APRIL FOOL'S DAY

Up at 3AM with the dogs and put them out for potty. Hubby sat on the sofa for a while. I went back to bed. He put dogs in bed. 

Up at 5AM with dogs for potty. I went back to bed until 6:30AM. 

Riley jumped on the bed and slept with me. 

I got up and was hurting everywhere.

I went to the kitchen to make cinnamon/honey/vanilla hot latte for Hubby, hot tea & Nanogreens for myself. 

Then I took a hot bath. 

Hubby warmed up pork sausages and egg bites in the air-fryer for me. 

Hubby sat on the sofa to watch YouTube videos. 

I finished in the tub, helped make the bed. Put dirty clothes in washer. Cleaned kitchen counter and put dishes in washer. 

Hubby cleaned cat litter. I picked up the dog poo and took it out to the garbage can. Dogs are still doing too much soft poo. One of the poops was just watery brown gelatin. I had to get hot water in a bowl and pour on it to disperse it. 

Hubby helped give me the diet shot today.

I took a painkiller (Gabapentin), got dressed, and sat on the sofa for a while. Then I did bookwork for Hubby. 

Hubby left at 3:30AM. I hugged him goodbye.

I helped Hubby put a pink collar on PBJR and get her loaded into the FMF. She skipped out to the car and was wagging her tail. She was SO EXCITED to spend the day at the shop.

Tater and Riley stayed home with me. We waved off Hubby & PBJR in the car as they drove away.

At 10am, I called the Virgin Valley Vet to make an appointment for the dogs. The girl kept interrupting me as I requested an appointment for BOTH dogs on the same day. She was rude and just an idiot. These 20-somethings really do not know how to work. 

I was in a lot of pain today because of straining my left hip/groin area last night. 

I took another painkiller to help, Gabapentin, but it did not do very much. 

I played BALL with Riley several times outside. 

I put away clean clothes. I put away clean dishes. I heated up chicken sausage in the air-fryer to have lunch.

Hubby texted me at 4PM that he had to go pick up a customer and then return to the shop. He and PBJR would be home after that. He needed to meet the Landscaper at our house to estimate the rock we need in the back yard. He talked to Siri for the message and instead of PBJR, it texted PHOEBE! OMG. So hilarious. So now PB is Phoebe!

Hubby finally got home at 4:30PM. PBJR went out in the yard and peed for QUITE A LONG TIME. 

He met the Landscaper. I kept the dogs inside while they looked at the yard. 

Hubby got a couple phone calls after work. Then he had dinner. He ate the chicken sausage that I had made in the air-fryer today. Gave the dogs some snacks. 

Then Hubby took a shower and washed PBJR because she was covered in oil, dirt, and grease from the shop. He also gave Tater a shower. Both dogs were clean and ran around outside. Riley did not need a bath. She is still scared of getting washed.

Dogs played for quite a while. Stuart went outside. 

We had story time on the sofa after Hubby got his jammies on and put the towels in the washer. 

I did bookwork. I took a Oxycodone for my hip pain and some Melatonin to sleep.

TUESDAY / MAR 31 / CLOUDY / WINDY / GARBAGE DAY /HURT / HOT BATH / LOST MAIL KEYS/SMITH'S GROCERIES / SELECT HEALTH CARD NO WORK

MARCH 31 2026

Up at 3AM with the dogs and put them out for potty. Hubby sat on the sofa for a while. I went back to bed. He put dogs in bed. 

Up at 5AM with dogs for potty. I went back to bed until 6:30AM. 

Riley jumped on the bed and slept with me. 

I got up and was hurting everywhere. I left on my long black nightgown and went to the kitchen to make cinnamon/honey/vanilla hot latte for Hubby, hot tea & Nanogreens for myself. 

Then I took a hot bath. 

Hubby warmed up chicken sausages in the air-fryer for me. 

Hubby sat on the sofa to watch YouTube videos. 

I finished in the tub, helped make the bed. Put dirty clothes in washer. Cleaned kitchen counter and put dishes in washer. 

Hubby cleaned cat litter, gathered all the garbage in the house, and took out to the garbage can in the street. I picked up the dog poo and took it out to the garbage can. Dogs are doing too much soft poo. 

I took a painkiller, got dressed, and sat on the sofa for a while. Then I did bookwork for Hubby. Wrote out a check for the rent to deposit at MACU.

Hubby left at 8:15AM. I hugged him goodbye. Hard to touch because I hurt so much. 

Tater went with Hubby today to the shop, while loading him, Hubby got a phone call, did not have the car door unlocked, walked back into the house and left me with Tater and PBJR trying to escape the house. I was hoping that there were no other dogs in the street. Tater was being an asshole as usual and trying to pull out of his collar. I screamed at Hubby and he came back to get the dogs. He finally hung up from his phone call THAT HE JUST HAD TO TAKE from Moto Zoo because there is YET AGAIN ANOTHER UTV THERE NOT BEING SERVICED. 

So I decided to put the electric shock collar on Tater. He really needs a refresher course on behaviour. 

Hubby and Tater left. 

I put away clean dishes. I put away clean clothes. I washed and conditioned my hair. I put my feet in tea tree oil bath salts condition soak. Then I put cream on my feet.

The USPS lady came at 10AM. She said our mail box door was not closed or locked. I told her that I would lock it so she could leave mail. There were NO KEYS IN THE HOUSE. I looked everywhere. I had to call Hubby because he went to get the mail last night with PBJR. He thought he left the keys on the table, No-they were in his pants pocket, No-they were mistakenly put in the garbage. OMG. This is like living with a 2 year old!

I finally went down to the mailbox and the USPS lady was there. She had found the keys in the mailbox. A neighbor must have put them in and closed the door. 

So I got the mail from her - it was in a rubber band. I thanked her profusely. Walked back home. 

