MONDAY
9-30-2019
I had been up at 3AM and went potty but could not seem to get back to sleep again. Everything was hurting. I was sweating. Robert kept pushing on me to pet him. Wilson was pushed up against my legs.
Got up at 6:30AM. Hubby was already up and making eggs.
I made lattes.
I did not feel like eating. Hubby fed Tater on the patio.
Tater and Wilson kept barking. Hubby put the collars on them and accidentally shocked Tater instead of hitting the vibration. Tater yelped and we took the collars off and comforted Tater.
Hubby left at 8AM to go down to the shop so he could work on his spoon, fork, knife animals for the upcoming Craft Fair at Sun City.
I vacuumed cat litter. Took the cat poo and dog poo to the garbage.
The guy came to fix the flagpole on the front of the house.
I put away clean clothes and put dirty clothes in the washer.
I started dishwasher and cleaned up dirty breakfast dishes.
Hubby got home. Took a shower.
We went to play Bingo at 4:30PM. Put dogs in the kennel.
They had sandwiches tonight. I got the cards and checked in; Hubby got additional cards.
Both of us were really close on a couple games, but Kerry was 1 number away from the Cover-All for about 3 rounds. She did not win. It was upsetting.
Went home afterwards.
Took dogs for a walk.
Went to bed at 10PM.

YARD WORK. MORE SICK
SUNDAY
9-29-2019
Got up at 7:30AM, heard dogs barking at neighbors outside.
I was too weak to make the bed.
Still body aches & pains. I took several aspirins.
I made lattes. Then sat on the sofa.
Hubby had already fed eggs to the dogs.
Hubby vacuumed. I went outside to take cat litter & dog poo to the garbage.
I had yogurt for breakfast.
Then at 10AM, we went out front and tore up the plants in the front yard that I hated. The spreading plants that made our yard look like a jungle.
Dave, the neighbor, came over to talk to Hubby.
Hubby worked in the back yard to pull out the two plants that Tater has been eating and the aloe vera that was buried under the palm tree. He fixed the drip water system.
We watched Downton Abbey for a while.
At 4PM, we took the Dually to the car wash.
Stopped at Wendy's to pick up sandwiches for the dogs.
Home by 6PM.
Watched TV. Went to bed at 10PM.

SICK ALL DAY
SATURDAY
9-28-2019
I got up at 6AM this morning when Hubby let the dogs outside and I heard them barking.
Made lattes. Then Hubby made eggs for dogs.
I had an apple for breakfast.
Felt tired and could hardly move all day. Body aches & pains. Difficult to think & concentrate.
I vacuumed. I dumped cat poo, picked up dog poo.
Hubby took off early to go wash the SXS.
I did laundry.
I cleaned the SXS headphones and Hubby's driving gloves.
Hubby got back.
We watched TV all day; Downtown Abbey.
I took several bathes to combat the body aches & pain.
I tried to take a nap, but could not sleep.
Took aspirin, then a marijuana gummy. Did not help.

HUBBY ON SXS RIDE/I GOT NEW IPHONE 11 PRO
FRIDAY
9-27-2019
Got up at 6:00AM when I heard the dogs outside barking.
Hubby was making stinky eggs & sausage to feed the dogs.
I started cleaning the house. Everything was dirty. The sun was pouring in the windows and I could see the cat litter on the floor and cat/dog hair everywhere.
I started laundry, put away clean laundry. Hubby picked up cat poo.
I picked up dog poo.
I vacuumed.
Hubby went to get fresh milk, apples, yogurt, and watermelon at Walmart because our milk had frozen (at the Ranch) and gone bad.
I started to transition my old phone iPhone 7 to my new iPhone 11 Pro;
Hubby went outside to the garage to bring in the dog kennel, Tater went outside with him and then ran down to Dave's house. He passed Dave in the garage (who was getting ready for a SXS run) and Carmen opened the door; Tater ran right inside their house. Carmen was not bothered, she just said "it's nice to have another dog in the house" (after they lost Buddy recently).
Hubby came back and told me all this. I could see that he really wanted to go on the SXS run with them, but I was not enthused. I did not want to eat dust again or go up to the Ranch on that road again. I told Hubby to "GO". I would stay home by myself.
I moved the Dually. Drove it up the hill and then came back to park it in front of the house.
Hubby called me on the cellphone and told me that there were about 10 SXS that were on the ride. He was very enthused.
Dogs were barking inside the house while we were outside. I came inside and continued to update my phone.
Hubby was gone all day.
I had to drag the dog kennel inside. Put the dogs in the kennel.
I drove the Dually down to get my nails done from 5:15PM-6:15PM.
Got back and let the dogs outside.
I watched Downtown Abbey.
Hubby got home at 8:30PM.
We went to bed at 10PM.

RETURN FROM ARAVADA SPRINGS
THURSDAY
9-26-2019
Both of us slept all the way thru the night; so did the dogs. They were very tired.
Hubby got up to feed the dogs.
I made lattes.
Hubby made oatmeal for breakfast. I had an apple.
I vacuumed up cat litter, picked up dog poo outside.
We sat around most of today because we felt sick. Both of us were suffering from body aches, pains, fever, lethargy.
Watched Downton Abbey for a while.
Hubby made some phone calls.
Call KR to give her SS #s for Life Insurance policy at her work.
I did some laundry. Put away laundry.
We sat on the patio in the back (now pulling away from the house so much that I can stick my whole hand down between the house and the patio concrete!-still have not heard anything back from Darryl about fixing the concrete) and Hubby talked to Dave & Carmen after they got home.
Hubby also talked to KR about how her job is going; he told her about our adventure on the Ranch.
Dogs sat with us on the patio for a while. Then the wind came up and we decided to go inside.
I put away more clothes.
We went to bed at 11PM.

