I did not sleep at all last night even after taking 4 Melatonin tablets and my hRT pill.
I finally got out of bed at 1:30AM to sleep on the sofa.
I was awake all night.
I got up with the dogs at 6AM and let them outside. They had slept late with Hubby in the bed.
Hubby got up and made dog breakfast for them.
I vacuumed, cleaned cat litter, picked up dog poo. Put all the garbage bags together and put it out in the cannister on the street.
Hubby got the house closed up as both of us are leaving this morning.
Hubby left in the FMF and I left about 20 minutes later in the Jeep.
Drove to my appointment at Heart of Dixie to see Rodney. Just 6 month check up.
140/80 blood pressure 96 oxygen rate, 70 heart rate.
I left there and drove home.
At home I greeted dogs, made breakfast. Watched TV. Paid more bills.
