hurting everywhere.

Dressed & went to the kitchen to make lattes.

Hubby had made eggs for dogs & fed them.

 Hubby cleaned cat litter.

I picked up dog poo outside.

I drove the Jeep and took Hubby with Tater to the shop.

Picked up a check from under the counter and took it to the Credit Union to deposit.

 I drove back home.

Gave a treat to Wilson - some turkey from the fridge.

 I did bookwork.

Justin, from Bulldog Pest Control came to do the spraying. The other kid had quit to work with his parents in their electric business?

He sprayed everything and then petted Wilson.

I went back to doing bookwork. Took quite a while for all the receipts from our business trip to Idaho.

I applied for Vendor Apps that Hubby wanted.

I called the Vet to get an appointment for Wilson because his mouth stinks. Maybe a rotted tooth? The assistant said they were booked out until August but got Wilson in at the end of this month. Also made appointment for Tater at the end of June for his shots.

Hubby & Tater came home in the Dually at 3:30PM. Hubby had stopped at the UPS Store.

We worked on some bookwork. Hubby called some businesses to order parts.

We left the dogs home in the A/C and took the Dually to Walmart Car wash. I had to use the brush on the front windshield to get a lot of bugs off. Then we went thru the automatic Car Wash.

Then we drove to Walmart and parked in the handicapped area. Got groceries.

Went to Smith's to get milk. Hubby went inside while I waited in the A/C truck so the food we got would not get too hot.

Drove home the long way around. Put groceries away.

 Hubby made pasta for dinner.

We watched TV for a while. Clouds passed over looking like rain. It got VERY windy outside. Then it started stinking of sewage outside at 8PM.

I did more copying of vendor invoices at 9PM.

I was really hurting and took some Tramadol which seemed to help slightly, but made me dizzy.

Hubby started snoring on the sofa.

I finished scanning the Moto Zoo invoices that were missing. Then I did my blog for the time we were on vacation.

Hubby came to help me remember what we did for the last few days.

Sage let Hubby hold her for a few minutes.

Hubby was falling asleep on the chair in the office.

We went to bed at 10PM.

Hubby was snoring in the bed right away.

It took a long time for me to fall asleep as the Tramadol wires me up. I woke up at 2AM. Wilson started out by my left arm but was between my legs the rest of the night and Tater was curled up next to me/almost on top of me. I was sweating. Pried my way out of the bed and went to turn the A/C down to 71 degrees.

Rattler was miaowing a lot about 2:30PM and then he came to sleep in the crook of my neck. I fell asleep.

SUNDAY / DONUTS / SWIMMING

SUNDAY
6-4-2023

Dogs woke us up at 7AM on Sunday. They refused to sleep in and let us get rest.

I was glad to be back in my own bed.

Hubby got up and made breakfast eggs for dogs after letting them out for potty.

I got up and made lattes.

Sat around and watched TV for a while.

I drove the Jeep and Hubby drove the truck/trailer to the shop and parked it there.

Tried to park a Jeep in the shop, but the door was broken and we could not get it in.

Went to get donuts at Flying J in the Jeep afterwards.

Drove home.

I was exhausted and slept all afternoon.

Hubby watched Automotive shows.

I woke at 4:30PM and we decided to try swimming.

Got changed and left the dogs home. We drove in the Jeep to the pool. We forgot our pool noodles and the HOA has now decided to throw out all the public pool noodles that they had available. It was too cold in the pool, so I sat on the side. Saaw Janet & Faye. Gave them hugs. Have not seen them in a long time. Then Carmen, Dave, Irl, Kathy came. Talked to them for a while.

Wind came up at exactly 6:30PM. So we left.

Drove home in the Jeep.

We watched TV for a while.

Went to bed at 9PM. We were both tired.

SATURDAY / TRIP TO IDAHO DAY 3

SATURDAY
6-3-2023

Up late at 7AM. I dressed and we walked the dogs around the hotel. I left peanuts from our snack on the tree for the squirrel.

Then we returned and Hubby went to pick up breakfast for the dogs & himself. I took the dogs up in the elevator (with one of the maids standing in the corner).

I got the collars off the dogs and Hubby got there with food to feed them.

I took a shower and washed/dried my hair. The shampoo and conditioner were wonderful. Need to find out what they are and order some when we return home.

We watched the original Lethal Weapon on TV while we were eating and getting ready.

Walked the dogs again. Observed the Gun Show that was happening across the way.

I took nuts over to the squirrel in the tree that we saw last night.

Left the hotel and Hubby drove around to the front entry to get his receipt.

Stopped at gas station next door to hotel and got Diesel Fuel.

GETTING FUEL AT GAS STATION NEXT TO HOTEL

Hubby pulled over in a medical parking lot and parked so he could walk over to get lattes at Dutch Bros. They tasted like dirt. No flavoring can be tasted at all.

