THURSDAY

Got up at 6:30AM. Hubby had slept on the sofa last night.

I got up, made bed.

Made lattes. Made eggs for breakfast.

Hubby finally got up after he fed Ben.

I did breakfast dishes & started dishwasher.

I cleaned countertop & table; then started laundry.

I put Roomba in the bedrooms. I vacuumed and cleaned up cat litter. I picked up dog poo.

Tile Guy, Greg, came at 8AM but did not have the mud to fill in the tiles. So he has to get his boss to bring it from Las Vegas. Greg said he will be back around 3PM.

I paid bills. Put away laundry.

Paint guy came at 9AM. He was done by 10AM. Did not do a very good job. He missed a lot of paint places and did not do the drips on the doors at all!

Hubby took a nap.

We sat on the patio until the clouds came out and we went inside.

Hubby sat on the sofa inside and took a nap.

We watched TV until time to go to bed.

Beautiful sunny day, some wind.

Got up at 7AM. Did not sleep well. Hubby snoring all night. He is still sick.

I got up with dogs all night.

I made lattes. Hubby made eggs for dogs.

I walked with Wilson at 8:15AM. It took us longer for the walk today; about 45 minutes.

When I got back, the Sliding Glass Door guys were here. They installed the door.

Then the Concrete Guy came. He came back with the proper concrete fill to fix the problem in the garage.

The Drywall guy came, but the Electricians did not do their work yet.

The Electricians finally came later and moved the switch on the wall in the Office.

The Drywall came and filled in the drywall later.

The Tile guy came. He was very nice. His name is Greg. He replaced the 3 tiles; 2 with chips and 1 with the crack by the sliding glass door. He will return tomorrow to fill in the caulking.

They finally all left by 2:30PM.

Hubby had been taking a nap since 1PM.

I went to get the mail.

Stopped to see Dee at 2:45PM after getting mail. She had some backsplash option she wanted to show me. It looked very nice.

We watched TV until time for bed.

Wilson got into bed with us when I got up at 1AM to turn off the heat & potty.

I got up at 6AM. Hubby got up and pottied & let the dogs outside.

I made lattes. Got out the breakfast stuff; hubby made eggs.

Then we watched Hannie Caulder with Raquel Welch. It was an old movie.

I picked up dog poo & cat litter. Started laundry. Took poo out to garbage for collection in dumpster.

I cleaned up breakfast dishes and Wilson & I went for our walk.

When I got back, hubby had vacuumed the cat litter.

I changed clothes.

Hubby took Can-Am down to Polaris at 9:45AM to get the warranty repair for the Winch.

I ordered dog & cat food from Chewy.com and then followed him in the Explorer.

Hubby left at 11AM to go pick up stuff from guy's house and haul it to his storage.

Hubby got back at 2PM.

Hubby made dinner tonight on the Grille.

Hubby had forgotten to shut off the heat, so I had to get up at 2AM to turn it off. I was hot & sweaty in bed.

Got up at 6:30AM. I slept pretty good last night.

I made lattes & crustless quiche for breakfast. Hubby had already made eggs for dogs. He gave Ben his pills with the eggs.

Hubby got dressed & vacuumed up cat litter while Wilson & I walked 2 miles.

We got back and I changed clothes. Put Roomba in the closet to clean it. I picked up everything in the closet & tidied it up.

Then Hubby practiced Piano while I paid bills & ordered KR's birthday gifts online.

Robert got up on the piano and tried to make Hubby quit playing.

I did laundry & put it away. I started dishwasher.

I cleaned up cat litter again when they made a stinky-poo in it.

Did more laundry.

Hubby made phone calls to Milliman, Frontier, Securian Life Insurance, Union Rep, and left message for Frontier HR. Milliman whined and said we needed to change our address. Then they said payment would be delayed until Mid-February. WTF!

Took dogs for a walk at 1:00PM.

Hubby had lunch. He said that he feels like he has a fever. He took some antibiotic. He made himself some chicken noodle soup.

We sat on the patio in the sunshine. About 69 degrees today.

Hubby took a nap on the sofa. He was not feeling good at all.

At 4PM, we got changed and went to the Pioneer Center for BINGO!

