Got up at 6AM. Hubby had been up with the dogs at 4:30AM and put them out for potty. Then back to bed. He started making breakfast for them at 6AM.
Hubby was doing some meal prep for his burritos.
I got up, dressed, made the bed.
I went to the kitchen to make a hot cinnamon/honey latte for Hubby, hot tea & Nanogreens for myself.
I cleaned up cat litter and put more cat litter in the box. I vacuumed around the armoire.
I went outside and picked up all the dog poo.
I put the dirty laundry in the washer and started it. Then I put the clean, wet clothes into the dryer.
I started feeling tired, exhausted, no protein in my body, no ENERGY. I had hit a brick wall. I had Hubby make turkey bacon in the air-fryer for me, but it was taking too long. So I made cheese eggs and put them in the air-fryer. I went to sit down on the sofa. I felt like collapsing.
I took some Prednisone. My left side hip/back started hurting intensely. I put heat on it with no resolution. Hubby brought my cheese eggs over and I ate them. Then he did the turkey bacon in the air-fryer. I ate some of that, too. Still did not bring up my energy level.
I took a nap on the sofa. I could not find a good spot to sleep as my back hip was hurting so very much.
I fell asleep for a few hours. Then I got up. Sweaty, feverish. Went to sleep in the bedroom.
Hubby put away the clean clothes.
