BAKED BREAKFAST BAKE/HUBBY PACKS

Got up at 6AM. Heard Hubby making eggs for dogs.

He had gotten out the breakfast egg bake from the garage (no room in the fridge) and already had the oven pre-warming.

Baked the casseroles. Hubby fed the dogs.

I made lattes.

I had to sit on the sofa to rest. Very tired still.

Hubby went down to Walmart to wash the UTV. He came back and started loading his stuff into the Camper.

Made more latte for Hubby.

Discovered that we can use receipts of Starbucks K-Cups as reward points. I emailed 3 receipts to Starbucks.

Hubby went down to the UPS store and got the trailer from Pat.

Hubby got back and then packed some more. He loaded the Can Am onto the trailer.

THURSDAY

Sunrise

Got up at 6AM after hearing Hubby making breakfast in kitchen. He was banging cabinet doors and pans. He fed dogs after I got up.

I made lattes.

Then we ate breakfast.

Took the dogs in the Dually and drove to Starbucks. Got 2 orders of egg bites. I ate one.

We drove to St George.

Stopped at Michaels. Bunch of rude young women shopping with the screaming kids. I got an immediate headache. When we returned to the truck, we found that the dogs ate the other order of egg bites while we were gone. Tater vomited in the back seat. We cleaned it up.

Stopped at Home Depot to get cleaner for the grout that the tile guys had told us about.

Then we drove to Costco, got Diesel fuel. Idiot in front of us old guy did not know how to drive. Had to beep at him to get him out of the way.

Shopped at Costco. Got new 6' table for office work.

Picked up metal for our front screen door at The Steel Yard. 

Ate lunch at the Teriyaki Madness.

Drove back to Mesquite. Hubby stopped at Walmart to get milk.

Returned home by 12:15PM. I took a nap on the sofa. I was exhausted.

Up at 2:45PM to get my nails done at GS Nails by 3PM.

Ran into the neighbors who asked if their Flyer was distributed in the mail for their Window Cleaning Business. We got no mail today.

Hubby went to get cash at the ATM and load the camper on the Dually with Eric.

Hubby picked me up and we drove home.

I was still exhausted.

Did a return on Amazon for our Shower hose as it did not have the proper threads needed for our Moen Shower head.

Hubby did laundry.

Watched TV for a while and went to bed at 10PM.

VET FOR TATER/DOCTOR FOR ME

Got up at 6AM because Hubby was already up.

Let the dogs outside. Hubby fed the dogs eggs for breakfast.

I made lattes.

We watched Spokane News.

Hubby picked up dog poo and cleaned cat litter.

Then Hubby took Tater to the Virgin Valley Vet for his infected pad. The doctor just popped the infection and did not find anything in it. It had probably festered for a while and it will heal now. No meds. Just told us to put Neosporin on it.

Hubby got back home.

I watched Contagion on Amazon Prime while they were gone. Wilson and I stayed home alone.

We walked down to get the mail.

UPS came and brought Skippers Cocktail sauce from KRL.

We went to my Dr appointment at 2:40PM. He gave me referral to Las Vegas Dr and also a referral for blood testing.

Came back home and rested for 1 hour, then went to Bunco at 4:40PM. Lots of cheating going on by kid & her mother, newbie player.

Carmen forgot we were at the head table and only had to get 21 points. We were at 43 points before we realized!

Mid-play food was good. We brought shrimp ring. Carmen brought good jello salad.

Had to leave early after games were done and before prizes were given out as I was exhausted.

Came back home by 7PM. Let the dogs out for potty. I went to bed at 10PM.

JANUARY 28 2020
TUESDAY

I was up at 4AM to take a hot bath from endo pain. Both kitties slept with us all night.

Got up at 6AM. I had taken a Percocet to help sleep last night with my right shoulder pain.

I made lattes. I let the dogs out.

We both dressed and went to purchae Bingo tickets at the Community Center. We waited in line from 7AM to 7:40AM.

Came back to the house and fed the dogs. I made another latte for Hubby then he went over to John's to get a ride to the Wood Club Meeting.

The Tile guys got here at 9:30AM.

Hubby returned in John's car at 9:45AM. John's car started alarm beeping.

Hubby went to the Credit Union to get $ to pay the tile guys; he also got a debit card while he was there.