COOKING FOR OUR CAMPING TRIP
saturday
9-21-2019
I got up at 8AM. Hubby and the dogs were up at 6:30AM. Hubby took the dogs outside to potty. They barked at a lot of people going by; then the home security guy next door at Mike's came by the look at the house.
Hubby made egg for breakfast. Then he went on a cooking spree for the camping trip to Aravada Springs this week. He made extra eggs for dogs, burritos for himself, chicken for me, baked carrots, cooked bacon.
I made lattes then sat on the courtyard to eat breakfast.
Then I started doing laundry.
Hubby finally got dressed at 9AM.
Hubby took the year date off the Camper.
Hubby called all the Storage customers to see if they wanted to renew for this year. Gary at the Marina wants to rent out 1/2 of the building.
I called Barclaycard as I had gotten several notifications from them due to Fraud. I did not have my card with me and had to wait until I returned home to call.
I talked with Abby, (every difficult to understand her) and they said they would alert as Fraud 2 charges, 1 of which came thru today for O'Reillys.
Dave came over and looked at the camper with Hubby. I took a nap.
Hubby, Dave, and John started talking outside. I decided I wanted to go swimming.
Put dogs in their kennel.
We went swimming at 2PM-3PM. It was wonderful weather. Sunny and warm.
Came back home at 3PM.
Everything hurt for me. I was extremely tired.
Took a hot bath at 7PM. I took 2 marijuana gummies.
We watched TV; Downton Abbey until 11PM.
Went to bed.

PICKING UP CAMPER
FRIDAY
9-20-2019
Got up at 7AM.
I made lattes.
Hubby fed eggs to dogs for breakfast.
I picked up dog poo.
Left at 7:30AM.
Stopped at the shop to unload things from the back of the pickup bed. Loaded Eric's trailer in the parking lot.
Passed Eric as he was coming to work. He had to go to the bank to get more money for the wheels tires that we were picking up for him.
Ran into Eric who said that he would meet us at Starbucks after he went to the bank.
Stopped at Starbucks and I ran inside to get the Sous Vide Egg Bites and Hubby's Spicy Chorizo Sandwich. But Sylvia, the Barista at Starbucks said they were out of the sandwich and gave me two egg/cheese/sausage biscuits instead.
Eric was out talking with Eric. We left and got on the road.
Stopped outside of St George. Hubby pottied. We walked the dogs. Wilson had been whining the whole way. We had even given them calm pills.
I ate my egg bites. We gave one of the sandwiches to the dogs.
Tater slept most of the way. Wilson whined the entire trip.
As we were getting into Salt Lake City metro area, it started raining. It was SO cold. About 52°; and neither of us had brought jackets or hoodies! I was still in my shorts. Hubby had worn his Frontier shirt and jeans. He was smart.
We got to Bluffdale about 2PM. Dropped the trailer off at the church, then went to Kim Kelso's house so that we could load the camper. Hubby paid him for it. He showed us everything on the camper while I filmed, so that we knew where everything was situated.
Then we left about 4PM. I had to potty badly. Hubby had to find the nearest Automotive store so that we could purchase an adapter for the lights on the camper/trailer. I found a NAPA store not too far away. Hubby purchased the adapter.
We walked the dogs.
Then drove to get food as both of us were STARVING. Drove down the road to the west and found FIVE GUYS. We walked the dogs, then left them in the truck while we ate. We brought 2 burgers out for them afterwards. It was SO cold. 52° and had been raining. Everything was wet. Lots of people were parking in the dirt lot we had parked within; they were going to eat at all the restaurants there.
We walked the dogs again around the area. There was a Lowe's next door. Hubby wanted to see if he could pull the camper & trailer out the side with the street light.
Loaded dogs into the Dually and took off again.
Both of us were cold and wanted a warm drink. I started looking for Starbucks. There was one close, but we could not get into it.
Got on the Interstate I-15, before we got on it, a truck pulled out in front of us with a black & golden lab in the truck bed. Very dangerous. We were afraid the dogs would fall out, but they finally turned off before the interstate.
Slow moving traffic on Interstate at 6PM. Got off at to get lattes.

