TUESDAY
JUNE 25 2019

Got up at 5:31AM when my alarm rang again on my iPhone for some stupid reason.

I made the bed, went out to make lattes.

Hubby was cleaning up the urine on the floor from Tater again. He put the dogs outside.

He made eggs and then fed the dogs.

I made my own eggs, then we sat in the courtyard and had breakfast.

Hubby got dressed and left for his WOOD CLUB Meeting at 8:30AM. He drove the SXS.

Hubby put out the garbage can.

I cleaned up dog poo, started laundry, put away breakfast dishes and started dishwasher.

Hubby was back by 9:30AM. He had scheduled our SLOTS TOURNAMENT for July at the Pioneer Center.

Hubby took a nap on the sofa. We left at 10:25AM in the SXS to go down to the Coffee House Blues program. It was so nice to sit down and listen to them play. We sat in the seats by the big window and enjoyed the melodic tunes. Put our feet up on the hassock and I ate my banana while we both just relaxed.

In the Parking lot of the Pioneer Center, we met a nice couple from Illinois who had just moved here. They wanted to purchase a Can-Am just like ours. We talked for a while and exchanged information.

Left at 11:30PM and drove down to the Thrift Store on Hafen Lane. We got a bunch of cutlery to make into cute things.

Then we drove the SXS out to Bunkerville to shop at the Catholic Thrift Store, but it was permanently closed. We drove back and went to Wendy's & Flying J. Got fuel and talked to the tire manager there. I went potty and met hubby at Wendy's. We ordered salads and got burgers for the dogs.

Drove back home. Dogs had been sleeping on the patio. We gave them treats.

I took a nap on the sofa until 3PM when hubby went over to Dana's with John to see Dana's new train set up.

I put away dishes & clean laundry.

Hubby returned at 4:30 from the neighbors.

Then we got ready for swimming.

Went over in the SXS. I did 30 minutes on the bike with 11 miles.

Took a shower and joined hubby in the pool. There were only 8 people in the pool area. Very sad that nobody uses the pool.

I swam around while hubby talked to guys. Then I sat in the hot tub. We left at 7:35PM.

At home, hubby made himself dinner. I had some potatoes.

Went to bed at 10PM.

6-24-2019

Up at 5:30AM, hubby heard the cats playing with a moth and thought it was Tater wanting to go outside.

I woke up sweating. So turned on the fan in our bedroom. Made the bed while Robert tore around the room playing.

I made lattes and warmed up my eggs. Hubby made eggs for dogs.

Tater peed on the wall & floor by our bedroom. I had to clean it up.

He is just not understanding to NOT relieve himself in the home.

I had to power wash the poop from Tater off the courtyard; so I got out there with a hose and cleaned it off. 3 spots there, and 1 spot along the side of the house. I watered the neighbor's palm tree that looks like it is dying.

Hubby put our food in the courtyard and we ate breakfast. There was a urine/sewage smell in the air again today.

We put Tater in his kennel and went down to the shop to make the Dragonfly and Flower for Shauna's birthday.

Stopped at Del Taco for lunch. I got a Signature Taco Salad.

Came back home and let dogs out. Tater had NOT peed in his kennel this time.

We watched TV and relaxed. Hubby took a long nap on the sofa. He has been getting up too early in the morning.

Then we got ready and went to put Shauna's present in the bag & get her card ready. But the weld broke on the Dragonfly.

Hubby dropped me off at Bingo; I got cards and seats. Then he went down to the shop to fix the weld. Dee & John arrived with cake, balloons, and presents.

We played Bingo. I almost won the cover-all but for 1 number. I was pissed because the JackPot was $846.

Then we drove home. Let the dogs out for a while. Then they stayed in the back yard while we drove over to Kerry's house for cake & ice cream for Shauna's birthday. Dana came over.

We left at 8PM.

Came home and let the dogs in the A/C. We did not eat dinner because we had too much food all day.

I took a hot bath, but it did not help the pain in my shoulder. I was shaking from pain. Took a couple aspirin.

I went to bed early because I was so tired.

FORGOT ABOUT SUNDAY

SUNDAY
6-23-2019

Up at 5:30AM, we made breakfast. Sat on the courtyard to eat.

I vacuumed. Then had to fix my hair.

