HALLOWEEN

Up at 6AM.

I dressed and went to the kitchen.

Hubby was already on the sofa and let the dogs out for potty.

Then he started warming up breakfast eggs for the dogs & fed them.

I made lattes. 

 

Tater needed to be covered up on the chair as he was cold. He wiggled his tail when I put his camper blanket on him.

Hubby had several phone calls this morning before 8AM from customers. One of his delivery drivers from Vegas called to make sure he would be at the shop by 8:30AM. 

Hubby cleaned cat litter and had to open the front door because it stank so much.

We moved the cat food from the kitchen back to the bathroom counter.

At 8:15AM, I put Tater's red/black plaid sweatshirt on him and Hubby loaded him in the FMF while it was parked in the garage. Hubby pulled the car out front and loaded all the boxes that had been delivered this weekend into the back of the FMF.

They left for the shop.

I started to do books.

I tried to contact Spotify to restore my missing Xmas classics, but they could not find anything.

I will have to remember all the songs myself and restore them. Frick.

I ordered more t-shirts for the shop. I had to Chat online with a Rep because I was not getting the same price for the red & blue shirts. The blue shirts kept coming out $200 more in price.

At 11:30AM, I finally got done with the bookwork. I realized that Hubby left the garage door open all this time. He forgot to shut the garage door. The door was open for 3.5 hours.

Wilsona nd I went for a walk around the neighborhood. He was not enthused. He walked really slow. But he did poop at the tree. Ran into Dawn at the entrance to Prominence and we walked together the rest of the way home. Wilson almost stopped and his leash/collar came off. I had to put it on again. 

Dawn said she is feeling better since her bout with Covid.

At home, I let Wilson inside and dumped the dog poo.

I put the garbage bin out on the street.

SUNDAY / DOG PARK / LOOK AT NEW HOME SITES

Got up at 5AM. I got dressed.

Hubby was on the sofa and let the dogs out early.

I made lattes. Turned on the fireplace.

Hubby cleaned cat litter and vacuumed.

 

I started cleaning a load of laundry.

I took my pills at 8AM because I was hurting.

Sat around watching TV until 10AM and then took the dogs in the FMF to the Dog Park.

 

There were no other dogs at the dog park. Tater ran along the fence with little dogs. We gave him fresh water. The grass was freshly mowed. Several people came over to the side to look for dog bags. There was a roll hanging on the fence.

We drove to the subdivision up north by the Lincoln county border. 

Then we stopped to see the crappy new Pulte homes with RV garages. They were still poorly built. Probably too expensive. We left the dogs in the car. They were barking when we came outside. Ran into Trudy & Rory there. Talked a bit.

Drove home.

Let dogs out for potty. Hubby parked the FMF.

We stayed home until the sun went down at 5PM, decided to drive over to the new subdivision to see what it looked like at night. Looked at 3 different lots. Hubby will call tomorrow to check it out.

I drove back home. Coming around the back way, we saw a coyote! Hubby parked the Jeep because it was too dark.

At home, let the dogs out again. Gave snacks to the puppies.

Hubby sat down to watch automotive shows.

 

It was too cold to sit outside. Hubby has not filled the propane for our fireplace pit.

 

So we watched Death On The Nile. It was an OK movie, but not good.

We both took Melatonin and later went to bed at 9:30PM.

SATURDAY / CLINT SHOP PARTS / LOOK AT HOUSES / WALMART / VOTING / HALLOWEEN PARADE

Up at 5AM. Hubby was sitting in the living room with his iPad. I got up to potty.

 

I called Hubby into the bedroom to cuddle. With Wilson & Tater. Wilson was wiggly. Tater sucked his blanket.

 

I got too hot and started to sweat.

 

Let the dogs outside for potty. 

 

I got dressed. Made the bed.

 

Then Hubby warmed up egg breakfast for the dogs & fed them. 

Hubby cut up all the leftovers for the dog egg bake breakfast. He turned on the oven and put it in to bake.

I made lattes. 

Hubby cleaned cat litter. 

I vacuumed. I picked up dog poo.

Hubby had to plunge the kitchen sink as it backed up.

Hubby started laundry.

BEAUTIFUL SUNRISE SATURDAY MORNING 6:47AM

Clint from MotoZoo called at 7;49AM.

I drove the Jeep and we met Clint at the shop. I gave him and his friend (that were going to the NHRA Drag Races) some t-shirts (and one for Clint's wife).

Then we drove to the gas station on the corner, but the pumps were not working. We drove to Maverik & got gas. Then we tried to stop at Walgreens to pick up Hubby's prescription. But they were still closed at 8AM.

We drove to the subdivision that Hubby was telling me about - with 3 car garages & RV garages. But they had no lots left or homes for sale. He wants to move for a pool in our backyard and bigger garage.

We drove to Walmart and I shopped (tootsie roll candies, aspirin, hydrogen peroxide, ankle brace) while he deposited checks into America First CU.

