EASTER

 

 

 

 

Hubby was up at 3:30AM with Riley. He kept saying he had to get his pants on; he went to the bathroom so I picked up Riley from the bathroom and put her outside. Then Hubby STILL had to get pants on; then he went outside with Riley.

 

I went back to bed.

IN THE MEANTIME

Hubby got up with Riley & Tater at 5AM. He had explosive diarrhea while he was standing on the patio - it just poured down his legs. So he had to get the dogs inside, rush to the front bathroom where feces fell along the hallway, and get to the toilet where more diarrhea came out. Then he had to clean it all up so the dogs would not get into it. He had to take a shower, put the dog food/water and cat litter boxes out until he was finished. Riley was barking the whole time at him in the shower and she even stepped into the shower with him!

Hubby told me the story of his explosive diarrhea and he said it was probably from the Jack-In-The-Box he ate last night. I told him to report it as food poisoning. 

 

We cleaned up the dog food/water in the bathroom where Tater had eaten all Riley's puppy food.  Then Hubby cleaned up the cat litter. I had to vacuum the shower. Then I steam cleaned everything.

I got dressed and went out to the kitchen to make a latte for Hubby, tea/Nanogreens for me.  

 

I picked up dog poo outside. Had to refresh the dog water several times. 

 

Then I packed up my carrots that I finished making into plastic ziploc bags. I made a list and Hubby locked the doors after letting the dogs out to potty. We left the dogs at home. 

Delivered the carrots to Dawn, Nancy, Chris, LeAnne, Amy, Judy, Joe's wife, Kerry, Sharon C, and Colleen H. 

 

Drove to see the new house on the hill in the Falcon Ridge subdivision. Drove to see if the new mexican restaurant is open, but it was closed. Abuelita's. 

Drove to Smith's and got groceries on sale with coupons. Last day of the sale.

Drove home. At home, I was exhausted. I let the dogs out for potty, picked up more poo. Did laundry. Hubby brought in the groceries and made food.

SATURDAY / MARCH 30 / WALMART / TSC

SATURDAY

MARCH 30 2024

 

 

 

Hubby was up at 4AM and sat on the sofa. He let the dogs out at 5AM. I slept in until 8:30AM. Sage came to wake me up. She slept with me for a while.

I dressed and made the bed. 

I went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby, tea/ Nanogreens for myself.

Hubby had to answer many phone calls this morning from customers. Then had to talk to Mark for quite a while. 

Finally took the dogs with us in the FMF (that is falling apart and Hubby refuses to fix anything). 

Drove to UPS Store, but they had no Notary on staff (with a sign on the door). Then drove to Checks In The Mail across from Ace Hardware but they had no Notary (even though they advertise it on their front door sign) They gave Hubby a business card of somebody that does it out of their home, but there was no answer when we called.

Drove to Walmart where Hubby went to the Credit Union and got it done free! They had a notary on staff! Then he found me. I had to get mascara (some old biddy in the aisle blocking everything, I had to circle around several times) get rope for my carrots crafts, I suggested to Hubby when he found me that he should get Easter candy for the Credit Union girls because they helped him, but the Easter candy was really picked over. Hubby found some chocolates (and some old biddy had to stop her cart in front of him instead of going around him while he picked up the candy-fucking stupid old people).

Finally got in check out lane, but all the check outs were full. Had to wait. I took the keys to go out to the car as we had left the dogs out with the windows rolled down. Even though it was a really cool day, they were OK. I saw Jose (Walmart employee) on the way out and gave him a hug!

Hubby got done and out to the car, we drove to Mesquite Business Center to drop off carrots for Suzie. Of course, Hubby had to waste time talking to Pat. 

We finally left there and stopped at Tractor Supply to get puppy wet/dry food for Riley. She is getting dandruff and scratches at herself constantly. 

 

Got home and I worked on making more carrots. Hubby sat down for a while and watched TV. 

 

He went out and put new screws in the trailer. 

 

At 5PM, Hubby panicked and I had to make Bill of Sale for him. He forgot until the last minute.

 

Then he left with the Dually, trailer and Ranchero. Drove to the shop to meet the buyer. 

 

But the buyer took it for a test drive and did not want to buy it. After driving from Minnesota. OMG. What a fucking asshole. Hubby was upset. Mad. Incensed. He was pissed.

 

Riley did not do so well today. She peed and pooped in the house again. Just not quite getting it.

 

Hubby took the trailer to Jose's yard and left it there. He stopped on the way home at Jack-In-The-Box to get some stupid new hamburger. 

 

He ate his gross fast food dinner when he got home.

 

We watched TV. Went to bed at 10:30PM 

Riley was restless during the night but went back to sleep.

 

FRIDAY / MARCH 29 /TIRE STORE / WALMART / TSC

FRIDAY

MARCH 29 2024 

Up at 4:42AM when Riley started making noises in her kennel. Hubby took her outside with Tater. I went potty. Then I got dressed.