WEDNESDAY
SEPTEMBER 18 2019
Got up at 7AM. Hubby said he had already been up and sitting outside since 3:30AM. He had seen somebody walking on the sidewalk at that time of morning.
Dogs barking and cats slamming cupboard doors woke me up.
I made the bed and then came to the kitchen to make lattes.
Hubby got dressed.
We sat on the courtyard to eat breakfast.
Hubby left at 7:35AM for his weekly UTV Club Breakfast meeting at The Golden West Casino.
I cleaned up breakfast dishes. I watered plants outside. Tater played in the water spray. He got completely soaked.
I picked up dog poo and took cat litter to the garbage dumpster.
I started laundry & dishes.
I updated my blog. I activated our ALLY credit card.
Brent with UPS came by and gave us a delivery of the Sun Visors for the Dually & Expedition. Finally.
Hubby got home at 3PM.
I got changed while Hubby went to get mail. When he returned, Kerry had come over with paints. I came out of the closet where I had been changing. Put the dogs outside. Then I showed her around the house. We talked a little while. Then I walked her out.
I finished getting ready and at 4:30PM, we went to play Bunco.
It was lots of fun. We took the Shrimp Ring that we purchased the other day for treats.
Chris, our neighbor, showed us the Scorpion that they had at their house.
We left at 7:30PM. We did not win any prizes.
Dave came over to borrow a Blue Light that we had so they can search their house for Scorpions. We walked around our house first to look for them, then we all went over to Dave's house. Hubby and Dave decided to go down to the waterfall to look for Scorpions. I stayed home with dogs.
Hubby got back after 30 minutes. We watched TV and went to bed at 10PM.

SLOT TOURNAMENT AND ST GEORGE TRIP
TUESDAY
9-17-2019
Got up at 7:30AM. I made the bed and opened the mini blinds.
Then I came out to the kitchen and made lattes.
Hubby was already dressed! He had emptied the cat litter and taken out the garbage dumpster.
I went outside with Wilson to pick up poo. Hubby took Tater out with him to the garage. Tater ran away to play with Cosmo when the family when walking by the house. Cosmo & Tater played. Hubby had to carry Tater back to the house.
I sat down in the office to eat breakfast. Hubby vacuumed.
We had to shut the screen doors and turn on the A/C because it was 83 by 8:30AM.
I updated my blog.
We left at 9:20AM to go for Slots Tournament. Hubby got 34,810. I got 35,420. Some lady behind us got 75,000+ points, so we figured that she would be the winner today. Talked to the Trivia president that was sitting beside me.
Drove home. Let the dogs out to potty. Hubby went to look at the truck.
I ORDERED THE NEW IPHONE 11 PRO WITH 256GB FROM VERIZON. It will be here Oct 10. I got the Space Grey color.
We left at 11AM to go over to St George.
Stopped at Red Rocks Doggy Day Care, but they said that there was a Leptospiriosis Virus that was going around and asked if we wanted to leave the dogs. We decided against it.
Drove to the Feed & Farm Store around the corner, Hubby ran inside to check their vaccines; but their vaccines were in an all-in-one and the dogs JUST need the Lepto shot and not all the rest.
Then we drove to Hurricane to check on the storage at UnderCover RV & Boat Storage; but it was on the corner and would have been in the sun/snow a lot of the day for $90/mo. That is too expensive.
So we researched Camper Covers and decided that we would ask Lupe if he could store it on his property.
We were both hungry, so found a park to walk dogs. Then went to Little Caesar's to get a ready-to-go pepperoni pizza. Stopped at PERKS to get blended lattes.
Drove back to the park and ate lunch. Kids came by after getting out of school. They petted the dogs.
We drove back to St George to pick up the steel that Hubby needed to make braces on the truck to secure the camper. Stopped at the NEW Steel Yard; then had to pick up the steel at the old place down the road.
Drove home at 3PM. We thought the traffic would be backed up in the gorge, but it was not.
Wilson had fallen asleep on Hubby's arm as we drove thru the Gorge.
Stopped at Pilot in Desert Springs to get lottery tickets.
Drove home. Because it was such a pleasant, warm night, we sat outside on the patio with the dogs.
Watched Downton Abbey for a while.
Went to bed at 10PM.

Slots Tournament Scores
Drove home. Let the dogs out to potty. Hubby went to look at the truck.
I ORDERED THE NEW IPHONE 11 PRO WITH 256GB FROM VERIZON. It will be here Oct 10. I got the Space Grey color.
Apple iPhone 11 Pro
Wilson Sleeping
Stopped at Pilot in Desert Springs to get lottery tickets.
Drove home. Because it was such a pleasant, warm night, we sat outside on the patio with the dogs.
Watched Downton Abbey for a while.
Went to bed at 10PM.