At home, I had to make more hot tea. I am exhausted.  I opened the boxes that were delivered. Amazon soap, tea in one box and OUAI conditioner in another. 

Wind started BLOWING LIKE A HURRICANE. Brought in our pillows from outside. 

Let dogs outside. Let dogs inside.

I took a brief nap. 

Hubby called to say he had been at the Banks and was coming home. We ran outside to see them pull up behind the house.

Left the dogs at home in our room and we went to get groceries at Smith's.

Shopped at Smith's. When checking out, the Select Health Benefits cards were declined and I still had $55.00 on my card. 

We loaded groceries in car and drove home. 

At home, unloaded groceries. PBJR had diarrhea in our bathroom on the tile. (thank goodness it was not on carpet) and I cleaned it up. Then I cleaned her butt. The dogs went out for potty.

Hubby put away clothes. I started the washer with the washrags.

I called Select Health and they said they could not do anything because there were no other stores in the area. They could not carry over the $ to the next month.

I had to order expensive items on their website to use up the $55.00 that was still on the card. 

Because I have lost so much weight so far - about 55 pounds, I put on my long black night gown that I have not worn for years. It was even a little baggy. 

Went to bed at 10PM. I got cold and had to turn on the heating pad. When I scooted over in bed like I usually do, I strained the muscle in my left left/groin area. The pain went from my hip, down to my toes and up to my heart. It was agony. I screamed. Had to control my breathing. It was awful. I finally calmed down. 

Hubby fell asleep and snored. 

I got up at 11PM to take a hot bath as I was still in lots of pain. Hubby got up again with the dogs and put them outside. 

I went back to bed. Still in lots of pain. Finally fell asleep.

Up at 3AM with dogs. Hubby went potty. We returned to bed. 

Up at 5AM with dogs. I went back to bed. Slept until 7:30AM. 

Dogs up at 6AM. 

It was overcast & cooler today. Much better weather than it has been.

Hubby made them breakfast eggs. He gave shredded cheese & tuna to cats. 

I got up and took a hot bath. I HURT EVERYWHERE. 

I got out of bath and sat on the sofa for a while. Then got dressed. Made the bed. 

Made hot latte for Hubby with the new flavoring. I made hot tea and Nanogreens for myself.

Hubby had made me egg bites in the air-fryer but I was not hungry for them. 

Hubby cleaned cat litter. I picked up dog poo.

I noticed that the grille was heating and asked Hubby what he had burnt. He said he had chicken breasts on the grille. They were black and burnt. He took them inside. I had turned off the grille for him.

We put harnesses on dogs and loaded them into FMF. Drove to Bunkerville to dog walk in the soccer park. 

There was no fire burning today in the field to choke us. Yippee. Fresh air.

Riley ran around barking at birds. She was running around so fast & far. She loves running! PBJR dragged me over to the horses. She loves looking at them. 

I picked up several piles of dog poop from other people Some VERY large piles of poop from a VERY big dog. 

We gave the dogs water after being there for 30 minutes, then loaded the dogs into the FMF. 

Hubby decided that he wanted breakfast, so we decided to stop at the new restaurant that was formerly the Worden's at The Oasis Golf Club. It is now called GURU'S. We left the dogs in the car. Hubby was giving them water when an old man in a golf cart drove past, saying "well, I guess you aren't golfing today". I thought it was just some random Karen being offensive so I ignored him and Hubby chatted to him, saying we were eating breakfast. Apparently, it was some jackass employee from the Club that drives people and golf clubs to the Club? What an odd person. Not dressed in Club employee uniform? 

I went potty, Hubby waited for me while getting a free Mesquite newspaper. We were seated and the waitress waited on us. 

Food was NOT good. We had to ask for butter. I never got my sweet potato hashbrowns "because they were out". Hubby had to ask for the bacon that was to be served with his waffles. The blueberry pancake and waffles were food service deliveries that had to be warmed in the microwave. The cook did not COOK anything... Obviously he had not prepped the sweet potato hashbrowns that morning. The waitress did NOT come back to re-fill Hubby's coffee. My eggs were from a mix and tasteless. 

We paid and left. Not impressed. Not going back. Yet another disappointing Restaurant in Mesquite, NV.

Drove to Feed & Farm store to pick up shampoo for Riley. As we parked in the handicapped space, Hubby rolled up the windows and accidentally got Riley's head stuck, she was screaming as she was being choked. I screamed at Hubby to roll the window down. He seemed oddly stupid, took a long time to re-start the car and rolled the front window down, then finally rolled Riley's back window down. 

We went to the store and got the shampoo. 

We got into the car and drove home. Tater was barking at other dogs in the street.

I let the dogs out again. Hubby gave them left-overs from our breakfast. Stuart went out. 

I played BALL with Riley. 

We sat down to watch TV.  Reno 9-1-1.

I put laundry in dryer. Then I put away clean clothes. 

Hubby gave Riley a shower with the new anti-itch, medicated shampoo we bought. 

Gave Riley a Benadryl for her itching.

Took naps on the sofa for a while. 

When I woke up, I was in so much pain. I had to take a hot bath. 

I told Hubby to put his shoes on and rake the rocks in the back yard so Riley is not playing in dirt. He said he will talk to the Landscaper this week that has his vehicle at the shop, maybe trade for rocks. 

I trimmed Hubby's ear hair, cleaned out his ears with q-tips, and pulled a LONG BLACK HAIR from deep inside his ear. I had to get 8 batteries that were all dead to replace the dead battery in the ear trimmer. I threw all those batteries away. I took the garbage from the house and the dog poo bags and put them in the garbage cannister at the side of the house.