DUTCH BROS LATTES

Drove to Truck/RV Wash across the Interstate. Drove thru as there was nobody waiting. Only cost $40 to clean the truck.

Then we got on the Interstate.

Drove to Bliss, ID and got off there on the old highway 84. Stopped to walk dogs in a park, read about the big gorge, train thru the town, and stage stop, get fuel, and buy lottery tickets. Hubby got a latte at an Espresso stand there. Not bad coffee.

Hubby got on the Interstate again, but had forgotten his lottery tickets. We drove to the next exit and turned around to go get them.

Then we left Bliss again and drove towards Twin Falls, stopped to look at the Bridge over the Falls. Walked the dogs along a path there.

Got on the Interstate 84 again, but missed the exit to go south. We had to turn around and go back 20 miles to Hwy 93. Drove thru back roads.

Finally got on 93 after driving thru the old town of Twin Falls and seeing some festival.

STOPPED FOR DOG WALK AT BRIDGE OVER TWIN FALLS, ID

Driving south, Hubby saw a sign advertising Nat-Soo-Pah Hot Springs. We drove down the road and Hubby parked to go inside and check it out but there were lots of kids playing in water. We thought it best not to leave dogs in truck as it was hot and no shade to park.

We left there and continued on Hwy 93 to Jackpot. Walked the dogs again, gave them water & meat jerky snacks and continued on 93 south.

Stopped in Wells, NV to get fuel at Flying J then decided to eat at the Iron Horse again. It was raining and cold. Left the dogs in the truck. Had dinner again. Our waitress was Honesty. I asked her the name of the girl from the other night. I had a gross grilled cheese sandwich with coffee. Hubby had chopped sirloin with gravy & potatoes. He cut it up for the dogs and we took a to-go box.

I had made reservations for a Ramada Inn hotel in Ely, NV. Everything else was full for that night in town.

Left them and drove on south 93. It was raining again.

In Ruth, just before Ely, Hubby had to find out what an abandoned building was so we drove over to it (they were also holding a music festival in town) We discovered an abandoned Copper Mining factory buildings. It looked like a ghost town as people had just walked away from their desks and left everything there including time cards.

We walked the dogs and gave them water.

We drove thru to Ely and the hotel looked awful. I called from the gas station in Ely at 6:07PM and told them we could not make our reservation. The woman who answered was rude and refused to cancel. I told her we would not pay for it.

We decided to just try to drive thru home.

Continued thru the night driving.

Stopped at Ash Springs and was having heart problems. Hubby tried to find Nitro pills, but he only had dust in his container. He told me that he had packed some but could not find any.

Some idiot guy was racing his motorcycle past our truck as we stopped.

I finally took a massive amount of aspirin and we drove on.

Stopped in Alamo for fuel. Lots of semis there with lights on parked in parking lot. I walked the dogs then Hubby got done with fuel and came over to help walk dogs.

I went inside to potty. Nice bathrooms. I talked to a lady cleaning the bathrooms. They also showers in the bathrooms.

Hubby went to potty then we left.

MOON OVER HIGHWAY IN NEVADA

Drove all the way home.

Unpacked everything at home. Dogs drank lots of water. They were exhausted.

Went to bed at 11PM.

FRIDAY / TRIP TO IDAHO DAY 2

FRIDAY
6-2-2-2023

Got up at 6AM to walk the dogs around the hotel outside.

Saw the pretty mountain with snow on them from our window of the hotel.

SNOW ON MOUNTAINS IN WELLS, NV AS SEEN FROM HOTEL ROOM

Both of us took showers. I washed my hair because I was all sweaty. Nice shampoo.

Then I went down to get breakfast. There was no eggs. I got bread with brush of egg wash on them. Cut up sausages that were gross and some potatoes for the dogs.

Hubby then went to get breakfast for himself.

We watched some TV. Packed up and left.

WILSON SLEEPY IN TRUCK

TATER NAPPING IN BACK SEAT OF TRUCK

Drove thru to Jackpot where we walked dogs again.

Then drove to Twin Falls. Forgot about Idaho time change. We thought we were making good time, but ended up 1 hour late to meet guy at Fred Meyer.

Finally got there at 9:30AM Idaho time. Unloaded truck and El Camino. I walked dogs but they refused to poop. Then I gave them water. I had to potty so went in to Fred Meyer.

TRUCK HAULED IN BACKGROUND/EL CAMINO ON TRAILER

On the way out of Fred Meyer, I almost stepped on a snake that was curled up by the curb parking by the building.

Hubby was finishing up doing the loading. And then we left. Hubby wanted latte so we drove to Dutch Bros. He parked int he Walgreens parking lot and walked over to get a drink.

We left there and drove to Boise - lots of stinky cattle stockyards along the interstate.

Stopped for a quick potty stop off the Interstate as Tater BARKED REALLY LOUD. He has not gone poop yet today.