We left there and drove home. Dogs were happy to see us. We gave them treats.

I did bookwork.

Hubby carved our pumpkin. I took pictures and posted it on his Facebook.

At 1PM, I realized we were supposed to vote today!

I voted at 1:00PM for DEMOCRACY!

I VOTED!

Amy & Jay were there and we said "Hi".

 

At home, I finished bookwork. Hubby sat to watch his Automotive shows. 

 

HOW CAN A CAT CONTORT LIKE THIS?

 

 

Wilson and I took a walk to the mailbox, down to the park and back.

I put away clean laundry. 

Packed all the Halloween decor & lights into the Jeep. I took 3 pumpkins to the shop.

We left the dogs at home. Drove the Jeep to the shop. Opened the doors and started to get all the UTVs out of the shop. We started decorating our Can Am. Then Sharon C. came because she was riding with our gang. I gave her a turquoise pumpkin. She took lots of pictures. I showed her my new Jeep. 

Casey & Chris got there to help decorate.

We left at 5PM to get to the LDS church and waited in line until 6PM. We walked around. Watched some little girls that were dressed as zombies dance around & tumble. 

Not a lot of float / parade entries. Very sparse this year. It was a different route down Old Mill Road. Lots of screaming security; kids running out into the road. 

Some idiots that were in front of us kept stopping and having the kids run up to the UTV to hand out candy.

Still ran out of candy at the very end. 

 

Hubby got tired of following everybody and we drove down the street

There were no lights along this street and it was difficult to see the kids. Then the Mesquite Community Center had turned on their flood lights and it was too bright. 

We got back to the shop. Hubby put the Can Am into the shop. Got the Jeep out. 

We drove to Wendy's for dinner. While waiting in line, we talked to a nice guy about his Nike slip-on sanadals. Drive-thru was closed "because they were short on staff". Burgers were dry and not edible.

At home, we watched TV for a while- Arsenic & Old Lace. Hubby put the comforter on the bed and never came back. He was tired. Went to bed at 9PM.

Up at 6AM. 

 

Hubby was already up and going thru his iPad. He let the dogs out when they jumped off the bed and went into the living room.

 

I got dressed.

 

Went to the kitchen to make lattes. It was cold out today. Hubby had the fireplace going. It looked very nice in the dark.

 

I transferred $ from Quickbooks to Bank.

 

We reviewed email. 

 

Hubby warmed up dog breakfast and fed them. 

 

Hubby called Idaho Central Credit Union. Talked to a Mark. He was pretty much useless and could not set up an account with out "video" conferencing. We said we don't have that on our computer. He kept blocking us from verifying so they could set up an account FOR US TO PAY THEM. OMG. This is NOT rocket science. It is easy enough to do. Nobody else would "hack" into our account to PAY our loan. WTF?

 

So Hubby told him to have their supervisor call us when they go into the office.

 

Hubby called Clint to verify info, but their Loan person was not in yet. The paperwork showed our OLD phone from Idaho when we had a land-line 20 years ago (WHERE DID THEY GET THAT???) and our old mailing address. 

 

Finally, the supervisor, Lori called back and got it all handled. She just sent a text verification message to Hubby's phone number. Told me that I CANNOT ACCESS THE ACCOUNT even though Hubby had power of attorney for the loan documents when he signed. That the access is "under his social security number". This just gets more ridiculous. We finally set up the account online. 

 

Which is more than I can say for Farmers. We are STILL FIGHTING WITH THEM TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT! STILL no policy documents from them. What the frick is the world coming to when it is THIS DIFFICULT for people to do their jobs?

 

Hubby was having a minor panic attack, his heart was beating too fast so he took a nitro pill.

 

Finally done with all that bullshit.

 

 

THURSDAY / WALK WITH WILSON / UPS DELIVERY /

10-27-2022

 

Robert the cat slept with us all night. We both rested our hands and petted him all night. It was VERY COMFORTING.

 

Tater was upset and slept on the floor for a while. As soon as Robert left the bed, Tater jumped up and slept between us! He is jealous.

 

Up at 6:15AM. It was still dark. And cold outside. 

Hubby had already let the dogs out. 

 

Hubby warmed up breakfast eggs for the dogs & fed them.

 

Hubby and I discussed the choices to vote. 

 

I made lattes. 

 

Then I made the bed. 

 

We sat on the sofa to watch morning news. Just more depressing crap. More lying political ads that I do not care to hear anymore. 

 

I put Tater's red sweatshirt on him today. He and Hubby let for the shop at 8:30AM. 

 

Tater really likes going in the garage to load into the FMF. 

 

I did bookwork after they were gone. 

USPS brought a package, the Amazon stuff I ordered.

I cleaned up breakfast dishes and started dishwasher.

I started laundry. Put clean laundry away. Re-arranged things in the closet from Yogi cleaning windows yesterday. I have to put the various items that are on the countertop in the bathroom away so they are not stolen/broken.

At 1:30PM, Wilson and I walked around the neighborhood.