We put harnesses on the dogs and loaded them into the FMF. We drove to Bunkerville again. Walked the dogs in the soccer park for a 2nd time today. There was a photographer that was taking a picture of a young man-graduate from high school.

I told Hubby to drive by and give them $-that would be a memorable thing and charitable thing that the young man would remember, but they were leaving as we turned around and drove past them.

We drove to the shop so Hubby could go inside and get the electric clicker for Tater's electronic collar. 

At home, the stupid neighbors were WALKING IN THE STREET and throwing ball? Stupid kids from Spring Break. Of course, their dog WAS NOT ON A LEASH, yet again. We parked in the driveway and had to wait until they SLOWLY, DELIBERATELY walked past until we could unload our dogs to the house. WHY are these neighbors so goddamn rude. 

Finally unloaded the dogs. 

Hubby decided to make pasta and shrimp for dinner. 

We watched some movies on TV. 

Hubby decided to make Irish brown bread in the bread-maker. It was finally done much later. 

I put more laundry in the washer. We went to bed at 11PM.

SATURDAY / MAR 28 / LOTS OF PAIN / HOT BATH / DOG WALK / SHOP / NO KINGS /

MARCH 28 2026 

Up at 3AM with dogs. Hubby went potty. We returned to bed. 

Up at 5AM with dogs. Hubby slept on the sofa. I returned to bed. 

Dogs up at 6AM. 

Hubby made them breakfast eggs. He gave shredded cheese & tuna to cats. 

I got up and took a hot bath. I HURT EVERYWHERE. So much pain I could not talk. 

I got out of bath and sat on the sofa for a while. Then got dressed. Made the bed. 

Made hot latte with new flavoring from Pax & Beneficia - Trinity. Mixture of Cinnamon, Honey, Vanilla. He said it tasted good. I don't have to use as much.

I picked up dog poo. Hubby cleaned cat litter. Hubby started laundry in washer. 

I cleaned up the kitchen counter and put dishes in dishwasher. 

I had to sit on the sofa for a while after eating my egg bites. Dogs had a brief after-breakfast-nap.

We put harnesses on dogs as it was only 67F degrees we wanted to dog walk before it got too hot.

I started the car early. Loaded dogs into FMF. 

Drove to Bunkerville to walk dogs in soccer park. I picked up dog poo. Riley ran around free dog and barked at birds. 

We gave dogs water afterwards and then loaded them into FMF. 

Drove to the shop and Hubby picked up his mail. 

Drove home. 

Let dogs out for potty.

I did bookwork. Hubby fixed the fence out back where it is pulling apart. 

Hubby vacuumed house. I started to steam clean the floors. I accidentally dropped a measuring cup full of water from the counter. It shattered. I cleaned up what I could and ran out of energy.

I took the dogs & Stuart outside so they would not step in glass. Hubby vacuumed up the rest of the glass. I played BALL with Riley outside.

I came back inside and finished steam cleaning the floors. 

Hubby made bacon and smashed mini potatoes from a recipe. 

I was exhausted. Had to take a hot bath. EVERYTHING HURTS.

FRIDAY / MAR 27 / DOG WALKS / NAPS / GS NAILS / DOG WALK /WALMART GROCERY PICK UP /

Up at 6:30AM. Hubby put dogs out for potty. I got dressed. Made the bed. 

Had to wash comforter because there was a brown stain. 

Hubby started the laundry. He went to the kitchen to give cats shredded cheese & tuna. He fed the dogs breakfast. 

I made hot cinnamon/honey latte for him. I made hot tea and Nanogreens for myself.

I picked up dog poo outside. Hubby cleaned cat litter. 

Put harnesses on dogs. We loaded the dogs into the FMF. Drove to Info Center and walked dogs. Couple homeless guys hanging out by the building. Kept dogs on leashes. The road crews that were paving the roads had all their equipment parked in the parking lot. 

Gave dogs water. Riley barked at birds. Loaded dogs and drove to gas station by the shop to get fuel. 

Drove to Bunkerville and walked dogs at park there. There was lots of kids playing ball in the other park, so we kept dogs on leashes. PBJR walked by the horses. Riley barked at birds. 

There was a fire in the field just north of us, so it was blowing towards us. Felt like north Idaho forest fire smell. Gave us headaches.

We left there and drove to the shop to meet Jose as he was returning our fire extinguishers that he had borrowed. 

We drove to Littlefield the back way to get Lottery tickets. Stopped at Maverik -LOTS OF CARS. 

Hubby came out with donuts. I refused them. Too much sugar. 

We drove home with the dogs. Really tired. 

At home, we unloaded dogs. Put the comforter in the dryer as it was finished washing. I took a hot bath as I was hurting all over. I got dressed and took a nap. Told Hubby to wake me at 2PM. 

Woke up at 2PM. I was still exhausted. Got ready to go. Put harnesses on dogs. Loaded them info FMF and drove to GS Nails. Hubby dropped me off. He went to the shop. 

Got my nails done in pink with blue lines. 

Called Hubby to pick me up. Andy ate noodles for lunch. Hubby was still not answering. I called again 20 minutes later. He finally came to pick me up. 

While driving to the Info Center, we had to avoid an accident at the corner of Hillside and Sandhill Blvd. Somebody had turned into the oncoming turn lane and hit a car head-on. The airbags deployed in the car. There were 2 ambulances, 2 fire engines, 3 cop cars. 

Drove to Info Center and walked dogs again. It was hot. PBJR did not want to walk. More homeless guys at the building, just hanging out. They finally left as we were putting the dogs into the car to leave. Gave the dogs water. 

Drove to Walmart and picked up groceries. Drove home.

Unloaded dogs. Unloaded groceries. Put away groceries. Hubby had to dump all our bread in the pantry as it had grown mold. He threw some hamburgers on the grille for us and made biscuits in the oven for us. 

