FRIDAY
Last Day in Idaho Home.
I was uncomfortable and in pain all night. Slept with heating pad on my back and window open. I would sweat and then turn off pad. Wilson sleeping with us made me hot, too.
We woke up at 2AM because we both heard a cat crying outside.
I got up (in pain) to see what it was. It was a darkish stripey cat. Ran away. Scared.
We went back to sleep.
Up at 6:30AM.
I made lattes for the last time. Hubby made eggs for the last time.
Gave eggs to puppies. No tuna for the kitties because they have been throwing up.
We took the backhoe back to Kevin's house on Boekel. Took us 45 minutes to drive there at 25mph. I drove the Expedition with flashers and hubby drove the backhoe.
We came back and started packing again.
PACK AND LOAD. PACK AND LOAD. PACK AND LOAD.
Hubby ran to the shop to meet a guy with a rear end. Then he took the Bronco over to Charles.
Keegan came up and took some boxes down to the trailer.
Then Keegan went down to the shop to get the Blue Diesel so we can load it with Goodwill donations.
Casey came to help us load. He was very helpful. We took Casey & Keegan to eat lunch at the Grey Goose for the last time.
MORE PACKING AND LOADING ALL AFTERNOON.
We drove to KR's in Post Falls. Dropped off the donations at Goodwill. They did not want carpets unless they were in PERFECT condition. Fuck you Goodwill. They were clean!
At KR's we were hungry, so we ordered Domino's pizza. Too tired to even eat one piece. Fell asleep in her WONDERFULLY soft yet firm bed. We need to buy one of these.

PACK PACK PACK
THURSDAY
8 30 2018
Got up at 7AM.
Hubby watched automotive shows.
I made lattes. Hubby made eggs.
Cats vomit on counter after eating tuna. I have to clean it up.
Hubby calls for Internet service in Mesquite with TDS.
STANLEY STEEMER comes to clean basement room. Hubby writes a check.
We go to CDA to get Jitterz on Miles.
Then we stop at Ty's to pick up computer, wireless mouse & keyboard, and 2 monitors.
Load it into Expedition.
Drive to wash car at Metro Express.
Get gasoline at Costco. Talk to nice couple about their new 2018 red Jeep in front of us in line at gas station.
Drive to North 40 to pick up screws for installing track in trailer.
Stop at Harbor Freight. Hubby purchases packing blankets. He comes out to car to get his phone for the 20% off coupon.
Drive home.
Start packing.
Keegan, Casey's kid, comes to help pack & load at 1PM.
My back goes out! While packing in Library and bending over. I scream in pain. Put on icy-hot; take painkillers, and aspirin.
Try to continue working. Packed up more boxes. Still in pain.
Finally need to sit down at 4PM. Need food.
Hubby & Keegan take blue Diesel to Spirit Lake Messy's Burgers to get lunch.
Bring back lunch.
Matt Z comes by and leaves a modem/wi-fi router so that we can take one to Mesquite.
We eat lunch.
Go back to work.
Finally, I cannot work any longer.
Casey comes to pick up Keegan. Hubby talks to him until 6PM.
I tell hubby we need more TOTES. So we drive into Walmart in Post Falls and get 20 more totes. Hubby goes inside alone because I cannot get out of the car as my pain is so bad.
We drive back home the back roads.
At home, we unloaded totes.
Internet is down all night long. From 6PM when we left.
Hubby calls Pat, the detailer who comes out at 9:30PM to pick up the Pfaltzgraff. He stays and talks to hubby until 11PM.
I take a hot bath and go to bed.
Internet finally comes back online at 11PM.

PACKING/WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
WEDNESDAY
8-29-2018
Got up at 3:30AM and had to sleep on the sofa. Wilson was too hot and hubby was snoring.
Up at 7AM.
I made lattes.
Hubby made eggs.
We started packing. Got the kitchen done in 1 hour.
Hubby packed up the armoires in the living room.
Hubby packed up all the Pfaltzgraff.
I put the Pfaltzgraff on Craigslist to try and sell it.
I paid Verizon bill online and some minor credit card bills.
We rested for a while at 10:30 by siting down.
Hubby called and ordered parts from Transamerica.
We took the dogs in the Tan truck to the park. Stopped at the garbage dump and unloaded the back of the truck bed from junk.
Walked dogs in the Gun Shooting Range road. They had put up a wire gate to keep everyone out of the Fish & Game area.
Ben whined when he turned around in the back of the truck. His left leg is giving him pain.
Saw some deer as we exited the park.
Drove to get food at Super One. I got a chicken wrap sandwich. Hubby got salad.
We drove to the Barrel Yard and purchased a barrel.
Then we drove home.
Ate our lunch. Watched American Pickers.
Hubby took the trailer & barrel down to the shop. He will put fill the airbags on the trailer, put the motorcycle chock on the floor, and put the e-track on the sides.
I cleaned up & packed the rest of the bathroom.
We get changed and head in to CDA at 6:30PM. I drive the Expedition and we get all the green lights on Hwy 95. (That NEVER happens).
Get to Cedars Floating Restaurant by 7PM on the dot. We get out table. Kids are right behind us.
We had nice meal. Too expensive, tho. Hubby's medallions were awful. Spencer had pasta chicken, KR had steak. I had scallops.
Talked a lot. Had fun.
Kids left. We had to potty.
Go to Walmart to buy more TOTES.
We forgot to give KR some winter socks that I had in the car. Whoops.
Hubby drives home.
We go to bed. Exhausted.