I picked up the mail. Wilson likes to walk and smell the different smells.

At 2PM, UPS brought the nFlow engine that Hubby ordered.

I called Hubby to let him know that the engine was here.

Hubby called at 2:38PM to have him walk thru a payment that glitched yesterday. Had to delete the payment and enter credit card info again.

WEDNESDAY / UP AT 4AM / YOGI WINDOW CLEANING / IV INFUSION /

45F degrees this morning. Hubby turned on the fireplace.

 

Up at 4AM. 

 

I was sweating.

 

Hubby was already up and viewing his iPad. He let the dogs outside. 

 

I got dressed. Then went to the kitchen. Then I made lattes.  

Sun was just coming up and the sky was beautiful pinks, purples, blues. 

I transferred $ from Quickbooks to Bank.

Tater slept on the sofa with his head on Hubby's lap. Wilson was right next to them. I covered Tater with his camper blanket.

I made cheese eggs, but my stomach hurt to eat them. So I put them in tomorrow's dog breakfast prep.

We watched morning news on TV.

Then we went to make the bed. Hubby took a shower. I turned on the heater for him. HEATER! It is winter!

 

Hubby tried to call Farmer's to pay for our Jeep insurance, but they said the whole system was down. He was transferred and had to wait on the phone for a LONG time. The girl said she would call him back.

 

I put dirty clothes in washer. I cleaned up breakfast dishes.

Hubby sat on the sofa until 7:30AM. He cleaned cat litter & vacuumed.

I put Tater into his grey sweatshirt. Hubby & Tater left at 7:50AM. Hubby forgot that we put the FMF in the garage last night. He opened the front door and was looking for the car out front!

I started the dishwasher. Did bookwork.

 

I could NOT get warm today. It was so cold. I turned on the furnace & the fireplace. Also started the heater in the bathroom again. 

 

It finally got warm about NOON so I could turn everything off and open the front door for fresh air.

Found out that our neighbor has Covid, she wanted a referral to the IV Infusion. 

Watched TV for a while, The Mentalist. 

 

I called and left a message for La de' Paws to groom Wilson.

I vacuumed up behind the sofa.

Yogi Window cleaning came promptly at 1PM. His assistant today is Chris. Chris used the restroom 

before they started cleaning windows.

 

TUESDAY / TATER WEARS SWEATSHIRT / SINALOA LANDSCAPING/ HURTING TODAY

Up at 5:30AM to potty, then back to bed. Hubby was already up and watching Automotive shows on TV. The dogs had already been let outside for potty.

 

I made the bed. Got dressed.

Went to the kitchen to make lattes. It was cold this morning and Hubby had the front door open. I closed it and went to put on a sweatshirt.

Hubby warmed up dog breakfast and fed them. He put the dogs outside again.

I transferred $ from Quickbooks to Bank.

 

Hubby vacuumed after he did cleaned cat litter. 

 

I was hurting so much today that I had to take a Prednisone.

Hubby had put the garbage can outside last night. After the garbage truck came this morning at 6:30AM, he brought it back inside.

I helped Hubby put together an Invoice quickly before he left this morning.

Put Tater's grey sweatshirt on him. Then Hubby & Tater left in the FMF for the shop at 8:30AM. 

I did more bookwork.

Watched TV.

Let Wilson outside for potty. 

 

I put away clean clothes.

Let Wilson inside. Gave him some chicken.

I watched more TV.

Sinaloa Landscaping came at 2PM. I paid him extra to take the garbage at the side of the house and cut out the stupid plant in front of the A/C unit. We will plant something else there.

I did more bookwork.

Hubby & Tater got home at 4PM. Hubby had gone to the bank, stopped to talk to the account manager at Ford dealership, and stopped to drop return boxes off at UPS shipping.

Hubby made dinner for himself.

I gave Tater & Wilson some chicken for treats. Then Tater was so tired, he could barely drag himself to the sofa. I covered him up with a blanket.

We watched TV for a while. Then Pat came over with his van & u-haul trailer to pick up the Golf cart. I helped them load it - sat in it while they pushed it onto the ramp.

I got cold and went inside. 

We sat outside for a while until it got WAY too cold.

I took some Melatonin and went to bed at 8PM. Hubby decided to sleep early, too.

MONDAY / CAN'T SLEEP

Low of 42F degrees tonight. 

 

Up at 2AM. Soaked in sweat! Tater sleeping on top of me. I got up and slept on the sofa. But can't sleep. Robert on top of me. Tater got up, but didn't want to go outside. Hubby up and potty. 

 

I couldn't sleep so got dressed. I am wide awake. Going to do bookwork, but $ not available to transfer yet in Quickbooks.

 

So I sat on the sofa and looked at my phone. Bored.

I had to turn on the fireplace as it was so cold in the house.

Hubby got up at 5:30AM. 

I helped make the bed. 

I made lattes. 

Let the dogs outside. 

Hubby warmed up breakfast eggs for the dogs & fed them. Then we let them outside again.

