TUESDAY

Up at 6:30AM. 

Hubby could not find his phone

I had to get up, dressed. Put the Find My Iphone on the computer and make the phone "ding". 

We found his iPhone under the sofa where he was sitting last night.

 

I transferred $ from Quickbooks to bank.

Wilson had been up all night long shitting everywhere. He pooped several places in the front room. I had to clean that up.

The guys (Raoul) from Lowe's arrived with the new washer & dryer to install. Hubby let them in and helped them move the armoire. Hubby moved the Jeep over on the side of the garage so they would not scrape it.

Hubby took the winter clothing out of the old washer/dryer and put it in the front room. 

The Lowe's guys took out the old washer/dryer and installed the new ones. They put the washer over too close to the dryer. We need to move it.

Hubby sat and watched Automotive shows and then had to leave at 8:30AM. The guys from Lowes had left so I cleaned out the area, wiped up water, and vacuumed. I steam cleaned the floor and moved the Armoire back.

I steam cleaned in the kitchen.

Then I had to collapse on the sofa for a while. Put Wilson outside as he was wanting to go out. 

I did bookwork. I paid credit card bills.

I printed out the Citibank Costco Rewards form so we can go cash it in. 

Kokopelli started doing landscaping AGAIN on Flat Top Mesa from 9AM until 3PM. Noisy. 

Hubby called at 2PM to let me know Tom and Joe were at the shop and staying the night. He said that they would go out for dinner. I told him I was too sick to go out.

Hubby went out to eat with the guys at Wedgies. 

Stupid neighbors behind us turned on their back yard lights and it was shining directly into our house. I took pictures to complain to HOA.

Hubby came home at 8PM after I called him. Dogs were whining all night and I wanted to go to bed. 

I did some bookwork after he came home. 

We watched Frasier and I went to bed.

Up at 7:30AM. I tried to stay in bed for a while. Still coughing badly.

 

Hubby had gotten up at 7AM and dressed. He went to let the dogs out for potty and fed them breakfast eggs. 

 

I finally got up and made lattes. 

 

Hubby had already made the bed and taken the clothes to the washer.

 

I transferred $ from Quickbooks to Bank.

 

Then we sat on the sofa and watched morning news.

 

Hubby left at 8:30AM and I helped him take out the boxes from Rough Country that were delivered yesterday. 

 

I cleaned up cat litter. 

 

Then I went outside and picked up dog poo. There was a nice lady walking by on the sidewalk and she stopped to talk to the dogs. I told her that they were nice and she petted them. 

 

I watched TV. Took some prednisone.

 

Hubby called at Noon about some guy calling earlier to tell him that he had a credit card charge from our business but I looked it up and there was nothing there. 

 

I was tired and mostly watched TV all day.

Hubby got home at 4PM. I had called for Pizza Deep dish pepperoni/pineapple, Philly Cheese Loaded Tots that Hubby wanted, and an Italian sandwich for Hubby. 

When the food arrived, I had 2 pieces of pizza and was full. Yuck.

Hubby and I watched another episode of Animal Control (a tv comedy series based in Seattle) and another episode of Poker Face (which is becoming a repeat of the past episodes. BORING)

 

I went to bed at 9PM.

 

Hubby was up several times in the night with Wilson to go out for potty.

 

Hubby admitted in his sleep that he had given the dogs chicken tenders from Walmart. No wonder the poor dog had to poop so much. NO MORE HUMAN FOOD.

Both of us got up tired. 

 

We had no milk in the house, so we drove down to Walmart in the Jeep and got groceries.

 

I was so tired on the way home that Hubby had to drive.

 

Put away groceries.

We made the bed. Hubby made breakfast eggs for dogs.

I made lattes.

Hubby cleaned up cat litter.

I picked up dog poo.

Hubby watched his automotive shows on TV.

We sat and watched TV.

Dogs slept on sofa. They were bored.

Both of us were coughing, sneezing, sore throats, no energy all day.

 

We did the laundry and put it away.

 

We did the dishes and put them away.

 

We went to bed at 9PM.