We sat down to watch TV. 

I put the dry comforter on our bed. I put the other laundry in the dryer.

I did bookwork. I took a hot bath. I am still tired and hurting. 

THURSDAY / APR 26 / SUNNY

THURSDAY

APRIL 26 2026 

I was up at 1AM because I heard Stuart clawing at the sliding glass door to get outside. I let him outside and went back to bed. It was so warm and comfortable. I had to move Tater over as he had taken up my spot. 

I was up at 4AM because Riley was licking her belly. Maybe having a bath last night made her itchy? I dunno. I could not sleep.  I laid down on the sofa to sleep. Then I got up and went back to bed. 

EVERYTHING HURT.

I slept and woke at 7AM. I did not want to get up. EVERYTHING WAS STILL HURTING. I am still exhausted, tired. 

I made the bed and folded the dog blankets.

I make a hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby, hot tea and Nanogreens for myself. Hubby has warmed egg bites in the air-fryer for me. I also asked him to make me chicken/apple sausage in the air-fryer. I am tired of eating egg bites.

I bring out dirty clothes and put in washer. I cleaned the counter and put dishes in dishwasher. 

Hubby cleans cat litter. I go outside to pick up dog poo. 

Hubby watches YouTube for an hour.

Hubby leaves at 8:30AM for the shop in the FMF. PBJR was sad that she could not go along to the shop.

I put away clean clothes from last night towels for bath.

I put away clean dishes. 

Some asshole came to the front door while I was in the bathroom. Dogs barked and I came out - it was some idiot contractor going around selling the paint jobs around to the neighbors. He disturbed me at home. I told him to go away.

I did more bookwork. 

I played BALL with Riley outside several times. Had to go easy on her because it was so hot and she needed to rest in-between play. Tater & PBJR sat outside on dog beds until they were just too hot.

My eyes are burning and I have a headache. I have twinges in my chest. 

Hubby called at 4:57PM and said he is coming home. Had to go drop off packages at UPS Store for returns. 

 

WEDNESDAY / MAR 25 / PBJR TO SHOP / SIZE 28 & SMALL IN SHIRTS

WEDNESDAY

I got dressed.

I AM A SIZE 28 JEANS! 

WHICH IS SIZE 6! 

I AM IN A SIZE SMALL IN SHIRTS. 

Hubby helps makes the bed.

I make a hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby, hot tea and Nanogreens for myself. Hubby has warmed egg bites in the air-fryer for me. I also asked him to make me chicken/apple sausage in the air-fryer. I am tired of eating egg bites.

I bring out dirty clothes and put in washer. I cleaned the counter and put dishes in dishwasher. 

Hubby cleans cat litter. I go outside to pick up dog poo. 

I do bookwork. Pay all the credit cards. 

Hubby watches YouTube for an hour.

Hubby leaves at 8:30AM for the shop in the FMF with PBJR. I really miss her when she is gone to the shop, but she SCAMPERED out to the FMF and jumped up for Hubby to assist her into the car. She smiled as they left. 

I did more bookwork. 

I went outside to play BALL with Riley. 

I put away clean dishes. I put away clean clothes. 

I ordered some more size 28 jeans from Amazon. 

TUESDAY / MAR 24 / TIRED & HURTING / TATER TO SHOP

I was up at 5AM with Hubby and let the dogs out while he was going potty. Stuart ran inside. The dogs went out. I laid down on the sofa to sleep. 

Hubby said I should go back to bed, but I was already so comfortable. But I got up and went to bed. EVERYTHING HURT. I was shaking internally. 

I slept and woke at 6:30AM. I did not want to get up. I was still shaking internally. EVERYTHING WAS STILL HURTING. This is the worst I have felt in a while.

I get dressed. Hubby makes the bed. I can barely move. 

I make a hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby, hot tea and Nanogreens for myself. Hubby has warmed egg bites in the air-fryer for me. 

I bring out dirty clothes and put in washer. I cleaned the counter and put dishes in dishwasher. 

Hubby cleans cat litter and I vacuumed out the cat litter from the armoire. I go outside to pick up dog poo. Hubby takes all the poo out to the garbage can by the street.

Hubby watches YouTube for an hour.

Hubby leaves at 8:30AM for the shop in the FMF with Tater. 

I sit on the sofa in a zombie stupor all day. Take a nap at 1PM. Let the dogs out for potty. I HURT SO BADLY.

Put away clean clothes. Put away clean dishes. 

I do some bookwork.

I played BALL outside with Riley. I called Hubby to ask him to get bread at the Mexican market. He went there and said they did not have bread. Then Hubby called at 4PM and said that he and Tater were driving in behind the house. I took the girls outside and we met them at the fence. Riley barked.

We let Tater inside. Hubby was talking on the phone in the car. 

Hubby gave the dogs some treats. I gave them supplements. 

We watched TV. 

Hubby plastered the hole in our bedroom. 

I could not speak a lot as I was still a zombie from pain. 

We watched TV. 

Went to bed at 9:30PM.

I was up at 5AM with Hubby and let the dogs out while he was going potty. Stuart ran inside. The dogs went out. I laid down on the sofa to sleep.

I was awake at 6:30AM. Hubby was making breakfast in the kitchen for the dogs. He had fed the cats shredded cheese & tuna. 

I got up and made hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby, hot tea for myself. 

Hubby helped make the bed. I washed my hair and put conditioner on it. 

I picked up dog poo outside. I refilled the dog water. 

Hubby cleaned cat litter. 

We locked up the house and put harnesses on dogs. Loaded them info FMF. 

Nobody was out for the Sun City Garage Sale that started at 7AM when we left at 8AM. Usually there are cars just flying thru the neighborhood, bumper-to-bumper. But there was nobody.