TRIP BACK FROM BUYING CAMPER IN SLC
SUNDAY
9-15-2019
Tater & Wilson slept with me all night. I passed out about 10PM. Wilson had the sneezes right before we fell asleep.
Got up at 6AM to take dogs outside for potty. They barked a couple times in the night.
Lots of other dogs from the dog show were out going potty. We had to walk Tater all over the area to get him to potty and he refused to poop!
I took the card and Wilson inside with me so I could potty, then we came back out again.
Tater had just begun to poop and we disturbed him when we came out. He saw us and was DELIGHTED with tail wagging to see Wilson. They greeted each other like they had not seen the other for over a year!
We walked by Lowe's in their grass and saw lots of pigeons on the roof. I saw an egg that had partly hatched with the baby bird in it, but it had fallen from the roof & cracked. Poor bird died.
We walked around a frontage shopping center in the grass. Across from us, there was a Cracker Barrel where several police cars were parked, having breakfast.
Went back to the hotel so we could have breakfast, I sent Hubby down first but he came back with bread and cream cheese. The hotel offered NO hot breakfast. No eggs for dogs!
So we got packed up and left quickly. The total for the gross, dirty, old motel was $110. What a fucking rip-off.
We had to get Starbucks coffee for us, so we traveled east on Antelope Drive and found a Dunkin' Donuts! None of the donuts were identified as they used to do, so I ordered a chocolate covered cream filled donut and pointed. The girl kept giving me the wrong donut. Finally I pointed and said Second row down. In the MIDDLE. Finally, she gave me a disgusted look and told me "that is a Boston Cream". I said "well, they are not identified. How would I know that?" dumb girl. Why are people so nasty?
Then we drove over to Starbucks. Could not drive the Dually thru the tiny turn in the drive-thru so we walked inside. Forgot to order "no foam" and the drinks were half full of foam. Another rip-off.
We got back on the interstate south I-15. Driving to the final camper we wanted to view. It was in Bluffdale.
Hubby wanted to find an O'Reilly's to purchase some fuel additive. So I found one in Lehi. We took the exit at Timpanogos Hwy. I walked the dogs to see if Tater would poop (he did not).
Hubby came out (there were some jack-ass kids smoking right in front of the O'Reillys) and we loaded the dogs up so he could drive me over to Smith's Grocery to potty. It was a Mega HUGE Smith's, with Starbucks, Fred Meyer Jewelery, a Bank, and
Hubby walked the dogs again and gave them water. I got out of the store and we got on the road again to Bluffdale.
Drove to Bluffdale and the door was open to the garage, so we walked in and saw the camper. The seller had his neighbor come over to accompany us around the garage. We were only there for a few minutes because this was the cleanest, indoor-stored camper we had ever seen. Everything inside was immaculate. No dings or dents outside. Everything worked.
So we asked the seller if we could come talk to him. He was at his country property in Mayfield.
In Payson, UT we had to stop for fuel again and then walked the dogs across the highway near the KFC & Walmart. We gave them water; Hubby walked over to KFC to potty.
The drive to Mayfield was down I-15 to State Highway 89 then at Gunnison, we took county road 137 when we turned at the High School.
We stopped at the High School so the dogs could potty and get water again. I found a penny on the ground as soon as I got out of the truck.
Drove onto Mayfield and talked to Kim, the owner of the camper. Hubby looked at the framework attachments to hold the camper on to his truck. Hubby gave Kim 1/2 of the purchase price and told him we would be back next weekend to pick it up.
No way to get out of Mayfield except for going back the way we came.
Drove to I-70 and Richfield.
Had to stop for fuel. I went inside to potty in the station, but they were cleaning the restrooms. I took the dogs out to walk and 2 young guys and a girl came over to pet the dogs.
Then we drove over to Arby's to get burgers for the dogs.
We drove to the local park to let them run around while we all ate. At the Visitor's Center, there was a fenced dog park for the dogs. Wilson barked at the metal burros that were set up as art in the park.

Flag At The Visitor's Center Richfield, UT
We continued our drive home after Richfield.
After we merged onto I-70, while we were in the far right lane, a small car and a red SUV were playing chicken and racing along at high speeds. The small car pulled right in front of us and almost clipped the back of a semi when they cut in front of us and went around the back of the semi truck. It was close. We thought we were going to have to rear-end the car or the car was going to hit the back of the semi truck. Stupid idiots.
We got home at 6PM. Both of us unloaded the dogs and truck. We put things away.
Dogs were happy to be home. Cats hardly cared that we were back. Lots of cat litter to clean up.
The trip had made us very tired. I took a hot bath, shaved my legs. Hubby sat on the sofa and zoned out on automotive shows.
Walked the dogs around the block.
Went to bed at 9:30PM.
Went to bed at 9:30PM.
TRIP TO SALT LAKE FOR A CAMPER!
SATURDAY
9-14-2019
Got up at 6AM.
Hubby made eggs for dogs while I made lattes.
Packed bags, left food & water for cats. Hubby cleaned out the truck and washed the windows.
We got on the road at 8AM. Had to come back as we got to the bottom of Flat Top Mesa Drive because I forgot a pillow to hold in the truck.
Had to drive down to the shop to take the stuff out of the back of the Dually. Said "Hi" briefly to Dean & Eric
Then we had to stop at the water park and let the dogs go potty.
Stopped at Mesquite Starbucks 9:02AM to get egg bites for me because I did not have a chance to make breakfast.
Back on the road and then on to the Interstate. The drive thru the Gorge was fine. No traffic back ups.
We stopped for gas in Cedar City; I walked the dogs. At the Flying J there, they have a new fenced dog area so we put them into it so they could run around & play. Gave them lots of water.
I went potty, then Hubby went potty.
We got back on the road again. Dogs settled down for a nap in the back.
Stopped at Carl's Jr in Fillmore, UT at 1:37PM to get chicken sandwich for me and cheeseburgers for dogs, a Beyond Famous cheeseburger for Hubby.
Back on the road again after walking the dogs for potty. We also gave them water.
As we came into SLC metro area, we called the first camper listed at the south end of town, but there was no answer. So we continued on to the next one which was a Fleetwood Caribou in Magna, UT.
The seller was named Bronco. They had a little tiny home that was covered in plants/trees. Had to pull into it from across the street at a church because the driveway was difficult to get the Dually into it.
The family put away all their dogs They had about 6 dogs including a Great Dane.
The camper itself was nice inside, but show signs of excessive use. Outside the camper, the boards were soaked on the bottom. We would have to replace almost all the wood holding the camper together.
So we thanked them and continued on to the next camper in Willard, UT. Rachel was selling this for her father who has Dementia.
Called La Quinta in Layton, UT to secure a hotel room for the night. Hubby got talked into purchasing a get-away at $159 for 3 nights, 4 days in Las Vegas to listen to a time-share talk. After being transferred for a "questionnaire".
We got stuck in a traffic jam for over 1 hour as we were driving to Willard, UT. We called Rachel to let her know we could not make it. Hubby exited the interstate to get off and turn around when we saw that the wreck was RIGHT NEXT TO THE EXIT! So we got back on the interstate and continued on to Willard. We called Rachel again and told her we were minutes away.
Rachel was a short girl with brown hair. Very nice. However, the camper had never been put inside out of the weather and the floor of the camper was severely warped because it was collapsing around the cradle that was under it.
The inside of the camper was in extremely ROUGH shape. It also stank.
I walked the dogs out back. I got a sticker stuck in my shoe.
Then we decided to leave. Hubby saw a Ford Pickup out front that they might also sell and Rachel said she would talk with her mother about it.
We left and decided to find a park for the dogs to pee & drink water.
Hubby missed a sign for a State Park and had to turn around at a storage building, but turned around on a one-way street. The SHERIFF was sitting right at the corner and pulled him over.
The Sheriff was really nice and said "Not from around here, huh?" So he ran Hubby's license and then just gave him a warning.
We decided to just go to the hotel.
Got to the La Quinta in Layton about 20 minutes later. Walked the dogs. Hubby checked into the hotel.
No place to park. Extremely horrible way to get into the hotel.
There was a dog show in town. Hubby came out of the check-in Lobby with a man that had two English Mastiffs. I had to get out and pet them.
The room was pretty much horrible. Black hairs everywhere. Even before we took the dogs inside. We set up water & food for the dogs. The toilet was 4 inches from the floor. Felt like I was falling to sit down on it.
Stains on the sheets & comforter, stains in the tub, mold in the tub. We did NOT take showers. Yuck.
Called Door Dash with discount from Hotel and ordered Red Lobster. It came and was fast & hot.
We walked the dogs again after dinner.
Then we watched TV until 10PM when I had Hubby turn off the TV and we fell asleep. I slept with the dogs on one bed while he slept by himself on the other bed.