Tile Guys were finished by 10:0AM.

When Hubby returned, we tried to take thorn out of Tater's foot, but dog kept struggling.

Hubby cleaned the cat litter again.

I went down to get mail. The door was unlocked on the mailbox. I called the USPS and they said they would send somebody out to lock it.

I took a nap for 3 hours from 2PM to 5PM.

Eric called and said we were going to Moab April 30-May 2. Staying at Kane Creek Campground. Found the reviews online and it sounded like a dump.

We went swimming at 6AM - 7AM. Jay & Amy were there. I got tired very quickly and we left. There were too many people in the pool and using the hot tub.

Went home. Hubby had dinner. Watched SPY on BBC again and went to bed early.

Got up at 6AM. I had taken a Percocet to help sleep last night with my right shoulder pain.

I made lattes. I let the dogs out.

Hubby got up at 6:30AM and made eggs for the dogs.

We watched morning news. Then Hubby got dressed.

The Tile guys got here at 9:30AM.

Hubby went to the Credit Union at 9:45AM to get cash out of the bank.

He came back instead when Big Mike and Michelle came to visit at 10PM to Noon.

So we sat on the deck with their golden lab and their black lab. The dogs played while we talked.

They left at Noon because Michelle was hungry.

Hubby made me a sandwich.

I rested on the sofa. The dogs remained outside because the tile guy was still working.

Hubby got the painting done on the side man door. Then I helped him put it in after it was done drying. It looks great. Hubby did a wonderful job with the paint.

We went to Bingo at 4:30PM. Hubby forgot his billfold so we had to return home.

None of our table won anything. Kerry was missing because she was not feeling well and did not want to infect me if she had a cold. Dee was there, so she must have gotten over her shingles. It was pizza night.

We left at 6PM because it got done quickly.

At home, we had a cupcake and gave dogs some treats. Watched SPY on BBC on TV until 9PM when both of us were exhausted & went to bed.

Where did January go? It is almost over.

Got up at 7AM to make lattes. Hubby was already up. He had been up all night long with the dog going out every 2 hours. I had taken a Percocet last night because of pain in my right shoulder.

Hubby made eggs for dogs. He made himself a burrito. He was watching his Automotive shows.

We watched more balloons from the Mesquite Balloon Festival. Could see them from our home.

Hubby woke up at 10AM and took a shower. He gave the dogs bathes while showering. I dried the dogs off and took Wilson outside to blow dry him.

After that, we sat outside on the patio. Dogs barked at people walking past.

Then we went down to get the mail. It was another bill from Grand Canyon for the ambulance. I sent another copy of my insurance card to them. There was also a bill from Remington Water and I wrote a check for them.

Hubby sat inside and watched Automotive shows. I went outside to sit on the patio in the fresh air.

We watched TV and went to swim at 4PM.

Came back home and watched TV.

Went to bed at 10PM.

MESQUITE BALLOON FESTIVAL DAY 2

Took the dogs with us in the Dually.

Drove down to Pioneer Boulevard and parked near Horizon Boulevard to watch the Mesquite Balloon Festival.

Then we took the dogs to the Dog Park and let them play. Tater raced a lot with a little dog along the fence. Saw a fat Border Collie named Blue and a tan female Great Dane named.

Came back home.

Gave treats to dogs. Hubby made the bed and vacuumed.

Then he went down to the shop to work on a Trellis project for Reuben.

Tater was SO tired that he slept ALL DAY.

He came home at 5:30PM. It was dark. I was not feeling well enough to attend Stan's final performance at the Theater. We stayed home and watched TV.

Got up at 6:30AM. I made lattes. Hubby made eggs for the dogs.

Hubby took me to Golden West Casino for Blueberry pancakes. He got blueberry waffle. We saw Todd there having breakfast and gambing.

We brought left-overs home for the dogs.

Hubby went down to the shop to work.

Got up at 6:30AM. Hubby took the dogs out for potty.

I made lattes.

YOGI cleaning guy came at 8AM.

Hubby did laundry. He vacuumed. He cleaned cat litter. I picked up dog poo.

I installed the H&R Block 2019 Taxes on the computer.