Hubby got the FMF started and was taking Tater with him. I put the dog's collar on Tater.

They left. Hubby called and wanted to know if the shocks were here or in the Jeep. I told him they were probably at the shop.

Hubby called and came back to the house. There was a problem with the tires. So he left Tater here and took the Jeep to St. George. I put the Jeep in the street and started the heat in it. 

Hubby left and drove to St George.

I cleaned up breakfast dishes and started the dishwasher. 

Dogs took a nap. Hubby was back by 8:30AM and picked up Tater.

Tater & Hubby drove to the shop in the FMF. I parked the Jeep back in the garage.

Then at 10AM, Hubby called and said Irl was coming to pick up Hubby's keys so that they could go get the RV in Scenic.

I took a nap for a few hours. I don't know how long...

When I woke up, I let Wilson out for potty. I watched TV. Feel like a zombie again. No sleep last night fucked up my brain schedule.

I turned off the fireplace and opened the front door for fresh air. There was package from Amazon on the front porch.

I tried to take another nap, but Hubby & Tater got home by 3:30PM. 

Hubby put together a dinner for himself.

I again tried to sleep. I could not stay awake.

While I was sleeping, Hubby put the garbage out and dumped the rest of the garbage from the house containers.

Then Clint from Moto Zoo called and Hubby met him at Smith's. He took Tater with him in the FMF. Hubby picked up milk while he was there and bought beer for Clint.

Hubby woke me up when he got home.

I watched some TV with Hubby and then took some Melatonin. I went to bed at 8PM.

Got up to potty at 10:30PM. Hubby came to bed with me.

Hubby said that black cat Sage came to sleep with us last night.

SUNDAY / 1880 GRILLE BREAKFAST / CLEAN GARAGE / WASH DOGS

I was up at 7AM. Slept late. 

Hubby was on the sofa. He was watching Automotive shows.

Then I made lattes. Hubby warmed up breakfast eggs for the eggs & fed them.

We let the dogs out. It smelled wet and was only 60F degrees outside. 

Made the bed. Hubby cleaned cat litter. 

We left dogs at home. Drove to the 1880 Grille at 8AM. Only 2 other couples at that time were there. 

 

I had an omelette. Hubby had eggs bendict. 

Very slow, inattentive service.

We paid & took leftovers. I visited the bathroom before leaving.

Left a Duck on a Jeep when we left.

Drove home. 

At home, Hubby got sick and had to sit down on the sofa for an hour.

Around 11PM, he felt better. We cleaned out the garage. I vacuumed. Hubby will take the golf cart to Pat tomorrow. He will take some garbage we piled at the side of the house to the dump tomorrow.

 

I backed the Jeep into the garage. 

 

I vacuumed the front entryway outside as lots of junk blew into the area from yesterday's wind.

We sat down on the sofa to rest. 

 

I ordered more Nevada shaped RMOR ornaments for this Xmas.

I picked up dog poo at 2PM. Dark clouds in the skies everywhere around us.

Hubby made chicken on the grille at 2:30PM.

Watched documentaries on TV.

At 5PM, we decided to take the dogs for zoomies at the Dog Park, but it started to rain as soon as we got their collars on them. So we stayed home.

It got colder in the house and I had to turn on the fireplace.

Watched Scrubs for a while. 

I took Melatonin and went to bed at 9PM.

Hubby came to bed at 10PM.

SATURDAY / DOG PARK / UTV FOR SALE AT GARAGE SALE / WIND AT 10AM

Up at 6:45AM. Hubby as up with Wilson most of the night. He sat on the sofa with a blanket for a while, but came back to bed at 5AM. 

I got up, dressed. Let Wilson in from outside. He was all excited.

I made lattes. 

Hubby warmed up breakfast eggs for the dogs.

Today was the Sun City Garage Sale. Cars started coming round at 8AM. 

I suggested that we take the dogs to the dog park.

We drove the FMF to the dog park. Tater got inside the fence and ran with a blonde dog, but the owner left soon after. Met a guy that lives in Sun City with a Karelian Bear dog named Tanner. The owner moved from Idaho. The dogs played. Then a Golden Retriever came and they all played. I gave them fresh water as the water that was there had been black from dirt.

Another dog came - a herding dog and tried to herd all the other dogs!

Tater was exhausted so we went home. Gave them water. 

At the shop, Hubby got out the 2021 Polaris RZR so he could take it home and put it in the driveway for sale. 

He made it home by 10AM and everybody was done driving around. He had one phone call, but had priced it too expensively.

 

The WIND STARTED BLOWING. 35-45 mph gusts.

We watched TV. I did bookwork.

I tried to nap at 2PM on Hubby's lap, but could not sleep.

Got up, made another hot latte.

Ordered some stuff from Amazon to start doing videos.

UPS & FedEx delivered packages. 

At 5:30PM, we put the packages in the FMF.

The wind was still blowing.

We watched old movies featuring Vincent Price - Diary of a Madman and Comedy of Terrors.