FRIDAY THE 13TH FULL MOON
FRIDAY
SEPTEMBER 13 2019
Cats knocked down a shelf in the middle of the night.
Woke up at 4AM to potty.
Up at 6AM to make lattes. I had Nanogreens & Watermelon for breakfast. Hubby made eggs for dogs.
We sat on the courtyard to eat breakfast. Afterwards we cleaned up and put dirty dishes away.
Hubby cut up the watermelon.
I made several trips out to the garbage with cat litter, dog poo, and watermelon.
Rattler decided he was going to sleep in the newly concreted shower in the master bathroom.
The outside painter came at 10:00 and he was going to do everything by hand, but after 10 minutes, he knocked on the door and said he would be back with the sprayer, duh.
By 10:35AM, we are still waiting for the tile guys to come back.
Hubby and I perused the internet for info on the campers we are going to look at this weekend. We made comparisons on electric jacks and jack extensions so it would fit on the Dually.
Hubby said he came make his own extender if he has a bolt pattern.
Guys finally came to finish the tile at 10:45AM.
The tile guy did a really bad job on the tile work. I.E. (not HIGH QUALITY work) like Pulte sent us in the questionnaire the other day... Question - Do you believe that you have purchased a HIGH QUALITY home built with HIGH QUALITY materials by HIGH QUALITY contractors? Duh. NO,
The guy hit the side of the wall in the bathroom with a bucket and gouged it. So they have to fix that now.
There is also concrete (grout) on the side of the wood baseboard. Which needs to be fixed.
PULTE'S REPAIRS ARE WORSE THAN THE PROBLEMS.
DON'T BUY A PULTE HOME.
The painter & tile guy got done at 2:30.
While they were here, we watched a Limited Series on Netflix called Unbelieveable.

PULTE REPAIR PART 2/DEEP ROOTS HARVEST
THURSDAY
9-12-2019
Got up at 6AM. I went into the living room to nap for a while because I had cramps.
Finally up at 7AM and started making lattes.
I also made pancakes; woke Hubby up so that he could make eggs for the dogs.
We sat on the courtyard to eat.
Then cleaned up.
The concrete foreman rang the doorbell and I answered it; he wanted to see the patio where the concrete has been pulling away from the house.
I put the dogs away and took him back. Hubby had scuttled into the bathroom to dress.
Hubby came out and talked to the concrete foreman. I kept cleaning up breakfast dishes and put dirty clothes in the washer.
Then the guy left.
Hubby vacuumed; I started the Roomba in the master bedroom. Made the bed.
I picked up dog poo and took the garbage out to the dumpster.
The guys that are to repair the Tile got here at 9:20AM.
Hubby and I along with the dogs sat outside until the tile guys left at 10:15AM. They had tore out the tile and concreted along where they need to do the new tile. They will come back again, tomorrow.
We put away clean dishes.
Took the UTV down to the car-wash at Walmart and washed it. Dried it. I found 10 pennies.
Then we went to Flying J and got fuel. Stopped at Wendy's to get burgers for the dogs.
Drove home because we forgot our Marijuana Sealed Bag for our purchases.
I picked up the mail, couple pieces of junk and my order from American Eagle shirts.
Gave the dogs the burgers. Hubby had a bite to eat. I wrote a check for Numerica and we mailed it.
Hubby noticed that one of the cats had walked thru the new concrete in the master bathroom and left paw prints.
Later, Rattler threw up in the kitchen. So he must have licked his paws after walking thru it and then gotten sick from licking the concrete.
Took the UTV and went to Deep Roots Harvest to get more marijuana gummies.
Watched TV for a while. Travels With My Dad by Jack Whitehall.
Went swimming at 5PM.
Returned from swimming at 6:30PM. Sat on the patio with the dogs for the rest of the night.
Watched the Moon rise from the patio.
Went to bed at 10PM.