I made the bed. 

I went out to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby, tea/Nanogreens for myself.

 

We let Riley out several times for potty. She was a good girl who pooped & peed outside.

 

Hubby sat down to watch Automotive shows for a while.

 

I did bookwork.

 

 

Had to take Hubby out to Tire Store with the FMF (mirror falling off) and he picked up a customer's white truck and then we had to deliver it on the other wise of Mesquite behind Smith's. Hubby lost me because he was speeding as usual.

Finally dropped off truck.

THURSDAY / MARCH 28 / RUN PAYROLL / WALMART / RILEY'S VACCINES

THURSDAY

MARCH 28 2024

 

 

 

 

I was up at 4AM; could not sleep. Sweat was pouring off me. I went to the front room to sleep, covered by a think comforter. Robert slept on my feet, but moved off after 15 minutes.

At 5AM, Hubby got up to let Riley out for potty. Then I got up and took a hot bath as I was freezing. 

I got dressed. Helped make the bed. 

Hubby made breakfast for Tater, rice & chicken again to keep his tummy calm. Tater is pooping hard poops now. 

I let Riley out again and cleaned up the poop in the yard.

I went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby, tea/Nanogreens for myself.

We watched an episode of Animal Control and the newest Resident Alien. 

 

Then we left the dogs at home and went to Walmart to get milk, rope for carrots, coffee pods, cat litter. 

 

It was disgusting as usual at Walmart. The manager does not manage anything; no carts cleaned in the cart area, no shopping baskets, garbage and dirt in the parking lot. Too many stockers putting stock out and getting in the way of shoppers. 

 

Was checked out by Karen who was a REAL Karen. She was whiny about everything. We finally got out of there and went home. 

At home, Hubby brought groceries inside and I put groceries away. I put clean laundry in dryer. 

Hubby was panicking about getting his Rough Country air-bags to deploy on his Dually. So he was trying to down-load the QR app, but the i-Phone had TURNED OFF THE QR CODE SCANNER, so I had to research that, sit thru commercials on YouTube to just figure out how to do it. FRUSTRATED!

Hubby left for the shop at 8:30AM. 

I did bookwork. I did payroll. I ordered the Free Dominos Pizza for the guys today.

At 11AM, I ordered pizzas from Dominos for the guys at the shop and used our "free pizza" coupon. 

I watched TV and fell asleep on the sofa while sitting up. The dogs slept.

I got Riley ready for her Vet appointment. I put out the keys for the FMF. 

Hubby got home. We took the car and drove to the Vet. I took Riley inside and the Vet assistant took her back and gave her vaccines & her bordetella vaccine. 

I watched some people drop off their 16 year old dog, Hercules for euthanasia. They refused to go back with the dog to say goodbye to him. The man told them, "don't touch him because he has cancer bumps everywhere, he can walk really far, he can't climb over 2 inches."  Like the Vet assistants were taking him elsewhere and going to be doing things with the dog??? It was really sad as the dog did not want to go with the Vet assistants into the back, the woman just kept saying "I can't do this." The dog threw a look over his shoulder to the people. It was so sad, I started crying. The people ran out the front door. I hate assholes like this. The dog will look for its owners of 16 fucking years and not be able to see or hear them in his last moments. 

I got Riley back, took her out to the car, Tater was barking. Then I went back inside and paid. The receptionist said she would love to steal my puppy.

We drove home. 

At home, I took Riley down to see Carmen & Dave, neighbors. Hubby parked the car at the house and let Tater out who immediately ran down the street. 

Had to wrangle Tater up to the house.

I went inside and stared making turkey bacon. I was tired. 

I took a nap on the sofa. 

When I woke up, I took a hot bath. Then I did bookwork. 

Found titles for the Ranchero and Trailer for Hubby.

Went to bed at 9PM.

WEDNESDAY / MARCH 27 / DINNER AT CASA

At 6:30,  I got changed, wore tall sandals. We left the dogs at home and drove to Casablanca Katherine's for dinner. After giving the FMF to the Valet, we walked thru the cigarette stinky casino, stopped to see the band playing. We got seated at the restaurant in the very back. Hubby said his seat was broken down. Reuben was our waiter. He hugged us.

We ordered Spinach salad for Hubby, and French Onion soup for me. 

Then we got appetizers instead of entrees. I ordered shrimp cocktail and bacon wrapped scallops. Hubby ordered crab cakes.

My French onion soup was so hot, it burnt my mouth. I had to wait to eat it. 

Hubby's order of Crab cakes were burnt and did not taste good he said. My shrimp were soaked in a SPICY HOT cocktail sauce which almost choked me. The scallops were also too burnt. 

We got done after talking with Reuben and went home. Decided against shopping at Walmart because we had been gone 2.5 hours from the dogs. 