We had sandwiches & chocolate cupcakes from Smith's. Nobody at our table won tonight. Sad.

Afterwards, we said goodbye to everyone and came home.

Watched TV. Hubby went to bed early.

I cleaned up and came to bed at 10PM.

SUNDAY AND IN THE DESERT

Woke up at 6:30AM when hubby sneezed very loudly in the living room. He had already been up since 5:30AM with the dogs.

We got up and fed the dogs. Made breakfast.

Cleaned the house.

Then got changed to go riding on the Can-Am.

Big Mike & Michelle came over at 10AM.

We talked for a while and left by 11:30AM. We rode until 3:00PM. It was lots of fun. Trails we never went on before.

Near the end of the trail, there were some people blocking the trail with 4 UTVs sitting side by side and some little kids playing on the other trail. They were really stupid and would not move the kids. We had to wait a long time for them to finally get the fuck out of the way. If we had been coming faster as it was on a blind curve, we could have hit the kids. Some people are just dirt stupid. Don't let your kids play on trails in the desert! Duh.

Big Mike & Michelle went to look at an Open House on Hayden Estates. We drove home & took showers. Lots of dust.

I made lattes. We had a snack and changed clothes.

We met up with Big Mike and Michelle at Cucina Italiana. The waitress kept getting the orders totally wrong. She brought out something weird for hubby and he ate it. She brought out what he ordered and insisted he take it home.

The waitress also comp'd his beer. It was weird. 

We talked for another 2 hours after we were done eating and finally left there at 8:30PM.

They went back to their room at the Eureka and we went home.

We watched a movie with Liam Neeson, The Commuter and then went to bed at 10:20PM.

Got up at 7AM. Head burning on left side really bad. Felt like I got hit by a baseball bat.

We made breakfast; hubby made eggs for dogs. I made lattes. I had french toast & crustless quiche.

We sat on patio watching the balloons go up. It was pretty. Warm day.

Cleaned house. Hubby cleaned up cat litter. I took litter & picked up dog poo, then put it in trash.

Put Roomba in bedrooms.

At 9:00AM, Hubby took the Can Am down to Polaris. I was going to follow in the Explorer, but hubby had left the charger hooked up on it. So I had to take the Dually. Yuck.

I picked him up at 9:45.

We stopped at Smith's to get hamburgers and groceries.

Then we drove home.

At home, we were going to relax on the patio all day because it was so warm. But our friends, Michelle & Big Mike from Idaho came. We showed them the house. Then the guys took their side/side to Polaris. Bit Mike got a flag there. Then they came back. Michelle and I stayed at the house to talk.

Then they stayed for a while longer until about 2:45PM talking.

We made plans to go out to dinner.

We had lunch and then watched TV. Hubby fell asleep on the sofa.

At 5:30PM, we texted them that I was not feeling well. My headache was getting worse.

MESQUITE BALLOON FESTIVAL

I walked with Wilson this morning and saw the Balloons going up in the sky. Very pretty.

Hubby had been taking a shower. He got dressed & we watched them from our patio.

Went down to the Casa Blanca in the Dually and met Dee & John there at 6PM. They drove behind us.

Saw the Balloons Lighted Up in the Casa Blanca parking lot. Entertainment with bands and food trucks.

Dee could not walk very far, so we had to leave after a while. She waited at the entrance while John picked her up in the car.

Hubby and I went to get groceries & milk at Walmart on the way home.

The Moon was really high in the sky; very vivid when I went out the front door.

Hubby had loaded the motorcycle in the enclosed car trailer last night. He checked to make sure all the tie-downs were secure.

We took the dogs in the Dually.

Drove to Las Vegas.

Went to Henderson Harley Dealership and hubby met with salesman who agreed to buy the motorcycle. I walked the dogs around outside for potty. Gave them fresh, clean water.

Afterwards, we drove to Wendy's and got burgers for us & dogs.

Drove to At Home store in Henderson to shop for interior decor. Picked up a couple fish for our "faux riverbed" at the front of the house. Hubby will put metal stakes on them & stick them in the ground.

Drove to drop off the part for the Backhoe at J&S Diesel 5155 Dean Martin Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89118.

Then we drove home.

Got up at 6:30AM. Hubby had let Wilson out at 5:45AM.