 

We watched Scrubs. Hubby fell asleep on the sofa during the episodes.

 

SAGE AND ROBERT IN THE LIVING ROOM

 

I took some Melatonin at 9PM and went to bed.

At 11PM, it started to rain violently outside. Sounded like hail. Hubby finally came to bed.

Wilson kept getting up all night. Hubby got little sleep in bed. I kept waking up sweating all night because Tater was sleeping next to me. Then Black cat Sage jumped on and off the bed all night.

 

FRIDAY /BANK / NAILS / WALMART

FRIDAY

10-21-2022

 

 

Up at 5:30AM. I had slept thru the night. So did Hubby. He said he took nothing to sleep. He was just naturaly tired. 

 

I got up & dressed. Dogs ran out to potty.

 

I made latte for Hubby.

 

Dogs were fed warmed up breakfast eggs. 

 

Then I did vacuum. Hubby cleaned cat litter. 

 

We made the bed.

 

Had lots of time to sit & watch news. Nothing important on the news. Just political bull crap. Can't STAND the abusive ads anymore. Brainwashing.

 

I did some bookwork.

 

Hubby packed stuff and left at 8:30AM. I left shortly after at 8:50AM.

 

I drove the new Jeep to the bank. 

 

Lots of people waiting to enter the building at 9AM. They did not open the doors until 9:05AM. I opened the door for an older woman.

 

Then waited in line to advise teller that I wanted a Notary.

 

Sat down and waited until 9:30AM for a notary. While waiting, I sorted thru the photos on my iPhone for Buddy. I miss Buddy a LOT. He was the greatest dog. 

 

Got OMNI RV title notarized and left.

 

Drove to the Shop. Irl was already there and I handed him the title for the Omni RV. 

 

Chris was backing UTVs out of the shop.He picked up Hubby's paperwork for the trailer and gave it to me. Chris found Hubby's wad of keys. Hubby gave me Mark J's keys to return to him when I drove home.

Then I left and went to Walmart. But there were too many people at Walmart to shop, so I drove home.

Drove up the street and some guy walked out. I rolled down my window. They said they had bought the same exact Jeep in the same exact color. I told them about our Jeep and invited them to sit in it. I THINK their names are Jim & Marie?

I drove to Mark's and gave him his keys.

I drove home, back the Jeep into the garage. 

I gave chicken meat treats to Wilson, Tater, and Rattler.

 

I was starving, so I made a protein drink and cut up some chicken in mayo for myself.

 

Then I put the glass screen on the Jeep.

 

I did bookwork. Paid the State sales tax.

 

Sat outside on the patio for a few minutes. I am exhausted again.

 

 At 2:45PM, I went to get my nails done. Andy did a new polish technique that I showed him online. My cuticles are slowly getting better. No bleeding, Dryness is getting better since I am soaking my hands daily in the heated wax.

I drove over to the shop. Hubby was just finishing work. He said he would drive home behind me. Chris was at the shop & locked up after we left. The guy that repairs small engines was there working on an ATV. 

We drove home the back way. 

At home, we gave chicken treats to the dogs & Rattler. Rattler has been coming to get chicken if I cut it up in tiny pieces. He has NOT been throwing up.

We sat outside until 9PM and then went to Walmart to get milk, eggnog, and Halloween candy to toss out for the Mesquite Halloween parade. We bought 4 bags that rang up wrong and I had taken a picture of the price. The nice guy named Steven rang them up at the correct price. He was really great.

Hubby drove us home in the Jeep, we put away groceries, got ready for bed, then watched 2 episodes of Scrubs. 

Went to bed at 11PM.

10-20-2022

 

 

 

Awake at Midnight with cramps. Got up and went potty. Then back to bed. But cramps too much. So I got up and took a hot bath last night. Robert sat beside me on the floor with the towel.

 

At 1AM, I went back to bed, but Tater barked at me. He thought I was an intruder. 

DARK IN THE MORNINGS. Up at 6AM. Black cat Sage slept on HUBBY'S FEET LAST NIGHT!!!

I rubbed Wilson this morning before waking up.

Wilson was whining and Hubby got him off the bed. 

I dressed. Went to the kitchen and made eggnog latte for Hubby.

Then Hubby warmed up breakfast eggs (only a little bit for Wilson) and fed the dogs.

Dogs went outside to potty.

I transferred $ from Quickbooks to Bank.

Went outside to pick up dog poo.

 

Hubby was calling Vendors. Tried calling Vet, but they did not answer.

Wilson seems a little bit better now. He was chewing on a plastic bone, then he ran out towards the fence!

Put Tater's collar on him. 

 

I made protein shake for myself.

Hubby played Puddles Pity Party Music and I find some new music he has out. Need to add it to the playlist.

Hubby was singing song to Tater; Tater got all bashful and wiggly.

Hubby and Tater left at 8:30AM. I hugged Hubby extra long.

I went to do bookwork. Started the dryer again as Hubby put the comforter in to wash.

