SATURDAY 

12-31-2022

Up at 8AM. Rattler walked on me. Tater licked my face. Hubby threw Wilson on the bed and he landed on my knee. 

Hubby sang "Happy Birthday" song while he held the cupcake and candle. I blew out the candle and made a wish.

I got up and dressed. Went to the kitchen to make lattes. Made Hubby a JackHammer. 

Hubby had already fed the dogs and let them out for potty.

Then we sat on the sofa to watch Hubby's automotive shows. But customer Wayne called from last night and said that his truck had stalled down by the Eureka. (actually his daughter was calling as her dad forgot his cell phone)

So Hubby left in the FMF at 8AM and 3 hours later at 11AM he finally came back. They had been waiting for AAA to come, but Hubby finally called the tow truck driver himself.

I made the bed. I vacuumed. I cleaned out the cat litter. I started laundry. I started the dishwasher. 

I then put away dishes after they were cleaned. I put away laundry after it was done. 

I picked up dog poo outside. 

Hubby got back home. We made sausage bisquick balls but Hubby said they tasted bland.

We left the dogs at home at took the Jeep which I drove to Jose's lot and sat in his truck with the Platinum edition seats. They are much better and more comfortable.

Then we drove to Scenic where Hubby got lottery tickets. I drove back to Mesquite where we stopped at Smith's to get fuel (because he had Wayne's phone number and it should have worked to get his discount, but it did not) White Boys Taco truck was there in the parking lot so we stopped and got tacos and a BBQ bowl. 

We drove to the Car Wash by the Interstate and drove thru. It did not clean very well which we discovered we returned home.

Took the food inside. Gave turkey meat treats to the dogs. Let them out for potty.

We had lunch. The rice was DELICIOUS. With a guacamole sauce on top of it. The BBQ/Macaroni bowl was not bad. The tacos with brisket were not very good.

We watched Luther on Pluto TV. I fell asleep on Hubby's lap.

Woke up at 5PM. It was dark outside. 

Hubby watched Automotive shows. 

 

I took down Xmas ornaments from the tree.

Chewy delivered the dog/cat food that I ordered only yesterday.

 

We stayed up until Midnight to celebrate 2023.

 

Went to bed at 12:15AM.

Rattler kept trying to open drawers all night. We kept yelling at him. Then he tried to sleep on my chest and I batted him away. He miaowed loudly at me!

 

Tater stole all my blankets and I woke up freezing. He would not move so I left the bed. I got the other comforter and went to the living room sleeping on the sofa for the rest of the night.

At 5AM, I woke up freezing again. I had cramps all over. I went back to bed. With just a few sheets to cover me. 

I got up and made lattes in the kitchen.

Hubby had already been up and made breakfast eggs for dogs.

We let the dogs out for potty.

Some people walked the sidewalk across the street with FIVE (5) dogs! Tater growled.

We watched morning news on TV. SW Airlines is still a mess. Lots of luggage everywhere.

Hubby got ready to go down to the Shop. He took the Carhartt jackets in XL and L for himself and Casey so that Clark County Printing can put Logos on them.

Hubby left in his new Dually. Tater had to stay home today because it was only going to be a high of 50 today. He would get cold.

 

I put dirty laundry in washer and started it.

 

I had chicken salad for breakfast with Nanogreens.

 

I cleaned up kitchen and put dirty dishes in dishwasher then started it.

 

I did bookwork.

 

I watched TV for a while. Surfed my iPhone. Found out they got the guy that murdered the 4 North Idaho college students.  

I took pictures of Xmas ornaments as I put them away. Very dark inside the house so the pictures are not coming out very well.

 

WHO TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS? Where did the sun go in Nevada. Feels like we are living in Idaho for winter.

 

Getting colder outside. I picked up dog poo. 

I changed into a sweater to go get my nails done. I will have Andy put on a new set. Paint them dark red.

Got there early to my nail appointment. Had a new set put on. Then Andy painted them. I left and drove home. Hubby was already home. I backed the Jeep into the garage.

Hubby changed clothes. I changed into black jeans and a tan sweater. I am so fat. 

Then we left the dogs at home listening to easy music and drove to the Eureka for our 5:30 reservation. Hubby drove as it was dark already. We got a parking place on the corner. Some people we walking past our Jeep and Hubby took the keys out of his pocked and BEEPED the door locks. It scared the people.

We went inside and were seated at a table. Oscar & Geri were in the very back room of the dining area and saw us. Oscar walked in and surprised Hubby. He had a wine glass and talked to us for quite a while. Finally, Geri came in on her walker (she had recently had knee surgery) and took him back to their table.