Hubby made eggs for breakfast. Gave Ben his pills.

I made lattes & a bagel. My bagel burnt when I warmed it up.

Then we sat down for breakfast & watched Spokane News. There was a big snowstorm in Idaho.

We cleaned up breakfast dishes. I started dishwasher & washing machine. Hubby vacuumed.

Started Roomba in both bedrooms.

Richard from Classy Closets came at 9:30AM to measure for our Entryway closet & measured for the Laundryroom for shelves & cabinets.

Hubby then sat outside with Ben and Wilson in the sunshine on the patio reading the Backhoe application book and waited on HOLD for the Whirlpool Line for Pulte.

I put on the identifying key stickers for the Piano.

Bad cat Robert pulled out most of my cords on the computer, so I had to plug them in again. He is a BAD cat.

Hubby made chicken salad for dinner tonight.

TUESDAY

Got up at 6:30AM. Made the bed. No more squeaks because we turned the boxsprings upside down.

I made lattes.

Hubby was making eggs for dogs & fed them. He let puppies outside for potty.

I went outside to pick up dog poo.

Then we ate breakfast.

Watched Spokane News. There was supposed to be a snowstorm there today.

Hubby went in and moved the mini blinds to cover up the gaps, but there are huge gaps on the sides. I am debating on whether or not to order new ones because they look very unprofessional hung up in there now.

I did the cat litter while hubby put everything out for the Trash Collectors.

Then he vacuumed for a while.

I started dishwasher after cleaning up breakfast dishes. Then I started laundry.

Hubby left to go attend a Wood Shop Club at the Pioneer Center at 10AM.

I paid bills. Made oatmeal and another latte. I practiced Piano. Dogs went in/out/in/out. OMG.

Hubby was back at 11:30AM.

We left the dogs home. We drove down to DMV, but it was too busy. Hubby said he would come early in the AM some day.

We fed the geese, ducks, pigeons at the little lake.

By the time we got home, it was 3PM. Norm came over to talk to hubby. I unpacked groceries in the house. Put away laundry. Let dogs outside to potty.

Hubby finally came inside.

We got ready and went to go swimming at the Pioneer Center at 6PM.

We swam from 6PM to 7:45PM.

Came home. Hubby made me chicken salad & Uncle Ben's Wild & Long Grain rice.

Hubby fell asleep on the sofa.

We went to bed at 10PM.

MLK DAY AND POWER OUT

Got up at 6AM and made lattes. Hubby made eggs for dogs. We were sitting down to watch morning news and the power went out.

Hubby and I stayed home; he read magazines. I read a book.

John, the neighbor, came over and he took hubby to St George to get supplies.

They got back about 4PM.

Power came back online at 5PM, but kept going out because they were overloading the grid with all the power coming back on at once.

Finally, after going on/off 7 times, they had it permanently back up at 7PM.

I took a shower at 8PM.

I started laundry and dishwasher.

We watched TV and went to bed at 10:30PM

Nightmares last night. Got up at 7am to potty. Hubby had already let Wilson out at 6AM.

I went back to bed and slept until 8AM.

Got up and made lattes.

Hubby made a burrito & eggs for dogs.

We watched Spokane News.

Then we cleaned up breakfast dishes. Started dishwasher. Started Roomba.

I picked up dog poo. Hubby cleaned up cat litter & vacuumed.

I ordered piano sticker keys & violin stickers from Amazon.

We put the shock collar on Wilson to train him not to bark at people walking on the sidewalk.

Hubby practiced piano for a while.

Another Day For Hubby at Mesquite Motor Mania 2019

Hubby made breakfast eggs; I made lattes.

We watched Spokane News & Las Vegas News.

Then hubby put together my new Piano so I could practice today.

I vacuumed and cleaned up cat litter. Picked up dog poo.

Let the dogs out several times.

Started laundry & dishwasher.

Hubby left at 10AM with John to go attend the Mesquite Motor Mania again.

I stayed home with the dogs.

I watched TV.

I practiced Piano.

I sat outside with the dogs. It was a sunny, warm day.

Hubby got home at 4:30PM. I went outside to greet him.

John walked home from the Dually.