Lindi Repair at 10AM. Can't repair. Cost too much. Need to get new washer/dryer. Repairman said fridge is air compressor going out again. Can't repair. Looked at dishwasher. He does not do dishwashers.

WEDNESDAY / IV INFUSIONS

WEDNESDAY

10-19-2022 

Wilson was up at 1AM, 3AM, 5AM. He had a bad tummy. Pooped diarrhea in my office. 

Hubby sat with him outside at 3AM, but came back inside to sleep.

We woke up at 6:30AM. I had nightmares again.

Got dressed. Let Wilson inside. He was all excited and running around.

Then Hubby made breakfast eggs for the dogs & fed them.

I made a latte for Hubby.

Hubby cleaned cat litter. 

Hubby & Tater left early so Hubby could eat breakfast with the UTV Club at Golden West.

I started laundry.

I vacuumed.

I put away clean dishes. I cleaned up breakfast dishes and put them in dishwasher. I cleaned the crockpot that Hubby used to make turkey yesterday.

I did bookwork

I picked up dog poo outside. 

 

I took garbage outside to dumpster bin.

 

At 2:45PM, Hubby got home with Tater. Tater went out to potty. Wilson kinda sadly went out with him. Wilson is still not feeling well.

We left at 3:15PM to go get IV Infusions.

TUESDAY / LAST NIGHT HAD NIGHTMARE/ GARBAGE DAY / WALMART / PEDICURES

TUESDAY 

10-18-2022

 

Black Cat Sage jumped on the bed at 3AM and rubbed on me for a long time. Then she slept next to my head until 4AM

Up at 4AM to potty. 

I had a nightmare that Hubby had a stroke at the Shop and I had to call 911.

Up at 5AM to get up and dressed. 

I went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby.

We were watching morning Vegas News on TV.

I transferred $ from Quickbooks to Bank.

I rinsed out the last egg nog container and took it out to the garbage bin on the street.

I made the bed. I put away clean clothes & towels.

 

I put Tater's clean cover on his dog bed.

Hubby made breakfast eggs for the dogs and fed them.

Hubby cleaned cat litter. 

 

We drove to Walmart in the FMF and left the dogs at home. We got groceries with the new Aetna pre-paid card and our Healthy Benefits card. 

 

At home, we put away groceries.

Hubby started the turkey breast with vinegar in the crockpot. He said at 2 hours when the alarm goes off, to turn it down to Low and cut off the string holding the turkey breast together.

Hubby & Tater left at 8:30AM.

I tried to do bookwork, but felt like a zombie. Took ONE prednisone. DAMN. I hate doing that.

At 10AM, the previous USPS lady came and dropped off some boxes at the front door. I thanked her. Then I remembered that she left before last year and we did not get a chance to give her a Xmas Bonus. So I grabbed my keys for the mailbox and walked down there. Gave her $50 and told her how much we missed her. She is only back for 1 week while the other guy is out on vacation.

I went back to the house and Hubby called me about an AFX Motorsports order. 

The Google Home alarm went off and I cut off the turkey breast string, then turned the crockpot to Low.

I watched The Mentalist for a while. Wilson went in and out. 

I finally got out of my ZOMBIE state (from the Lupus) at 1:30PM. 

Finally did some bookwork.

Nice day outside. High of 83F degrees.

Hubby & Tater got home at 3:30PM.

 

I changed clothes. We left the dogs at home. 

 

Drove the Jeep  to drop off UPS returns. Some crazy guy driving really fast thru the parking lot.

 

Then I drove the Jeep to the Nail place to get Pedicures. As we were parking, there was a guy that Hubby knew coming out of the building. There were over 6 people getting pedicures, so the owner told us to come back at 6PM.

We went home. Hubby had turkey dinner.

We let the dogs outside.

Then at 5:30PM, we went back to the Nail place. I drove and parked. There were still 4 people in the pedicure stands.

The owner waved us back and I sat at the very far one. It made LOTS of noise as it filled with hot water. I thought I would be electrocuted. The water did NOT stay warm. 

The owner was REALLY harsh on my feet, jabbing. She dug some dirt out from under my big toenail and I thought she dug out skin. Then when she scraped the bottoms of my dry feet, it dug in. Instead of the polish I brought in, I picked a blue one they had. But she came over and said she did not have it! She gave me another that was NO WHERE near the color I wanted. By the time we were finally done at 7:30PM, I was sore. My feet were dryer than when I came in to the shop. 

I told Hubby that we are NOT going back there if the Owner works on me. Yuck.

Hubby drove home because it was dark.

Dogs were excited to see us home. 

We sat on the patio outside. Then we watched 1 episode of Scrubs. Both of us took Melatonin and went to bed.

MONDAY / TOO TIRED / CHASE VISA FRAUD

Up at 5:45AM. I went potty. Came back to bed. Chatted with hubby. Listened to Puddles Pity Party on Google Home speaker.

