FRIDAY
APRIL 10 2026
Put harnesses on dogs and loaded them into the FMF. Drove to Info Center and walked them. PBJR was out of breath and tired by the time we got back to the car. Gave dogs fresh water. Loaded them into car.
Drove to the UPS Store to mail a package for customer, Hubby forgot to take in his Amazon returns.
We drove to America First CU where Hubby went to cash a check and deposit customer checks.
We drove out to the park in Bunkerville. Walked dogs around the park. Riley ran around, barking at birds. I picked up other people's dog poop. PBJR munched on fresh grass.
We gave dogs fresh water and loaded them into car.
Saw an ambulance on our drive back to town. It had pulled over mid-point to Bunkerville on the side of the road beside the walk/bike path.
Stopped at the shop to see if there were packages, customer happened to pull in the parking lot and Hubby had to talk with him.
(tires had fallen into the parking lot)
Finally left there and drove to Wendy's because I was hungry. I got all shaky and weak.
We parked at the gas pump on the far left by Wendy's. Hubby got fuel. $75. OMG. Fucking regime fools. Then Hubby walked into Wendy's to order burgers & chicken nuggets for dogs, a Asiago chicken sandwich with fries for me.
We drove home. At home, we rested for a while. Watched TV. I made more hot tea.
At 2:30PM, we loaded the dogs into the FMF again after putting on their harnesses.
Hubby drove me to my 3PM appointment at GS Nails. Andy did my nails. Ma was there and was doing pedicures & manicures on 2 women. Then Andy had walk-ins that wanted manicures and pedicures. He is busy.
I got done at 4PM and Hubby came to pick me up when I called. He had been at the shop and gone to UPS Store to drop off his Amazon returns.
We drove to Bunkerville to walk dogs again. There was a woman there walking her dogs off-leash. We had to wait for her to leave.
Let the dogs out of the car and Riley ran to bark at birds.
We walked around and the dogs laid down in the fresh grass.
We gave them fresh water and then loaded them in the car.
Drove to Scenic (Hubby missed the back side turn and drove all the way around Mesquite again) and picked up lottery tickets. Hubby bought ice cream for us. I got Cookies-N-Cream on a plain cone. He got Black Cherry on a waffle cone.
We drove back home.
At home, let the dogs out for potty. Hubby sat down to watch YouTube on TV. I made hot tea. Hubby tried to give me pasta that I made yesterday, but he had put PEPPER on it and I had to put it down the drain. I hate pepper.
Hubby got a phone call from his employee, Nick who had borrowed the small trailer to go to St George and get his girlfriend a topper for her truck. They dropped off the trailer here at our house and hooked it up to our FMF in the street.
Hubby and I both fell asleep on the sofas. I got up at 9PM and went to bed.