For dinner, I had several Kahlua & Creams but did not get drunk. Hubby had a couple Margaritas. He said they were good. 

We ordered appetizers instead of a meal. Got Shrimp cocktail to share. Hubby requested butter, but the shrimps did not absorb the butter because they were cold. HUGE shrimp. Then I got French Onion soup and Hubby got Clam Chowder. He had also ordered Crab Cakes and I wanted Seared Scallops. But the scallops were raw and in some weird jelly sauce. We had them bag it up and take it home. Just before we left, the waiter brought out Crème Brûlée for my birthday. It was nice. I had a bite. Hubby ate most of it.

We paid and left.

 

As we were walking out to the Jeep, Hubby checked his pockets for the keys and could not find any! He had lost them. We looked everywhere. Hubby had the staff in the restaurant look. I went back inside to look. Hubby called Casey (who was at the shop still) and he was going to have Casey drive to the house for the spare keys. But Hubby went inside one more time to see if Oscar had taken the keys. Hubby came back out and said he found them up against the wall. Thank goodness. 

We called Casey to let him know we had the keys. Then we drove home.

I had gotten tired just before we finished dinner. I was exhausted. Like a light-switch. This disease is exhausting.

Gave dogs some snacks when we got home. 

Hubby gave the scallops and crab to the cats. 

We watched a little TV and went to bed at 9PM

Up at 6:30AM. 

 

Hubby was already up on the sofa watching Automotive shows. He had already let the dogs out and made breakfast for them.

 

I made lattes. 

 

Then we watched some morning news. 

 

I went to the office and transferred $ from Quickbooks to Bank.

 

I put dirty clothes in washer and started it. 

I cleaned up breakfast dishes and started dishwasher.

Hubby cleaned up cat litter.

 

 

STORM OVER MOUNTAINS

Some guys were doing clean up on the road behind the house and the dogs kept barking at them.

 

I put away clean clothes. 

I put away clean dishes. 

Tried to do macrame, but it was way too dark today. Try again when the sun is shining.

Put all the Xmas decor on the dining room table to load into Totes.

Hubby & the dogs got up really early. I rolled over and slept a little longer. Have a great, weird dream in 30 minutes. Some old man ran into our house and ripped open the walls down the office & living room. Tore up our back yard doing a donut and flipped his car on its roof! Crushed his wife and dog. GPS said they were going to the Vet! It was a great dream. The insurance agent totaled our house and let us build a new one! LOL.

Up at 6:30AM. Made the bed. Got dressed.

Went to the kitchen to make lattes. Last of the eggnog for Hubby.

Hubby was watching Automotive shows.

We watched morning News. Lots of suitcases in all the airports due to the recent storm, holiday, and airlines cancelling!

I transferred $ from Quickbooks to Bank.

I did some bookwork.

I put all the dirty clothes in the washer. I cleaned up breakfast dishes and put dishes in dishwasher.

Hubby left at 8:30AM. 

 

STORM OVER MOUNTAINS

 

I did more bookwork. Did laundry. Put away clean clothes. Put away clean dishes. I picked up dog poo.

Hubby got home at 3PM. He had a quick snack and then we left the dogs at home and I drove the Jeep to IV Infusion.

We parked on the side of the building because the sand was wet & muddy from the recent rain.

 

Only Eric & Ana were there at Enliven. Hubby needs to gt more testosterone, but he had forgotten to text Rodney.

Hubby got finished with his infusion before I did. I had the Plavix extra bag. So Hubby went to Walmart to deposit a check at America First CU. Then he got milk.

I had to call him several times - he had turned off his phone. He finally came to pick me up at 4:50PM. It was dark. Hubby drove home.

At home, we unloaded groceries. I made hot lattes for us. 

Then we sat down to watch TV. Hubby had forgotten the light in the garage & left the Jeep door open with one of the gallons of milk in the Jeep. I had to remind him to get it.

We watched the first of the series of Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy UK series. 

Found out there is a new season of Letterkenny. We will watch it later.

Up at 7AM. Hubby was still sitting on the sofa. 

 

He got up to let the dogs out and make breakfast eggs for them. 

 

I got dressed and went to the kitchen to make lattes. 

I transferred $ from Quickbooks to Bank.

 

Then we watched morning News on TV. Lots of rain predicted for rest of week & weekend. 

 

Hubby cleaned cat litter. Garbage cans were already out.