DAY TO DO STUFF

Got up at 7AM.
Hubby was already up, watching videos on iPad.
I made lattes. He made eggs for dogs & himself.
Fed dogs. Put tuna out for Rattler. Gave him ear drops.
We got dressed.
I shaved and trimmed hubby's beard & hair on the deck.
We put food out for Captain. He is slinking away from us and living in the garage.
I repaired my shirts & jeans on the sewing machine.
Hubby called the wrong company to report FMLA. LOL.
Applied for hubby to get Disability thru Prudential.
Hubby had to call the Title company to get the Deed of Trust.
Send copies of Deed of Trust via email to apply for Water, Electric, Sewer & Garbage.
We left to go to town for errands.
Stopped at Jitterz for latte.
Then went to deposit $ in Horizon Credit Union.
Stopped at North 40 to buy a heated pet bowl, but they had none. So we got a new dog poo shovel & rake.
Stopped at 765-TECH, but Ty was not there. Discussed computer option with guy there.
Hubby got panicked call from Charles about bounced check, which was NOT. But turned out to be a check given to freight company which could not accept personal checks, so it was Charles' fault for not writing a company check.
Also got a phone call from Casey about customer leaking differential, but ends up we did not work on it, so customer had to pay for a new fix. Hubby was panicky about everything. The invoice had gone thru Diesel Connection, so it was not our warranty.
Washed Tan truck at Metro Express.
Drove to DMV Licensing in Post Falls and hubby got a number for standing in line. We drove to Columbia Bank to replace personal check with a cashier's check.
Then we drove back to DMV 28 minutes later and hubby got the paperwork changed for the Tan truck to new plates.
We drove to Diamond Freight Company behind Walmart in Post Falls. Gave Mary the check. Hubby said she was really nice.
Stopped for REALLY CRAPPY hamburger and french fries at Roger's Burgers in Post Falls. I DID. NOT. WANT. TO. EAT. THERE. but hubby insisted. It was crap the last time we ate there. And expensive.
Drove to get grain in Hayden. Got 3 bags and the farmer helped hubby load them.
Stopped to get Diesel fuel in Rathdrum. Drove home on Diagonal.
At home, we barely had time to unload stuff and put collars on dogs. Put dogs in truck. We were going to take garbage to dump at 4:38. Hubby stopped to unload parts at shop for Casey.
Then the Fed Ex guy came with parts. Then the guy came to pick up his truck. Hubby had to get his check. Then RV Renters came by to check out the grey shop. Got info from old guy.
We were too late for the dump. We drove to the park since hubby had gotten park pass on the new registration for Tan truck. We walked dogs.
Drove home.
Saw turkey babies and momma in the circle down by the park.
At home, we were very tired. Hubby put out more tuna for cat. Sat on sofa to eat his leftovers from last night.
I did bookwork. I was exhausted.

DAY IN SPOKANE/KITTY TO VET
MONDAY

Got up at 7AM. I went back to sleep on the sofa for about 30 minutes.
Hubby made eggs. I made lattes.
I called Stanley Steemer to get carpet cleaned on Thursday at 9:30AM.
We had to go to Spokane.
Looked at refrigerators at Fred's Appliance.
Went to Transtar to get parts.
Went to Summit Hydraulics.
Stopped at Body Shop Supply on Market in North Spokane, Hillyard.
Stopped at A-Star to get quote on cowl hood for F250 truck.
Then we drove to Chuck's Gear up north to get $ hubby was owed, but they said they credited Diesel Connection. Hubby was pissed.
Stopped to get a latte & granita at Newport. Wanted food, but BBQ place closed on Mondays.
Got pulled over by a cop leaving Oldtown. He said our license plate cannot be in the front window. Lame. He said that we needed mud flaps on truck. Lame. Both of these would be thrown out in court because pickup trucks in Idaho do NOT need mud flaps and Licenses are indicated to be on the "front" of vehicle. Hubby did not get a ticket.
We drove up to Priest River and got the Expedition plates changed. Hubby forgot to change the Tan truck plates.
Drove the back way home.
The Fed Ex guy was just ringing the doorbell to leave our Fed Ex package for the Keys to our New Home. We drove in the driveway as he was walking out to his truck. LUCKY.
Then hubby took parts down to Casey.
I caught Rattler and put him in the cat kennel. I got scratched by Captain when I tried to catch him. Too bad. He is staying in Idaho. He is too feral.
Drove to Athol and got our change of address filed at the Post Office.
Then we took Rattler to the Vet. Got his microchip and shots. He also got drops for the Bacteria infection in his ears.
I got Microchip info for the dogs from the office. Then paid for the visit. Hubby took Rattler to the truck.
We drove home.
Steve was here to pick up his Samurai. Larry did not get all the work done. We will not get paid for it.
Hubby came up to the house later.
Then I was starving for food. We drove to Spirit Lake with the dogs in the Tan truck. Ate at Mexican Restaurant there. Dogs stayed in the truck. We left the windows down, parked right in front of restaurant, and it was a cool night.
Took dogs to the High School for a quick walk. It was already getting down to 60 degrees.
Then drove back to Miller's. I waited in truck while hubby got eggs & dishwash pods.
We drove home.
Hubby took leftovers inside.
Hubby went out to change license plates on cars.
I took a hot bath. KR called to let us know she was OK. She had dinner with Kyle before he moves to Gillette, Wyoming for work.
I ordered laundry LG washer/dryer for new home in Mesquite.
Hubby watched Automotive shows. I did bookwork.
Went to bed at 10:30PM.
Got up at 12:30PM with intense Endo cramps. I took aspirin and a hot bath. It was really bad this time. I fell asleep on the sofa. Hubby came downstairs later and told me to go to bed.
Finally went back to bed later. I don't know what time...

A DAY OF REST- NOT!

Woke up at 8AM. Hubby had already been up for a while.
I was still hung over from taking Benadryl.
Hubby made eggs with ham & asparagus. Dogs just loved them.
I cleaned up the kitchen.
Started laundry & dishes.
Took the dogs for a 2 mile walk in Farragut Park. We parked on the turn around at East Hudson Bay Road. Walked down to the Open Air Sunrise Day Use Area and looked at the set up for a wedding. It was very pretty. Lots of smoke still in the air. I fell down while walking up the steep hill coming up the trail. Sandals should not be worn for heavy hiking! Cut my left calf & knee.
We gave the dogs water at the turn around and then drove back home.
I changed addresses on Frontier, KEC, and Water.
I had a Bahama Mama when we got home. Hubby made lunch. He burnt the back on the grille because it caught on fire.
Tim, the guy that bought all the vehicles out back, came over and paid hubby. We also talked to him about doing a desk for us in Mesquite. He has some "blue pine" that everybody just loves right now. He will make me a desk & wall plumbing shelving.
The RV Renter texted several times. He will be a handful.
RV Renter got here at Noon; we went down there to give him a copy of his rental agreement and talk to him. He wanted hubby to show him how to do everything in his RV; Hubby suggested he call the RV Tech that we know in Athol - Earl. He called Earl and had him talk to the guy to make an appointment to come see his RV.
While we were down there, Mike and family had brought some of their things up to put in the house. They put it in the backroom and in spare bedroom. Then they stayed because Mike had a friend bring a slip tank. Hubby had to get the backhoe and take it out of the truck. Hubby pulled down the hill & sand at the back side of the garage. Mike parked his Jeep Cherokee behind the garage.
Saw a hawk circling overhead. We think it or a raccoon got our other kitties.
They finally left at 4:30PM.
Hubby and I went to Super One to get more frozen wine cocktails. We also had the Hardware store there cut some keys. The main door key was cut wrong which we discovered when we returned home.
We saw Deralee at the store and said good-bye to her. Caught up on all her family gossip.
We went home. I felt really bad after falling at the park today. I took some aspirin and pain meds. We had pizza for dinner and I had one of the wine coolers.
I got Rattler and Captain to come in the house tonight.
Watched a scary thriller movie called Identity. It was pretty good. Hubby watched his automotive shows. I went to bed early. It was too hot to take a bath. We opened the windows & turned on fans.