Decided to go for a SXS ride in the desert to go pick up lottery tickets.

Took a couple different trails going there.

On the way back, we stopped at the Walmart Car Wash and washed the SXS. I found 8 pennies in the parking lot/vacuum area.

We drove back and let dogs out. Tater peed in his dog bed again.

Hubby washed dog bed.

We then loaded the dogs up in the Dually and drove down to the dog park. Let dogs play. I had to put Wilson in with the little dogs, but he hated it. They were too small. Put him in the Big Dog area with Tater and a old pit bull named Sugar.

Finally, dogs were too hot and would not play.

Took them back home.

We watched TV for a while. A Star Is Born with Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper. Not a great movie. Wonder what all the hype was about.

Went to Swim & Exercise at 6PM. Forgot my I.D. had to go back home. Lady at front desk is getting very rude.

There were acoustic music playing in Pioneer Center. Hubby listened for a while, then went swimming. I went to start exercising. I did the Elliptical for 20 minutes, after 6 minutes on the Treadmill I got a cramp, and then finished on the Stationary Bicycle for 10 minutes.

Went swimming. Lots of people there. Not like the pool party nights on Saturday, but quite a few.

We left at 8PM.

Came home, had dinner. Watched TV. Perpetual Grace. 

Went to bed at 10PM.

Got up at 5AM. Made breakfast.

Ate on the courtyard. Hubby fed dogs.

We decided go to Ace Hardware early in the morning before it got hot.

Picked up boards so that hubby could make dog fences to keep Tater in the main area of the house. The dogs stayed home.

We stopped at Walmart on the way home to pick up groceries.

At home, put away groceries.

Hubby put together the Dog Fence. He was pouting because I did not want mesh wire in the dog fence. He put it together with wood.

I ordered more of the Home Depot Weather Wash Pined Wood Stain for him so he can paint everything.

We stayed home with Tater today to keep it low key. He needs to heal. Kept dosing him with the Sedatives & Pain killers. He slept most of the day. Had very red eyes. On drugs.

We watched TV. Went to bed at 10PM.

The month of June is almost done!

Up at 5:30AM when the dog started waking up. Hubby took Tater & Wilson outside for potty.

I got up and made lattes. Took the blankets & sheets off the bed to wash.

Hubby made eggs for dogs & a burrito for his ride today.

He fed the dogs. I warmed up my egg&spinach omelette from yesterday.

We ate on the courtyard.

Then Hubby got dressed. I cleaned up breakfast dishes & started dishwasher.

Hubby left at 7:39AM to go for his ride in the mountains with the UTV Club.

Tater remained sedated & slept most of the day. He wore his Cone to prevent chewing at his surgery site.

I vacuumed, then steam-cleaned the floors. By that time, I was sweating and tired.

Took a shower at 8:30AM and washed my hair.

Hubby got home at 3PM.

He had lunch, then sat with Tater on the sofa, watching his Automotive shows.

I was not feeling good since after cleaning house, so I took a hot bath.

6-20-2019

Up at 4:30AM. I made the bed, then made lattes.

Gave a 1/2 of my yesterday's leftover egg to Wilson while he was outside. We left him outside today with food & water.

Tater got no food or water since last night.

We loaded Tater in the Dually and drove to Las Vegas.

Dropped Tater off at the Spay & Neuter Clinic on Flamingo. LOTS of people there were checking in their dogs & cats. I talked to a nice lady with a black female cat named Gigi. She ended up pregnant and could not do the spay! Poor woman.

We got Tater checked in...we were #6 in line. Weighed Tater (59 pounds) and went to a room.

Drove to Blueberry Hill Restaurant and had breakfast. I got a spinach and cheese omelette with hashbrowns. Hubby got the 1.2.3. Gravy & Biscuits. Excellent food. Excellent coffee. Great service. Food came out fast!

Then we drove to UPS store across the street and mailed Wilson's return collar to Amazon. The woman there recommended the 4 Your Nails & Foot Spa next door that opened at 9:30AM to get pedicures.

We waited until 9:30 and there were several people that got in the door before us! Lots of people came inside. Had to get seperate pedicures because they did not have enough help. I talked to a very nice girl that was getting her nails done while we were drying. She had 3 guys with her and I asked if they were her brothers. We talked quite a while.