 

I opened the front door and garbage man drove by picking up cans. I quickly put $20 in an envelope to give him for Xmas. I had forgotten. I brought Dawn & Garry's can inside the fence. I brought our garbage can behind the fence. Stopped him in the road and handed him Xmas card.  

Then Hubby left for the shop. Put Tater's grey sweatshirt on him. Tater went with Hubby to shop. They took the new Tan Dually.

I did bookwork.

I put away clean clothes. 

I picked up dog poo.

I put away clean dishes.

Hubby got home late at 5PM after stopping off at the DMV to register the white truck. It was over $800 for license and title and registration fees. NV is off the wall expensive.

We watched a new episode of The Cleaner and another episode of Outlaws.

Then I went to bed at 9PM after taking a Benadryl.

Hubby stayed up to watch Automotive shows.

MONDAY / HUBBY GOES TO SHOP

Up at 6:45AM.

 

I heard Hubby making breakfast eggs for the dogs in the kitchen.

 

I got up and dressed. Made the bed.

 

Tater had thrown up some plastic toy he ate yesterday. Hubby said he would clean it later. 

 

I sat for a while on the sofa while Hubby had his breakfast. Rattler cat sat on my lap.

 

Then I got up and made lattes.  

I cleaned up the kitchen. 

 

I went out to pick up dog poo.

Hubby cleaned cat litter.

Then Hubby decided to stay home today. I took off his shoes, put up his recliner, covered him with a blanket. He started snoring while he was watching Shaun the Sheep.

Got a phone call from customer and he needed repair today. Hubby called Casey to see if he wanted to work.

Took Hubby over to Wayne's to drop off the FMF so he could get around. His truck will be taken to the shop for repair. AAA will deliver his truck to the shop.

Came home and dropped off Hubby. He drove to shop in new tan Dually.

I did bookwork. Cleaned up kitchen breakfast dishes and started dishwasher. Put clean clothes in dryer.

SUNDAY / XMAS DAY / DOG PARK / UTV RIDE

12-25-2022

 

 

Sweaty all night. Hubby had heat turned down to 69F but it was still too warm. Pain and aches all night from yesterday's ride in that fucking awful truck.

Up at 830AM. 

Hubby got up to let dogs outside for potty.

He made them breakfast eggs. 

I made the bed and dressed.

 

Immediately went to the kitchen to take 3 Prednisones. It started working about an hour later when I felt a little bit better. Less inflammation.

 

 

 

I made lattes. Hubby had his burrito.

 

Then we opened presents. 

 

Afterwards, cleaned up the boxes & wrapping.

 

 

 

Hubby made bacon & stuffing roll-ups. Kinda burnt some. 

 

Neighbor was out front. Said Hi to her & Merry Xmas. We took the dogs to the Dog Park at 12:30-1:30PM. Tater ran with some dogs at the fence.

 

We left and returned home. Hubby gave Tater a bath outside because he was filthy.

 

Hubby filled the UTV tires with his new Pancake Air compressor that I had ordered from Harbor Freight and it came yesterday.

 

Then we drove in the UTV up on the Mesa.

 

It was a wonderfully warm day at 69F. 

Saw the horses on the Mesa. After Hubby went over a really bad crevasse, my chest started hurting just like yesterday. He drove around carefully after that. We went all the way around the mesa and saw one of his customers. Then we drove off the mesa and home.

We made snacks to sit down and eat at 4PM after we got back from the ride. Oscar visited the house to bring over pumpkin roll from Reuben Sr & Hallie. Then he talked for quite a while. He left his girlfriend in the car! He showed us his welding pictures, he looked at the Xmas tree that Hubby made, we showed him the new truck.

Awake at 6AM. 

 

Hubby got up and I stayed in bed until 6:30AM.

 

Hubby went to the kitchen to make breakfast eggs for the dogs.

 

I got up and dressed. Hubby had to bring my clothes from the dryer. 

 

I went to the kitchen to make Hubby an Eggnog latte. It was too hot. Microwaved at the same time, but got too hot. I cooled it down with cold eggnog milk.

 

Hubby cleaned cat litter. 

 

I put dirty clothes in washer. I started washing machine.

 

I cleaned up breakfast dishes. I started dishwasher.

 

Hubby took the Blue Dually to the shop so he can store it inside there. 

 

He left at 8:30AM after getting wrapping paper out of the FMF for me to wrap presents today.

 

After he left, I noticed that his phone was still here, so I left the dogs in the house. Grabbed my purse and phone. Drove the Jeep to the shop. He was getting OUT of the new Dually and told me he left his KEYS to the shop at home.