Mike parked his Jeep Cherokee behind the garage.
Saw a hawk circling overhead. We think it or a raccoon got our other kitties.
They finally left at 4:30PM.
Hubby and I went to Super One to get more frozen wine cocktails. We also had the Hardware store there cut some keys. The main door key was cut wrong which we discovered when we returned home.
We saw Deralee at the store and said good-bye to her. Caught up on all her family gossip.
We went home. I felt really bad after falling at the park today. I took some aspirin and pain meds. We had pizza for dinner and I had one of the wine coolers.
I got Rattler and Captain to come in the house tonight.
Watched a scary thriller movie called Identity. It was pretty good. Hubby watched his automotive shows. I went to bed early. It was too hot to take a bath. We opened the windows & turned on fans.

Got up and was heavily tired. Probably crappy food last night.
I asked hubby to make eggs for dogs this morning.
Rattler actually came back in the middle of the night and jumped on the bed for a while. He slept on my jeans in the corner of the bedroom.
Hubby put out tuna for Rattler and Captain actually came in the house for food. He is very lonely now.
I made latte for hubby.
Hubby fed the dogs and left for work at 6:50AM.
I went outside to put more grain out for deer.
Hubby called later and said that the little white spotted fawn had been killed in the highway and he had moved the body out of the way. It was just past our blue shop. Very sad.
Seems like this last few weeks that everything is being killed. Cats. Deer.
I paid bills online.
Did laundry and dishes.
Northwoods Vet called and confirmed the Monday appointment for Rattler.
Hubby stopped at the Best Sandwich in Town on Best Avenue and got us sandwiches.
He got home at 5PM. There were lots of people down by the shop that he had to deal with.
Hubby ran to Clyde's Automotive to pick up rotors for Expedition. Then came home at 6PM to bring sandwiches. He went back to the shop to work for a while. Drove the car up with the brakes done.
I got stung by a wasp twice on my chest. Had to take Benadryls.
Captain came inside the house because he was lonely.
Locked the doggy door so that both kitties stayed inside. We brought the cat litter box inside and I cleaned it. Hubby got floor dry as cat litter from the shop.
We watched a TV documentary on the Citizen's Commission to Investigate the FBI. I got very tired and went to bed at 9PM. I think hubby fell asleep on the sofa.
Ben scratched at the door to be let out at Midnight.

HOUSE PAPERWORK DONE/ RV 5TH WHEEL MOVES IN

8-23-2018
Woke up at 5:30AM. Too many noisy cars going by the house with our windows open, we can hear everything.
Hubby got out of bed and went potty. He gave tuna to Rattler. I think I heard Captain come inside during the night and drink water. Lap.lap.lap.lap. Very quick and noisy.
I got up. Wilson was sleep between us during the night and he had not moved. Still on his back. Made the bed.
Went to start latte for hubby. Hubby made eggs this morning.
No kitties. It has been 3 days since we saw them. Poor Captain is so lonely.
Hubby disconnected the tan truck from the trailer. He took the Blue Diesel to work today.
I went outside to fill the feeding pans with grain for the deer. I really miss Zim coming out to help me.
Hubby drove down the driveway and stopped at the shop. I yelled and asked if he had disconnected the trailer from the truck.
Electrician texted hubby that he was coming over by 7:40 this morning. One of his assistants came at 7:30 and waited in the driveway. I biked down there. Then realized that my keys to unlock the shop are locked IN the shop in the Expedition! I called hubby. He swore.
I went to look for more keys at the house. Finally found an extra key in the drawer in the laundryroom! Yippee.
The Electrician came. He had TWO guys helping him. They were here from 7:40 to 8:30. Wonder how much THAT is going to cost.
I went to the grocery store in the mean time to get more milk. I also picked up some god-awful tasting bland blueberry muffins. At the checkout, I talked to the cashier about getting her teeth out at the dentist. Then a customer behind us started talking about her sister's wisdom teeth horror story!

Electrician & his guys were just picking up some electric stuff behind the Grey shop.
I did bookwork. Found out that the bank had charged us $25 for the house downpayment Wire Transfer. WTF. Digital transfer costs so much???

Hubby got home at 5PM and stopped down at the shop. I biked down there to talk with him. Show him that the RV site renter had moved in his 5th Wheel Camper.
We left Casey & Larry working on the Suzuki Samurai & the Ford Expedition.
Changed clothes at the house and drove to Post Falls in the Tan pickup to Fu-Ki to have a celebration dinner with KR. The food was not good. Very bland. Not worth the $115.
Then we drove to KR's house in separate vehicles. Talked to her for quite a while. Until 9PM. Then we drove to Winco to pick up muffins.
Drove home. We were exhausted. Went to bed.