As I was not able to make eggs this morning, Hubby volunteered to drive down to Starbucks to pick up some egg bites for me. I had to stay at home with Wilson while the window cleaner worked. Hubby took Tater with him in the Dually.

After YOGI was done cleaning windows, Hubby went to have lunch with the guys for Dana L's birthday at the 1880 Grille. He was gone from Noon to 2:30PM.

We went to get groceries. Stopped at $1 Store to see if they had apple juice, but they had nothing. Shopped at Walmart and came home.

I was too tired for swimming, so we stayed home.

Watched TV and went to bed.

REPAIR TILES & COUPLES BUNCO

WEDNESDAY

Got up at 6:00AM. Made lattes.

Hubby was still in bed for a while. Then he got up to make egg for breakfast. Fed dogs.

He vacuumed, cleaned cat litter, picked up dog poo.

Then he left at 7:55AM to go down to the Golden West Casino for UTV Breakfast.

After that, he went down to the shop to work.

Hubby left his latte at home. I drank it.

I stayed home with dogs. Nice day outside. I opened the sliding glass doors. Dogs barked at everybody.

The tile guys came at 10AM. They said that the reason that the tile keeps cracking is because THERE IS A CRACK IN THE FOUNDATION. But they said that if it cracks again, call Darryl to have the foundation repaired.

I walked down to get mail. Had to talk to neighbor, Mike.

I folded plastic bags. I watched The Prodigal Son on TV.

I was very tired.

Hubby got home at 5PM. I had called him at 4PM and again at 4:30PM.

I was too tired to go to Couples Bunco and Hubby's back was hurting so we canceled. Hubby took the shrimp ring over to Dave & Carmen so they could take it to Couples Bunco.

We watched JUSTIFIED for the rest of the night.

Went to bed at 11PM. Hubby took a shower before bed.

I was up at 5AM to potty. Could not get back to sleep.

Up at 6AM.

I made lattes. Hubby made eggs for dogs.

At 10AM, we went to the Pioneer Center to listen to Coffee House Music. It was nice, but lots of stupid golfing guys were coming in and making lots of noise.

Then we went to the MACU to get documents notarized. There was a long line. I suggested going to the UPS place right next door, so we left and drove over there. Got documents notarized and signed within minutes. .

Came back home and Hubby worked on projects around house.

I rested on the sofa.

We went swimming at 6PM.

Came home and went to bed at 9PM.

Got up at 6:30AM. I staggered into the bathroom. Shutting the door to the bedroom, I let the Hubby sleep later.

Got up at 7:30AM. Felt like somebody beat me up.

Hubby made eggs for dogs. I made lattes.

Hubby was already dressed. I started cleaning dishes after breakfast.

Hubby went to the garage to move everything. He put the car and truck out in the street to park. Then he moved things out of the garage.

Dean was here by 8AM and the door was finished by 10:30AM. Dean did not want to take $ for it, but said "Merry Xmas". Hubby forced money on him for his time.

Hubby had to have lunch, then took a nap on the sofa.

I took a nap because I was exhausted.

We went down to Sherwin Williams to get brown paint for the front door, but they did not know the "Code Number" for our style of home. We took samples, then went back to get the paint. It was

Got up at 6AM. Another bad sleeping night. Seemed liked I slept all night. Petting Robert when he was sleeping with us. But I had bad nightmares all night. It was awful.

Hubby made eggs for breakfast. He fed dogs. I made lattes.

We cleaned up breakfast dishes.

Started laundry. I started dishwasher. Hubby vacuumed. Filled the dehumidifiers.

Tater barked at dogs walking out the back yard.

We made phone calls to Gary for payment; made phone call to Horizon Credit Union because they still have not fixed Transunion Credit Report.

John (property subdivider) called and chatted to Hubby about property subdivision.

Hubby sat with me in the office while I added info to our calendar.

At 1:30PM, we loaded dogs up in the Dually and drove to Vegas.

Dropped dogs off at Hot Diggity Dog Day Care. Then we had lunch at Sin Fronteras.

Went to Kohl's to return the necklace Hubby had purchased for Xmas.

Stopped at Costco to get groceries, table for doing taxes, booze.

By this time, I was exhausted and wanted to go home, but we still had to go to the Planetarium.

Drove by Funny's to pick up Hubby's 2020 California Non-Resident OHV Permit. He did not turn when I told him to and we had to drive back.