We drove to The Mexican Market and picked up huge burritos for Hubby and chicken tamales. We took the dogs to Bunkerville for walk. Riley RAN everywhere. After birds, after us, after Tater. The grass had been mowed and was wet. PBJR liked eating grass on the sides of the property by the horses. I picked up poo from Riley & Tater. Much better poo. Not diarrhea water. 

We gave them water and loaded them into the car. Riley was actually tired. 

We drove to Scenic looking for oranges, but there were none being sold. Hubby was going to leave flyers on trucks with UTV trailers at the corner of Scenic, but he had none in the car. 

We drove home. 

Unloaded dogs. NOW there are people for the garage sales driving thru the neighborhoods. It is over at 11AM. Not as many people as in past years.

We ate our tamales. Then I made more hot tea. 

I did bookwork. I put laundry in washer and started it. Hubby put clean clothes from dryer away. 

I am exhausted. Took a nap at 11AM.

Up at 11:30PM last night with PBJR. She RAN out to poop. All of the dogs had runny poop I found in the morning. Pure liquid. 

Stuart came inside with PBJR. He must have been outside.

Hubby said when he got up with the dogs this morning, Stuart was outside again. Odd. 

Hubby made egg breakfast for the dogs & fed them. Gave cheese and tuna to cats. 

I woke up at 6:30AM with a hangover and a numb left arm. 

I got dressed. Made the bed with Hubby.

Went to the kitchen to make cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby, hot tea for me. 

Hubby had warmed egg bites in the air-fryer for me. 

Hubby loaded donate stuff for St George. 

I vacuumed, cleaned cat litter. I started clothes in dryer. 

I went out and picked up dog poo. Put poo in garbage cannister. Hubby put more garbage from garage in big black bags out by the cannister. 

I did bookwork. I ordered new contacts. 

We left at 8AM. Put harnesses on dogs and closed up the house. Unplugged everything. Turned A/C on 72F. 

Drove to Info Center and walked dogs. It was already getting hot. Riley barked at birds. PBJR refused to walk around where it was being watered at the far end of the building. 

We gave dogs water and loaded them in FMF. 

Drove to Jose's yard to get the small trailer. 

Drove to the shop and loaded the UTV. 

Drove to St George. Uneventful trip. 

Dogs got restless and started panting in car. ALL OF THEM WERE FARTING! Was going to walk them at the Dixie Convention Center, but there were a massive amount of cars parked and a couple food trucks there, so we drove down to the old Guadalajara Grill and walked the dogs there on the grass. 

Some old guy came over to us as he was leaving Cracker Barrel and petted our dogs. Hubby walked off and I had to talk with the guy. He seemed nice. No bad vibes. Told me his life story. His mother recently died and he sold his house in Kansas City, bought a Mercedes van to travel the country with his dog, really liked Prescott and thought about settling down there after he gets done travelling, gave me a card to watch his YouTube channel. Nice older fella. Probably lonely.

We gave water to the dogs and got into the FMF.

Drove to Moto United and dropped off the customer's UTV. Also parked the trailer in the lot on the side with the other trailers.

Then we drove across town (Tater was whining A LOT as he knew we were going past his old Doggy Day Care). We stopped at Sandtown Park to walk the dogs again. They were STILL FARTING. 

As we were leaving a woman staring at her cell phone and had a weird kid that was playing in mud water just got out of their car PARKED RIGHT NEXT TO US and walked their little dog. But they just STOOD IN FRONT OF OUR CAR. So we could not walk over there. 

After about 10 minutes, they finally walked away. We walked the dogs to the car. Gave them water and loaded them into the FMF. 

Drove to Arby's to get Hubby something to eat because HE WAS STARVING. We drove thru and picked up our food. I got out to use the bathroom inside. Then Hubby drove around and parked. I came out and he went inside to use the restroom.

Hubby drove me to my appointment at Medusa's. I asked Genial about her daughter and grandson. She said Nox (like Knox) is home now and is 8 months old. Her daughter will work from home now. I think I will take her a card next time for the little guy. 

I got another forward Helix to make it a triple in my left ear. Had her put in blue square earrings to match. Then a flat Helix diamond earring in the middle of my chain. And a Snug in a silver hoop. We can change it out later. We were going to do the Helix in my right ear and open them up again as she missed the piercings last time, but they had already grown over. She tried to get a hole open in them, but they would not budge. By the time she was done poking and prodding (in a nice way-not painful), the ear was swollen and purple. 

Genial said that they were moving. Just down the street, but she is getting all new furniture and re-decorating in new colors. She is excited. I told her that I was excited to see the new place in 2 months when I come back for my right ear. 

Genial complimented me on my haircut! She noticed. Said that the earrings are now exposed and look great. 

NEW EARRINGS

She got done. I paid and left. Gave her a nice tip.

Hubby was waiting out front with the dogs. He had gone to Deseret Industries and dropped off all our donations stuff. It had filled up the back of the FMF. This gave the dogs MUCH more room to stretch out within. Tater laid down on his side from end-to-end. 

We drove to the Y- intersection to stop at The Crepery, but we had to walk the dogs first as they were panting and whiney again. THEY WERE ALSO FARTING BADLY. Found a mormon temple and stopped there, but the place had grass all on hills. Hubby had to potty and he was hopping around. He made me give water to the dogs so he did not wet his pants. We got done there and loaded the dogs. Drove across the street to the restaurants there. He went into a restaurant and used the restroom. We then drove to The Crepery in the same parking lot. Could not leave the dogs alone as it was TOO HOT. Already 90F degrees. Hubby parked in the handicapped spot and he went inside to get the food to go. 

Hubby came out with the food and we found the dogs another park to walk. THEY WERE FARTING AGAIN. 

We found Royal Oaks Park and walked the dogs there along the creek and biking/hiking trail which leads all the way to Snow Canyon Parkway. 