MISSING KITTIES
WEDNESDAY

Smoke is better. Not great, but better.
My nerves are shot again. We woke up and Zim was not in the house. I started calling for him and Joey. They have not come home.
I made eggs for hubby & dogs. Hubby was not feeling good. His back hurt. He sat on the sofa.
I made latte for hubby.
Then we watched the Sheep Show.
Hubby left at 6:50AM after hugging Ben and me.
Guy came in a tow truck to pick up Mark's Bronco down by the shop.
I rode my bike all over the acreage, looking for kitties & calling for them.
Bead Blaster guy came to work on the truck down at the shop. It made an awful dusty mess.
Wayne was already working outside. I went outside to ask if he had seen the kitties. He showed me that because he is cutting down the trees, the maggots are infecting the healthy trees. He has a load on the trailer and needs the trailer hitch.
Had to call hubby to find out where the trailer hitch was located. He said it was down at the Blue Shop, so I had to bike down there to get it.
KITTIES ARE STILL MISSING IN AFTERNOON.
Bob, the Notary, called and said that we have to sign MORE paperwork that they forwarded to him.
I rode my bike down to get mail. Talked to Casey about missing kitties. Told him that the bead-blaster guy had come to do the truck.
I called for kitties again. I went down to the grey shop to look for kitties.
When I got back, Captain was lonely and let me pet him for a couple seconds. I don't know what to do if we have to leave him here.
Hubby got home at 5:30PM.
He signed the docs that the Notary sent. Then I scanned and emailed them back.
Hubby went down to the shop to work on the Expedition brakes.
Only ONE more day of work for him!
We had to go pick up the trailer at Wayne's house in Spirit Lake. The vehicle he was using to tow it with had broken down.
They had wedged the trailer in between all the logs and then the neighbor had come home and parked his truck right in front of the trailer in the alley way. It was almost impossible to get it out.
Hubby had to chain it to the truck, pull it to the side and drag it out, just to be able to hook it on the hitch. He very narrowly avoided the neighbor's truck, the neighbor's camper, and the power pole in the alley! OMG.
We drove back home. Dropped the truck & trailer.
Hubby took the black Expedition down to the shop with the forklift.
Came back and we had dinner. Hubby was falling asleep on the sofa.
KR called and we talked to her for a while.
Then went to bed at 10PM.

TUESDAY
Got up at 6AM.
We could see blue sky today!
Sun was still behind a cloud of smoke.
Turkey Momma and 6 babies were here today, eating grain.
Made eggs for hubby & dogs.
Made latte for hubby.
Cleaned up kitchen.
Hubby left at 6:50AM after watching his Sheep Show.
Deer was here to feed. I put out more apples. She ran away.
I started laundry & dishes.
KR said Spencer was having surgery to insert his Stent today. He made the appointment during the week so that she would not feel like she had to come see him. I tried to encourage her to fly over, but she did not want to do that. It was very nerve wracking having both things happening today...
My stress level is thru the roof. I feel like I could explode.
Left for CDA at 8:15AM. Got to Columbia Bank at 8:40AM. Hubby pulled right in behind me.
The traffic on 95 has grown to such enormous proportions. It was bumper-to-bumper the whole way. When I looked in the rear-view mirror it felt like being on the Interstate!
At 9AM, the Notary came in right behind us. We had to potty.
Went into a room right next to the Loan Officer's office. Signed all the document. Took 1 hour.
Then we chit-chatted for a while with the Notary guy. He was a 72 year old guy that was doing this for retirement.
RV Rental Site guy texted several times.
Had to send the deposit via Wire Transfer to Pulte. A Bank supervisor had to do the wire transfer, and we had to wait for Miranda, hubby left at 10:30AM and I stayed there until 11:15AM to finish the wire transfer.
Then I drove to Arby's to pick up roast beef sandwiches for dogs. I picked up a granita at Jitterz.
Drove home.
Picked up junk mail at mail box.
UPS had made delivery for the truck hubby is working on; so I took 5 boxes down to Casey.
I did more laundry. Put away dishes. Put out fresh water for cats & dogs.
Took a hot bath and cleaned off my feet.
Momma Deer & 1/ 2 grown baby came to eat, The baby had spots on it.
Hubby got home and we decided not to celebrate tonight. Instead, we will celebrate his last day of work on Thursday by going out to Fu-Ki on Thursday night with KR.
Watched TV and went to bed. Hubby was napping on the couch most of the night.

Drove to Super One to pick up milk, steaks, yogurt.
Drove home. Made steaks on the grille. They did not taste good. He also made asparagus. It was good.

Woke up to overcast skies. Hope it rains. I hope it DOES NOT lightning. We do not need any more fires.
I heard clicking outside when I opened my eyes. Told hubby to look outside because I thought I heard the turkeys again. He said they were outside. A momma turkey and 6 babies! Zim the cat was chasing them.
I got dressed. Wilson was still sleeping on his back in bed.
Went outside with oatmeal for them. I grabbed Zim and brought him inside.
I made eggs for dogs. Hubby helped. I made latte for hubby.
Hubby watched his Sheep Show. The turkeys went farther into the woods.
We hugged goodbye. Hubby told me to order more parts for truck rebuild.
Hubby also called later and told me to sign up as dealers for several sites.
I did laundry. Started dishes. Cleaned kitchen.
Put out fresh food and water for dogs & cats.

Loan Underwriter is jackassing around and wants more documentation on WTF crap. Had to send invoices to justify that we are 'DOING BUSINESS' and depositing checks. As if our incomes taxes were not enough. God damn. When is this ever going to be enough. WTF. With over 850 credit rating, there should be no reason for all this crap. And it is not even like we are getting a better interest rate for this. Nope. Just fuck all.
Hubby works 2 hours OT tonight.
Casey decides to leave the grey building door open all the fuck day long. I am in a bad mood.

Rattler slept on my jeans in the corner of the bedroom all night.
Got up at 6AM. LOTS of smoke in air again. SO VERY DARK OUTSIDE. I had to turn lights on in the kitchen even with the huge windows.
Made latte for hubby. Made eggs for hubby & dogs. Toasted bagel for hubby.
Hubby put out gross tuna from Miller's for the cats.
Had to call for Zim and Rattler.
Hubby watched his Sheep Show and then texted me the items that Casey forwarded to him to order on Amazon for the latest truck build.
I ordered the stuff on Amazon from my cellphone.
Then hubby left for work. Hugged Ben and me.
I did laundry and dishes.
Watered plants.
Did some bookwork for a while.
Got ready to go into town in the Expedition.
Drove to Columbia Bank and met hubby who was waiting in the parking lot. Lots of idiot drivers on 95 this morning. I have never seen that many cars going south into CDA before!
Signed paperwork with Loan Guy, Marc. He needed more info for backing up the downpayment.
I drove to Metro Express to get the car washed.
Then I drove home.
More smoke in the air up north. It looked likes pieces of ashes in the air, too.
When I got home, I emailed info to Loan Guy, but he wanted the 401K Statement, too. I guess they just don't trust us on anything.
Hubby got home at 6PM after working a couple hours OT. He sat at the shop talking to Casey again. I had to bicycle down there at 7:45PM to get him to come home. The dogs were whining and wanted him home.
He had dinner. We talked for a while.
Went to bed at 10PM.