Then we drove to the Planetarium at the College of Southern Nevada. 

The planetarium was not that great. Chairs did not recline. It was more like a very small Imax instead of a place for viewing the night skies. I did not like it very much.

We drove back to Hot Diggity Dog afterwards and picked up the dogs. They were both VERY tired. We let them go potty at the church across the street. Wilson pooped.

Drove over to Wendy's to get hamburgers for them. Had to wait to order because a garbage truck was making noise right next to the drive-thru.

We pulled over in the lot to feed the dogs. Then we gave them water. The dogs drank A LOT OF WATER! Both of them were very thirsty. They went thru Two 8-ounce bottles.

Drove home to Mesquite.

We watched TV at home, then went to bed at 10:00PM.

Got up at 6AM. Hubby let dogs out for potty.

I got up and made lattes. Hubby made eggs for dogs & fed them.

We ate breakfast.

Hubby did vacuuming, I helped pick up dog poo. Hubby cleaned cat litter. We started laundry, washed bed sheets.

Hubby put the aloe vera on the side patio table so it could get some sun. We had to break off a couple blackened pieces. I will quit watering it so much.

Then Hubby left at 10PM to go down to the shop to work. He took Tater with him.

I stayed home with Wilson. Wilson sat on the bed with the cats in the front bedroom waiting for Hubby & Tater to come back.

I watched TV today. Texted KR. Went to the postal box and got the mail; received the Trust Lawyer letter. Called Hubby and told him.

I put away clean laundry and put away clean dishes. I rested on the sofa.

Hubby picked up his meds from Walgreens and stopped at Smith's to get hamburger, buns, and apple juice.

Hubby stopped at Wendy's to get burgers for dogs and a salad for me.

He watched TV for a while.

We went swimming from 6PM to 8PM. Drove really slow down the hill to see if we could coast all the way.

Came back home. I was exhausted.

I had salad; Hubby had leftover Barley soup.

Went to bed at 9:30PM.

CARDIOLOGIST APPOINTMENT & BUNCO

Got up at 6:30AM. Hubby made eggs for dogs. I made lattes.

At 9:00AM, we went down to Mesa View Medical and saw my Cardiologist. Talked to the nurse who typed everything into the computer, then had to talk to the "assistant" Aaron, then finally talked with the Cardiologist.

My insurance company had rejected the scan she requested as I had already had one done before surgery. She reviewed my X-ray that I had done at Mesa View Hospital. Everything was OK.

She said to make another appointment in 6 months.

We drove to Walmart and picked up groceries. Stopped at $1 Store but they had no Sparkling Apple Juice so we left.

We went down to the Pioneer Center for BUNCO. Both of us did pretty good; we both won 15 games but not enough for pay out. There were LOTS of people there. Huge crowd.

We took vegetables and dip that we had purchased from Walmart yesterday. Need to get Shrimp Ring.

Came back home. Hubby watched Automotive shows on Motor Trend Channel.

Went to bed at 11PM.

HUBBY & DANA GO TO 3 STATES

I did not sleep very well. Lots of pain in the chest incision feels like I am being torn apart.

Hubby got up at 6AM to let the dogs out and take the dumpster out for garbage pick up.

I made lattes. I made the bed.

Hubby came back inside and made eggs for dogs.

I stayed with the dogs at home all day. Nice day. Very warm.

I did laundry and dishes.

Hubby picked Dana up and they drove to 3 States at 10AM-2:30PM.

Then we watched TV. Went swimming at 6PM-8PM and saw Dave & Carmen there.

We picked up chicken for the dogs at Walmart then came home.

Got up at 6:30AM because I had to potty.

Sunshine Monday

My chest was really hurting and I had awoken from a very bad dream about horses & cows wrapped in cellophone, riding tied down in rows, traveling in a semi trailer on the way to slaughter. It was awful. The poor animals could not breathe because they were wrapped in plastic. What an awful nightmare.

Wilson got up with me and I let him outside. Hubby stayed in bed for a while. Then I let Wilson back inside. I started making lattes.

Hubby got up when Tater had to go out for potty.

Hubby made eggs for dogs & fed them. He had a burrito for breakfast.

I had applebutter, yogurt,  and latte.