POOP POTTY STOP JUST OFF INTERSTATE IN BOISE

Drove to Emmett and found Rugged Mountain RV in the old Fairgrounds. Talked to the owner Anca - she showed us around and the camper they had. We picked out interior finishes.

CAMPER COLORS WE PICKED OUT

Left there at 3:30PM and found a Mormon church to walk the dogs in the grass.

As we drove out of Emmett, there was a drag race track near the road and Hubby wanted to stop, but there was no place to watch.

Went to get fuel at Costco, drove past it and had to drive back. Costco did NOT have Diesel, so instead we got Burger King. Hubby walked inside to get it as we could not do the drive-thru with the trailer on the Dually.

We ate in the parking lot.

Then drove to find the other Hampton Inn & Suites in Nampa. Right next to the Ford Arena Convention center. Hubby parked in the back of the building. We checked in and got room 320. Took the dogs for a walk. Tater slid down the grassy knoll. He really liked it.

TATER DID NOT LIKE THE HOTEL ELEVATOR-TOO NOISY & BUMPY

WILSON & TATER ON BED IN HOTEL

I walked downstairs to get milk. Then we decided to walk dogs and walked over to the gas station next door to get a gallon of milk. Hubby got Coke and cheesy poofs.

Some creepy women had walked behind us - Hubby said they were blocking the cooler for several minutes while he was in the gas station.

We walked dogs around and found a squirrel in a tree. He chittered at us.

Watched TV for a while. The bed creaked all night. Dogs were exhausted. Room door had a major gap and we could see the light from the hallway all night.

I got up in the middle of the night and slept on the sofa with a heavy blanket. Hubby had to cuddle with Tater to keep from sliding off the side of the bed. Tater was taking up the whole bed.

THURSDAY/ TRIP TO IDAHO DAY 1

THURSDAY
6-1-2023

Awake at 6AM after a horrible night of sleeping. Hubby said he wanted a few more minutes of sleep. So we slept until 7:15AM.

Got up and dressed. I went to the kitchen to make a latte for Hubby. I was still feeling sick to my stomach so I did not eat or drink anything.

The MACU site was down. Can't get the guys paid if can't see what $ we have in it. Then there was no response from Quickbooks on any money in the account.

Hubby warmed up dog breakfast eggs and fed them. Then he started packing the bags that I brought out. I made a reservation for a hotel in Wells, NV which is 6 hours away.

Hubby left with the Dually and trailer at 8:30AM. Tater stayed home.

I did bookwork. Packed more clothes. Did laundry. Put clean laundry away. Started dishwasher.

Went to the banks. I forgot where I was going and went to America First. Talked with Maria. She was the one who talked with Hubby the other day about Chris' check that did not go into the correct account. I got her card & phone number.

Then I drove to MACU where I deposited a check from America First so that we can make payroll. Then I explained the missing payroll check. She advised me that it had been returned to the -6383 account today. I asked about the MACU website outage and if they would fix it. She said they had no time from the repair people for it to be fixed.

I drove to the Tire Store to pick up Hubby. He dropped off the truck and trailer there to replace a tire and fix the alignment on the truck. I drove Hubby to the shop. Then I drove home.

At home, I gave the dogs bathes out on the patio because I knew that Hubby would be cutting it close and would not have time. I bathed Wilson first and then Tater. I towel-dried them off.

Picked up dog poo. Cleaned cat litter box after one of the cats did a stinky.

Vacuumed out cat litter in armoire.

Then I repeatedly called Hubby at NOON to make sure he was going to be leaving on time.

Hubby raced home and picked me & the dogs up. We tried to remember everything to take. Bags, dog food, water, pillow for my lap. We FORGOT sweaters/sweatshirt and Tater's blanket.

Then we had to go back down to the shop and pick up the title for the truck that we were hauling. Stopped at the Conoco to get fuel.

We got on the Interstate by 1:30PM

Drove to Ely, NV for fuel. It started raining. Mountains were full of snow. It got very cold.

STORMS & MOUNTAIN SNOW IN NEVADA

Stopped to let the dogs go potty several times.

Got to Wells NV late. Drove to Family Dollar because I wanted a cheap sweatshirt. They had nothing but crap clothing there. Got fuel at Flying J and I purchased a junky thin sweatshirt. We went to eat at Iron Skillet and had a GREAT waitress named Abby. The whole restaurant was full. We had to potty and then came back. Cut in front of some people. Abby seated us and we shared chicken fried steak. Both of us had coffee. Hubby had a salad, too.

We were going to get Dukin' Donuts, but they were closed.

Drove to Hampton Inn & Suites across the interstate and checked in. We were charged $100 for the dog fees! Assholes.

HAMPTON INN & SUITES WELLS, NV

Tried to go swimming but the dogs barked so we could not leave the room. Lots of work trucks in the parking lot. Parking lot was muddy from the rain.

We had cookies & milk in the room.

Watched TV and went to bed by 10PM.