Made latte for hubby. Made eggs for hubby & dogs. Toasted bagel for hubby.
Hubby put out gross tuna from Miller's for the cats.
Had to call for Zim and Rattler.
Hubby watched his Sheep Show and then texted me the items that Casey forwarded to him to order on Amazon for the latest truck build.
I ordered the stuff on Amazon from my cellphone.
Then hubby left for work. Hugged Ben and me.
I did laundry and dishes.
Watered plants.
Did some bookwork for a while.
Got ready to go into town in the Expedition.
Drove to Columbia Bank and met hubby who was waiting in the parking lot. Lots of idiot drivers on 95 this morning. I have never seen that many cars going south into CDA before!
Signed paperwork with Loan Guy, Marc. He needed more info for backing up the downpayment.
I drove to Metro Express to get the car washed.
Then I drove home.
More smoke in the air up north. It looked likes pieces of ashes in the air, too.
When I got home, I emailed info to Loan Guy, but he wanted the 401K Statement, too. I guess they just don't trust us on anything.
Hubby got home at 6PM after working a couple hours OT. He sat at the shop talking to Casey again. I had to bicycle down there at 7:45PM to get him to come home. The dogs were whining and wanted him home.
He had dinner. We talked for a while.
Went to bed at 10PM.

HUBBY TO DOCTOR AGAIN

Got up at 6AM. Rattler Cat was sleeping on my jeans.
I got up and made eggs for dogs & hubby. Made latte for hubby.
Hubby watched his Sheep Show again. Then he left for work at 6:50AM. He hugged me and Ben goodbye.
I worked on invoices for hubby - Clyde's Automotive.
Then I went outside and watered all plants.
Picked up dog poo in back yard.
SMOKE WAS ALREADY SO BAD. BITTER, ACRID SMELL.
Dogs barked at the coyote howling in the back of property, near neighbor's.
I put away laundry & dishes.
Cleaned up kitchen.
Got mail.
When hubby got home tonight, we took his Blue Diesel truck to Joe's Transmission to drop it off.
Then we drove to Spirit Lake in the Expedition to pick up burgers at Messy's. There were a lot of people there, so hubby went inside to order. It was a 20-30 minute wait, so we picked up parts from Lane. Then drove to Spirit Lake Miller's Grocery to get milk and sprinkler and tuna for cats.
The Hardware side was closed down, except for one aisle with the sprinklers & dog food. So we actually were able to buy a sprinkler.
We drove back to Messy's and picked up our burgers.
Drove home and ate dinner. I was already tired. Went to bed at 10:30PM after watching TV for a while.

SO MUCH STRESS

TUESDAY
Turkeys in the trees making noises this morning. Opened window and saw baby turkeys walking out behind the trucks parked by the garage.
Got up at 6AM to hubby stroking my face. It was slightly irritating because I did not want to wake up.
Wilson was jealous and had to wiggle his way in-between us.
45 degrees F this morning. Already autumn in the air. Probably get to 80s today.
Lots of traffic going past the house at 5AM.
I got up and started making eggs for dogs & hubby. I made latte for hubby.
Hubby turned on his TV show.
I tried calling for Rattler because he was nowhere to be found. Zim was in his box.
Joey and Captain came. All the cats started playing outside. They were running zoomies & dancing sideways. Playing.
I started laundry and dishes. Cleaned up the kitchen.
Hubby talked on the phone to Charles.
Hubby left in the Blue Diesel.
I kept calling and finally Rattler came home.
Rattler went in the library and slept on his cat pad. I marked his ear with a red permanent marker.
Talked to Wayne about being careful of the Grizzly bear that has been seen wandering east & west of Hwy 95 between Garwood & Athol. Told him that we had seen turkeys today. Asked him if he was feeling better after being stung on Saturday. He said he had gone home and slept better than he had in his whole life.
Hubby called and wanted info for Sales Tax & copy of 401K where we got the down payment for the house. He was with Loan Officer Marc at the bank. Still needing last minute crap from us. LAST MINUTE! WTF?
So Lycos was down and I blew a gasket. I am ready to BLOW from so much stress. I finally was able to send the documents. What ELSE!?
Then hubby called me later. We would definitely not been able to close on Friday because they were still collecting information...
Hubby had deposited the large check while he was at the bank.
The mailman brought the 3-tier galvanized tray that I had ordered from Amazon. It was too big to put in the mailbox. I am surprised he brought it to the house and did not just leave a note that it was at the post office to be collected!
Hubby called later and told me to meet a guy at the grey shop for storage. But I do not have a key and the guy was irritated. He drove by and I had to wait until he drove back. The long haired older hippied said "I HAVE to see inside." Duh. It's a building.
So I came back up to the house and had an apple for a snack.
Took a nap because the smoke is overwhelming. Burning eyes, tired.
Got up at 2PM and did invoicing for the check that hubby deposited. Had to get a copy of it from Marc, the Loan Officer at bank.
Put away dishes & laundry.
Hubby told me to back out the Expedition so that the window guy could work on it outside of the garage.
Hubby got home at 5PM. He was here when the Glass guy came to put the windshield in the Expedition.
Hubby went down to the shop to clean up the RV site pad.
We went to Super One at 9PM in the Expedition to pick up milk. Some strange guy was on his bicycle just hanging around and hubby made me sit in the car while he went to get milk.