 

Dogs got up. We all got up. Hubby let dogs out. I got dressed.

Went to the kitchen to make latte for Hubby. Eggnog with nutmeg. Hubby made the bed. 

 

I transferred money from Quickbooks to Bank.

 

I vacuumed the cat litter.

 

I cleaned the cat litter scoop.

 

Hubby loaded boxes from Rough Country that had been delivered yesterday to the house. 

 

Hubby & Tater left for the shop at 8:30AM. I kissed and waved them goodbye.

 

I called Hubby to let him know that I almost vacuumed up some poop that had fallen off Wilson's butt and he said he was going to the bank.

 

I put away clean clothes. 

 

I watched TV - The Mentalist. I got tired. 

 

I slept on the sofa for a while.

 

I was going to pay my Chase Visa card payment and found a fraud charge on it from BVL PTD LTD so I called their Fraud Department and spoke with Iiasha. They will send a new card out. 

I did bookwork.

Hubby & Tater got home at 5:00PM.

Hubby made dinner for himself. I had a small piece of chicken. Gave some chicken to Rattler cat & Wilson. 

I took a shower, washed my hair. Hubby brought Wilson into the shower as I was finishing. I washed him really good and put conditioner on him. I used a brush to get his excessive hair off.

Had to use paper towels to get all the black hair from Wilson out of the shower. Then Hubby took a shower and cleaned Tater. I helped dry Tater off afterwards. Then Tater went outside with Wilson and ran around in the back yard. He dried quickly.

Hubby dried Wilson with a towel then let him outside. I got toweled off and then dressed. Then went outside to blow-dry Wilson. I combed him while drying him; a LOT of fur came off him.

We sat on the patio listening to Bond Music from 8PM to 10PM.

We went inside. We watched Scrubs for a while. Then went to bed. I took 4 Melatonin and 1 Sleeping pill. It did not help. It took a LONG time for me to fall asleep.

SUNDAY / BAKING / CLEAN FLOORS / HUBBY RETURNS TRUCK & TRAILER

10-16-2022

 

 

Up at 6:30AM. 

 

Sage kitty had curled into my neck, pillow, & Tater's butt last night. Slept next to me for a long time.

 

Then I woke and Wilson was in the same spot. He kept nudging me until I petted his belly.

 

Then the dogs got up to potty. Hubby let dogs out.

 

I got dressed. 

Went to the kitchen to make lattes. Then I made baked eggs in the oven. Hubby put potatoes in the oven. Then he warmed up his ribs he bought. 

I cleaned up breakfast dishes and put them in the dishwasher.

We sat down to watch the Long Boat show - Cruising the Cut. 

I got up to put away dishes. Then I vacuumed. Hubby cleaned the cat litter. 

Clint called so Hubby had to go pick up parts from him. 

I mopped the floors. Got all hot & sweaty.

Hubby dropped off the trailer, unloaded parts at the shop, and took Jose's truck to the car wash. 

I changed shirts because I was soaking wet. Put away the mop, started more clothes in the washer & dryer. Put more dirty dishes in the dishwasher. 

Dogs wanted out. Hubby called to tell me to meet him at Jose's lot.

I drove the new Jeep down to Jose's lot & drove in, but did not see him. He was over talking with Oscar. Hubby got into the truck and we talked to Oscar. 

Drove home. Stopped to get the mail. I was in so much pain that I could not get my leg up to get into the Jeep. I walked from the mailbox, Hubby got out and drove it to the garage.

 

At home, I put away clean clothes. Started the dishwasher again.

 

I took some more Prednisone. Hubby was in pain from his hip. 

 

We watched some TV. Then we sat on the patio and listened to music. People walked by our house. 

 

SUNSET SUNDAY NIGHT

 

 

At 8PM we came inside because the flies got so bad. 

 

We watched a Documentary about The Music of 007. It was interesting.

 

I took Hubby's sleeping pill and some Melatonin. I got sleepy right away.

  

Hubby was falling asleep on the sofa so I told him to go to bed.  

I rubbed Hubby in bed his iliacus, psoas major, rectus femoris and sartorius were hurting.

 

Put some pain cream on his leg. He said it felt better.

 

We listened to music on Google and fell asleep.

 

I had nightmares of crashing planes all night.

 

 

SATURDAY / MOAPA CAR SHOW RANCHERO / TICKETED BY COP / MESQUITE PANCAKE BREAKFAST

SATURDAY

10-15-2022

Up at 6AM. I hurt and still felt exhausted.

Made the bed. Got dressed.

Went to kitchen to make latte for Hubby. I had milk.

Hubby cleaned cat litter. 

We left the dogs at home and took Jose's truck & Hubby's enclosed trailer to Moapa Car Show.

Got there and I crawled into the Ranchero to unload it. Hubby drove it to park it.

We got registered. Met some people from Mesquite. 

Left the park and Hubby got pulled over by the police as he did not make a complete Stop at a sign. He ran the license, plates, and truck registration. The trailer plates were expired. Had to wait a long time. Police told him to give the judge registration for the trailer - no ticket. 