We gave them water and loaded them into the FMF again. 

Drove to Moto United. Hubby tried calling them several times, but nobody answered. 

Got to Moto and Hubby had to awkwardly back into the trailer area because SOME IDIOT HAD PARKED HIS TRUCK AND TRAILER right in FRONT OF THE OTHER TRAILERS! 

We drove to the Mechanic area and Hubby went inside. He was there for over 20 minutes. Finally came out when I called him. We were sitting in the sun and it was getting hot. the A/C could not keep up with the heat. 

Hubby pulled around back outside and parked in the shade. We waited another 15 minutes. Finally, pulled around front and they mechanics said they would have to keep it to fix it. 

We left there and got on the I-15 back to Littlefield. Driving thru the Gorge was challenging. A lot of idiot drivers. Everybody was going 55, so it took twice as long. 

We stopped in Littlefield and Hubby got lottery tickets. He wanted to get me a Krispy Kreme donut because I mentioned NOT wanting one. But they had no donuts at all!

We got off the Interstate at Mesquite and dropped off the trailer at Jose's yard. 

Then we had to drive to the Shop and put his packages delivered today into the shop so they would not get stolen. It took him forever as he had to go potty again! 

DOGS STILL FARTING. 

We drove home. I was very frustrated as it took so long with him. In between all this today, he was answering phone calls from customers. Just no time to get away from the business.

We got home unloaded dogs. Took them out to the backyard for potty. Gave them cucumbers. All of them napped on the sofa. 

I started the laundry. I put away clean dishes. 

Hubby and I finally ate our lunch from The Crepery. 

I made hot tea. Took an Oxycodone. Took a hot bath. 

We made our bed at 7PM because I was so tired. 

Hubby fell asleep on the sofa. 

I did bookwork. I did my blog. 

We made our grocery list for Walmart to pick up groceries at 11AM tomorrow.

I took the dogs out for the final potty before bed. 

Me and the dogs went to bed at 9:30PM. Hubby stayed up to watch YouTube.

Hubby came to bed later when I yelled that Tater needed a blanket. 

I petted PBJR all night long. She kept trying to get closer to me and rooted up under my arm by my heart.

I had my head turned left and propped it on Riley's butt. Nice and warm.

THURSDAY/ MAR 19 / HOT /

MARCH 19 2026

Up at 5AM when the dogs woke up. Hubby went potty.. Hubby put the dogs out. I went potty then to the living room where I was going to sleep on the sofa, but Hubby would not sit down and had to turn on the blue light in the kitchen, which I just hate. He was going to make breakfast for the dogs. 

I went back to bed and slept until 6:30AM. I did not even hear him make breakfast & feed the dogs.

I got up and dressed. Hubby helped me make the bed. 

I went to the kitchen to make a hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby. I added vanilla to it today and he said it is too sweet. I only barely put a drop into it and there is a lot of sugar in those flavorings.

Hubby sat on the sofa watching YouTube videos while I went outside to pick up dog poo. The dog poo is all barely just watery brown stool with bits of peas in it. Looks awful, cannot pick it up. 

I asked Hubby to find somebody to bring more rock to our back yard. I asked him to call the well casing guy up in Oregon today.

Hubby left for the shop at 8:30AM with PBJR. Tater had tried to get into the car and Hubby accidentally spilled his drink when he set it on the side of the door he had opened. I took Tater back inside the house. Hubby loaded PBJR then cleaned off the latte spill on the side of the door. 

Our neighbors, Gary & Dawn were driving to Elko and she said goodbye as they were leaving.

I went back inside and Hubby drove off. 

I started washing dog blankets in the washing machine. I put away clean clothes from the dryer that we had washed this mornign.

I cleaned the countertop, loaded the dishwasher and started it.

I conditioned my hair. 

I did bookwork and paid credit card bills for the business.

I vacuumed the armoire and sprayed Lysol in the cat area.

I played BALL with Riley outside. It is very hot outside. This is WAY TOO EARLY to be this hot in Spring.

I put away clean clothes. I put away clean dishes.

I soaked my feet in warm water. I took an Oxy. Had some pain.

I filled out my paperwork for the ear piercing tomorrow.

I went outside and took the dog poo to the garbage can. I filled the bird bowl with fresh water. 

I put away more clean dishes and more clean clothes.

MARCH 18 2026

Hubby took the dogs out at 4AM for potty, then brought them back to bed. 

We woke up at 6AM to Riley vomiting. She vomited on the bed, then vomited twice on the floor. I got up and cleaned it all up. 

Then I started putting dog blankets, comforters, and our clothes in the washer. 

I made a hot cinnamon/honey/vanilla latte for Hubby. I made hot tea and Nanogreens for myself. 

I went to the office to do bookworks and found POOP from Riley there in the office. I had to clean that up. 

Then I went outside and picked up poop outside. ALL the dog poo was runny and not solid. 

I did more bookwork. Hubby left for the shop at 8:30AM in the FMF with Tater. They left early as Hubby was going to make a deposit at the Credit Union.

Hubby had to come back briefly because he left his phone at home. 

When I was cleaning up after he left (turning off the TV, putting away his iPad to charge) I found that he had left his iPhone on the sofa. 

So I put it aside for him to return. He said he got all the way to Walmart before he realized he had forgotten it. They left again.

UPS ( our nice delivery lady) came at 1PM and brought the Costco elk antlers and the Costco Olaplex 6 that I ordered. 

I made Uncle Ben'slong grain and wild rice on the stove top. I made stuffing on the stovetop. 

I put away clean dishes. 

I put away clean clothes. The comforter is the last thing in the washer. I put it in with rinse for a better smell.

I took a nap at 2PM. I was exhausted.