2-25-2023

 

 

 

 

We got up at 7:30AM.

Slept in a little.

I made lattes. Hubby made breakfast eggs for dogs.

We were so very tired. Still sick. Coughing, sore throats, sneezing, exhausted.

We took the dogs down to play at the park about 9:30AM.

Tater had lots of fun with a brown & white dog. They ran around for quite a while. Even Wilson joined in running with them.

We finally left with the guy that owned the brown & white dog. 

Some people that were walking out of the park remarked that Tater "did not look mean at all" and he was a very pretty dog. We thanked them.

I drove the Jeep home. I was going to stop at Walmart to get milk, but there were too many people there. I drove home instead.

Some old man was parked at the green light to go on Flat Top Mesa. The light turned yellow as I drove thru and I was right behind him. So I passed him, but then he decided to race me. What a fuck face.

At home, both of us were exhausted. We sat on the sofa all day.

I took a nap later. 

Then I got up and took a hot bath. 

Went to bed at 9PM.

We got up at 7:30AM. Tried to sleep in.

Several people called Hubby this morning, he told them that the store opens at 9AM and to call back.

I got dressed.

Hubby made the bed. 

I made lattes. 

Hubby fed the dogs.

Hubby left for the shop at 8:30AM. 

I sat around most of the day. Could not do bookwork as my eyes hurt so very badly.

At 2:30PM, I drove down to GS Nails to get my nails done. 

I wore my mask because I did not want anybody else to get sick. Andy could not get me in early as he was working on pedicures with his mother. 3 loud, drunk women were there getting pedicures. It gave me a headache. Then a woman with a child came in. 

I got done at 3:30PM and left. 

 

At home, I barely made it. Picked up mail. Exhausted. Tired. Coughing.

 

Hubby got home at 5PM.

 

We sat on the sofa just watching TV. 

 

I took a hot bath. Went to bed at 9PM.

Up at 6AM. Chris said he was going to stop by this morning and pick up the check for his dentist.

So I got dressed and went to the kitchen to make lattes. 

Hubby got up and let the dogs outside. Then he warmed up breakfast eggs for them.

I sat down in the office to transfer $ from Quickbooks to Bank and realized that Chris had TEXTED that he was sitting out front because he did not want to ring the doorbell "to wake us up". 

I walked out and gave Chris the check at 6:25AM and told him that Hubby's phone is on SILENT until 8AM in the morning because too many customers call early in the morning/late at night. 

Chris left and I went back in the house.

I took dirty laundry to the washer and loaded it. Then started it.

I cleaned up breakfast dishes and loaded the dishwasher. I started it.

Hubby sat on the sofa eating breakfast and drinking latte. We watched morning news. 

I cleaned cat litter. 

I made the bed. 

Hubby got dressed at 8AM. 

 

Hubby left for work at 8:30AM.

 

At 1:00PM, Hubby came home and we left for St George.

 

Hubby dropped me off early. I got in at 2PM our time, 3PM St George time. I had to wait because Brianne was finishing up with somebody else.

Got my hair done.

Hubby came to pick me up.

 

Hubby had picked up pipe at The Steel Yard, dropped off donations at Deseret Industries. 

We ate at Red Lobster. It was good. But very expensive. We had a great server named Sam. She had pretty spring tipped colored nails. They were pretty. I had a hot coffee with Baileys. Since it was National Margarita Day, Hubby got a margarita. I got the SeaFarer's Feast which is a Maine lobster tail, grilled sea scallops, garlic shrimp scampi and Walt’s Favorite Shrimp. Served with choice of two sides.

 

Hubby got the 

 

It was a lot of food. We had to take a lot home.

We stopped at Pinkbox Donuts to get donuts. It was getting VERY dark and COLD outside with WIND.

On the way thru the Gorge, it started raining, hailing, slushy snow. It was awful. Good thing that Hubby was driving.

We got back home. Let the dogs outside. 

Dogs were happy to see us home. Hubby gave them some of his steak that he had from Red Lobster.

We were both exhausted.

I was up at 5AM to potty. Went back to bed.