Then got a text from Hubby's brother about the finalization of the trust. Cross our fingers that this is the last of it.

Hubby did laundry and vacuuming. He cleaned up the cat litter.

Went to Hubby's appointment at doctor at 3:20PM. They gave him another prescription for Tramadol and his penicillin for his facial breakouts.

We went home and watched TV.

Went swimming from 6-8PM.

Came back home and watched TV. Went to bed at 10:30PM.

Hubby went down to the shop at 9AM when Eric called to tell him that Mike was here. Mike is going to King of the Hammers and Hubby wanted to ask him questions about being there.

Hubby returned at 11:30 with Wendy's salad and Krispy Kreme donuts.

We watched TV for the rest of the day.

My chest was really hurting. It feels like there is a brick sitting on my incision and it is being torn apart from either side.

Hubby called for Domino's and got a sub sandwich for himself, I got chicken.

Went to bed at 10:30PM.

Got up at 8AM when I heard the Roomba start up. I had taken 2 Benadryl last night because of runny nose and sneezing. Still did not sleep thru the night! Woke up several times last night.

Hubby was making eggs for dogs & fed them.

We ate breakfast, me with yogurt & applebutter. Hubby made a burrito. He LOVES his burritos!

Then we cleaned house. Hubby got dressed. I cleaned the mirrors in the bathroom, cleaned the countertops, vacuumed up hair in drawers.

Hubby picked up dog poop, cleaned cat litter, started laundry. I put away breakfast dishes.

Hubby sat and watched Automotive shows.

I watched The Coroner on my iPhone.

At 1:30PM, doorbell rang and Dave, the next door neighbor, had come over to ask for help in lifting a new tree that he had purchased for his front yard.

We both too tired to go swimming today, so we just stayed home and watched TV.

I still feel like such a slug, staying home all the day long with no energy to do anything.

Woke up several times in the night. Hubby said that Tater pooped in the office now. Hubby had gotten up at 1AM and 5AM to let the dogs out for potty. I don't understand why they are pooping in the house.

I got up at 7:30AM. Hubby had sat on the sofa covered up with a blanket and sitting against the heating pad with his back.

I made lattes. Hubby made eggs for breakfast. Then he fed the dogs.

We watched News on TV. Silver Mountain avalanche kills 2; Shooting on the I-5 NV/CA border backing up traffic for 11 hours.

I cleaned up breakfast dishes and started dishwasher. We made the bed. Wilson was still sleeping on the floor in the dog bed.

Hubby vacuumed.

I purchased KING OF THE HAMMERS tickets & camping pass for Hubby. Printed out passes online.

Hubby sat with me in the office. Tater jumped up on his lap.

Woke up at 3:30AM. Difficult to get back to sleep.

Up at 6:30AM. Hubby let dogs outside. Wilson had pooped in the living room AND the office!

Hubby went to his UTV breakfast and then worked at the shop all day.

Got up at 7:45AM. Hubby was already up and making breakfast for dogs.

Wilson had slept in my left armpit all night long. No potty problems anyplace in the house!

I got up and made lattes.

Hubby fed the dogs.

We sat on the sofa and had breakfast. Hubby's right leg was bruised and his bone was bothering him, so he decided to stay home from the shop today.

I took a nap around Noon to 2:45PM.

For lunch, Hubby warmed up rigatoni for me.

A car alarm sounded outside and Hubby went to investigate, Hubby brought the garbage can to the garage, but did not put it out by the side of the house.

I went to get mail at 4:30PM.

UPS delivered an Amazon order.

We left at 6PM to go swimming.

Got up at 6:30AM. I made the bed. Made lattes.

Hubby got up and made eggs for the dogs. He fed them.

Wilson had pooped in the house again-this time in the office! Hubby cleaned it up.

Hubby cleaned his boots and let them dry outside.

He left at 10:30AM to go down to the shop. He worked on the backhoe today.

I watched TV; mostly Lie To Me. Let the dogs outside. Dogs took naps.

Heard an Ambulance go down Prominence where Dana & Shauna live.

Dogs howled at siren.

Dogs barked at things all day.

Hubby got home at 5PM.

He had dinner.

We took the dogs down to the Dog Park to run around.

