TUESDAY / AUGUST 12 / GARBAGE DAY /CAMPER A/C ALARM GOING OFF /

AUGUST 12 2025

Hubby was up at 3AM with the dogs. Then he came back to bed. 

I got up with the dogs at 5:45AM. They slept late. I let the dogs out. Shut the door to the bedroom so Hubby could sleep a while.

I put out tuna & cheese for the cats. I made hot latte for Hubby, hot tea & Nanogreens for myself. I opened the front door so the cats could look outside. 

I started the dryer again to finish drying the clothes from last night. I put away clean dishes that I had started last night. 

Hubby got up at 6:15AM. He made breakfast egg grog for the dogs and fed them.

I made the bed. 

I was out cleaning up dog poo when I heard an alarm going off. It was pretty loud.

I went inside and told Hubby that the alarm was coming from our camper. WHO KNOWS HOW LONG IT WAS GOING OFF???

Hubby thought it was coming from the air-conditioning unit on the roof, but we could not find it definitively. I unplugged the electric plug from the camper and it went off. Then I plugged it back in. Seemed to fix it. But that was ODD.

Hubby got dressed and I put all the clothes in the washer. 

Hubby gathered up the remaining garbage and I took it out, put it in the garbage can and dragged the cannister to the front of the truck in front of Amy's house, our next door neighbor so the garbage truck had room to dump it. 

Hubby watched YouTube videos from 7:30AM to 8:30AM. Then he put his shoes & socks on. Started the Dually and turned on the A/C. 

Riley sat on Hubby. She was very attentive.

He left at 8:30AM. 

I put stuff away and cleaned the kitchen. Started the dishwasher again.

Put away clean laundry. 

I took some other stuff out to the garbage. 

I baked the Quiche Lorraine that we bought at Smith's on Sunday night after massage. Then I ate a piece. Made more hot tea. 

Hubby called at 12:30PM to ask me to fill out another Dealer App, this one for SSV Works. I completed it and returned it via PDF on email. Then I called him to state that it was done. He could order parts.

I was exhausted.

Slept on the sofa for a while.