We drove to Mesquite, went to the Fire Department and had free breakfast. Hubby donated $. Pancakes, Sausage, Bacon, Hashbrowns, Eggs, Milk/OJ/Coffee.

Then we left. Hubby had talked to the Fire Chief about donating next year.. 

Drove home. 

Unloaded t-shirt & bag. Gave treats to the dogs. Loaded dogs into FMF and drove to the dog park. No other dogs there, but Tater ran around. He got tired. Wilson ran a little bit. Then some asshole came to the little dog park behind us without a dog and sat to smoke. We had to leave.

Drove to the shop and picked up the license for the trailer. Drove home.

At home, gave the dogs some treats. Hubby put the license on the trailer. I picked up dog poo, walked to get the mail at the box, put laundry into the dryer. Changed my jeans. 

Hubby sat down on the sofa to rest until we have to leave to go pick up the Ranchero again.

We left at 1PM to drive Jose's truck & our trailer back down to Overton Park. Got there right at 2PM. No tickets this time!

Hung around for awards. Some guy got TWO awards!

 

We loaded the car. I crawled out the window. Then opened the side door for Hubby so he could get out.

 

Hubby tied the car down (one of the tie downs broke the floor board).

 

We went to Smith's for milk & groceries. Found some CHIPPED CREAM BEEF for Hubby. Then we drove home.

 

Parked in front of the house again. Hubby brought groceries inside. I put them away. I put away clean clothes. 

 

We gave treats to the dogs.

 

We sat down on the sofa to watch TV. 

 

Both of us were exhausted and could not take the dogs to the dog park again.

 

At 8PM, I took Hubby's sleeping pill and went to bed. Up again to let the dogs out. Hubby was sitting outside. 

 

I woke at Midnight and took ANOTHER sleeping pill. 

FRIDAY / BEAVER DAM DMV TITLE TO OMNI /

 FRIDAY

10-14-2022

 

 

Up at 6AM. Hubby was making banging noises in the kitchen.

 

He warmed up dog egg breakfast and fed dogs. He let them out for potty.

 

I got up. Hubby helped make bed. I was in LOTS OF PAIN.

 

Took a prednisone to help me get moving.

Hubby vacuumed and cleaned cat litter. 

I went outside and picked up dog poo.

Hubby and I left for Beaver Dam. Hubby drove the Jeep. We took all the paperwork for the OMNI RV so that we could get the Title. The title should arrive in a week!

We got there just a few minutes after they opened. Helped by a guy named Taylor who also owns a 1993 Jeep. He and Hubby talked for a while. We got all the paperwork done. It only cost $4!

Left there and Hubby drove to the shop. He was on the phone with Jose, and Mike at the shop next door trying to get a trailer to haul his Ranchero to Moapa this weekend.

Hubby got to the shop at 8:10AM. I drove the Jeep home. Still not feeling very good. The Prednisone pills are not working very well anymore...

I got home. Gave Tater and Wilson a little treat of chicken meat. 

I did bookwork until 1:30PM.

 

Hubby had me order parts from Harvey's. 

I did laundry and dishes. Put away clean laundry & dishes. 

I watched some TV- Cold Case.

I let Tater & Wilson in and out several times. 

I walked down to get the mail.

Had to wear my knee brace on my right leg today as it was "clicking" and hurting again.

 

 

THURSDAY / SUN CITY CRAFT FAIR / GREEK FOOD BAD

THURSDAY

OCTOBER 13 2022

 

 

Up at 6AM. I was still exhausted. Lots of nightmares all night.

 

Made the bed. Went to the kitchen to make latte for hubby.

 

I put dirty clothes in the laundry and started the washing.

 

I cleaned up breakfast dishes and started the dishwasher.

Hubby took Tater to work today. They left at 8:30AM.

I did bookwork.

 

Went into our bedroom this morning, and found Robert asleep BEHIND the dog bed. He has never done this before!

 

Then I watched TV.

I rode down on my motorcycle at 12:30PM to see the Sun City Craft Fair. It was not that great. Lots of people doing knitting/crochting blankets, crafts that people learn from the center and try to sell- pottery, stained glass. Not very much baked goods. It was disappointing again. I am not going next year.

I rode back. 

Watched TV.

 

While putting away clean clothes, I found that Robert & Sage were on our bed together.

Hubby got home with Tater at 4:30PM. He brought home Gyros from the Greek Restaurant. But after I ate mine (with Baklava), I felt awful for the rest of the night. Heavy heartburn.

While I stayed home with the dogs, Hubby took the FMF and drove to pick up some parts from Clint from Moto Zoo at Smith's. Clint's wife was with him. Hubby wants to take them out for dinner as a repaying his dropping parts off all the time.

We watched The Prestige which I rented from Amazon. 

I went to bed early.

Hubby stayed up longer, then he washed Tater in the shower and came to bed. I was already asleep when they came to bed.