Let the dogs out when we got home.

Both of us did not feel well from eating the food. Never again. 

Went to bed after watching Will Trent new episode. IT WAS NOT A GOOD EPISODE. QUALITY OF THE SHOW HAS GONE DONE DRASTICALLY.

 

TUESDAY / MARCH 26 / HUBBY SCREAMED AT ME /CLEANING

MARCH 2024

TUESDAY

Up at 5AM with the puppy to let her out. We decided to stay up anyway. Had to turn the heat on as it was very cold in the house.

I got dressed and made the bed. Hubby made chicken & rice for Tater's breakfast. 

I made latte for Hubby and tea/Nanogreens for myself.

HUBBY SCREAMED AT ME AT 7:29AM ABOUT CASEY'S EMPLOYEE BONUS IN 2024 THE EXCESSIVE MONTHS WILL BE IN 2024 MARCH 2024, MAY 2024, AUGUST 2024, NOVEMBER 2024.

 

I was very upset with Hubby and his screaming at me set off a Lupus Flare up and I was hurting for the rest of the day.

 

I let the dogs in and out all day. Played with Riley.

I sat on the sofa and watched TV, taking too much Tylenol because I hurt too badly.

 

Hubby tried to schedule a massage for me to make up for yelling at me, but I said I did not want to go anywhere. 

 

Hubby got home at 4PM and let the dogs out. I made him put away dishes and laundry.

 

Watched TV. 

 

I went to bed at 9:30PM.

MONDAY / MARCH 25 / ENLIVEN SHOTS / RILEY BATH

MONDAY

MARCH 25 2024

 

 

 

 

 Up at 1AM, 3AM, and 5AM with Riley. Hubby put her out at 3AM and 5AM. I went out with her at 1AM. Not much rest. 

Got up at 6:30AM when Hubby was making Tater's breakfast. Tater still has diarrhea, so he stays home today. 

Hubby cleaned cat litter and vacuumed. I did bookwork.

Hubby and I left at 8:40AM. I drove the Jeep.

Drove to Enliven. Got there at 8:50AM. Parked in the back parking lot in the handicapped area. I was the first customer in the door. Five more people came in after me. Talked to Sasha. Finally got my diet shot & Biotin at 9:10AM. 

I drove to Walmart to get blueberry & chocolate chips muffins. Got some sweet tea & raspberry tea. Looked at rugs. Called Hubby to get the size. All Walmart had was small 5x7 rugs. Not big enough. Then I got some ribbon for the carrots. Not much choice. 

Drove home. Let the dogs outside for potty. 

I put away clean dishes. Put laundry in dryer. 

 

I took a nap sitting up on the sofa. I was SO very tired. 

 

Went outside to sit with the dogs. LeAnn, our neighbor, walked by with her little white dog and I said Hello.

 

Hubby got home at 3:30PM. 

 

We left the dogs at home and drove to the Credit Union to deposit the check he had gotten today, but the dumb Teller would not deposit it because the customer had written 2023 instead of 2024. Drove to Scenic to get Lottery tickets. 

We drove home. 

At home, Hubby had dinner. I made hot tea. 

Hubby helped me tie my carrots. 

I took a hot bath. I hurt a lot. Hubby watched the dogs. 

Hubby took the garbage can out and put it by the road.

 

Riley stank of urine and dirt from digging in her hole, so I gave her a bath. Hubby helped me dry her off with the hair dryer. 

 

Then she played with Tater for 30 minutes, play bow, snorking, sneezing, biting cheeks, jumping on Tater like parkour! 

 

Hubby let them out for potty and Riley was so excited that she jumped in the water tank. We had to blow her dry again.

 

Hubby cleaned out their ears. Riley really liked that.

 

We watched TV.

 

I got really tired. Hubby was falling asleep on the sofa.

 

We went to bed at 9:30PM.

SUNDAY / MARCH 24 / MASSAGES AT CASABLANCA SPA

SUNDAY

Stupid neighbors across the street have their fucking back yard light on all day and all night. 

 

Up at 2AM, 4AM, and 5AM with Riley & Tater. Riley kept fussing. Finally, Hubby stayed up from 4AM until I got up. He brought Riley back into bed at 4AM until 5AM. Then she fussed again and he took her out at 5AM. I slept until 6:30AM.

I got up and dressed. Made the bed. Went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby, tea/Nanogreens for myself. Hubby made turkey bacon in the air-fryer for me, but they were too tough to eat. I gave a couple pieces to Tater.

I did bookwork. Paid the rent for next month on the shop.

I got ready to go at 9:30AM. Told Hubby to get ready to go. He said I was "STRESSING HIM OUT". WTF?

I changed into my bathing suit. 

Of course, Hubby did not get ready and I had to make hot tea. Hubby forgot dry shorts to take with him.