 

SNOW IN THE MOUNTAINS

 

Hubby hopped in the Jeep and we drove to McDonalds so I could get breakfast sandwiches. Bought 2 for $5 egg, cheese, & sausage sandwiches and hashbrowns. Left a tip for the clerk and she did not even say thank you!

 

Then we drove back to the shop. There was a customer waiting and Hubby did not have keys to get inside. Chris & Casey were not there yet!

I drove home to get his keys. I got his wad of keys from the FMF in the console. Then I got his FMF keys from the cabinet. I drove BACK to the shop and gave him his keys. Casey & Chris were there crawling all over inside the new truck to check it out!

I drove BACK HOME. There was a cop by the water plant on Falcon Ridge that was radaring. Two vehicles beside decided they had to GO FASTER and sped by me as I was doing 35!

I got home and warmed up my breakfast sandwich. I gave the other sandwich to the dogs. 

I put laundry in the dryer.

 

I put away clean laundry.

 

I wrapped presents. 

 

I did bookwork.

 

I picked up dog poo in back yard.

 

At 2:45PM, I left to go pick up Hubby so we could deliver the rest of the Snowmen presents.

 

I got to the shop and had to wait for Hubby to deal with customers. I hung up hats. 

 

Then I took a check to deposit at America First. 

 

I drove back to the shop. We finally left in the Jeep to deliver more Snowmen to Irl/Kathy and Sharon C. Then we drove home.

Gave the dogs treats. Hubby moved his Gray Dually to the driveway.

 

Chris came over and we gave him Snowman candle, snowman ornament for his girlfriend. We saw his dog. 

 

We watched TV all night. Mostly Star Trek Original and Have Gun Will Travel.  

Stupid idiots started shooting off fireworks again.

 

Went to bed at 10PM.

Awake at 6:35AM. Stayed in bed until 7AM. Hubby had taken Benadryl at 1AM when he got up with Wilson who had to poop outside.

I had taken a sleeping pill last night and could not wake up.

I got dressed and went to the kitchen where I made lattes. 

Hubby made breakfast eggs for the dogs. 

 

We watched morning News for a while. BOMB STORM Elliot striking the NW and Midwest with negative temperatures, blizzards, massive blowing wind. 

 

Hubby cleaned cat litter. 

 

I cleaned up breakfast dishes and started dishwasher.

 

I put dirty clothes in washer and started it. 

 

Hubby & Tater left for the shop at 8:30AM. Put Tater's collar and red/black sweatshirt on him.

 

I picked up dog poo. Hubby called 2X to find out about nFlow return/refund. 

 

I did bookwork. Paid Sales tax. 

I made Sugar Candy Popcorn.

I made Peppermint Candy Bark. 

I was tired and sat down for a while.

Hubby called and said both of the trucks were in at the Ford Dealership.

Hubby came home at 1PM so that we can go pick out the color truck that we want at the Ford Dealership because both trucks are now at the Dealership!

We left the dogs at home. We drove to MACU to deposit $. Then we went to America First to get checks for the checking account to pay for the trucks.

It took from 2PM to 4:30PM to get the trucks paid for and paperwork done. 

We decided to keep the Stone Gray truck. It is prettier than the obnoxious Blue.

I drove home in the Jeep. Hubby drove the Grey Dually home. Then I took Hubby back down to the Ford Dealership where he got the Blue Dually (parked outside the dealership as it was already closed). Hubby had forgotten his iPhone at the Dealership office. Fortunately, the salesman left his phone in the Blue Dually. I drove home and parked the Jeep in the garage. Hubby followed me home and parked the new Dually in the driveway.

Hubby made pasta for us. 

We watched the new Prime show OUTLAWS with Christopher Walken for a while. Then I did some bookwork.

I had some heart pain issues and had Hubby get me a Nitro pill. It instantly gave me a headache. 

I sat and watched Star Trek Original for a while. 

Then I made Puppy Chow. Melted the chocolate/peanut butter/butter on the stove, then put powdered sugar in a bag and shook it over the Rice Chex outside on the patio. I got all covered in sugar. 

I cleaned up the kitchen afterwards. Then I had to take a bath from all the sticky powdered sugar. 

I took a sleeping pill and went to bed at 9PM.

Up at 6AM. I got dressed and went to the kitchen to make lattes. 

 

Made an eggnog latte for Hubby.

 

Hubby had been up since 4AM and could not sleep. He was sitting on the sofa. He let the dogs outside for potty. Then he warmed up breakfast eggs for them.