 

Up at 7AM. Sage was curled up in my left arm. I woke her up and she ran. Sweet girl.

 

I got dressed and made lattes in the kitchen.

 

Hubby had already let the dogs out for potty. He warmed up breakfast eggs for the dogs & fed them.

 

Hubby went outside to stand on the patio. The wind had knocked over the chairs outside. 

 

Hubby cleaned cat litter. 

 

We sat on the sofa to watch morning news from Vegas. 

 

Then Hubby got dressed and left for the shop at 8:30AM. 

 

I cleaned the front door step from all the sand that had gathered there from last night. 

 

I started laundry. Cleaned up the kitchen counter and started dishwasher.

 

I wrote letters to Farmers Insurance because they are trying to bill us for insurance that was cancelled back in December. Fucking assholes.

 

I put clean laundry away.

 

I soaked my feet in hot water with tea tree oil bath salts. Then I put antifungal cream on my feet. 

 

At 3PM, I drove down to Enliven IV Infusion to get infusions. Met Hubby down there. He had to get his normal Meyers cocktail because there was not enough time to get a Wellness IV. I got both of my IVs-Meyers and Plaq-X.

 

We got back home. and I started to get worse. My throat was really getting sore. I was coughing. 

We sat and watched TV all night. Both of us are exhausted and sick.

Went to bed at 10PM.

 

TUESDAY / WARMER / GARBAGE DAY / HURRICANE LIKE WINDS

Awake at 6AM. Wilson was whining. Hubby had put him outside for potty this morning and come back to bed but did not put Wilson on the bed. He might have poop on his butt.

I finally got up at 6:15 after Wilson whining so much and checked his butt. No poop. Put him on the bed. Sage came and walked all over us. She let Hubby pet her. Rattler got on the bed and screamed to be fed.

We got up at 6:45AM.

I dressed and made the bed.

Hubby warmed breakfast eggs for the dogs.

I made lattes.

I transferred $ from Quickbooks to Bank.

Hubby cleaned the cat litter. 

I put dirty laundry in the washer and started it.

I cleaned up the counter and started dishwasher.

Hubby left early so he could go to the Bank and the UPS office to return parts & monitors from Amazon.

I put Tater's collar and blue sweatshirt on him. Walked him out to the truck. Some lady gaping at the construction work next door drove really slowly. What idiots. 

Put Tater in truck. Hubby & Tater left.

I did bookwork.

Finished paying credit card bills. Finished with bookwork at 11AM.

I put away clean clothes.

I put away clean dishes.

I brought the cushions outside on the chairs into the house so they would not blow away.

I sat and soaked my feet in Tea Tree Oil hot water bath salts. Put antifungal cream on my feet.

Hubby & Tater got home at 4PM. 

Tater went out for potty. Hubby brought home burgers from Wendys and gave some to the dogs. 

 

WIND started at approximately 4PM. Hurricane like force. Up to 70mph. Lots of sand blowing everywhere. 

Then we had to go meet a customer at the shop by 5PM to drop off his UTV. We took the Jeep. Hubby drove. Went to Dairy Queen because I wanted ice cream. I got a M&M Blizzard. Hubby got a Mr. Misty Freeze. 

We took the roundabout at high speed. Hubby enjoys driving the Jeep. (like a race car!)

Waited and the guy dropped his UTV off. 

Then we drove to Smith's. We were there early. Hubby went inside to get beer for Clint and 3 gallons of milk for us. He passed the tamale guy in the parking lot. He bought tamales for us & Clint. Clint & his wife got there-we got parts from Moto Zoo. Hubby gave Clint's wife the beer & tamales. Clint gave me a makeup studio for free business cards. I said I will give them to the mechanics' wives.

We drove home.

Hubby ate the tamales. I was not hungry.

We watched TV.

Went to bed at 10PM. I took Benadryl and prednisone. The colds are still lingering. I have a sore throat and stuffed up nose.

We listened to ABC album in bed. Then fell asleep.

Cat screeching in the middle of the night woke me up.

 

Then Tater had to get up and potty at 4AM. Hubby took him out.