 

We let the dogs out for one last potty then left the dogs at home. 

We drove the FMF to get massages at Casablanca Spa. Hubby wanted to stop and wash the car before hand, but I wanted a full out in the hot pool. We valeted the car and Hubby gave the Valet a $5 that I had provided from my purse. Then we went to get lattes. Hubby's was too sweet. Chocolate/Raspberry special. I got a Vanilla latte. 

We got our robes & checked in; then we sat in the hot pool. The massage specialists had to come find us in the pool. We had to hurry, but Hubby had problems getting into his slippers and took a while. 

Got our massages. Again, Rayven gave a great massage. Hubby had Misty? 

We got done and went to take showers & dress. Met Hubby outside at the reception. We walked outside and decided AGAINST eating at the cafe as there were too many people there today and it stank like cigarette smoke!

Drove to get the car washed because that is all Hubby could talk about. Never mind that the fucking thing is dirty inside and he won't vacuum it out!

Then we drove to Jimmy John's because Hubby was whining that he was hungry. Of course, they did NOT have the red velvet cake that I saw and ordered.

We got home and ate our Jimmy John's. I got the Chicken Caesar Wrap, Hubby got a HUGE sandwich. It will last him for a week!

Went outside to let the dogs go potty and clean up Tater's diarrhea. Hubby had to pick it up with a shovel while I held the doggy bag to throw it into, then we put all of it in a cardboard box to put it in the garbage. Poor dog with lava diarrhea butt!

I turned on the dryer again in the laundry room to finish the laundry.

I filed a claim online for the Ianthus Securities Fraud Litigation. 

I worked on making Easter carrots.

We watched TV for a while.

Went to bed at 9:30PM.

SATURDAY / MARCH 23

SATURDAY

MARCH 23 2024 

Hubby got up twice in the night with Riley for potty as she was fussing in her kennel.

Then at 5AM, I got up with Riley and took her out to Hubby. I got dressed and went potty. Then I took her outside and walked around with her. She pooped and peed. 

Brought Riley inside and I made latte for Hubby with Bailey's Irish Cream. I made Nanogreens/Tea for myself.

Then I did bookwork. 

Went to the living room to have Hubby sign some paperwork and when I turned on the light, found pee on the dining room floor and poop on the dining room rug. So Hubby put Riley out again. I cleaned it up. 

Hubby put out cheese & milk for the cats. 

Down to shop at 8:45AM. Hubby forgot shop keys. Drove home again.

Back to shop. Opened Shop for customer to buy clutch. 

Drove to Tractor Supply, but they don't make keys.

Drove to Mesquite Ace Hardware to make keys. I walked dogs. 

Drove to America First CU to make deposit at drive-thru.

Drove to UPS Store to drop off packages - return iPhone. 

Drove to Enliven Infusions to see their Grand Opening. I took Riley inside with me so everybody could see the puppy. Hubby sat in the massage chair. He got a ham&cheese sandwich. He picked up a cupcake for me. 

Drove home. I was exhausted. Let the puppies out for potty, they drank water. 

I did bookwork. 

I slept for a while. Hubby covered me with a blanket and put Riley down by my feet. She woke up after 30 minutes and would not go back to sleep. 

 

I got up and hurt everywhere. I had to take some Tylenol. Asked Hubby to make me some turkey bacon. I had some blueberry muffin.

FRIDAY / MARCH 24

FRIDAY

MARCH 22 2024

Up at 5AM with Riley to put her out for potty. I sat up with her.Then I laid down on the sofa to sleep for a while. Hubby got up at 6AM and made breakfast for Tater. 

I got up and dressed. Made the bed. I went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby, tea/Nanogreens for myself.

I checked email. 

 

Hubby cleaned cat litter. I vacuumed.

Hubby left at 8:30AM with the FMF. 

I did bookwork. I let the dogs outside for potty. We sat outside because it was such a nice morning.

I watched TV. I was very tired and fell asleep sitting up for 1 hour. Tater woke me up when he wanted to go outside by jumping off his recliner and shaking his head.

At 2:30PM, I went to GS Nails getting my nails done. I got them cut much shorter. 

A5 3PM, I drove to the Shop to meet Hubby. I told him we should get dogs and drive out to get Lottery tickets.

Drove Home in the Jeep. Hubby got there a few minutes later. I let the dogs out for potty. No messes in the house!

We loaded the dogs and drove to Beaver on I-15. No traffic back ups as the road is now open to 2 lanes over the bridge!. We drove to the Mormon church and walked dogs in the grass. Riley really liked the grass as she was rolling over and over, playing with Tater. Riley pooped and I picked it up then we walked over to the construction dumpster to throw out the bag. We loaded the dogs into the FMF.