COLD MORNING
MONDAY
AUGUST 13 2018
Got up at Midnight when we heard coyotes screaming. Hubby had packed up his ammo already, so could not use the shotgun.
Coyotes screaming again at 4AM. Sounded like they were down by the shop.
Not a restful night.
Up at 6AM because hubby had to take off early to go put diesel in the Blue Truck.
I made him a quick latte and he left.
Then I started laundry. Made egg breakfast for the dogs. I had an omelette. Wilson ate 1/2 of my omelette when I went to answer the phone from hubby.
Over 8 phones calls on the RV site. We have somebody coming out today to look at it today.
Hubby went to ADAPT to get his boot fitted for his right leg now.
Ken from Neighbors Glass was out today to install the rest of the windows in the front.
He was here until 3PM installing the windows.
I had to pick up some broken glass in the driveway after he left. And cigarette butts. I did not know he was smoking or I would have told him not to do that in the dry conditions.
Hubby got home late. He worked at the shop for a while.
Then he came up to the house.
We went to bed early.

SUNDAY AND COOLER!

Got up at 6AM because Wilson knocked his bone down.
I pottied, then went back to bed. It was 50 degrees outside. Finally, cooler air!
We got up at 7AM. I was first up and started making a latte for hubby. Rattler came inside the house and was crying for his tuna, so I put tuna out for him. Then I made eggs. Hubby took over the eggs.
Put out some shredded cheese for the cat along with tuna. Zim got up from his place on the table and came over to eat.
I cleaned up the kitchen. Started dishes. Started laundry.
I asked hubby how he was going to haul the motorcycle. He panicked because every time that he sits down to find something on his iPad, he forgets why he is looking. So we found a wheel chock combo kit and some tie downs for the side of the trailer. I ordered them on Amazon.
Hubby watched automotive shows for 3 hours until 10AM. He got a phone call from somebody wanting to see the RV site.
Then we loaded the dogs up in the tan truck and went to pick up the A/C unit from Lane in Spirit Lake. Walked the dogs around the Junior High and the neighborhood.
Drove back home.
Walked around the frontage picking up garbage and walked the acreage to see everything that Wayne had cleared off so far. He has made several roads thru the back to clear out, but still needs a good 2 months to get the rest of it cleared out. He has a lot of work to do.
Then we walked up to the house from the water line cut. I noticed a dark dog running around the front of the house. It is black, has a couple collars, keeps barking at us. I gave it food & water. It is very nervous. Somebody must have dumped the dog. It keeps running in the back yard and barking at Ben & Wilson.
Hubby cut off the fence for the back deck railing.
I had lunch. Hubby came inside to have lunch and drink some juice.
I watered plants outside.
Then hubby went down to get the backhoe to clear out the dirt by the side of the garage. Instead, he cleared up the rest of the stuff for the RV site.
Casey came late, about 6PM.
Hubby came back home and took a 3 hour nap. I woke him up at 9PM so that we could go get milk.
He seemed irritated. It must be the smoke in the air. He was very exhausted today.
We went to get milk at Super One about 10PM.
KR had just returned home from Seattle, seeing her boyfriend.
Called her and she said her garage door was not coming down. So we dropped the groceries off at home and rove to Post Falls. It was a piece of metal that had locked in the up position and hubby just snapped it back into place. We drove home after that.
Got to bed about 11:30PM.

HOT AND LOTS OF SMOKE

SATURDAY
Could not sleep late today because Rattler the cat came in the house screaming for breakfast. Miaow. Miaow. Miaow.
Got up and put tuna out for cat.
Made eggs for dogs. Hubby started shutting everything because he said it was already hot.
There was no milk, so we had to run to Super One this morning to get milk and other things.
Stopped at Lil Town to get ice.
The Athol Daze crowd was already setting up stuff in the park and getting ready for the parade.
When we got home, hubby unloaded groceries.
I watered plants outside. Hubby helped fill jugs of water.
We loaded dogs into the Tan truck to take garbage to dump, and Wayne wandered in from the woods.
Wayne had been stung several times by Hornets. I went inside to get him Benadryl. Gave him two pills and took him home to Spirit Lake. I sat in the back of the Tan truck.
Dropped Wayne off and told him to rest.
We drove to Rathdrum dump. Walked dogs at the Garwood School.
Came home and picked up the check from Lane that he left in his truck.
I gave bones to the dogs.
Hubby deposited the check. Then he left to go work at the shop.

Closed up the blinds and doors. Turned on A/C and fans.
I went down to get mail. It was very hot.
Fed Ex left the box for my Yankee Candles & lids. The dogs did not even hear the Fed Ex truck.
Hubby got home around 5:30PM.
Casey had already gone home because it was so hot.
Hubby took a nap on the sofa for the next 3 hours. I think he had heatstroke.
I went to bed at 9PM.
Hubby woke up and made his steak on the grille. He burnt it.
Had the fans blowing on us all night. It did not get below 70 degrees.

COYOTES HOWL ALL NIGHT

POSTPONED CLOSING/GETTING HAIR COLORED AGAIN

Potty at 3AM. Some car drove by on the highway, honking his horn...maybe at wildlife?
I had awoken all hot & sweaty, so turned the fan on high power that was in the window. I wish I could sleep thru the night.
Got up at 6AM when hubby's alarm rang. Soon, we won't have an alarm and can get up when we want!
I made latte for hubby.
I made eggs for dogs & hubby. Used the new cinnamon raisin bagel for hubby that we had gotten last night.
Hubby watched Shaun The Sheep for a while. Then left at 6:55AM. Hugged Ben and me. He took the blue truck to work as I need to have the tan truck for my hair appointment.
I started laundry and dishes. Closed the blinds to keep the cool inside.
Hubby thinks the refrigerant in the A/C system has leaked again. Which is should NEVER do because they searched the system a year ago and found it had no leaks.
I cleaned up kitchen.
Washed clothes. Washed dog bed.

Went to get mail. Nothing but junk mail.
Watched TV for a while.
Went to get may hair colored again at 1:30PM. Stopped at Jitterz to pick up a white coffee granita.
Rachelle colored my roots. But it still looks too yellow. She would not let me pay, but I left $20 for her, anyway.
I left and went home by 4PM.
Hubby got home at 6PM
We drove to tan truck over to Joe's Transmission to pick up the Helicopter truck. Hubby drove it home.
We drove past Super One and saw that there was burnt area in the big lot to the East.
Hubby worked at the shop on the Blue Diesel until 10PM. Then came home. I went to bed at 10:30PM.