 

I went to the office to deposit $, but there was nothing from yesterday.

 

I washed my hair. I need to order new shampoo and conditioner. 

I cleaned up breakfast dishes and started dishwasher.

Put all the dirty clothes in washer and washed them.

 

We watched morning news on TV. Then Hubby got dressed. He made the bed. 

 

Hubby left at 8:30AM for the shop.

 

I worked on Xmas Dominoes. 

 

Washed my jeans separately. Then put away clean clothes from the dryer.

I popped popcorn to make candy. I broke out the candy canes to make white chocolate & peppermint candy.

I polished my toes with a new color - Midnight in Moscow. 

I got really tired and started hurting. 

 

Hubby came home at 2:30PM. I walked down to get mail and saw him driving in the driveway. Then a minivan pulled in front of our house. It was Kerry & Shauna. They brought over a present. It was Paint markers in a box and a drawing pad from Kerry with a coloring book & a pinecone ornament with a little bird in a bird nest on it. Very cute.

 

We had to leave to get IV Infusions. They used different arms. Cindy was not there, but Erica & Ana were there. I gave them the Domino ornaments that had snowmen on them.

 

Janet texted me and said that she had left something on the front porch.

 

We drove home at 4:30PM. Hubby got the Kettle Corn in a bag that Janet had left on the front porch. 

 

I photocopied all the checks. We wrote up a new invoice for Ralph O.

 

Hubby sat on the sofa to take a nap. We turned up the heat because both of us are freezing cold.

 

Ralph called and talked with Hubby for a while.

 

Clint called at 5:30PM and we drove the FMF to Smith's picking up parts.

Then we went to Smith's and got Xmas food. Milk, Mac-n-Cheese, Turkey Breast, Coconut Shrimp, Grapes, Chocolate Milk, Infused Pepsi. 

Came home and gave turkey meat treats to the dogs. Then we sat down and watched TV.

 

TUESDAY/ COOKIES / DELILVER SNOWMEN TO FRIENDS & NEIGHBORS

Up at the crack of dawn so Hubby can drive to St George to pick up something for the shop.

 

I am still upset at him because he ruins Xmas every year. He really hates Xmas. I used to love it, but his attitude depresses me so much that I am upset now.

 

The snowmen are still not delivered. 

I was going to be excited about baking cookies and making bars/popcorn, but I can't even get any enthusiasm about that now.

I got up and dressed. Went to the kitchen to make lattes. 

 

Xmas kitty sage is obsessed with the tree and the lights. She was sitting under the tree again this morning.

Hubby took Tater with him to St George.

 

I took the dough for the cookies out of the fridge and rolled them in powdered sugar and baked them.

Hubby got back at 9:09AM. He brought Tater inside. I took Tater's collar and red/black sweatshirt off him. 

Tater went outside to potty with Wilson.

Hubby left. I had given him the Fastenal app & a return postal tag for Motobilt.

I cleaned up around the house. I put away clean clothes. I put away clean dishes. 

Picked up dog poo.

Watched TV. 

Hubby got home at 3PM. We put together all the snowmen in the Xmas bags he bought this morning. I signed Xmas cards. Then we delivered them thru the neighborhood. Instead of Roger & Mary Ellen, we went to their old address and I think I gave it to a total stranger! LOL

We drove to Walmart to get more baking goods for making Xmas candy. Saw Dave & Carmen as we walked into the store. Carmen told Hubby about winning $500 in the Bingo last night. 

We got groceries.Came home and unloaded groceries.

Hubby watched Automotive shows. Then he fell asleep for a while on the sofa.

Up at 6AM. 

 

REALLY cold this morning. In the 40sF.

 

I went potty, got dressed, and went to the kitchen to make lattes. 

 

Hubby had already put the dogs out for potty. Then he warmed up breakfast eggs for them.

 

I went to the office computer and transferred $ from Quickbooks to Bank.

 

Then Hubby cleaned cat litter. 

 

Robert was melting off the table. He looked funny.

We made the bed. Tater kept jumping on it while we were making it. Hubby had to put drops in his ears as he was shaking his head so much. There were red bumps in his right ear. 

 

Hubby got dressed. I put dirty laundry in washer and started it.

 

I cleaned up breakfast dishes and started dishwasher.

 

We sat down to watch morning news. Sage chased a light from our iPhone around the carpet. She sat under the Xmas tree again.

