SHOPPING IN ST GEORGE AT COSTCO/HOA REPRIMAND PHONE CALL

 Up at 5AM to potty, went back to bed. I knocked over my water bottle, fell over my heating pad on the floor, and hit my had on the alarm clock. Hubby stayed up and let the dogs out. 

I got up at 7AM. Hubby was making dog breakfast. I made lattes.

Took out the garbage. Hubby wrapped up the vacuum in the original box. Hubby washed the pans as we are taking them back, too.

Drove to the shop on Hafen and mailed our return at Pat's USPS store. 

 

Hubby got a phone call from the HOA that he was NOT supposed to park his UTV in the driveway at home. 

Then we drove thru the Gorge to St George. Hubby did not speed. Lots of people driving stupid. Some idiot in a Utah car beeped at us after the construction work because Hubby got in the passing lane and they were speeding.

In St George, we dropped the dogs off at Doggy Daycare. 

 

 

We drove to Hash House A Go-Go because I wanted breakfast pancakes, but they had a line out the door. Instead, we went to Washington and ate at Bear Paw Diner. It was really nice. Good food. Huge plates. We shared a 2-egg, 2-pieces bacon, and 2 pancakes.

Then we drove to Costco. Costco was a mad-house as they were re-constructing half of the parking lot. Hubby actually pulled over to the side in the front and loaded our returns on a flat cart. Just at the same time, somebody was pulling out of the handicapped, so he got a parking place right in front! SCORE!

 

 

Went inside to process our returns, it was fast & easy. Returned vacuum that would not pick up anything, returned peeling teflon pots & pans, returned 6 foot table.

Then we went around and went shopping. Got a new vacuum, Shark Performance Anti Allergan. Got new Kirkland Brand pots & pans, Hubby got a remote-control UTV toy.

Stopped to get smoothies at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. We both got banana/strawberry.

 

 

Picked up dogs at 2:30PM St. George time and gave them our leftovers from breakfast. 

Drove home to Mesquite.We unloaded everything. 

Hubby put together the vacuum.

Dogs were TIRED. Tater slept all the way home, then barely dragged himself to the sofa. Hubby gave him some string cheese and he could not even raise his head off the sofa. 

 

We went swimming at 4PM. 

I had forgotten to take a face mask, so Kathy let me borrow one they had in the golf cart. 

I talked to Janet and Kathy in the pool.

Hubby talked to the guys.

We left at 5PM as it was getting quite cold.

We came home the long way and saw bunnies.

At home, we watched TV.

I went to bed early at 8PM.