Got up at 5AM to potty, was so tired that I slept on the sofa. Up at 6:50AM.
Hubby got up. I made latte for hubby and eggs for dogs.
Hubby took a sandwich for breakfast from the refrigerator that he had purchased on Saturday, so no eggs for him.
Hubby left for work.
Wayne was here working early.
I started laundry, dishes.
Vacuumed house.
Watered plants around house.
Wilson decided to play with Ben. Ben had stressed his left leg again, so he was not putting weight on it. Wilson decided to cheer him up.
Talked to Wayne about woods and moose that we heard the other night. He said he heard a moose snorting and did not know what it was.
I texted Rachelle to get another hair appointment because my coloring is too yellow. I am not happy with it. She said I could come in at 2:30PM tomorrow.
Hubby got home at 5:30PM. Talked to Casey down at the shop. I went down to the shop on my bike to find out if he was coming up to the house. Hubby then came home.
He took a nap on the couch for a couple hours.
We went to get groceries. Milk & Bread at Super One in Athol.
Hubby called & reported an open fire in the cleared lot right next to Super One. The 9-1-1 Operator was the dumbest person ever. Kept repeating same questions. Did not understand what was going on; did not know WHERE it was even after we had given specific information.
Some bum was having an open fire right next to the big mound of brush that they had cleared next to Super One. There is a BURN BAN in effect right now because it is SO DRY.
I missed a phone call from the emergency services once we got home. Obviously they could not find the fire or the homeless person.
At home, hubby was too tired to make steaks. Instead, he went down to the shop to get a hitch ready for Wayne in the morning. Hubby was down there for 1 hour.
Went to bed at 10:30PM.
8-7-2018
Got up at 5AM to potty, was so tired that I slept on the sofa. Up at 6:50AM.
Hubby got up. I made latte for hubby and eggs for dogs.
Hubby took a sandwich for breakfast from the refrigerator that he had purchased on Saturday, so no eggs for him.
Hubby left for work.
Wayne was here working early.
I started laundry, dishes.
Vacuumed house.
Watered plants around house.
Wilson decided to play with Ben. Ben had stressed his left leg again, so he was not putting weight on it. Wilson decided to cheer him up.

Talked to Wayne about woods and moose that we heard the other night. He said he heard a moose snorting and did not know what it was.

Got up at 5AM when hubby's truck alarm started honking. He got up to turn it off.
Then he came back to bed.
I had to potty at 6AM. So we both got up.
Found a dead, bloated mouse in my closet. I screamed. It smelled BAD. Now all my clothes are smelly. So I made hubby clean it up. Put a fan in the closet to make the smell go away.
The lone female deer was out eating & drinking this morning. No baby with her today.
I made latte for hubby. I made eggs for hubby & dogs.
Hubby put out more tuna for the kitties.
Even Joey came inside this morning to eat!
Watched Hubby's Shaun The Sheep show and then he went to work at 6:50AM. Hugged him with Ben.
I cleaned up kitchen. Started laundry & dishes.
Cleaned up the cat food & dog food.
Hubby went to doctor appointment to get excuse for getting another boot for his leg. He had to go see the ADAPT specialist, too for a referral.
Went to get mail at 12:30. Casey was already here at the shop.
Got a check from one of the storage renters.
Also have to send checks off to our other Credit Union to retain the accounts.
I did bookwork today.
Hubby got home at 6PM. He had brought KFC home for dinner.
We watched new show on AMC called Lodge 49. Kinda really boring. Hope it gets better soon.
Walked dogs down to shop at 10:30PM.
Heard a moose calling, running around for 30 minutes. Dogs must have barked at it early from our deck.
Saw the bright red Mars out again, no moon.
Talked to Casey who was still working down at the shop.
We walked back home. Went to bed.

ANOTHER HOT SUNDAY

Got up at 7AM this morning. Had to make latte for hubby. We are almost out of espresso!
Hubby made eggs for dogs & himself.
We took the Blue Diesel down to the shop to deliver a truck today, while sitting in the Blue Diesel and hubby went into the shop, I got stung on the forehead by a Wasp!
Hubby gave me 2 Benadryl.
We took the Dodge pickup for Dealer Direct to CDA. I drove it. Very nice. Like driving a car.
Dropped hubby off at the Frontier yard to pick up the tan truck. Then I followed him to Dealer Direct and dropped off the truck. Hubby handed the invoice to a kid there.
We drove to KR's to get hubby's gun and drop off Beebo's stuffed animal toys that we had ordered for him.
Hubby drove to the ATM at the bank to get cash. Have to pay Casey.
Stopped at Jitterz in Post Falls. Got a granita for me.
Hubby stopped at the latte stand in front of the Truck Wash in Post Falls. Got a granita for him. We had to wait FOREVER because the people in front of us got 4 blended drinks!
Then we drove out to Stateline to shop at Walmart there.
I was almost falling asleep.
We drove to CDA and picked up sandwiches on Best at the Sandwich Wagon.
Then stopped at North 40 to pick up dog leashes. Hubby needs a set in the Blue Diesel truck.
Washed the Tan truck at Metro Express.
Drove home.
I took a nap.
Hubby went down to the grey shop because Mike that is renting our house brought their boat. Needed to store it away for winter.
I napped on the sofa from 3PM to 5:30PM.
Did not hear hubby come back home. The dogs, cats, and hubby were all asleep when I woke up.
Hubby went out and talked to Wayne. Gave him some money for cleaning up the property.
Hubby went down to the shop at 7:00PM to bring the Expedition up here with the forklift.
He also parked the Blue Diesel truck out by the shop in the sun so that I could take pictures of it for Craigslist.
Ben was out with us taking pictures. Had to keep him out of the pictures.
Got Fairy Lights from Amazon yesterday.
Captain came inside to eat tuna tonight before we went to bed.
Hubby worked on the Expedition and finally got it running. It will be nice to drive it. Still have to get the windshield replaced on it as there is a huge rock chip in it.
I watered plants while hubby was working.