Drove across the road to TA Travel Plaza and left dogs in car. We ordered pizza from Sbarros. Walked directly over and got teas. Hubby got a I got the sausage/pepperoni with a garlic bread stick. Hubby got a Supremo slice. They were training a new kid that got there and started about 15 minutes before us!

Purchased tea & lottery tickets at the other cashier. 

We ate in the car because the wind was blowing so bad and we decided against eating at the picnic tables.

Drove home on I-15, the car was shaking really badly. Hubby needs to check shocks and tires/balance.

 

At home, we let the dogs out for potty. Watched TV - Castle

We went to bed at 8PM because we were exhausted.

THURSDAY / MARCH 21 / NEW UTV PARKING LOT

THURSDAY

MARCH 21 2024

 

 

 

 

Up at 5AM when Riley started making noise in her new kennel. I got dressed then went to immediately take her outside. She peed and then came back inside. 

I went potty. Got dressed the rest of the way. 

I went out to sit down on the sofa. Then I took Riley out again. She pooped. 

I slept on the sofa until Hubby got up at 6AM. He gave Tater some chicken tenders for breakfast and fed him on a fork. 

I am still moody from not getting enough sleep at night. 

I made Hubby a latte, I made myself a latte because I needed the caffeine. I made nanogreens & a small bagel for myself. The caffeine did not help.

 

I vacuumed the back of the house and did cat litter. Hubby vacuumed the front of the house

I did bookwork and checked for emails. I went over to check on Betty's cats at 8:15AM. Cleaned their potty, fed them, gave them fresh water. 

I was back by 8:30AM and Hubby left for the shop.

I did bookwork. 

I put away clean dishes. I cleaned the kitchen and put in more dishes to wash. I put away clean cloths. 

I went outside to work on business cars attached by rubber bands to ducks. Hooked up the Sonos MOVE to my new phone. The dogs were outside with me. We were out there for about an hour. Then we came inside. Riley wanted inside to take a nap.

I texted to remind Hubby to go to the Grand Opening of the new UTV Mesquite Parking lot at 11AM. 

I ordered a custom collar tag for Riley on Amazon.

 

Hubby got home at 4PM. We sat on the patio. I made sweet potato fries to eat. The dogs chewed on beef chews and played.

 

We came inside at 7PM. I did bookwork.

 

WEDNESDAY / MARCH 20 / BROCHURES

WEDNESDAY

MARCH 20 2024

 

 

 

 

At 1AM, Riley was panting in her kennel and was facing the back. I had to get her out and let her outside for potty. 

Up at 5AM. Riley had slept with us in the bed on the top by the pillows in her (cat) kennel all night. She started making noises and I let her outside. 

She went outside to poop and pee. 

Hubby got up at 5:30AM, he could not go back to sleep.

I started making Hubby's latte at 5:30AM. I made tea/Nanogreens for myself.

I did bookwork. I made the bed. I cleaned up the kitchen and started dishes. Hubby gave Tater some chicken and cheese to ease his tummy back into eating. 

I went over to take care of Betty's cats at 7AM. Hubby watched Get Smart episodes on TV. 

I got the cats done and came home. I sent pics to Betty. Betty said they would be holding Stan one more night at the hospital.

At home, I checked email for the business. 

Hubby hooked up my Jeep so that I could leave at 8:30AM. He took the FMF to work. 

Left the dogs at home with the baby gates up.

I had to pair my phone to my Jeep and waited in the street to do that. Hubby pulled alongside to see if I was having trouble. A weird old couple walking past and the lady with the uncontrollable, barking dog walked on the otherside. OMG. 

I drove to Enliven to get a diet shot and a Biotin shot. I almost left without paying! LOL.

Drove home. At home, I let the dogs outside again. No poop in the house!

We all took a nap from 10AM to Noon. Then I let the dogs outside again. Tater howled at some sirens.

The puppies stayed outside for a while. Riley tried to eat rocks. They took another nap when I brought them inside.

The UPS driver delivered our Brochures (1000) from Vistaprint.

TUESDAY / MARCH 19 / TATER SICK /

TUESDAY

MARCH 19 2024

 

 

 

 

Slept on the sofa. Got up at 6AM when Riley was pawing at the sofa. I must have fallen asleep and did not take her out. I found poop on the rug by the door. At least she tried to get out. I let Riley out to potty. I walked around with her, but she stuck her head thru the fence and took off towards the neighbors. I had to run out the front door to try and get her. She finally followed me home. I was scared to death she was going to run away.

Inside the house, I started to make Hubby's latte, tea/Nanogreens for me. Then I went into the bedroom to get my clothes. Riley ran in there and pooped on the carpet, so I had to clean that up.

I finally got the kitchen stuff done and Hubby got up at 7AM. I was exhausted.

Hubby made a burrito for himself and drank his latte. Tater did not get up for a long time. He is feeling sick. Still not eating. 