Up at 6AM to potty and put dogs out. Wilson had pooped in the living room, which is not like him to do that.

I went back to bed.

Hubby made eggs for dogs and fed them.

I got up at 7:45AM to make lattes. I had yogurt and apple butter for breakfast. Hubby had burrito.

I cleaned up the breakfast dishes and Hubby did cat litter, then picked up dog poo. He took out a bag of garbage from the kitchen.

Hubby cut Wilson's toenails, but cut one of them too short. I had to get the cornstarch to stop it from bleeding.

I took a shower and washed my hair.

Hubby watched Automotive shows today.

I started laundry. Put away drugs & creams in the front closet.

LAZY SATURDAY

SATURDAY

I covered Tater with a wool blanket at 3AM because it was so cold in the room and he kept pushing on me to get warm. Poor dog with not enough fur!

Hubby let the dogs out at 5AM and then went back to bed.

I slept until 7:45AM. Hubby was already up and had made eggs & fed dogs.

I got up and dressed. Made lattes.

We sat and ate breakfast.

Then Hubby cleaned up breakfast dishes, we made the bed, started laundry.

We took the dogs with us and went to mail the boxes to Zappos and a birthday gift of dinosaur socks to Spencer. Drove down to the UPS store. Hubby went inside by himself. I stayed in the truck with the dogs.

Stopped at the dog park to let the dogs run & play. We were there for about 35 minutes. A couple other dogs came and they played with them. Tater really ran the fence line with the little dogs in the other dog area.

Then we drove to pick up Lottery Tickets in Scenic. Stopped at Dan's property to see what he had done. They are working on the road; already have underground power to the properties.

We came back to Mesquite and got lattes at Starbucks. I also got a bacon egg bite.

Drove to Wendy's to pick up burgers for the dogs. I got a salad for later.

We drove home.

Watched TV for the rest of the day.

I fell asleep at 2PM and slept until 4PM

We watched more TV until 11PM and went to bed.

HUBBY WORKS AT SHOP ALL DAY

LOL. Just like everybody, I am still typing 2-0-1-9 for the year!

Hubby let the dogs outside at 5AM.

I got up at 6AM. I made lattes. Then I started cutting up sausage for the dog breakfast eggs.

Hubby got up at 6:45AM.

He made eggs for the dogs & fed them. I made breakfast for myself. Sausage on the side with Musselman's apple butter.

Hubby picked up cat litte and vacuumed. I cleaned up breakfast dishes. Hubby made the bed with Robert's help.

I cleaned up birthday gifts and sent text messages to Shauna & Kerry.

Hubby left at 9:30AM to go work at the shop.

I cleaned out the Roomba. Dogs barked outside. I went to pick up dog poo.

Put vibration collar on Tater.

Took a 10 minute nap.

Watched TV all day.

Hubby got home at 5:45PM. He ate dinner.

We went swimming at 6:15PM. Until 7:45PM.

Then we took the Dually down and washed it; Hubby had spilled gasoline from a container in the bed of the Dually. We had to wash it so that it would not smell.

Went to bed at 10PM.

THURSDAY
1-2-2020

Got up at 5:30AM. I started making lattes. Hubby got up at 6AM with the dogs. He let them outside.

Hubby started making eggs for dogs. I made egg & cream cheese pancakes. They were very good. Put Canadian maple syrup on them.

We got ready to leave. Called Hot Diggity Dog in Vegas to make sure they had available space for the dogs today.

Drove to Vegas in the Dually. Tater chewed on his bone, and then slept most of the way, but as we neared Vegas, he decided to bark!

We got to Hot Diggity Dog and dropped them off. There was a Rottweiler that some guy was bringing inside, but he waited outside until we were done.

Stopped at Tropical Smoothie Cafe for smoothies. We both got Paradise Point - Strawberries, Banana, Pineapple. Yum.

Then we went to pick up our mini blinds at Blinds USA.

Drove back to Mountain View Hospital and found a handicapped parking spot in the back; walked around and went up to 2nd Floor. Signed in and waited for 1 hour, they finally called me back "Miss Holly" and some older woman thought they had called her! I finally got past her and we waited another 15 minutes before a female Intern came back to see us. The male nurse had gotten all my vitals. I showed the intern my leg that was still red at the incision site. Then discussed the coughing, right side cold boob, and clicking. Dr said Boob cold was from using a vein from that side; circulation might be off - Clicking was from Xiphoid process that was cut and is now healing - Coughing is probably from plastic breathing tube they put in during surgery.