Hubby and I went to Goodwill on Maryland Parkway. Then the Habitat for Humanity next door. We were looking for spoons so that hubby could make a flower for Shauna's birthday. I had to potty so we went back to Goodwill (bathroom was trashed) and then left.

Drove to a place called Savers on E. Charleston Boulevard. Found a round metal ball, and lots of spoons. Girl at the counter recommended Sonic for Smoothies, but we drove there and they did not have any. Then we drove BACK to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe on East Bonanza Road. Got Blueberry Bliss - Blueberries, Strawberries, & Bananas.

In the parking lot, hubby ate some of his breakfast. I had a banana.

We drove back to the Spay & Neuter Clinic to pick up Tater. He was very tired. We ran into the two guys that were picking up THEIR black & white pitbull they had dropped off this morning!

Drove to California Steel & Metal to pick up some steel balls & leaves for Shauna's flower. I ran inside with hubby for a few minutes. Tater was fussing when I came outside. I started up the truck and turned on the A/C. Gave him a few sips of water.

We drove home.

At home, unloaded Tater. He went potty outside. Wilson was upset that he had been left alone all day. He was crying. Happy to see Tater, tho.

Finally got everybody settled. Hubby sat down with Tater on the sofa to have a nap. Hubby watched his automotive shows.

I took a hot bath.

We went to bed at 10PM.

Got up at 6:30AM.

Tater slept with us all night because he peed in his kennel on his dog bed again.

Hubby made eggs & fed dogs.

I made lattes. Made egg for myself.

We ate on the courtyard. Hubby did not eat as this morning is the UTV Meeting at the Casino so he will have breakfast there.

I vacuumed. Hubby picked up cat litter.

I picked up dog poo. Started laundry. Cleaned up breakfast dishes.

Soaked my feet.

I cleaned house.

I did laundry.

Hubby finally got home at  7:15PM. Too late to go exercise or swim.

We made dinner.

I went to get mail.

Went to bed at 10PM. No more food or water for Tater as he has surgery tomorrow.

Got up at 6AM; I made lattes. Hubby made eggs for dogs. He fed dogs.

We sat on the courtyard to enjoy breakfast.

I vacuumed, cleaned up breakfast dishes, started washing machine. Put away clean clothes.

Hubby took out the trash and put the trash can for collection. I picked up dog poo.

Then Hubby left for Wood Club, but he returned shortly afterwards and said nobody showed up for wood club!

I soaked my feet. The dogs took naps.

Hubby internet surfed for a new windshield for the Can-Am.

Pups took a nap beside Daddy.

UPS brought the new harnesses for the dogs. Wilson's was too tight. Tater's fit perfectly.

We left at 1:15PM to go play Slots at the Eureka. My machine was #7, Hubby had #4. My machine was EXTREMELY slow.

We did not win. Hubby got a beer, then we spent $ on the Penny slots. Spent $4. Watched some poker players.

Left and came home. It was quite warm outside.

At home, let the dogs out to potty. Then hubby took a nap. I worked on iTunes Playlists.

We left for our Sip & Paint Class at the Eureka Casino at 5PM. Sat with Jim & Lorraine. They were very nice people.

ESTIMATES & PERGOLA DEPOSIT

JUNE 17 2019
MONDAY

Got up at 7AM. Hubby had already gotten up at 6AM with dogs.

I put away Hubby's dirty dishes and started dishwasher. Started laundry. Cleaned up Tater's poop on the patio concrete. Picked up dog poo and more palm tree mess that Tater had chewed up.

We had not gotten any eggs so Hubby got dressed and we went to the Eureka at Mason Street Courtyard for Buffet Breakfast. We used our $15 Gift Card from last month's Slots Tournament to eat.

Then we spent $1 each on the Penny Slots. I had won $3.26, but hubby made me put it back in the machine. We ended up walking out with 48 cents. Gave it to the guy that checked us out at the restaurant.

We stopped at Walmart to get groceries. LOTS of men AND women using stinky perfume.
The Cheese Slicer at this Walmart has NOT BEEN WORKING FOR 4 WEEKS.