We made the bed after Tater went out for potty with Riley again. Hubby said he saw a hawk try to swoop down on Tater last night, so we have to put a leash & collar on Riley when she goes outside so a hawk does not get her. 

I did bookwork. 

 

Hubby cleaned the cat litter. I vacuumed the cat litter area and inside our shower.

Then Hubby left at 8:30AM. 

I did bookwork. I let the dogs outside and cleaned up after them. Tater is still having liquid diarrhea.

I watched TV for a while.

I tried to upload pics to Facebook, got our name changed on Instagram, uploaded photos to Instagram. This is SO TEDIOUS. 

Then I worked on videos for YouTube. I texted Spencer to discuss this stuff with him. He gave me several good suggestions and hints.

 

My new iPhone 15 Pro had been delivered by UPS at 1PM and I set it up. Took over 1 hour to get it going.

 

Riley had just bitten thru my mouse control wire, so I was dead in the water and could not do anything on the computer. 

I ordered two more Mouse controls on Amazon.

Hubby got home at 3:30PM as we were going to take Tater to the ER Vet, but he gave Tater some cheese & chicken and the dog ate it! If he can eat, he will be OK. So we decided to stay home. 

We left the dogs home and drove to Walmart to get another wireless mouse. Then I got some USB-C cords for my new phone.

We drove out to Scenic store to cash in our $16 in winning lottery tickets. 

Then we stopped at the new Jersey Mike's Sub Shop where Hubby got a Philly Cheesesteak. 

I found a PENNY on the ground. My lucky day!

We drove back home. 

i put the dogs out and Tater had watery diarrhea again.

Then Hubby sat with the dogs & watched Automotive shows.

I went over at 6PM to feed/water, clean cat litter for Betty's cats.

I got back and did more bookwork.

I had REALLY BAD HEARTBURN.

MONDAY / MARCH 18 / WONDERFUL WEATHER / HUBBY TO VEGAS AGAIN

MONDAY

MARCH 18 2024

 

 

 

Hubby woke me up at 2:30AM and he went to bed. I had told him that we could trade at Midnight, but i think he fell asleep.

After putting the new puppy out for poop and pee, I sat on the sofa with Riley. She slept most of the night. I had a restless sleep. I was cold and uncomfortable.

At 6AM, Riley woke me up by clawing on the sofa. I put her out for potty. I picked up the poos from outside. 

We went inside where I made a latte for Hubby, tea/nanogreens for myself.

I went to wake Hubby up at 7AM. He said he was exhausted. 

Hubby made breakfast for Tater and fed him. Riley barked at him while he was eating, so we had to put her outside. Then she came back inside to clean up the bits that Tater had spilled.

I vacuumed in the house. Hubby changed cat litter. I made the bed. 

 

Hubby had to find the Title for the Ford F450. It was mis-filed in the UTV file.

Tater & Hubby left for the shop at 8:30AM. 

I put Riley out again for potty.

I put away clean dishes and put more dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I put dirty clothes in the washer and started it. 

I did bookwork. I took Riley outside again. More poop & pee.

I texted Spencer to ask him how to add things to Instagram and Facebook and YouTube. He was very helpful. I posted lots of pictures to Instagram account.

I took Riley out several times today. She was such a good little girl. She kept going to the door on her own and I would watch for her. 

 

Riley has not taken a nap at all today. She laid down on the floor several times, but did not take a big nap. I was hoping I could nap when she did this afternoon; I am exhausted.

Hubby & Tater drove into Las Vegas again so that Hubby could drop off shocks at Vital Motion. He will wait there while they work on the shocks, so he won't have to return again. Hubby & Tater left from the shop at 2:45PM. Hubby called to say that we need a new rug in the front room of the shop because Tater had explosive diarrhea all over it. He threw the rug away.

Then Hubby called to tell me that in Vegas, Tater had vomited. He is worried about the dog. I told him that if it continues tomorrow, we will take him to the ER Vet in St George tomorrow night.

I steam cleaned the floors in the house at 4:30PM. 

 

Hubby & Tater got home at 6PM. He had to return to the shop in order to drop off the shocks, then the people from the other day had returned the RMOR UTV that Hubby had loaned them. They were there at the shop.

Tater was still sick. Lethargic, shooting liquid diarrhea. 

I went to bed at 8PM and got up at 10PM. Hubby went to bed. I stayed up with Riley. 

Sat on the sofa. Riley fell asleep on the floor.

 

 

SUNDAY / MARCH 17 / ST PATRICKS DAY

ST PATRICK'S DAY

 

 

I went to start the dryer again at 2AM and the little dog got up on the side table. She knocked over my tea, so I had to clean that up. I put her out for potty.

Then I put up the food & water in the bathroom. She settled down again and slept until 6:30AM. 

I got up with her and put her out. She pooped and peed.

 

I made a latte for Hubby. I made hot tea for myself.

 

I woke Hubby up at 7AM.  