TUESDAY / MAR 17 / SUNNY / GARBAGE DAY / STUART RETURNS 4AM /ST PATRICKS DAY

Up at 4AM with the dogs and Hubby. Hubby let the dogs out for potty. I was too hot and could not go back to bed. 

I slept on Hubby's lap on the sofa with a pillow. He got up to let dogs out again and STUART WAS OUTSIDE THE DOOR. He had returned. He came inside and drank water, then ate food. He went outside again with the dogs and disappeared for an hour. Then he came back again. He ate some more, then went to nap in the front room. 

Hubby got up at 6AM to make breakfast for dogs. He gave the cats some tuna & shredded cheese. He made the bed.

I got up at 6:30AM - it was still dark outside. I took a shower because I WAS HURTING SO BADLY again. 

I washed & conditioned my hair. 

I got dressed and went to the kitchen to make a hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby, tea & Nanogreens for myself. Hubby had warmed up chicken sausage and egg bites for me in the air-fryer. He had chicken breasts soaked in Yoshida's on the grille to cook. 

Hubby sat down on the sofa to watch YouTube videos. He almost forgot the chicken on the grille until I saw smoke. He got them off the grille.

I went outside to pick up dog poo and took it out to the garbage can on the street.

I loaded dirty dishes in dishwasher and cleaned the kitchen counter. 

Hubby cleaned the cat litter and took it out to the garbage can in the street.

I did some bookwork and checked bank accounts. Then Hubby & Tater left in the FMF for the shop at 8:30AM. 

I did more bookwork. 

I vacuumed the house. I cleaned the cat litter box & armoire. I sprayed Lysol. 

I put away clean clothes. I put away clean dishes. 

I was watching Law & Order. 

I cleaned the hummingbird feeders outside and hung them back up with water & sugar in them. I cleaned out the dog water bowl outside and gave them fresh water. I cleaned out the vacuum cleaner container and set it outside to dry.

I played BALL with Riley.

I was hurting again by 1:15PM. Hubby texted me and had me run a customer's charge card. 

Stuart was still sleeping.

Up at 4AM with the dogs and Hubby. Hubby let the dogs out for potty. 

Hubby got up at 6AM to make breakfast for dogs. He gave the cats some tuna & shredded cheese. He made the bed.

I got up at 6:30AM - it was still dark outside. 

I got dressed and went to the kitchen to make a hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby, tea & Nanogreens for myself. Hubby had warmed up chicken sausage and egg bites for me in the air-fryer. 

Hubby sat down on the sofa to watch YouTube videos. 

I went outside to pick up dog poo. 

The neighbors- Gary & Dawn are having their house painted outside. The guys are already there painting. It does smell a lot. I kept the dogs inside today.

I loaded dirty dishes in dishwasher and cleaned the kitchen counter. 

Hubby cleaned the cat litter.

Hubby left for the shop at 8AM. He was going to stop and wash the car on the way to the shop. 

I did more bookwork. 

I vacuumed the house. I cleaned the cat litter box & armoire. I sprayed Lysol.

SUNDAY / MAR 15 / VERY WINDY / NEIGHBORS PAINTING / DOG WALK IN BUNKERVILLE / LOBSTER / BOOKWORK

I did not get much sleep last night. Tater was beside me all night and crowded me out. He stole my blankets and I woke up freezing.

I was up at 4AM when Hubby took the dogs out for potty. I went back to bed on the sofa in the living room. 

Stuart was scratching at the bedroom door all night, so Hubby put him in his kennel. Then when I got up, he started crying to get out. I let him out and he scratched at the bedroom door. Then he chased Rattler down and had a fight. I got up and put him in his kennel again. 

I went back to sleep and I slept until 7:30AM. 

Hubby had already made the bed when I got up. I got dressed. 

Hubby was up at 5AM with the dogs and made breakfast for them. He gave the cats tuna & shredded  cheese. 

I went to the kitchen to make hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby. I made a hot tea and Nanogreens for myself.

We put harnesses on the dogs and loaded the dogs into the FMF. 

Hubby noticed that the neighbors-Gary & Dawn are having some Gypsy crew paint their house. They started taping off today and Hubby warned them not to overspray on our house. 

The wind had blown the decor off the neighbor's garage door.

Drove to Bunkerville to walk the dogs in the soccer field. People were parking in the lot to attend church. Hubby parked at an angle so as not to get door dinged. 

Riley ran after birds. They played with a small basketball that somebody had left there. 

PBJR was in love with watching her horses and eating the grass along the side of the horse fence.

We gave them water and loaded the dogs into the car. 

Drove back home. 

At home, unloaded the dogs. The painters were gone, but the leader of the crew (an older white man) was at the house looking at everything.

I started bookwork. I loaded the washing machine and started it. 

Hubby made bread in the bread machine. He made the lobsters and shrimp in butter for lunch.

I got done with bookwork at 1PM. I am exhausted and in lots of pain again. I took a couple ibuprofen.

MARCH 14 2026

I did not get much sleep last night. But PBJR was beside me all night and I rubbed her belly. 

Hubby was up at 5AM with the dogs and made breakfast for them. He gave the cats tuna & shredded  cheese. 

I heard the dogs barking outside and it woke me up.

I got up at 7:30AM. I dressed. I went to the kitchen to make hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby. I made a hot tea and Nanogreens for myself.

Hubby helped me make the bed. We folded the dog blankets. 

We put harnesses on the dogs and loaded the dogs into the FMF. 

We drove to Scenic to pick up some cinnamon rolls (which were MUCH TOO SUGARY) and a small banana bread.

Then we drove back to Mesquite and took the dogs for a walk at the Info Center. Riley got out and I did not put a leash on her as there were no other people there. She ran after birds. 