HUBBY GOES DOWN TO SHOP
WEDNESDAY
9-11-2019
Got up at 6:30AM. Hubby was already up with the puppies.
I made lattes. Hubby made dog eggs & a burrito for himself.
Hubby had the screen doors open already because it was only 71 degrees outside.
So we sat on the courtyard to eat breakfast.
Then I picked up dog poo.
We brought dirty dishes into the house and put them away in the dishwasher.
Hubby vacuumed. I started the Roomba in our bedroom.
The Pulte Repair Tile guys came at 10AM to check on the Tile repair in the master bathroom. They just had to see & plan what they were going to do.
They left and then Hubby decided he needed to go down to the shop.
A Pulte concrete guy came to look at the concrete on the back patio. He took pictures and said he would submit them to his supervisor.
After he left, I soaked my feet for quite a while.
I watched VERA.
Hubby got home at 2PM.
We took pictures of the depression of the Ashley Furniture mattress. Then I filled out the paperwork. It took a long time.
Then Hubby and I got ready to go for Trivia at 4:15PM. We forgot to bring snacks. Again.
It took a long time to get going; announcements, then the machine did not work so that Host had to announce all the questions. Hubby and I were laughing and having fun. We got a lot of questions wrong that should have been obvious. We changed our answer to incorrect ones when we already had the correct ones down! Everybody noticed and at the mid-point break the President of the Club announced that we were having SO MUCH FUN at Table 5!
After just getting 25/50 points, we were the losers so we got out of there by 6PM.
Walked over to the pool to see if anybody was there and it was totally empty of people. So sad that nobody uses the pool.
We drove home and had dinner. Hubby made chicken on the grille for me.
Sat outside for a while. It was COLD at 80 degrees F. OMG.
We watched 9/11 Memorial on TV and then went to bed at 10PM.
DOG WASH DAY
TUESDAY
9-10-2019
Got up at 7:30AM and made lattes.
Hubby had already been up since 6AM and made eggs for dogs; he fed them to dogs, let the dogs outside and then came back to bed.
I made breakfast for myself then reminded Hubby that the trash needed to go out. He had to get up and dressed to take it out.
Then I sat on the courtyard to eat breakfast. Hubby joined me and napped in the chair.
I picked up dog poo.
Then I went inside. Started laundry. Cleaned up breakfast dishes. Put away clean dishes.
Hubby had made the bed. I put the Roomba in our room to clean.
Then Hubby came inside and vacuumed.
We washed the dogs outside.
Ordered MudBusters Fender Flaps.
We decided to go down town and visit the Virgin Valley Heritage Museum today.
So we went down there and then ate at the Greek restaurant. Had Gyros. Sat outside in the front sunshine to eat our Gyros.
The Gyros did not agree with us very well. Both of us had poopy problems afterwards.
We went swimming at 5PM. The sun is going down sooner and we are losing light. By the time we go swimming, there is only 1 hour of sun.
Came back home and had dinner with the dogs.
Then we walked the dogs around the neighborhood.
Went to bed at 10PM.

MUCH COOLER WEATHER
MONDAY
SEPTEMBER 9 2019
Got up at 5:30AM. Hubby was already outside on the patio with the dogs. I heard them barking at passersby.
I made lattes and came outside to sit with the dogs & Hubby.
It was only 70 degrees outside. The sun finally came up at 6:25AM even tho there was lots of light in the sky already.
We went inside to make eggs for the dogs. I had watermelon, cinnamon bread, and turkey bacon for breakfast. Hubby made his burrito.
Hubby fed the dogs.
Hubby fell asleep in the courtyard at the table until 10AM.
I washed my hair and dried it.
Cleaned up breakfast dishes.
I started the dishwasher, made the bed, vacuumed, started the Roomba in the master bedroom, and got the garbage together. I emptied the cat litter and picked up dog poo.
Hubby vacuumed up the rest of the house while I started the washer for dirty laundry.
Then we went down to get cat food as we were totally out.
Purchased cat food at Animal Farm then we drove over to Walmart to get groceries.
Went home and unloaded groceries. Put away groceries. I gave chicken tenders to dogs that we had purchased.
We were tired for the rest of the day.
I soaked my feet later then tried to take a nap.
We watched Adam Ruins Everything.
Sat outside on the patio because it was really cool and the golf course watering did not stink.
Walked the dogs at 9PM.
Went to bed at 10PM.