At 10AM, we met Tyler from SW Awnings at the house to give him a deposit for the courtyard and back patio Pergola. He will draw up the design and email it to us so that we can submit it the Architectural Review Committee. Then he can come install it in about a month.

I vacuumed. Turned up A/C because I was sweating.

I worked on Playlists on iTunes.

Mobile Screening came over at 2PM to give us a quote on the roller shades for the patio. It was still too expensive. So we decided to stay with the Pergola.

Hubby was working on project plans for the dog gate. He is going to build his own out of wood.

I soaked my feet and put callus cream on them.

Watched TV for a while.

Went swimming at 6PM. We pre-paid for several activities at the Front Desk. The boys were there. Very nice kids unlike the older women at the front desk who are rude.

I did 30 minutes of biking; then went outside to swim. It was windy with dark clouds again. Most people left by this time. Only Dave & Carmen were still swimming. We finally left at 8PM.

Came home and hubby made dinner. He had 1/2 hamburger while he made me chicken & rice; also made new white rice for tomorrow.

Took the dogs for a brief walk at 10PM. Not bad sewage watering smell as the wind was blowing.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY 2019

Got up at 8AM after being woken at 6AM and 7AM by the cats.

Hubby had been up at 3AM when the cats were playing with a moth outside. Thought it was Tater trying to get out of his kennel.

I made lattes and warmed up egg.

Hubby had already fed the dogs.

I cleaned up breakfast dishes. Changed clothes and we got ready for a ride in the desert.

At 9AM, we left to go get Lottery tickets in Littlefield/Beaver Dam.

Back at 11AM.

I took a shower. Cleaned up dog poo. Hubby had to vacuum up more glass outside.

We sat & watched 30 Rock after I signed into HULU on our Fire Stick TV.

I uploaded Amazon Photos on my iPhone to the TV.

Hubby took a nap on the sofa.

We went over to the Pioneer Center at 2:10PM for Cake & Punch for Father's Day.

Then we drove down to the $1 Store to get more super soakers and hubby got Plackers, Deodorants for the truck, I got Epsom Salts, and we got the dog a new toy and Pig Ears.

Went to have Father's Day Picnic with Dee & John at 3:30PM.

Had hot dogs, hamburgers, cole slaw, beans, potato salad. It was very good.

Came home at 5:30PM to let the dogs outside. Tater had been in his kennel.

Gave them pig ears to eat while we were gone.

Put dogs outside. We went to swim.

I did 10 miles on the bike for 30 minutes. Then went to swim. Big storm with black clouds came when I went out to swim with everybody. Not very many people here tonight.

Big wind, lightning came so everybody went inside.

We swam inside for a while. Then more lightning. So we decided to go home for the dogs.

At home, Tater had eaten up some more of the palm tree. We need to get electric fence around it.

Got no phone call from KR on Father's Day.

Watched TV. Loaded SLING on our Fire TV.

Walked dogs around the neighborhood before the Golf Course sprinklers made sewage smell.

Went to bed at 10PM.

6-15-2019

Up at 6AM. Hubby had a restless night because we put the training collar on Tater again and he buzzed him all night long while Tater slept in his dog kennel, alone.

Made lattes. I made eggs for breakfast. Hubby fed eggs to dogs. From 7AM to 8:30AM, We sat outside on the courtyard, listening to Frank's cleaning crew trim his bushes & blow all the debris into our yard.

Hubby had to go out front and blow out all the debris that had been blown into our yard.

I vacuumed, picked up dog poo, filled dog bowls with water & food. Filled cat bowls with food & water, put away breakfast dishes. Started dishwasher & washer.

Hubby took a shower. Then he repaired the sprinkler system that Tater tore out next to the plant at the side yard behind the garbage can.

Hubby placed the propane tanks in the grille and the fireplace on the patio.

Hubby sat down to watch TV.

I worked on my iTunes Playlists.

I soaked my feet.

Then I put cream on them again.

I made crab cakes and cut up spinach for my dinner.

Tater slept most of the day because we gave him calming pills.

Picked up the mail. KR had sent a Father's Day card; we got a $50 Refund Cash Card from Costco for purchasing the Generator.