We took the dogs in the Dually and went to wash the Dually down by Walmart. We drove out to Flying J and got burgers at Wendy's. Hubby got Diesel fuel, then he walked inside and got 2% milk while I waited with dogs.

At home, we ate dinner on the dining room table. Then we played 5 games of Yahtzee.

Walked the dogs.

Watched TV and went to bed at 10PM.

MESQUITE MOTOR MANIA 2019

Woke up at 6:15AM. Hubby was already out of bed and making breakfast.

I turned on the fireplace. Opened the mini blinds in the living room.

Made the bed in the bedroom.

Started the Roomba in the master bedroom.

I made lattes.

Hubby made a couple extra burritos from all the left over food in the fridge.

It was cloudy with very dark blue clouds, but soon cleared off and the sun came out. Just like the weathermen said it would. They are somehow mostly accurate about the weather down in Nevada. How could they be wrong all the time in Idaho?

Hubby did cat litter while I picked up dog poo outside.

Hubby took the garbage out twice to the garbage can.

I cleaned up breakfast dishes and started the dishwasher.

Hubby left in the Dually to haul wood from Kerry's house with John, our neighbor.

John & Hubby went down to the Mesquite Motor Mania 2019 Car Show at the Casa Blanca.

They were gone until 4:30PM.

I washed my hair. Let the dogs outside. Wilson kept barking at everything.

I cleaned house. Then I sat outside in the sunshine for quite a while. Dogs sat on the patio with me.

Hubby came home.

We had dinner.

Watched TV.

Went to swim at 6PM until 8PM.

Came home and went to bed.

A VERY BAD DAY

THURSDAY
1-17-2019

Did not sleep well last night at all. Stomach cramps all night. Up at 2AM; Had hubby help me take Pepto Bismol. Pain all the way from breast bone to the my back.

Took a hot bath. Hubby helped me. He got me ice water. Helped me to the sofa to nap until 6AM. He stayed with me on the sofa.

I made latte for hubby. I did not eat today. Felt awful.

Hubby did breakfast for dogs. Gave Ben his antibiotics.

I picked up dog litter & hubby did cat litter and vacuumed.

Then hubby left to go meet Detailer, Eddie so he could work on the white truck. Hubby worked on the backhoe all day.

I slept on the sofa, watched TV, and rested today. Put away some laundry later.

Dee, our neighbor, had her husband John bring over some Chicken Noodle Soup for me.

Hubby got home at 4PM after stopping at Walmart to pick up some yogurt for me.

Watched Hellboy, The Golden Army on TV. I fell asleep on the sofa.

Went to bed at 9PM.

RAIN & OVERCAST

Got up at 7AM. Made lattes & crustless quiches.

Hubby was already making eggs. He gave Ben his antibiotics for the day.

I started Roomba in the master bedroom and the front bedroom.

We were sitting down eating breakfast when the contractors from KoKoPelli came and moved the tree in the front. They said the tree was "dormant" and not dead.

Then hubby dressed. Cleaned up cat litter.

I put away clean clothes from dryer. I loaded dirty breakfast dishes in dishwasher.

Hubby left to meet Detailer at shop. He is working on backhoe today.

Vet called with test results for Ben; all was normal except for his Thyroid. He has to have medication for the  rest of his life.

I vacuumed cat litter. I took dog poo & cat poo with vacuum trash out to the trash outside.

Then I researched getting a replacement sensor for the weather station. The sensor got wet in the rain the other day and quit working.

I ordered a new sensor for the weather station.

Called Vet to talk about Ben's thyroid medicine. Hubby will stop to pick it up.

HUBBY DENTIST

TUESDAY
1-15-2019

Got up at 7AM. It was very dark outside. Raining. Clouds were blocking the mountains. Clouds were even blocking the Pioneer Center across the vale.

Hubby was making eggs. He made himself a burrito. Gave Ben his antibiotics.

I made the bed and put new water in the humidifiers.

I made lattes. We had breakfast.

Hubby went to the DENTIST at 10AM. He had a tooth filled. The Dr numbed his mouth. It was numb all afternoon.

Hubby returned about 11:30AM.

Hubby fixed the insulation on the garage door. He banged his metal part that he had stored in the freezer.

We went to get groceries at Walmart in the afternoon. It was still raining.