CAN-AM RIDE TO BEAVER DAM/RIB FEST AT CASABLANCA
SUNDAY
9-8-2019
Got up several times in the night as the dogs were restless. I pottied and went back to bed. Then Tater was kicking me in the ribs & kidneys so I got up and went to the living room at 5AM. However, Tater wanted to go outside. He slept by the fireplace on the rug.
I found that one of the dogs had pooped in the living room! Looked small like Wilson's poo.
I went back to bed.
Hubby got up with the dogs again at 6AM and made breakfast. I got up at 6:30AM and started making lattes.
Then we put the dogs in the kennel and rode the Can-Am to Beaver Dam Store to get lottery tickets. I got a banana and a Salted Nut Roll for breakfast. Sat in the shade while I ate and saw a lady drive in to the place in a van with a dark brindle pitbull named Hades. She came out of the store with lottery tickets and sat with the dog on a bench.
We left and drove back home. 7AM-9AM.
I took a shower as I was buried and covered in sand from the Can-Am; with the new tires on it, there seems to be more dirt & sand thrown into the interior.
Then Hubby took a shower.
Hubby vacuumed. I picked up dog poo. Started laundry.
Hubby cut up watermelon.
Put dogs in kennel; went down to the Casablanca Rib Fest, which was a major disappointment as there were only 3 places selling BBQ; one had a really LONG line. The other two seemed to not be serving at all. No other activities there. It was sad.
So we passed on eating ribs on the blacktop in the 100 degree heat.
Instead we went to Smith's and picked up some ribs. Hubby also got some cinnamon bread that he wanted.
We drove the truck over to the car wash and washed it.
Then drove on the interstate to clear the water off the truck.
At home, we let the dogs out. Hubby baked the ribs in the oven.
We watched American Pickers.
I soaked my feet and touched up my nail polish.
I ordered new contacts.
We did not want to go swimming, so stayed home.
Went to bed at 10PM.

HUBBY WORKS ON CAN-AM
SATURDAY
9-7-2019
Got up at 8AM. Hubby had already been up at 6AM and fed the dogs then let them outside. I woke up to the dogs barking.
Then the Roomba started.
I made the bed then went out to the kitchen to make lattes.
I had watermelon, Nanogreens, turkey bacon, and a sourdough english muffin for breakfast. Not very sourdough tasting. I like mine really sour.
Hubby fell asleep on the sofa. We were watching some WWII show on TV.
Then I cleaned up breakfast dishes. Started dishwasher & washing machine. Started Roomba in the master bedroom.
I vacuumed cat litter. Took the garbage out to the dumpster and picked up dog poo.
Dogs were sleeping. They were very tired.
Hubby went out to the garage to work on Can-Am at Noon.
I worked on our Xmas 2019 Christmas Postcard. Had to make avatars of us all.
Hubby finished working on Can-Am, putting Fender Flares on at 3:00PM.
We went swimming at 5PM - 7PM. Then we drove thru The Pit to see how many new homes they have to sell there - we counted 33 homes.
Drove home and let the dogs outside.
We watched TV. Walked the dogs later.
Went to bed at 10PM.

DARRYL VISITS THE CONCRETE CRACK/BOWLING
FRIDAY
9-6-2019
Got up at 7AM. I changed sheets & made the bed.
Hubby took the dogs outside.
Then we made breakfast. I made lattes. Hubby's was a bit cool at the same temperature that I make it every day. So I had to re-warm it.
I had Nanogreens, Turkey bacon, and watermelon.
Put the puppies in their kennel.
Darryl came at 8:30AM to inspect the concrete on the patio. He said that the whole patio will need to be replaced because it is pulling away from the house. It was always a really crappy finish at the edge of the house.
We cleaned house, vacuumed, picked up cat litter, picked up dog poo.
Found that Tater was eating ants in the back yard. So I called EVOLVE pest control and they said they would send Diego out at 4:30PM.
We put dogs in the kennel (but forgot to shut the door).
Then we left in the Dually. Hubby realized we did not shut the kennel door and came back inside to put dogs inside kennel again.
Then we drove to Virgin River Casino to bowl at 10AM.
We did not bowl with the Sun City club because they had already started. So we just bowled alone again.
Hubby made k-bobs on the grille and then grilled my chicken.
I made the Lobster rolls and baked them.
I had lunch because I was starving. I need a nap. Very tired.
Paid Frontier internet bill.
Soaked my feet and put cream on them. They ARE getting softer.
Then I placed the Storage Ad in the Thrifty Nickel.
We went swimming at 5:10PM. Only ones in the pool at first. Some RUDE, NASTY, SWEARING Woman was on her cell phone at the side of the pool for over 1 hour, Ranting and Raving to whoever she was talking with; it was awful.
Finally, Scott and another older gentleman came to join us and she finally left.
We left at 7PM; went to get groceries at Walmart.
Upon leaving Walmart, there were 3 police cars which had been pulled into the parking lot. They were handcuffing a woman over by a car. There was also an officer that was going thru a bag on the hood of a car, pulling out HUGE inventory size bottles of prescription medicine!
When we arrived home, we found that the dogs had gotten out of their kennel. Tater had torn up a lot of papers in my office.
I was so tired, picked up the papers, then got to feeling really sick. Nose running. Tired, Body Aches & Pains. So I took a Gummy Marijuana and Hubby gave me a couple Benadryl.
I went to bed at 9PM.
Dogs joined me briefly, then I fell asleep.

