Got up at 6AM. Hubby made eggs for dogs & fed them. I made lattes.
We vacuumed and cleaned up cat litter. I picked up dog poo.
Left at 8:45 for Las Vegas.
Took the dogs with us. Dropped them off at Hot Diggity Dog Daycare. Walked them outside at the church, first before we left them. Tater barked at all his friends in the front room.
Then we went to eat at Sin Fronteras Tacos. Hubby was really hungry. He got the burrito. I got chicken street tacos.
After lunch, we drove to Sam's Club to get our membership cards and shop. It was very much like Costco - similar items. We stocked up on a lot of food. Got our $45 refund for membership applied to our first purchases.
Went to pick up dogs at Daycare. They were really thirsty and had to walk again. I was already getting tired by this time. Tried too much again.
Hubby drove to the Steel Yard downtown, but they did not have what he needed, so we had to drive to Curtis Steel. I waited in the truck while Hubby went inside to order. We drove around to the side for Will-Call pickup. They loaded it into the truck.
We drove to Flamingo and got on the Interstate 15. Immediately, there was a LOT of traffic. It came to a stand-still. We merged over to the HOV lane and passed over 2 miles of dead stop traffic. Then way less cars at the north end of town.
Drove home. I was exhausted. Stopped alongside the road at Ritchie Brothers to re-arrange the steel as it was very windy and was flopping around. I walked both dogs. Stopped at Moapa to get fuel and give water to the dogs again.
Finally hope after 3PM. I was exhausted. Could not settle.
Hubby unloaded all the groceries from Sam's Club.
Then we drove to Walmart at 6PM to get more milk & cream cheese for the morning.
At home, I almost collapsed. Went to bed at 7PM. Then got up at 8PM to take a hot bath. Everything hurt.
I went back to bed. Hubby came to bed at 10PM.
He let the dogs out at 3AM.