Hubby made breakfast for Tater. Riley barked at Tater the whole time he was eating and finally finished off the last bits Tater missed.

Hubby & I cleaned the cat litter out of the shower. Hubby took a shower. The phone rang and Hubby assumed it was SPAM. It was a customer who had gotten a card & duck on their vehicle. The woman was calling because their UTV had blown a clutch & belt. So Hubby told her we would be at the shop by 9AM. 

We got ready. I changed clothes. We locked the doors. Loaded the dogs into the Dually and drove to the shop.

At the shop, Hubby got the clutch out and the woman with her sister-in-law arrived shortly after. We loaded them up with RMOR bling. They adored the puppy. The sister-in-law had a brace just exactly like Hubby's; we talked about it for a while.

The women left. 

We took the Dually to Jose's yard to load the trailer. The little new dog put her head out the window and her ears were flying - she kept turning around to look at Tater out the back window. She loves her Tater.

Hubby loaded the trailer.

Then the woman called again. They had forgotten the belt, so Hubby stopped at the shop to get it and we drove to Falcon Crest where they lived to drop it off. About 8-10 UTVs were gathered in their driveway. All the guys dropped their jaws as Hubby drove in with the Dually. The guys had to talk about the truck & open the hood while I went over to talk with the other women and show off my puppy, Riley.

 

We left after about 20 minutes. Drove home. I am exhausted.

One of the friends followed us to the shop and Hubby gave him a tool to help get the clutch off. 

 

We saw Dave & Carmen pass us in their car. The guy left with the tool.

We drove home. I am exhausted.

Riley fell dead asleep on the console. 

At home, I got out with Tater and took my tea inside. Hubby brought the little puppy inside and put her down on the sofa. She fell asleep again.

We ordered lots of clutches, tools, and snips on the internet. I did bookwork. 

Hubby made chicken on the grille, he made peppers on the grilled, he baked potatoes on the grille.

 

Hubby transplanted the Yucca that we had gone to St George for a new pot. The pot is super huge and hopefully the Yucca has lots of room to grow. Hubby kept getting stabbed until I went out with a pair of leather gloves to lift it out for him to put in the new dirt. It looks good.

The guy from the clutch called and said it did not fit, so we ordered another clutch to be delivered next day air. 

I put the clean, dry comforter on our bed. 

I took a nap. At 2:30PM, I got up and Hubby had already called to check on what time the Muscle Cars On The Strip closes. Hubby said we had to pick up the car before 6PM. 

I got changed, put on makeup. Hubby got collars on the dogs and we left at 3PM. 

Drove to Las Vegas. Made really great time. Hubby loaded the car, hit the tire on the sidewall and got a flat, then picked up 2 Event t-shirts for $35. 

We drove to Sin Fronteras (two cops sitting out front) and parked the trailer & truck at the side of the building, gave the dogs a walk (no grass) and water. Then we went to eat.

We then were going to get on the 215 and head for home, after walking the dogs at the local park. Ran into a nice woman pushing a baby in a cart and I let the baby pet the puppy. Everybody near us complimented on Tater. The baby had a little runny nose. I wished the lady & her daughter a nice night. Very friendly.

 

 

 

Both of us talked about ice cream from Baskin Robbins. I found one local and we stopped. Hubby got XXX and I got World Class Chocolate. Some young kid opened the door for me after I got napkins and I told him that I needed napkins cause Hubby gets so messy, Hubby said he gets it all over the truck. We walked out and the kid (after many god-bless yous, too much god xxx wow) complimented Hubby on his "Fattie". The dually. 

We drove home. I made Hubby go slower because it was getting dark. He stresses me out so much when he drives. It always has to be 90mph or more. Ugh. 

At home, I was exhausted and went to bed right away at 8:30PM. 

Hubby woke me up at 2:30AM to look after the dog. He went to bed.

At 1AM I woke Hubby up and told him to go to bed. I took over watching the dog. 

 

I took Riley out several times for potty. 

 

Riley was sleeping from 3AM to 5AM. So I slept, too. She woke me up by jumping on the sofa to get my attention. I took her out again at 5AM to pee & poop. Then we came back inside and she played with & chewed on her toys for a while.

I got Hubby up at 6AM to relieve me looking after the new dog. I made a latte for him and hot tea for me. 

Hubby made new breakfast for Tater. He made a burrito with the last of his "burrito starter" that he had been hoarding for a few months.

Then I slept on the sofa until 7AM. 

I got up and made the bed. Helped Hubby put laundry in the washer. Put clean dishes away. I vacuumed up cat litter. 

Joe H (quite drugged) called from his hospital bed at the Mayo Clinic in Minneapolis, MN and talked for a while. He was doing better!

Hubby left at 9AM to go help neighbor Stan haul a use eliptical that he bought to his house. Hubby still had the trailer attached to his truck. 