A huge Semi truck & trailer had run over a fire hydrant beside the north entrance at Walmart. There was water & sand/dirt everywhere. I should have worn my rain boots!

We came back and put away groceries.

For dinner, hubby made rice & chicken sausage for me

We watched Futureman on Hulu. Not very good this season.

Went to bed at 10:30PM.

START OF ANOTHER WEEK

MONDAY
1-14-2019

I got up from being restless; stomach hurting in the night; cat pushing me off the pillow.

Hubby was making eggs. I made quiche in the oven for myself.

Then I made lattes.

Hubby and I sat down to eat breakfast and watch Spokane & Las Vegas news.

Then hubby vacuumed & cleaned cat litter. I put out garbage & picked up dog poo. Saved some Ben poo for testing. He refused to urinate, tho.

I was too tired & exhausted to walk this morning.

We set Roomba to cleaning.

Then we took the Dually; left dogs at home. Stopped at Overton Power to pay for the utilities for the rental unit. Went to deposit Money order from Lane in the Credit Union. Starbucks in town was finally open, so we stopped to get lattes. Sugar was bad on my stomach. Stopped at Classy Closets to make an appointment for them to bid our closet in the entryway.

We stopped at the Dollar Store to pick up pans, deodorant for the truck, b-day card for KR, and cat toys.

Hubby talked to Joel, former boss at Frontier to give him exact dates on Start & End dates for work so he can submit them.

Then we came home.

At home, I warmed up quiche to snack upon.

Hubby talked to Norm as he drove by in his golf-cart.

Hubby brushed Ben outside. Lots of hair. Had to vacuum that up.

We did an invoice for H2O environmental. Then emailed it to them.

I got up at 8AM. Slept late.

Hubby already had fed dogs. He made an egg burrito for himself.

I made the bed and then made lattes.

Heated up a breakfast bowl of sausage and eggs and hashbrowns.

We sat down to eat and watch Spokane News.

Wilson and I went for a walk down to Falcon Ridge Parkway.

Not very many cars out this morning. Probably everybody at church.

Got home and hubby had the Roomba cleaning. He had cleaned up the cat litter.

I put breakfast dishes away and started dishwasher.

Hubby left at 11AM to go wash the Can-Am at the car wash by Walmart.

I worked on paying bills and making potholder.

When Hubby returned, we sat out on the patio and I made potholders. Hubby took a nap.

Went to bed at 10PM.

I was restless all night. Did not get much sleep.

Got up at 7AM. Very sunny day.

I changed sheets on bed. Hubby started breakfast. Made eggs for himself & dogs.

I made lattes. Barely enough milk for them. We need to grocery shop today.

We watched Spokane News.

Then I walked with Wilson up the cul-de-sac. Came back and hubby & Ben were ready to walk. We walked to the other end of the neighborhood.

Wilson and I walked down to Falcon Ridge Parkway and back.

Hubby picked up mail.

When I got home, hubby was watching Can Am videos "to figure out how to wash his side-by-side".

I looked thru the mail. More bills.

Hubby and I took the Can-Am and went towards Polaris. We found new trails north of the interstate. Then we crossed the interstate and went to Scenic to pick up lottery tickets.

At home, we had to get the Dually and go get groceries at Walmart.

Came back from Walmart, put groceries away.

Norm came over to talk; make sure that hubby had gotten the metal that he wanted him to weld.

Then I walked down to the Pioneer Center at 4:30PM so we could go swimming. Hubby got there at 5PM with the Dually.

We swam from 5PM to 5:45PM when we got out and showered.

At home we watched a show called YOU about a serial Stalker. It was good.

Went to bed at 11PM.

PAIN IN CHEST & CAN AM ON MESA

1-11-2019

Got up at 7AM. I was not feeling well. There was a pain under my left breast bone by the ribs.

I made lattes.

Hubby fed the dogs eggs.

I slept on the sofa until 10:00AM.

We were supposed to go get groceries at Walmart, but I could not get going...

So finally, the aspirin that I took must have helped and I got up. Dressed for our ride on the Can-Am today with Dave & Carmen.
 
We got snack ready. Hubby got the Can-Am out, forgot to put the camera on it.

We went to get fuel at Flying J and met Dave & Carmen at the water tower.