We went swimming from 6PM-8PM. I exercised for 45 minutes; elliptical & recumbent bike.  Lots of fun, playing in the water. Dave & Carmen brought water guns from the $1 Store. John played Beach Ball with me. THIS is the way it should be every night at the pool. About 60 people in the pool, 15 people in the hot tubs, lots gathered around and sitting at the patio sets under huge umbrellas. Many people in the gym area exercising and some people swimming inside.

When we came home, we discovered that Tater had gotten into the fireplace storage on the patio and torn open a bag of fireplace glass. Hubby had to vacuum it all up. We hope that Tater did not eat/swallow any glass. I looked it up online and found that if he is lethargic, or has poop problems we need to take him to the Vet, but otherwise it should just pass thru his system.

We will need to lock Tater in his kennel from now on when we leave.

Watched TV for a while. Then went to bed at 10PM.

HUBBY WORKS AT SHOP

6-14-2019

Up at 6AM.

I made lattes. Hubby made eggs & fed them to dogs. We sat on the courtyard to eat breakfast.

I vacuumed and cleaned up dog poo.

Hubby left for the shop at 9:30AM.

I soaked my feet today for 2 hours.

Had salad for lunch.

Put Exfoliating Foot Mask on my feet.

Then I put cream on them after soaking them again for 30 minutes.

Tater pooped in the house after I had JUST put him out. He was in the house for 2 minutes and pooped by the sliding glass door to the courtyard.

Tater also peed on the dog bed in his kennel again. I had to wash it outside, then let it dry. Tater then PEED in the plastic tray of the dog kennel!

Hubby got home at 4:30PM. He had lunch.

He made a snake and a snail for our yard.

Came back home and sat with the puppies.

Wilson slept with us while Tater slept in the kennel tonight. Hubby had to get up with him several times. He kept his collar on all night and kept using the buzz control to make him behave.

Got up at 6AM. Made lattes. Had an egg for breakfast.

Hubby made eggs for dogs & a burrito for himself.

We talked about the Trivia game last night over breakfast. Watched some out-takes of Curb Your Enthusiasm on YouTube.

Cleaned house. Vacuumed. Put laundry away. Washed breakfast dishes.

Washed dogs.

KR texted Hubby and said that she had a request to view her house just 1 hour after listing it! This sounds promising.

Looked thru the Sun City Newsletter to find events to attend. We will have to make reservations when we go over tonight.

I got my nails done at 3PM while Hubby went over to get his gun at the new Gun Shop and picked up my prescription cream at the Mesquite Pharmacy.

6-12-2019

Got up at 6AM. I actually did not have to use Benadryl to sleep last night. Slept in our bed all night long with Robert by my head, Tater & Wilson at the bottom of the bed by our feet.

Made the bed, got dressed. Then I made lattes. Hubby made eggs for dogs.

I vacuumed the house. Lots of black dog hair.

We drove down to Mesa View Medical where I checked in; the front desk did not like that I did not have a "card" for my insurance. I just had the paperwork on my phone. So I sent them an email with the information. I saw Dr Briggs after nurse Katie took my temp, BP, and weight. Yuck. Gained weight.

Dr said that he would call in a prescription for steroid cream for the bug bites that were driving me CRAZY.

We drove to Walmart and picked up groceries/cat litter. Had quite a few problems checking out. It would not ring up the asparagus. 

Then we drove over to the Pharmacy and NOTHING was called in yet. So I called the Doctor's office and left a message.

At home, we unloaded groceries. I ordered tickets for July to see The Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder at Tuacahn Theatre. 

Hubby called the NV Department of Environmental Protection Air Quality and left a message for them regarding the watering at Conestoga Golf Course. 

Tyler from Southwest Awnings came out again to give us a bid on roll down shades.

Had lunch.

Had to clean up Tater's poo in the hallway on the carpet & some in the cat area. Then he peed at the living room. 

We watched TV for a while.

Went to TRIVIA at the Pioneer Center. Played from 4:30-6:30PM with David and Greg. Greg had to leave early. We lost. A lot of questions that we did not know the answers. Lots of them were not in our age area of expertise. The group we play with is 20+ years older than us and ask questions pertaining to the era.

Came home and watched TV.

Went to bed at 10:30PM.

Got up at 2AM because I was all itchy in bed.

Went to sleep on sofa after getting blue blanket in closet.

Woke up and went to sleep in the front room again.