Hubby started the FMF so it would be warm. We thought Tater could go to the Shop today with Hubby, but it was still in the mid-40s. Too cold for poor little dog. 

 

Tater & Wilson stayed home with me.

Then I  made Christmas Crinkle Cookies and put them in the fridge for overnight. 

Wilson and Tater kept going outside to sleep in the sun.

I did more bookwork. Then I put away clean clothes and clean dishes.

Hubby finally came home at 4:30PM. 

He sat on the sofa because his legs were hurting from standing all day on concrete. 

I wanted to go shopping at Walmart for groceries to make Xmas cookies and bars, but he got moody because he hates Xmas. 

So we had an argument where I sat on the bedroom all night and he fell asleep on the sofa.

 Slept late until 7:30AM. 

Hubby got up and made breakfast eggs for the dogs. 

I got up and dressed. Made the bed. 

I went to the kitchen to make lattes. 

Then we watched morning News. 

Hubby finally dressed and I put his dirty clothes in the washer and started it.

I cleaned up breakfast dishes and started the dishwasher.

Hubby painted the rest of the Snowmen. We brought them inside to dry and it stank up the house. 

 

We loaded the dogs into the FMF and drove to the Dog Park. Tater played with a 7 month old Cane Corso male mastiff that was dark colored brindle. Then there were 2 little dogs that the owner played ball with that ran so fast with Tater. We left because Tater was starting to pant & get tired.

 

Drove home. 

Finished painting the orange noses on the Snowmen.

We put away clean clothes and dishes.

It must have been the Sunday to Share with neighbors. Our snowmen were still drying...

Chris brought over her caramels, peanut clusters, peanut brittle, and candy.

Judy brought over a cute fake mini desert plant display. I gave Judy a Snowman.

Dawn brought over candy and cookies. I gave Dawn one of the Snowmen.

 

We watched Wild Wild West for a while.

 

I took a nap at 3PM to 4PM.

 

We snacked on all the food everybody brought. 

Hubby made dinner for us - he had leftovers and made me chicken salad on a croissant. 

 

Hubby put his glasses on Tater. Makes Tater look SO smart!

Sage took up her spot under the Xmas tree. She does this every night now.

I took Benadryl and we went to bed at 9:15PM.

At 9:45PM, we heard a HUGE explosion and then immediately a smaller explosion. Thought it was maybe part of the the Mesa falling off. I texted Carmen and she said that LeeAnn thought she saw a light behind the house when it sounded. We could not see anything in the dark.

Awake at 6AM. Sage was still in my armpit. But Tater rolled over and she jumped down.

Dogs restless at 6:30AM. Hubby got up with them and let them outside.

I slept until 7:30AM.

Got out of bed and dressed. Made the bed.

Went to the kitchen to make lattes. Put Bailey's in Hubby's drink. We have to buy new Peppermint Schnapps at Lee's Liquors because the one Hubby bought at Walmart is GROSS. 

Hubby watched Ultimate Adventure Off Road on Motortrend then he put up lights in the garage. (for my Xmas present).

I started laundry in the washing machine. I put away dirty dishes and started dishwasher.

Tried to purchase KOH tickets online, but it has to be done by the ticketholder as they have to submit their own email. STUPID. Waste of time for me. 

I did bookwork.

Hubby installed lights in the garage as a Xmas present for me. It is SO BRIGHT out there now. I can see stuff.

Then we loaded the dogs into the FMF and drove to the Dog Park. There were 2 other dogs there, a Water Spaniel and some older dog. They all played together quite well and ran. Wilson even was perked up enough to run around on his own.

Drove to Ace Hardware and picked up some more eyelet screws 1/2". They only had 2 packages on the shelf.

Drove to Scenic to pick up lottery tickets.

Drove to Lee's Liquors where I waited in the car with the dogs while Hubby got some more DeKuyper's Peppermint Schnapps!

 

Then to Walmart. Left dogs in FMF while we shopped. Saw Jose there, working as usual. We got milk, bacon & stuffing for roll-ups, more eggnog, Mr Clean, and mac/cheese from the Deli.

We drove home and I unloaded dogs. Let them out back for potty.

Hubby brought the groceries inside and put them away. He started making bacon/stuffing roll-ups. Smells good in the house.

Dave brought over an Xmas gift that Carmen had made - pumpkin roll up with frosting and banana nut bread. 

XMAS GIFT FROM DAVE & CARMEN

I opened the mail. Got a billing from Farmer's Automotive insurance. I wrote a letter to them to cancel the policies. 

Also got ornaments I ordered from Etsy for the dogs.