Went out riding on the Mesa. Went north towards the interstate. Played on sand for a while.

Came back up the mesa. Dave had a little trouble with the 4WD and had to back down off the trail. Then we got up to the top. Stayed to talk a while at the gate.

Both of us were too tired to swim tonight.

Then we watched TV until bedtime. 

WINDOW CLEANING, DENTIST, AND VET

THURSDAY
1-10-2019

We got up at 7AM. Made breakfast for dogs.

I got Wilson going for a walk by 8AM when YOGI Window Cleaning came.

He was mostly done by the time we got back from our walk. Put the dogs outside so that he could finish cleaning.

Then hubby went for his Dental appointment at Noon. Hubby got back about 1PM. There was nothing they could do today; just took X-rays. He made another appointment on the 15th to get his tooth filled.

While hubby was gone to the dentist, I steam cleaned the tile floors. But I lost the cap for the steam mop. The cats must have taken it because I can't find it in the house. So I had to order a new one.

We took Ben to the Vet at 2:40PM. Not very happy with them. They overcharged us on the Vet bill. We have to take Ben's urine & feces sample back for testing.

Came home and watched a little TV.

I walked down to the Pioneer Center at 6PM. Hubby met me down there. We swam from 6:30PM until 8PM.

Came home and watched TV.

Went to bed at 10PM.

Hubby made breakfast for dogs.

I made lattes.

Changed the sheets on the bed and washed them.

Wilson and I walked down to Falcon Ridge Parkway and back.

We went out in the Can-Am to ride around.

Got back early because we had to go to Trivia tonight.

We were separated; I got Table 3 and Hubby got Table 5. My team consisted of John, Rob, and Jim. Rob was very nice. He got most of the bible questions.

We came in 4th place and each got back our $5 entry fee.

Then hubby and I went swimming from 6PM to 8PM. It was nice. We were there with Dave, Carmen, and Norm.

Carmen and I did walking back and forth in water, but the guys just congregated and talked.

The new english people that moved in, Paul & Becca came about 30 minutes before closing.

Went home at 8PM.

Watched TV until bedtime.

YET ANOTHER SUNNY DAY

TUESDAY
1-8-2019

Got up at 7AM. Hubby was already making breakfast.

I made the bed, started the Roomba.

I made lattes.

Then we ate breakfast. I took vitamins.

Wilson and I walked at 8:30AM.

When we returned, hubby was vacuuming.

I took a quick shower. 

Darryl called about trim & color in garage. I need to get copies of paperwork for him.

Needed to copy contract.

Paid credit card payment online.

Hubby fixed a couple things on Can-Am.

I did laundry. Cleaned up kitchen dishes. Started dishwasher.

I vacuumed dog beds.

Put dogs outside for a while in the sunshine; they barked at people walking past.

We took the Can-Am out on the Mesa for a while.

We found a new way off the mesa from the back way; then on the riverbed below, we saw some cows on the trail; and a big mad bull looking at us!

Came back home and watched tv in the afternoon.

I walked down to the Pioneer Center. We went swimming from 7-8PM.

We came back home.

MONDAY

Very Dreary and Cloudy today.

Got up at 6:45AM. I made lattes.

Hubby was making eggs for dogs & a burrito for himself.

I got dressed warmly so that Wilson and I could walk this morning.

Hubby and I went thru the house looking at things that needed to be repaired. We put pink sticky notes on everything.

I left at 9AM with Wilson; we walked all the way down the hill and back.

Hubby met with Darryl to go over the repairs needed on the home.

Wilson and I got back. Hubby said that everything would be repaired, or fixed by 1/30-1/31.

I took a shower & washed my hair.

Hubby made phone calls for Vision, Dental, Health Insurance, & Life Insurance for retirees.

Scanned bill of sale documents to Vegas.

RAIN RAIN GO AWAY

SUNDAY
1-6-2019

Woke up to rain. Hubby got out of bed at 6AM to let Wilson out, then he came back to bed and we slept for another hour. Robert was sleeping with us, but decided to play on the bed.

I got up at 7AM and hubby was already done making eggs. He made himself a HUGE burrito.

Then I made lattes. No more Eggnog flavored milk to use for hubby's latte.