After the Dr appointment, we went to Sin Fronteras Tacos at Tenaya Way. Best food ever! I got Street Tacos with Beans/Rice. Hubby got Chili Relleno with Beans/Rice.

Went to Costco to pick up paper towels, batteries, hankies. It was quite crowded. We parked in the very back.

Drove back to pick up dogs at Hot Diggity Dog. Lots of barking. We walked them at the side of the road where we parked. Then we went to Wendy's to pick up dog burgers. Some kid came up to ask for me. He and a friend had walked their bikes past the truck. I had the windows down on my side for the dogs. I told him that I had no money.

Hubby finally came outside with the burgers and gave them to the dogs. He also gave them water.

We drove home. Got home by 5PM. Hubby unloaded everything.

We watched TV for a while. Then at 7PM, we drove to Walmart to get milk, applesauce.

Came back home. Watched more TV.

Went to bed at 10PM.

WELCOME TO 2020

WEDNESDAY
1-1-2020
FIRST DAY OF NEW YEAR

Welcome to 2020!

Got up at 6:00AM to potty. Hubby also got up to potty. Let the dogs out, then they jumped up on the bed and slept with us for another 30 minutes.

I made lattes. Hubby made eggs for the dogs & fed them.

Had breakfast. I had the raspberry fritter which we purchased yesterday at Lin's Grocery. I also had applesauce.

Hubby had a burrito.

We cleaned up breakfast dishes. Started dishwasher.

Dogs were in and out, in and out. 

Hubby put away the Xmas decor in the garage. I paid bills.

By this time it was 11:00AM.

Hubby took down the Xmas lights.

We put away laundry.

Had some lunch.

Watched TV. I fell asleep for 2 hours.

Walked the dogs at 3PM. Down to the park & around the neighborhood.

Watched TV.

Went swimming at 6PM.

BIRTHDAY / END OF 2019

12-31-2019

Got up at 6AM. Dogs had already been up at 5AM. They would not let us sleep.

I still have pain in the chest, especially the ride side. My boob on that side is cold.

I immediately get the shower ready; turn on the heat in the bathroom, run hot water, get towels. I take a shower and afterwards Hubby comes in with a heart Little Debbie cake with a candle in it. He sings Happy Birthday to me.

Hubby made eggs for dogs & a burrito for himself. I had applesauce. I made lattes.

After breakfast, I opened my presents. a card from the dogs & a card from the Hubby, a bottle of Tylenol, bath salts, a necklace (which will be returned), Junior Mints (for Hubby), Krazy Glue, and

Then we sat and watched TV for a while.

At 12:45, we put dogs in their kennel and left for St George. Forgot to stop at the Doctor's office to pick up my sweater!

In St George, we went to Red Lobster. Had dinner. I had coffee and Kahlua. Hubby had coffee & Bailey's.

Not too many people there. It was early 3PM, St George Time. Mostly older people.

Both of us had Create Your Own Ultimate Feast. The wood fired skewered shrimp were ice cold for both of us. The food was not very warm.

The manager comp'd us $10 for the shrimp.

We passed on dessert. The waiter wished me a Happy Birthday.

We then drove to Lin's Grocery and picked up donuts, milk, cream cheese, toilet paper.

Drove back to Mesquite and stopped at Walgreens. Hubby had passed the turn and had to come back on the interstate. We got my drugs at Walgreens. Then drove home.

Puppies were happy to see us. It was now 4:30 and getting dark. I was really tired.

Kerry & Shauna came over. They got me a tea mug with infuser; tea. Shauna brought flowers and champagne. They stayed until 6PM, talking.

Dee & John had left a pile of presents in the front door entryway. A wooden quote box, a drawing pad, metal & glass cake cover. She always goes overboard.

At 9PM, some neighbors set off fireworks. Dogs barked. 

Then Hubby and I watched TV until 10PM. Twilight Zone. I was tired. Went to bed at 10PM.

We woke up briefly at Midnight when Fireworks were blasting outside. Dogs barked again. Went back to sleep.