Slept until 9:30AM after Hubby came to check on me and the trash truck came.

I vacuumed cat litter; picked up dog poo. Filled dog water.

I updated playlists on my iTunes.

I washed laundry.

Hubby made lunch.

Took a hot bath later because I was hurting.

Hubby called the doctor for me to get an appointment because of my bites.

We watched Hello Dolly.

BENADRYL NIGHT

MONDAY
6-10-2019

Woke up at 2AM to sleep on the sofa; there were too many animals pushing on me in the bed.

I slept on the sofa until 4AM, then went to sleep in the spare bedroom. I slept there until 8AM.

Got up and made lattes; Hubby had already made eggs & fed dogs.

Hubby had already made the bed.

I got dressed and put away the blanket I slept with in the night.

Still zonked out on effects of Benadryl.

We sat around the house most of the day.

Walked the dogs later.

Watched Santa Clarita Diet on TV. I am so upset that they are canceling this great show. Fuckers.

We went swimming from 5:30-7PM.

At home, I took more Benadryl because I was itching everywhere.

Hubby had me take a shower and scrubbed everywhere. Then he poured vinegar over my hair and all over my body. Supposed to kill any bugs.

Went to bed at 10PM.

I got up and slept on the sofa, then went into the spare bedroom to sleep.

Woke up at 5:50AM.

I was hurting everywhere from the sunburn on my legs and neck and face. My left big toe was injured and throbbing.

Reminder to self - NO MORE RIDING AFTER A MAXIMUM OF 4 HOURS.

In the bathroom, I had to clean up cat food vomit.

Then I had to clean up dog piss in the kitchen.

Hubby put the dogs out (again) as he had gotten up at 4AM to put the dogs out and could not go back to sleep. He was sitting on the sofa, surfing his iPad.

I made lattes.

Then I put away clean clothes from the dryer.

Hubby made dog eggs and we fed them.

Hubby started looking up a 4-door UTV on the web that he wants to bid upon. I had to get his CoPart sign in.

Hubby got dressed and we finally left to go down to the Casablanca for Sunday Mimosa Brunch.

It was only $8.99 per person. Very nice. Not very smoky.

We had a nice breakfast and then sat for a while, drinking coffee and sipping Mimosas out of tiny plastic cups.

Then we left and drove to Beaver Dam. Hubby went inside to get lottery tickets.

We drove back on the interstate to Walmart and picked up groceries. A cantaloupe rang up twice at the register and instead of waiting in line for a return, the clerk suggested that I go get another cantaloupe.

The dually needed fuel, so we drove to Flying J and hubby filled it with Diesel.

We drove home and unloaded groceries.

When we arrived home, I noticed that while we were GONE, Tater had knocked over a chair on the courtyard patio set, he had gotten up on the top of the glass table, chewed out the plastic hole cover in the middle of the table. So I had to clean the table and find what was left of the plastic cap. 

Hubby put the cap back in the glass table top.

AT 12:45PM, I FOUND MY iTUNES FOLDER!!!!!!

I spent the next few hours updating album artwork and arranging my iTunes. 

Hubby went outside and re-buried the drainage pipe that Tater had pulled out of the ground.

I went down to the mail box to pick up the mail. We got registration tags for the BarkArk, but not new plates that we had BEEN FORCED TO PURCHASE. They were supposed to be mailed later.

Hubby watched shows on Youtube on our TV while I uploaded artwork for new iTunes albums.

We sat outside for a while. No breeze was blowing.

Could not go swimming as I was too burnt and did not want to be in the sun again today.

I was getting bit today by bugs; I put on cream and pain relieving spray with Lidocaine.

Finally took 3 Benadryl to try to sleep. We went to bed at 10:30PM.

Up at 6AM.

I made lattes. Hubby made breakfast eggs. We sat on the courtyard to eat. It was a cool morning. Fed dogs.

I vacuumed. I put breakfast dishes in dishwasher.

I put away clean clothes.

Hubby put air in tires of Can-Am. While he was out there, 2 ambulances came to LeAnn's house. They did not take anybody out.

Steve was out talking with hubby along with his dog, Cosmo. Dawn came out to see what was going on. I got to talk with her, briefly.