 

I was up at 6:45AM when I heard Hubby in the kitchen making breakfast eggs for the dogs.

Watched morning News. 

Hubby cleaned cat litter. 

Hubby and Tater left at 8:30AM in the Blue Dually again. Hubby STILL hasn't got the brown truck off the trailer at the shop yet after 2 weeks of being back from KOH.

 

I helped hubby take Tater out to the truck and helped him load all the Rough Country boxes that were delivered here at the house on Saturday.

I did bookwork. Banks are closed today so no $ to transfer. 

I did laundry.

I picked up dog poo.

I vacuumed the house. 

I started dishwasher after cleaning up kitchen dishes and countertop.

I was tired and watched TV today

I tried to take a nap, but Hubby and Tater finally got home at 5PM after Hubby stopped to get Tacos.

Then Clint called and said he could meet at Smith's for parts from Moto Zoo. It was dark, so Hubby drove the Jeep and I went with him.

After we got home, I slept on the sofa because I was still sick. Hubby is still coughing and tired.

I got up and went to bed at 8PM. Passed out. Hubby finally came to bed later. I don't know when...

Up at 8:30AM. 

Hubby had gotten up way earlier and let the dogs outside for potty.

He made the dogs breakfast eggs and fed them.

I got up and dressed. Then went to the kitchen to make lattes. 

Hubby helped me make the bed. 

I played red light with Sage in the bedroom before we opened the mini blinds.

We watched morning news which was awful. Then we watched Murder On The Orient Express.

I did bookwork.

 

I started doing laundry.

 

We went for a motorbike ride to the new subdivision. Ran into one of RMOR's customers and talked.

 

We came back and ran into Steve & Dave on the corner. I petted Petey. Talked about Dave's recent vacation. Then I went to get mail. Went to the house. Let the dogs out for potty.

 

Then Hubby came home and put away the motorbikes.
 

We put collars on the dogs. Loaded them in the Blue Dually and drove to the Dog Park. I drove my own Jeep.

 

As we were leaving, Stan & Betty drove home and we talked to them in the street.

 

No leashes in the Blue Dually,. so Hubby used Tater's collar. I carried Wilson.

 

Let the dogs play. Then we left at 4PM and returned home. 

I finished the books. Hubby put away clothes.

Ralph called and talked to Hubby.

We took the Jeep to Walgreens to pick up prescriptions for Hubby. 

Stopped at Walmart to get groceries. Picked up stuff for hot turkey sandwiches.

On the way home, we noticed neighbor next door has a political flag up. WHY can't they let it go?

 

Unloaded groceries. 

 

Gave chicken tender treats to the dogs.

 

We watched The Tomorrow War with Chris Pratt on Amazon Prime. 

Went to bed early.

Up at 7:30AM. 

 

I dressed and made lattes in the kitchen.

 

Hubby got up and made breakfast for the dogs.

 

Hubby helped make the bed. I started washing clothes & sheets.

 

I cleaned cat litter and took it to the garbage can. I picked up dog poo.

 

There was intense pressure behind my eyes and I could not see to do anything so I skipped doing books and blogging. I could not see the computer.

I slept a lot today.

 

We listened to music on the Sonos MOVE because the TV burnt my eyes. 

 

I took a nap from 3-5PM.

 

Soaked my feet in epsom salts and tea tree oil salts.

 

I put cream on my feet. 

 

I put away clothes. Hubby helped put away clothes.

 

I cleaned the counter and started dishes.  

I took a hot bath. 

I tried to make chicken noodle soup with dumplings, but it came out just awful. Mostly flour in the soup. Yuck.

We finally went to bed at 10PM.

I took Benadryl and Prednisone to sleep.

I dreamed last night about driving my old Blue Jeep thru snow on an interstate and then stopping just before a huge tunnel all the while talking with on-board help assistance. Weird dream, but stressful. 

Hubby coughed very little last night. He stayed in bed all night. I think the IV Infusion helped him.

 

Up at 6:30AM.

 

I got dressed and went to make lattes. 

 

I transferred $ from Quickbooks to Bank

 

I cleaned up cat litter.