I went outside in the rain to pick up dog poo.

We watched morning News from Spokane & Las Vegas on TV.

I started laundry & dishes after cleaning up kitchen.

I started the Roomba in our room.

Let the dogs out several times.

Hubby finally got dressed at 11AM.

He cleaned up cat poo & vacuumed cat litter.

Hubby made chicken salad in the afternoon.

At 2PM, we took the dogs for a walk after the sunshine came out and the rain stopped.

Talked to Dee & John as we passed their house; they were out putting away the Xmas lights.

We watched a couple shows on TV.

I put away dishes. I put away clean clothes.

I made a hot chocolate & schnapps for hubby.

Hubby was looking up how to make shutters for the bathroom windows.

RIDE ON CAN-AM

SATURDAY
1-5-2019

Hubby went to shop so that he could move truck and get landlord's stuff out of back.

Then he came back at 11:30 and we took off for a ride in the Can-Am thru the desert.

My phone died in the middle of the ride, so we did not get to record our GPS tracking in total.

Got cold by 2PM and we came back.

Horribly dusty, had to take off all our clothes & shoes when we got home and wash them. Dogs were happy to see us home.

Snow in the mountains by 3:30PM.

Then rain at 7PM.

Watched Half-Baked, Mulholland Falls, and True Detective Season 2 on TV.

Went to bed at 11:12PM.

WORKING ON CAN-AM

FRIDAY
1-4-2019

Got up at 7AM. Hubby was already up and surfing net on the iPad.

We made breakfast & lattes.

Sat and watched news on TV.

Hubby took a shower.

I picked up dog & cat poo.

Started laundry.

Cleaned up breakfast dishes & started dishwasher. Filled the humidifiers.

I vacuumed. Started Roomba.

Robert decided he was going to "kick back" and relax on a dining room chair.

I made a potholder and put away clothes. Re=made dog bed with clean sheets.

I helped hubby put together some parts on the Can-Am. Helped him lift the hood onto the top so that he could put it back together.

He got done at 2:45PM and took it for a test drive.

Kashmir came by to bid washing the windows for "Yogi Window Cleaning" service.

Hubby got back from his test-drive Can-Am ride.

THURSDAY
1-3-2019

Got up at 5:30AM when Star Nursery dumped a load of rock at Stan's house. I will complain about this.

I got up at 6AM. Hubby had been up to let the dogs out; I found him pooping in the guest bathroom.

Hubby made breakfast. I made lattes.

We had breakfast in the Living area while watching Spokane & Las Vegas news.

Hubby had a nap on the sofa. I got online and deposited a check; then looked at email.

Hubby woke up and took a shower.

Hubby went down to the Shop to work on the backhoe, then he got back at 3PM to take me to a massage appointment in town.

He brought back his welded piece for the Can-Am.

I worked on making potholders today. Cleaned house. 

I got changed and we went down to the Massage. It was disappointing. Then she tried to extort me for $10 in a mandatory tip. I will report her to the state and to the massage board.

Forgot to stop at Walmart on the way home.

We came back home and there was a note on our door from Darryl. It was too late to call.
We watched a little TV.

Walked dogs.

Went to bed at 10PM.

WELDING

WEDNESDAY
1-2-2019

Got up at 7AM after sleeping very little last night.

Hubby was already making breakfast. He had let the dogs out at 6AM.

I got up and took a hot shower, washed my hair.

Then I made lattes.

Hubby fed the dogs.

I made the bed. Hubby vacuumed & cleaned cat litter. I picked up dog poo.

Hubby paid O'Reilly's.

Hubby took the garbage can out (late today because of Holiday).

Hubby took the parts down to the welder in town to repair. He picked up Wendy's salad & my chicken sandwich from the other day.

I did 2 loads of laundry. Changed dog food & water.

Cleaned up breakfast dishes.

Then I called Seabreeze Mgmt and paid HOA fees.

UPS came with my curtain order from Overstock and Levis from Kohls. I think both will have to be returned. The curtains have a burn mark on them.

I printed out UPS returns for both.

We binge-watched a new show, True Detective on HBO until bedtime.

Potholders I Made Today

I am finished making small size 7" potholders. There are just a few loops of the huge 10" size and I will work on them next.