Then we left at 8:20AM to meet Oscar and Geri, (actually thought her name was Gail at first!)
They have a really nice house on Sundance Way. Very big house with a pool.

We stopped to get fuel at Terribles on W Mesquite Boulevard.

Gone from 8:30AM to 5:30PM.

Passed a ranch on BLM land with cows, then stopped to look at the Valley at a point that was 5995 Feet, then stopped at a old abandoned mine. After this, we drove out to an abandoned Government BLM Landing strip with out buildings for Fire Suppression. Looked all around.

I had to potty, put burn gel on my legs and chest. We had snacks and water, then resumed the journey.

The last few miles were pure torture. Just driving over huge boulders on the track, too much bouncing, my legs & chest & face were all burnt. It was SO hot.

We finally returned home. I put ice & aloe vera on my legs. Hubby took a shower. Then I took a shower much later.

Went to bed at 10PM.

FRIDAY
6-7-2019

Got up at 5:15AM.

Hubby had been up all night long. Was not a good night.

Tater got up at Midnight to have diarrhea in the hallway. Then Hubby put him and Wilson outside to potty. He brought them inside and put them in the kennel.

Hubby cleaned up diarrhea.

At 2AM, Tater barked and Hubby let him & Wilson outside again. It was really warm outside, about 81 degrees F.

Hubby did not notice until he brought them in again that Tater had pooped in the kennel. So he put the dogs outside again.

Hubby was up by 4:30AM with the dogs again.

I was up at 5:15AM to change sheets on the bed, get lattes started. I let the dogs inside. Hubby was trying to nap on the sofa.

Hubby made eggs for dogs.

Hubby was very tired. He did not get much sleep last night.

I started laundry.

We sat on the courtyard patio set and ate breakfast.

I had to clean up the dog bed from the kennel and the poop on the patio. I cleaned up breakfast dishes and started the dishwasher. Hubby got dressed.

Hubby left for the shop at 8AM so he could fix Eric's truck.

I vacuumed. Cleaned up cat litter, did another load of laundry. I steam cleaned the floors.

Tater chewed up the dog bed foam, so I had to put it in the garage. I cleaned out the tray from the kennel.

Tater is VERY destructive. Even tho he has toys to chew on, he still seems to go ahead and destroy other things.

I am very tired.

I took a hot bath.

Darryl (Landscaper) rang the doorbell and brought rock for the side of the house.

Hubby got home after that and came in the back sliding door. He almost gave me a heart attack!

Hubby napped on the sofa, while I watched ER.

Bought some stock online.

Hubby's UTV Club friend, Oscar, called to invite us on a SXS ride tomorrow from 8:30AM. 

We went to swim at 5:30PM.

Came home at 7PM.

Made chicken for dinner.

Walked the dogs in the neighborhood.

Watched TV and went to bed at 10PM.

TRIP TO VEGAS

THURSDAY

Got up at 6AM.

I made lattes. Hubby made eggs for dogs.

Gave anti emetic pills to both dogs.

We got going to Las Vegas in the Dually.

Wilson was upset, so we had to stop a couple times to let him potty.

We finally got to Vegas at 11:30AM, but were not supposed to pick up the rear end at TNH Auto Wrecking until after Noon.

Hubby had to pick up vise grips at Harbor Freight, so we drove down Craig Road at MLK Blvd. Hubby went inside while I waited outside in the A/C with the dogs.

Then we went to pick up Teriyaki Madness bowls, I went inside to order and potty then went back outside with the dogs. I had to move the truck because Hubby parked under palm trees that were dropping pods. Sounded like hail on the truck!

We drove over to Craig Ranch Park to walk the dogs in the Dog Park. We ate our Teriyaki Bowls there.

Drove to TNH Auto Wrecking, picked up and paid for the rear end and drove back to Mesquite.

We were both exhausted by 3PM in the afternoon.

Took naps.

Then went to the pool at 6PM.

Ran into Nancy and her husband who wanted us to attend dancing next week with them.

I exercised while hubby swam in the pool for an hour. I finally joined after biking 6 miles in 30 minutes on the bikes.

We swam and then went home. It was getting very windy.

At home we had dinner. Walked dogs.

Watched the new brief 3 shows of The Black Mirror season.

Went to bed at 10PM.