 

I made the bed. 

 

Hubby got up and made breakfast eggs for dogs.

I turned on the heat in the bathroom and got out towel & floormat so Hubby could take a shower. I put a couple Vick's Vapor Rub Shower Steamers in the shower for him.

Hubby fed the dogs and made a breakfast burrito for himself.

Hubby took a shower.

I put dirty clothes in the washer and started it. 

 

I cleaned off the counter and started the dishwasher.

 

Then I played with Sage and the red light. Hubby came in the bedroom and took over playing. Robert & Rattler joined in the fun. I took a video of Sage playing and sent it to her former owners. 

Sage came out to eat & drink on the counter.

Hubby left at 8:30AM in the Blue dually. Still has not taken the trailer off the other truck.

Hubby called and wanted me to fix a payment that he had mis-applied.

I soaked my feet in Tea Tree salts. Then put Tea Tree oil on my feet. 

Called America First CU to find out why the 3 Cents on our account has not been credited yet. The customer service Rep that answered said "it is a process and they are working on it".

Awake at 5:30AM. I pulled the blankets over me and went back to sleep.

Up at 6:30AM.  

 

Let the dogs out for potty.

I made lattes. Microwave was NOT WORKING at all, so I heated the milk on the stovetop.

Put dog breakfast eggs into the Air Fryer. Gave them to dogs to eat.

Hubby said he was going to sleep until 7:30AM.

 

Snow had come down on the mountains all the way to Scenic.

I started to do bookwork.

I cleaned up cat litter. I vacuumed.

I started laundry. 

I cleaned counters and put dishes in dishwasher then started it.

Hubby got up and I made the bed. Played with red light for Cats. 

Hubby got dressed. 

We sat and watched the morning news. 

Hubby still sounds stuffed up. He had a nose bleed. Still does not feel well.

Hubby left for the shop at 8:30AM in the blue Dually that he brought home last night.

I did more bookwork. Then I watched TV.

I soaked my feet in Tea Tree oil bath salts. Then I put antifungal cream on my feet.

Turned up the heat because IT IS SO FUCKING COLD OUTSIDE.

At 2:45PM, Hubby called. I told him I was leaving for IV Infusion. He said he would meet me there.

Took pictures of snow in mountains on drive to Enliven Infusion.

SNOW ON MOUNTAIN WHILE DRIVING TO IV INFUSION

At IV Infusion, there was a new older woman that was doing the management. When Hubby arrived, he got a WELLNESS IV Infusion which was HUGE. I went thru the Plaq-X and Meyers Cocktail quite fast. Then I left at 4PM. Hubby did not get out of there until after 5:30PM. We had Rodney call in a prescription for Hubby before he left. Erica was the only nurse on duty today.

Hubby stopped at Wendy's on the way home and brought burgers for me & dogs.

We sat down to eat.

We watched a new episode of Will Trent.

 

Hubby ordered parts for the shop online. Then I had him replace the dead microwave with the new one we bought. I helped. Then we put the old one in the box and put it in the garage.

 

Went to bed at 10PM. I was exhausted. I had bleed quite a bit after IV infusion My shirt was covered in blood as it had leaked thru my bandage. There was also a bruise at the injection site.

Up at 5:30AM after sleeping on the sofa all night. Very uncomfortable. 

 

I got dressed.

Then I got up to make lattes. 

 

I warmed up dog breakfast eggs. Let the dogs out for potty again

 

Wilson was whining in the bedroom and Hubby was yelling at him to be quiet. I took Hubby's latte in for him so he could have something warm on his sore throat.

I transferred $ from Quickbooks to Bank.

I did bookwork.

I cleaned cat litter. Took all the garbage out to the can in the street.

I drove Hubby to work at 8:30AM. Left the dogs at home. Stopped at America First CU drive-thru to drop off deposit.

 

Then I dropped off Hubby at the shop. I left and was heading home when Hubby called me to pick up Dave as he had just dropped off his Can Am for service work. I drove back and picked him up. Drove him to Settler's Canyon.

 

I drove home and gave dogs some turkey for treats. I let them out for potty. I made more latte. I made some toast for breakfast.