YET ANOTHER TRIP TO ST GEORGE
SEPTEMBER 5 2019
THURSDAY
Up at 6AM to make lattes & eat breakfast.
Hubby fed the dogs.
Hubby called the machine shop in Hurricane to make sure they had the part done for the backhoe.
We loaded dogs into the Dually and drove to St. George. Had to stop before leaving Mesquite to let Wilson potty. He always does that when we start out in the truck. He has to whine and we have to stop to let him potty.
Drove thru the Gorge. No traffic problems.
Then we got to St George. Hubby drove thru to Hurricane to pick up the part.
I walked dogs in the gravel parking lot so they could potty again. Gave them fresh water.
We drove on to Hurricane and got lattes at PERKS. The lattes were very good. We got them ICE COLD.
Drove back to St George (forgot to stop at Costco for diesel fuel) then stopped at Michael's so that I could shop. I purchased a glass fishbowl with flowers & glass ice cubes for the base. It will look decorative on the dining table.
We went on the other side of town to find grass for the dogs. They went potty again and we gave them fresh water.
Stopped at Wendy's to get them burgers. They had one in the truck, I saved the other for them to get home.
Dogs took naps on the drive back thru the Gorge.
We got home and both of us were too exhausted to go swimming.
We stayed home and watched TV.
Walked dogs later.
Went to bed at 10PM.

HUBBY GOES TO DENTIST
SEPTEMBER 4 2019
WEDNESDAY
Got up at 5:20AM to pee. I woke Hubby up so that he could dress and get ready to pick up John at 6AM.
I made latte for Hubby.
I went outside while Hubby was getting the truck ready. I kissed him goodbye.
Dogs went outside.
I napped for another 15 minutes;
I made eggs for dogs. I fed eggs to dogs.
I put away breakfast dishes. Then I put away clean clothes. I vacuumed up cat litter. I put cat poo and dog poo in the dumpster.
I watched Father Brown new season 7.
Hubby got home at 1PM. He took a Tramadol. Got another prescription from the dentist.
We called SEMA to get the entry documentation for the other guy.
Mike has not made his Zelle payment for rent, so I tried to investigate and found that we cannot change our info and he has to submit rent some other way.
Mike submitted rent via Paypal. That was settled.
Hubby watched TV for a while. He took a couple painkillers, some aspirin, and a gummy marijuana. His mouth was still hurting pretty good because the Dentist had an awful time pulling it out.
We went to Bunco at 4:30PM. Put the dogs in the kennel.
We had fun at Bunco. Did not win anything.
Left at 7:30PM.. Bunco was done.
Went home and watched TV for a while. Another re-run of The Untouchables. That was a great movie. Then an episode of The Outer Limits. Went to bed at 10PM.

BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT AT UNITED HAIRLINES
TUESDAY
9-3-2019
Got up at 6AM. Hubby fed dogs eggs. I made lattes.
Sat inside to eat. I had Nanogreens and Watermelon.
We loaded the dogs into the Dually and drove to St George at 7AM.
Had to stop in Desert Springs to let the dogs potty because Wilson was upset and whining.
Then we drove thru the Gorge, no traffic problems.
Got to St George early, so we dropped the dogs off at Red Rocks Doggy Day Care.
Then Hubby took me to my hair appointment at 10AM. Brianne got me done really quickly and I was finished by 11:10AM.
Hubby was in Hurricane getting parts made at the Metal shop for the Backhoe. It took him about 20 minutes to come get me. I waited and read a magazine.
Hubby picked me up. We went up north of St George to go to Thrift Stores, but the only one we could find was Switchpoint Thrift at N 1300 West.
We did find some more silverware.
Then we were both starving and went to eat at Panda Express. Sat outside on the patio to eat.
Then we were both starving and went to eat at Panda Express. Sat outside on the patio to eat.
My fortune in the cookie sounded like I would travel. A lot of travel.
Stopped at a Car Wash to get the truck washed as it was filthy. I found 3 pennies, a nickel, and a dime at the vacuum area.
Then we drove to Costco on the other side of town to get Diesel.
Stopped at Pawsitively Thrift Store afterwards and picked up more silverware.
Drove to Wendy's and picked up burgers for dogs.
Went to pick up dogs. They had separated Wilson & Tater and obviously Wilson was upset.
While I went inside to pick them up, a woman there suggested that I drug Wilson to stop him from being upset the next time I bring him. Maybe we need to shop around for a different Doggy Daycare.
Hubby had put out fresh water in the shade for them and when we came out, they drank and drank and drank. Tater was wet, so he must have gone thru the Mister spray they have for the dogs.
We drove home thru the Gorge. No traffic problems at all.
At home, we unloaded everything. I soaked my feet in hot water. Hubby went to get toe nail polish remove from Dee and pick up mail. Then he came back and painted my toes. He did EXCELLENT work.
I fell asleep on the sofa for about 3 hours after he was done. I got up at 7PM.
I was still really sleepy and drugged feeling. Went outside to sit with the dogs while the sun went down. Hubby came outside to sit with me.
We ordered Fender Flares, Lug Nuts, and Valve caps from Amazon.
Went to bed at 10PM.