WORK ON PATRIOTIC GARLAND

Got up at 6:15AM.

I made lattes, Hubby made eggs for dogs.

We sat in courtyard and ate breakfast. I read news on my iPhone.

Then we cleaned house. Put away breakfast dishes. I started washing machine & dishwasher.

Filled dog food bowl & water bowls. Cleaned up cat litter. I picked up dog poo.

Hubby went to work at the shop on Eric's vehicle at Lupe's shop.

Hubby got back at 4PM. He had a late lunch.

We went to swim at 5:30PM.

Got out of the pool at 7PM after sitting in the hot tub for a while.

Hubby came home and grilled chicken for dinner.

We watched TV and went to bed.

SXS RIDE IN MTNS FOR BOYS

TUESDAY
6-5-2019

Got up at 6AM.

I made lattes. Hubby made eggs.

We sat in the courtyard and had breakfast. Hubby fed dogs.

Then we cleaned up house.

The Pure Window Clean guys (Braydon and helper) got here at 8:30AM and cleaned for about 40 minutes.

Then we took the Dually to have our pics take at the Pioneer Center for our permanent I.D.

Went to get our Pedicures, but they asked us to return in an hour at 12:30.

So we went to Car Wash and hubby washed the Dually. Then we drove to Flying J and picked up meat sticks. I looked at hats there, but they had junk.

Then we drove to the Dollar Store to look for wrenches, but they had none. Hubby got jelly beans & lemon cookies.

We drove back to Chrome Nail Bar. They had us soak our feet in the chairs for over an hour because both of the nail techs were busy. Finally they got to us at 1:30PM. Done by 2PM. Hubby paid and we left to go home.

Hubby forgot bullets for his gun, so he had to run to Walmart quick and buy them.

Hubby got ready for his SXS ride with the UTV group tonight. He had asked John if he wanted to go with him, so they packed ice & hubby packed his gun.

Got up at 6AM. Hubby made eggs for breakfast.

I made lattes.

We sat on the courtyard and ate breakfast.

Then we cleaned house. Vacuumed, picked up cat litter, I started laundry & dishes.

Hubby called Social Security to talk to them at 11:15AM.

Called Las Vegas to make an appointment to take Tater to be neutered.

Then we sat home all day.

We copied paperwork and mailed it out again to Social Security.

Hubby watched Automotive shows on TV.

Walked dogs around neighborhood after the sun went down and before the sewage smell started.

Went to bed at 10PM.

SUNDAY, HOT, AND SXS RIDE

SUNDAY

Got up at 6AM.

Hubby made eggs. We fed eggs to dogs.

I made lattes and pancakes from the Kodiak Pancake mix we bought. It was grainy textured. Not much buttermilk taste for a pancake.

Fed the rest of the pancakes to the dogs.

Then we vacuumed up cat litter, hubby changed litter. I picked up dog poo.

We got ready for a SXS ride. Hubby made sandwiches for the ride. Packed lots of water.

Drove up past Scenic on Frehner Drive and east towards Desert Springs Road. We stopped at the new Pilot Travel Center to get Custard, but they did not open until 11AM. Which I will complain to the company about. We were there at 10:30AM.

We had to get on the Interstate to get off at the next exit to ride around the huge Beaver Dam Wash as we could not find a way across.

Rode up the North side of Interstate 15 to get back to Mesquite.

We left at 9AM and returned home at 2PM.

Made lunch, brought dogs inside. It was only 90 degrees at this time.

We watched TV. I took a short nap.

Played with the dogs in back yard. Picked up more poop.

Took the SXS and drove down to Pioneer Center to swim outside at 5PM-6PM. Talked to Dave & Carmen. Met some new people.

Drove to Walmart in the SXS and picked up a 50 foot rope to take Tater to the park. Purchase another watermelon.

At home, Hubby made dinner-Totellini with Bruschetta.

Went to bed at 10PM.

Got up at 6AM. Hubby was making noise in the kitchen.

Hubby made eggs for dogs. 

I made lattes.

We sat on the side courtyard patio table to eat breakfast.

Hubby painted the ceilings with white paint to cover up the mess that the contractors had done on some of the vents.

I paid bills online.

I vacuumed. Then I cleaned out the fridge.

Hubby cleaned out the garage.