 

I did bookwork. Put laundry in dryer. Put comforter in washing machine.

 

Started raining at 11AM. Dark, Dark clouds. 

I put away clean laundry. I watched new episodes of VERA Season 12 on Amazon Prime.

 

I ordered parts from Nitro Racing Products which Hubby had texted.

 

Hubby got home at 2PM because he was feeling sick. 

 

I turned up the heat, turned on the heating pad, made him a hot latte with Fireball, and warmed up water because he wanted ramen noodles. 

 

WHAT A ROMANTIC VALENTINE'S DAY!

 

There was snow in the mountains. 

 

We watched Automotive shows and he fell asleep.

 

I put away clothes. I took the comforter out of the dryer and put it on the dog.

 

It SNOWED SIDEWAYS with at least a 25 mph wind at 

Called KRL and wished her a Happy Birthday. Talked to her for a while.

 

She said she had put a deposit down on the house in Bend, Oregon. They will have to go pick out colors in 8 weeks after Spencer heals.

 

Then we watched TV for a while. It got colder in the house. Only 31F degrees outside.

Hubby was up at 4AM with Tater and put him out for potty. They came back to bed. I fell back asleep.

I was up at 6:30AM. Hubby stayed in bed asleep.

I let the dogs out for potty.

I made lattes. 

 

I made breakfast eggs for the dogs with powdered Sweet potatoes, eggs, chicken meat. They LOVED it. 

 

I cleaned up cat litter. 

I took the garbage out to the receptacle outside.

I helped Hubby load all the Rough Country that had been delivered while he was at KOH. I helped load the boxes of new red gaiters and blue/red flashlight keychains that had been delivered.

Hubby sat around for a while. He let the Jeep run for 20 minutes. It has been having glitches (LEMON LAW-look up). Hubby left at 8:30AM. Poor Tater had to stay home.

I watched TV today.

I ordered my new Handpan Drum.

USPS Mail delivered to the front door a new monitor, new wood cut outs. 

I walked down to the mail box to get mail.

 

I received paper deer cut outs that I had ordered from Etsy.

Hubby got home at 4PM. He had stopped at Walmart to get groceries.

Hubby helped me to put in the new monitor, but found that one of the cords had come out of the bottom so we did not need the new monitors at all!

Hubby grilled up hamburgers on the grille outside. He sat down to watch Automotive shows.

Hubby fell asleep on the sofa. His throat still hurts and he is coughing.

I watched Frasier on TV for a while. Hubby went to bed at 8:30PM.

I stayed up until Midnight, surfing the web on my phone.

Then I slept on the sofa. 

Hubby was snoring, coughing, sneezing, and talking in his sleep all night. Dogs slept with Hubby in the bed.

Hubby was up at 2AM to drink Orange Juice.

Up at 6:30AM. Let the dogs out for potty.

Hubby was not feeling good and stayed in bed. 

I got up and warmed up breakfast eggs for dogs. 

I started laundry.

 

I made lattes. 

 

I cleaned up counter in kitchen and started dishwasher. 

 

I cleaned up cat litter. 

Hubby finally got up later. He has a sore throat. I let him sleep until 8:15AM. He was supposed to be guy at shop to take the RV back to El Monte RV in Vegas.

Hubby had sore throat, fever, from his time in the desert. Finally got up and dressed.

Shawn came to pick him up because the JEEP WOULD NOT START. 

 

Worked on putting some boxes together. 

I watched TV. 

WILSON ON DOG BED OUTSIDE

Vacuumed house.

Hubby returned at 2:30PM. 

 

We had to pull Fuse 97 because it had drained the battery from the Jeep Start-Up screen not shutting down. I had to research it online.

Hubby was still sick so he had a snack. I had made a waffle for breakfast and he ate that. He had stopped for a Subway sandwich in Vegas. 

He fell asleep on the sofa while we were watching TV.

Finally he woke up and we watched Episode 4 & 5 of Poker Face on Peacock Channel.

We went to bed at 9PM because Hubby was not feeling good and needed rest.