When he got home, Hubby made some lunch. Then we took the dogs with us to unhook the trailer at Jose's lot. 

We stopped at UPS to drop off packages to return. We washed the truck at the Car Wash in the Walmart parking lot. Then we left the dogs in the truck to get groceries. A Citizen's Patrol was checking handicapped signs for vehicles parked in the handicapped access at Walmart.

We got groceries and a baby gate for the new dog so she does not get into the office to chew cords. 

I had diarrhea at Walmart; had to use the restroom in the back. 

Then we checked out. I took the keys and went to the truck. Rolled the windows down. The temperature had risen 15 degrees and the sun was shining. Riley was sleeping on the floor. She almost fell out of the truck.

We drove to Tractor Supply to buy garden soil to transplant my plant on the patio; Hubby brought out a tea for me and a Starbucks for himself.

We drove home and unloaded groceries. Put dogs out to potty. 

Then I made business cards with holes & attached them to ducks; found the brochures. 

We loaded the dogs again and drove to the Casablanca to pass out brochures & ducks. Then we stopped at the shop to find more brochures. Took them to the OHV Parking area and unloaded more. There was a group there called Mean Gene Mayhem that meets once a year. We stopped to give them a brochure and Hubby talked with the Club to advise we would help sponsor the event.

 

Riley happened to get into the box that I had put the ducks into and when I opened the truck door, she ALMOST FELL OUT OF THE TRUCK. I caught it just in time. 

Drove to Virgin Valley and put more brochures & ducks on vehicles there. We were going to drive out to Scenic, but Hubby got on the Interstate instead by mistake. As we drove by the Scenic parking area, there were only 2 trucks with trailers there.

We drove to the TA Plaza, but there were no vehicles parked there. Instead, Hubby went inside to get pizza, drinks, and lottery tickets. 

 

Listened to about 3 cars honking with security devices. OMG. 

We drove back to Mesquite. Saw LOTS of trailers in the parking lot at Virgin Valley Food Mart parking lot across from the Eureka. We did not have any brochures left, so I will have to order more. 

We drove home. Hubby let me & the dogs off at home. He drove over to the neighbors to drop off some steps that a customer had left at the shop as he could not take them home in his UTV. Hubby also dropped off some security street orange cones at the Virgin Valley 4x4 Club president's home.

I went home to do bookwork. The dogs took naps after I let them out for potty & water. 

Hubby watched Automotive shows for a while. He put the dogs outside for potty several times.

We updated the Facebook with pictures. 

 

I went to our bedroom to sleep, and put Riley on the bed as she was fast asleep. However, Sage woke her up and Riley peed on the comforter! 

I had to take the comforter and put it in the washer. I was so tired and exhausted, I just wanted to sleep.

 

I finally got into bed at 11PM and slept until Midnight. Then I got up and sent Hubby to bed. I sat on the sofa with Riley. She was playing with & chewing on her toys.

 

At 1AM, I put the comforter on dry again.

Awake most of the night with Riley. Keep going outside every 30 minutes. She slept for 2 hours beside the sofa and I took a nap on the sofa. 

Up at 5:50AM and took her outside again. She pooped & peed. I saw the fat guy with his wife go walking past our house. IT STARTED RAINING. I dragged the dog beds under the patio.

Then I woke Hubby up at 6AM so he could take care of the dogs while I got a couple hours of sleep. I made a latte for him. I went to bed in our room. 

Sage kept trying to walk on me and at first I could not fall asleep,but then I went to sleep.

At 8:30AM, Hubby woke me up and helped me make the bed. 

 

Tater & Hubby left for the shop at 8:35AM. 

 

I put clothes in the dryer. I put away clean dishes.  

I tried to do books, but Quickbooks was down.

I sat down to have sweet potato fries with Ketchup when Rattler decided to jump on the side table and spill everything. Not blood, just ketchup everywhere. Riley wanted to eat it all!

Hubby & Tater went to Vegas with his Dually to Las Vegas Motor Speedway to drop off the Ranchero in the Barn Finds category so it can get sold. 

He was gone from 2PM to 5PM. He encountered lots of hail in a sudden severe rain storm.

Hubby got back and we watched TV for a while. I took a hot bath because I was so tired and exhausted from staying up all night with the new dog. RILEY. 

 

Hubby sat down to watch TV and eat, but Riley walked on the side table and spilled his milk all over. I had to give her a bath (HER FIRST BATH HERE) while Hubby cleaned up the milk.

 

I went to bed at 8PM and got up 1AM. I woke Hubby up and told him to go to bed. I took over watching the dog. 

 

I took Riley out several times for potty. 

 

Riley took a nap from 3AM to 5AM and I napped also. She woke me up at 5AM and I took her out for potty. She peed & pooped. 

 

I went to wake Hubby up at 6AM so I could take a nap.