AUGUST 4 2018
Got up at 6AM to potty, then came back to bed to nap again. Wilson was on his back between us.
Up at 7AM.
I made latte for hubby. He gave tuna to the cats, they had licked the plate clean overnight! Hubby made eggs for dogs & himself.
We took the dog for a walk at the Spirit Lake High School. Gave them water.
Then we drove to Athol to get milk at Lil Town Market. Hubby talked to the owner there.
Hubby got granitas for us at the Coffee Shop there.
Then we drove home. Unloaded dogs.
At home, I ordered some lids for the Yankee Candles.
Hubby went down to the shop to wait for Casey to arrive. They took Casey's truck and the goose neck trailer to Kevin R's to pick up the backhoe.
They came back about 11AM. Hubby was down at the shop cleaning up.
I went down at noon to pick up the mail. Stupid mailman had left a package that was NOT addressed to us again. I picked up steel for hubby down beside the shop. Hubby was waiting for a load of rock to spread out beside the shop for the RV spot we are going to rent out.
I came back up to the house and cleaned up. I was dirty and sweaty.
The guy never came with a load of gravel because the endloader was not working at the gravel pit; so hubby brought up the huge rocks and placed them at the dry creek bed. He also loaded the slash pile over so Wayne can pile more against it.
Since I had not eaten all day, the alcohol went straight to my head. I was drunk. Told the teacher that she had to repeat something because I was drunk, the whole class laughed.
Then we got done and went to Red Lobster for dinner.
There was a idiot family there that had to take their 2 year old kid out to dinner at 10PM. He kept screaming and squealing. We gave them several nasty looks. They finally left at 10:30PM.
We got done eating at 11PM and went home.
I fell asleep as soon as we got home.

We got ready for our painting class at Pinot's Palette. Hubby took a shower and I got changed.
We left about 6PM in the Blue Diesel Truck.
Drove downtown CDA. Parked around the corner and walked in. There was some confusion about the name at first, but we got seated.
Put on aprons and both of used the restroom. I got a glass of wine while hubby got a cider. The cider was very good tasting.
I had one more wine and a cider during the painting class. It was SO much fun. Talked to people and laughed. Listened to good music in-between the teacher instructing us.

SOMEBODY TURNED ON THE AUTUMN SWITCH

Only in the 60s when we got up this morning. Somebody has turned on the Autumn switch already. Crisp in the air that feels like Fall.
I got up when hubby turned on the TV - Shaun The Sheep.
Made a latte for him.
Hubby made eggs for dogs & gave tuna to the cats.
My shoulders still hurt A LOT. Feels like they are burning.
After hubby left at 6:50AM, I watered the trees on the deck. Then I started laundry & dishes.
Washed my hair. Cleaned up the kitchen. Gave fresh food & water to dogs & cats.
I fixed a new August 2018 calendar.
Wilson slept on the deck on his back. He looks like a bloated dead animal!
Hubby called and said we might have a renter for the RV site! Yippee!
KR texted me her Google Maps and drove to Seattle again for the weekend. She took Beebo with her and got there about 6:30PM at night.
Hubby got home later that night and then had to go pick up Joe & his son from in town at the old Kmart. Joe's car had broken down.
Hubby won $50 on Lotto.
Hubby got back about 7PM.

This week has just flown by! It is already Thursday.
I woke up with a horrible feeling of a hangover. Had cramps and took a warm bath.
Hubby got up and dressed, made eggs for dogs & himself.
I got out of bath and made latte for hubby.
Hubby watched his show, Shaun The Sheep until 6:50AM when he took the Tan truck to work.
I did laundry and dishes.
Cleaned up the kitchen.
Hubby called and asked me to go out in the garage and get the power wash hose for Casey. I put it out on the concrete in front of the garage.
Wayne was here working early this morning. Joey was out helping him in the woods.
Rattler was sleeping the Library, Zim was sleeping in his cardboard box on the table.
I had to take a nap because I had cramps.
Hubby called me later and talked to me about Mesquite. He wanted to see if there were Theatres we could go see plays. So I looked it up and bought tickets for the Xmas play in St George at the Amphitheatre.
I also purchased tickets to go Paint & Drink Wine this Saturday at Pinot's Palette in CDA. It will be fun!
Hubby got home at 5PM. He talked to Casey at the shop for a while. Then came up to the house. He dumped the 2 bags of grain in the woods and fed the deer.
I took water out to put on the Lilac bush.
Hubby came inside and had lunch.
Went over the appraisal we received from the Bank today.
We waited for a while until it got cooler at 7PM, then we took dogs for a walk in Spirit Lake at the High School.
Hubby stopped to get milk at Miller's Grocery. I waited in the truck with the dogs.
We drove home.
I made coffee. Hubby watched TV for a while.
I scanned hubby's lottery tickets. He won $50 on Pick 3. That is the most he has ever won on a lottery ticket! OOOhhh.
I asked hubby to rub muscle pain cream on my back & shoulders. Took some aspirin. Went to bed at 10:30PM.

Got up at 7AM. I was downstairs sleeping on the sofa again. It was too hot last night for me in bed, and I had major cramps & body aches. It felt better to sleep on the cool leather sofa.
Hubby woke me up and it shocked me as I was having a bad nightmare.
I got up and dressed. Made latte for hubby.
Hubby made eggs for himself & the dogs.
Hubby watched Shaun The Sheep.
We did another invoice for a truck they had worked on last night.
Hubby left at 6:52AM. He was a little late. Took the Tan truck in to work so Casey could work on the blue truck today.
I did laundry & dishes.
Picked up dog poo.
Cleaned up kitchen.
Put away laundry & dishes.
Went to get the mail at Noon, but there was nothing there. I went down again at 2PM and got nothing but junk mail.
UPS brought Beebo's new toys that I ordered from Chewy.com.
Hubby got home at 4:30PM promptly as he was supposed to meet Casey over at Charles' to look at a truck to fix, then go to Metaline Falls to buy a truck for the guy purchasing the H2O truck.
I made another latte for hubby. He had a little dinner.
Then Casey came and they left.
I watched TV. It was SO hot today. The A/C is not keeping up.
It finally got cooler around 9:30PM.
Hubby and Casey purchased the F350 and brought it back on the 5th Wheel trailer. They had a close encounter with an Elk just outside of Metaline Falls as it almost clipped their window. Then almost hit a deer in front of our home when they got back. I was already in bed by 11:15PM when they pulled in the driveway.
Hubby woke me up and had to tell me the whole Truck-Venture story.