FRIDAY / MAR 13 / IN PAIN / NO SLEEP

MARCH 13 2026

I was awake at MIDNIGHT with pain. I got up and took an Oxycodone. They are not working any more. Pain is too much? Pills are not working-need more? I dunno. I will quit taking them.

I went back to bed. Slept next to PBJR and turned on heating pad. I was cozy. I petted PBJR and it was comforting. I fell asleep. Hubby was snoring all night long and talking in his sleep.

I got up at 3AM with severe pain. I got my hair conditioner, shampoo, Olaplex, jeans, and contact. I passed Hubby in the bathroom. He was peeing. I let Riley outside for potty.

I went to the bathroom to dress. Put in my contact. Conditioned my hair with Olaplex. 

Dogs and Hubby were making noise at 3:30AM. I went to the bedroom and let the dogs out. Hubby decided to get up. 

I made hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby, I made hot tea & Nanogreens for myself. Opened the front door. Made the bed. Washed the dog blankets. 

Hubby got up and made breakfast eggs for the dogs. He fed the cats tuna. 

I ordered tuna and Lysol on Costco. They don't have the Olaplex anymore.

THURSDAY / MAR 12 / STILL HURTING

MARCH 12 2026

Hubby was up at 6AM with the dogs & let them out. 

Hubby fed the dogs, fed the cats, cleaned cat litter, and started laumdry. I did not get up off the sofa because I was in so much pain. 

I slept most of the morning. Hubby left for the shop in the FMF early so he could stop at the bank and the UPS Store. 

I finally got up and was mostly invalid on the sofa today. 

I picked up dog poo later. 

I put away clean clothes. I put away clean dishes. 

I napped a lot. Took Oxycodone. 

Hubby got home at 5PM. 

He sat on the sofa to watch TV. I was barely able to talk.

I took a hot bath because I hurt so bad. 

Took more Oxycodone. 

Made Hubby put down his iPad at 9PM, I made him take Melatonin and Magnesium. I made the bed.

We went to bed at 10PM. I got into bed first and then Hubby loaded the dogs. There was lots of room for both of us and the dogs did not even touch us. 

PBJR slept near me all night and I petted her on the butt. It was very comforting.

Up at 5AM to let the dogs outside. My Oxy is finally wearing off. I went potty. Hubby went potty off the patio. Brought the dogs back inside and put them in bed. We went back to sleep until 6:30AM. 

We both got up and I dressed. Hubby put the dogs outside. 

I put out shredded cheese and tuna for cats. I started making hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby. I made hot tea, hot plain latte, and Nanogreens for myself. 

I went to make the bed. 

I did bookwork. Hubby sat on the sofa and watched YouTube.

I made an appointment for the 20th of March to get another piercing and get my other one fixed. The Forward Helix on my left side is disappearing into the ear. 

 

Hubby finally left for the shop in the FMF at 8:30AM. He took Tater with him because the Bug Spray guy is coming today. 

I started cleaning the house. Vacuumed floors. Vacuumed in, under, and around cat armoire & cleaned litter box & scoopers. Cleaned up vomit on floor by sofa. Cleaned up vomit on casters under the bed in the spare room. I put EVERYTHING up from the floor. In the living room, put up the dog beds, toys, bones. In the bedroom closet, I put everything up on the counters. 

I started laundry-washing dog blankets & cat blanket that are covered in hair. 

I cleaned the countertop stove. 

By 10:17AM, I am finally finished and soaking wet from sweat. I found that I broke a nail. I will have to call Andy and get in early. 

MONDAY / MAR 9 / TIRED & HURT / SUNNY & COLD

MARCH 9 2026

Up at 5AM with the dogs. Hubby was sitting on the sofa. he had been up for some time in the night. He said he could not sleep. I was in lots of pain.

I got up and slept on the sofa for a few minutes. Then I got up at 6:30AM. I dressed. Hubby made the bed. 

I put the comforter in the closet. 

Hubby got dressed.

Hubby fed the dogs breakfast eggs. He gave the cats shredded cheese & tuna. 

The dogs went outside again. Tater barked. I brought him inside. 

I made hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby, hot tea & Nanogreens for myself.

I put dirty laundry in washer. Hubby started it. 

I put away clean dishes from last night and packed more dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

I picked up dog poo outside. 

I threw BALL for Riley.

Hubby was not used to the new Daylight Savings Time yet, so he had no clue what time it was. It was already 8:30AM. He left in the FMF for the shop. PBJR and Tater both walked out the door, expecting to go with him, but we had to hold them back. PBJR was VERY upset. 

We waved goodbye and then I shut the door because it is only 58F degrees outside.

I watched TV for a while. Made more hot tea. Ate some of my eggs that Hubby had warmed in the air-fryer.

I later ordered a new ice maker, some Wonderskin lip stain, tea, and Nanogreens from Amazon.

I put away clean clothes. 

I played BALL with Riley. PBJR and Tater were on the dog beds and napped. 

We came back inside. I called Hubby at 4:30PM and he said they would be another hour at the shop.

I took a nap.

Woke up at 5:30PM. Hubby still not home. I cannot call him on his phone. He must have interference with his hearing aids.

Hubby stopped at Smith's on the way home to get milk, sushi. 

He finally got home at 6PM. It was getting dark by now. 

Dogs were happy to see him. PBJR came running down the hallway.

We watched TV. Hubby fell asleep. I took an Oxycodone to deal with my pain. It seemed to help a little.

I made the bed early by 8PM. 

We walked down to the mailbox with Riley & PBJR. Then we walked to the park. Saw lots of stars. Walked back and got the mail. Walked home. Hubby walked in his bare feet because I had already taken his socks & shoes off him while he was sitting on the sofa. 

Hubby fell asleep on the sofa. We went to bed at 9PM. Put the dogs out for potty.
